Moderaternas partiledare, statsminister Ulf Kristersson om opinionsläget, krisstöden och om varför han vill dra ner på bistånd och förvaltning. Lyssna på alla avsnitt i Sveriges Radios app. Med hundra dagar kvar till valet ligger Ulf Kristerssons regeringsunderlag efter oppositionen i opinionsundersökningar. Varför vänder det inte för Tidöpartierna?”Därför att det rödgröna regeringsalternativet ännu inte har synats i sömmarna. Det är alldeles för få som granskar på allvar vad den mest vänstervridna regeringen någonsin i Sverige skulle betyda för ekonomi och säkerhet. Alltså Socialdemokraterna, Vänsterpartiet och Miljöpartiet, en helt unikt vänstervriden regering”, säger Ulf Kristersson.Om man tittar på det som ni kan göra, det ni har gjort, vad finns det för skäl då till att det inte vänder?”Jag tror att du ställer frågan fel. Alla vet vad vi har åstadkommit under de här åren. Sen ska man alltid berätta det en gång till. Ingen vet vad en vänsterregering skulle betyda. Med all respekt. Det är när alternativen ställs mot varandra, och då rannsakas vi också. Men det är först när alternativen ställs mot varandra som väljarna på allvar kan ta ställning”, säger Ulf Kristersson. Kritik mot krisstödUnder våren har regeringen presenterat en rad ekonomiska stöd till hushållen som har fått sänkt skatt på bensin, diesel, elstöd och billigare månadskort i kollektivtrafiken. Stöden har motiverats som svar på krisen i Mellanöstern. Tidigare i våras sänktes också matmomsen, också det tillfälligt. Totalt handlar om många miljarder som regeringen lånat. Men stödpolitiken har kritiserats från både höger och vänster och från tunga ekonomer. Varför menar Ulf Kristersson att stöden behövs?”Jag tar kritiken med en nypa salt. Den som kommer från vänstern i politiken, de vill alltså elda på när vi hade 10 procents inflation, när vi ville bekämpa inflationen. Nu kritiserar de oss för att vi stöttar hushåll som drabbas av höga drivmedels- och elpriser på grund av kriget i Mellanöstern. Det är otroligt konstig kritik. Den tar jag på mycket litet allvar, faktiskt. Hushållens köpkraft ökar och ekonomin växer. Flera ekonomer menar att det ekonomiska läget inte motiverar krisstöd, och särskilt inte för lånade pengar. Hur ser Ulf Kristersson på den kritiken? ”Vi pratar inte om kris. Vi pratar om att hushållen som drabbades av hög inflation och tappade tio års reallöneökningar, att de behöver få köpkraft om vi ska få fart på den inhemska ekonomin och inte bryta den återhämtning som är på väg. Det är en rätt okontroversiell uppfattning och då måste man göra det på olika sätt. Då blev det väldigt vältajmat med matmomssänkningen, med sänkning av dieselpriserna, när världsmarknadspriserna sticker iväg. Så jag tycker nog att den är väldigt välavvägd. Jag skulle säga att vi har utrymme att bedriva riktig krispolitik därför att vi har en låg statsskuld, lägre än den som Magdalena Andersson lämnade efter sig i sin senaste, sista budget. Men jag tror vi ska vara medvetna om att vi har inte sett resultatet än av det som händer i Mellanöstern. Det är väldigt många internationellt som varnar för att Andra halvåret kan bli väldigt allvarligt”, säger Ulf Kristersson. Ministerposter till SDOm Moderaterna, Sverigedemokraterna, Kristdemokraterna och Liberalerna vinner valet vill de bilda en regering där alla fyra partier ingår. När Sverigedemokraternas partiledare Jimmie Åkesson gästade Ekots lördagsintervju för två veckor sedan sade han att SD bör få ministerposter i proportion till valresultatet och att tre av de fyra tyngsta ministerposterna borde tillfalla SD, enligt det rådande opinionsläget. Men Ulf Kristersson säger att det inte är så självklart.Tycker du att partierna i din regering efter en eventuell valseger ska få ministerpost och departement i proportion till hur stora de blir i valet?”Det kan man inte säga i förväg. Man kan alltid säga att ett partis storlek kommer alltid att påverka partiets förhandlingsutrymme, självklart är det så”Men det har varit praxis fram till nu. Varför skulle det inte blir så?”Jag sa bara att ett partis storlek har betydelse. Sen är det lika väl känt att alla partier i en regering har ju starkt inflytande eftersom regeringen måste vara överens om besluten. Även det fick vi prövat under åtta år med rödgrön regering, att de blockerade varandra. Vi har ju bevisat vår förmåga att förhandla fram gemensamma saker”, säger Ulf Kristersson.Bistånd runt en halv procent av BNIUlf Kristerssons regering har minskat det internationella biståndet och lämnat enprocentsmålet av BNI. Inför valet i höst har Moderaterna sagt att de vill dra ner ytterligare på biståndet.”Vi har äntligen kommit ifrån ett läge där just bistånd skulle vara fredat från alla prioriteringar. En procent idag skulle betyda 22 miljarder mer än det vi gör nu. Det där är ingen liten fråga. Då måste man ställa sig frågan: 'Gör de 22 miljarderna bäst nytta i helt andra länder eller gör de bäst nytta i svensk sjukvård, svensk äldreomsorg eller på andra ställen i den svenska politiken?' Jag kan inte förstå hur man kan ha ett system där just den frågan ska ligga bortom politisk debatt. Det tycker jag är intressant, för vi får ständiga anklagelser om att skattesänkningar som skulle kunnat gå till nånting annat. De andra partierna vill ha 22 miljarder mer i år till bistånd. Vi har väldigt mycket mer pengar som vi kan använda för svensk välfärdspolitik.Du syftar på en höjning om Sverige återgår till enprocentmålet. Men frågan här var hur mycket mindre biståndet bör bli på sikt jämfört med vad det är idag. De här 53 miljarderna, vilka nivåer är rimliga?”Vi hade en förhandling som ledde fram till den nivå vi har nu. Vi har inte längre nån procentsats. Vi prövar biståndet på samma sätt som vi prövar andra. Det vill säga vår vilja att bidra, vår förmåga att bidra, prioriteringar mot andra områden. Det är så seriös politik går till. Och så kommer vi förhandla även efter nästa val och det är ju väl känt att det finns lite olika uppfattningar i den här frågan.
