Alex Bregman will enter free agency and signs have pointed to him wanting to return, but do Red Sox fans feel the same way? And what would a loss of Alex Bregman do to the clubhouse?
A gage on Red Sox fans' desire to bring back Alex Bregman after he announced he will opt out and enter free agency. Also, the Sox still need a right-handed power bat with or without Bregman and that should be the focus over finding a new clubhouse leader. Then, the President of the United States made a threat regarding Boston's involvement tin the World Cup for tonight's New England Nightly News. And, it's very odd for the Sox to retain nearly all their coaches with the amount of errors and base running mistakes they made last season.
Even though Alex Bregman decided to opt out and gave all the signs of wanting to return to Boston, Arcand doesn't believe Bregman will be back with the Red Sox. Why Scott Boras and the price should drive the Sox away? Then, almost everyone on the Sox coaching staff are currently expected to return, but that isn't the best strategy when trying to eliminate team errors. And, Teoscar Hernandez has the most unique reason for not staying with the Dodgers in their team hotel in Milwaukee.
While the Patriots set their sights on Tennessee, the trade deadline slowly approaches and Mike Vrabel is being very coy about what will go down. How much more say will Vrabel have over Eliot wolf? Then, in the Arcand Fire, James Franklin gets fired, the MLB LCS gets an update, and Malcolm Brogdon gets a farewell by going over all of his nicknames. And, "The Big Dumper" Cal Raleigh could have a unique promotional crossover for Mariners' fans in Clickbait.
Christian reacts to Penn State firing James Franklin, updates both the ALCS and NLCS, and remembering Malcom Brogon as he retired in Arcand Fire.

Christian has some suspicions that Jason Varitek openly gave himself a pitch to Craig Breslow to keep him on the Red Sox coaching staff versus taking a managerial position elsewhere.
After indicating that he will opt out, considering the circus Scott Boras will bring and the money he and Alex Bregman will command, its not worth it for the Red Sox to bring him back.
While analyzing the numbers Drake Maye is putting up, one person who might be getting overlooked during this run is Josh McDaniels. Just how much is the offensive coordinator a factor into a great stretch of play in Maye's second season? Then, a "dirt bike influencer" is in a lot of trouble for using a deepfake video in the New England Nightly News. And, breaking news comes across the desk that Red Sox third baseman Alex Bregman will be opting out of his deal and will hit free agency.

Then, a look at the 6:30 Headlines featuring the Bruins' first loss of the season and Bill Belichick getting asked a very tough question. And, the NFL has tons of sketchy teams playing currently with the Bills headlining that group.
