För med införandet och användandet av ny teknik, så kan något som många säljare ogillar, nämligen säljträning, bli något de istället längtar till! Mathias beskriver även hur hans engagemang som Internationell Säljchef i uppbyggnadsfasen av bolaget Benify var och hur ledarskapet kan variera beroende, på vilket land du är i. Vilka är skillnader med att vara säljchef för säljare i Nederländerna jämfört med i Sverige? Han avslöjar här hur hans tankar var och hur han hanterade de olika kulturerna. Vi pratar om hur hans idé kom till och hur bolaget Fictive Reality jobbar med företag och dess säljare, för att skapa realistiska situationer som gör säljaren mer förberedd för t ex knepiga kundmöten och kalla samtal. Han berättar om hur framtidens säljträningar kan komma att se ut och varför företag vill satsa på VR och AI i säljutbildningssammanhang.
