På MIT har hjärnforskare undersökt hur språkmodeller påverkar minne och uppmärksamhet. Resultaten väcker frågor om hur tidigt vi bör introducera AI i utbildning och vilka förmågor vi riskerar att förlora. Är bekvämligheten värd priset? Sobre estas piedras, revocadas previamente con argamasa, se escribió la ley, no solamente los diez preceptos pronunciados desde el Sinaí y esculpidos en las tablas de piedra, sino también las leyes que fueron comunicadas a Moisés y escritas por él en un libro. A un lado de este monumento se construyó un altar de piedra sin labrar, sobre el cual se ofrecieron sacrificios al Señor. El hecho de que se haya construido el altar en Ebal, el monte sobre el cual recayó la maldición, resulta muy significativo, pues daba a entender que por haber violado la Ley de Dios, Israel había provocado su ira, y que ésta le alcanzaría de inmediato si no fuera por la expiación de Cristo, representada por el altar del sacrificio” (Elena de White, Patriarcas y profetas, p. 535). “Pero el servicio de la Comunión no habría de ser una ocasión de tristeza. Ese no era su propósito. Mientras los discípulos del Señor se reúnen alrededor de su mesa, no han de recordar y lamentar sus faltas. No han de espaciarse en su experiencia religiosa pasada, haya sido esta elevadora o deprimente. No han de recordar las discrepancias entre ellos y sus hermanos. El rito preparatorio ha abarcado todo eso. El examen propio, la confesión del pecado, la reconciliación de las disputas, todo eso se ha hecho. Ahora han venido para encontrarse con Cristo. No han de permanecer en la sombra de la cruz, sino en su luz salvadora. Para que ellos revelen dichos principios en su vida y en su carácter, desea que se aparten de las costumbres y las prácticas del mundo. Procura atraerlos más a sí mismo a fin de revelarles mejor su voluntad. Este era su propósito cuando libró a Israel de Egipto. Moisés, frente a la zarza que ardía, recibió de Dios este mensaje para el rey de Egipto: "Deja ir a mi pueblo, para que me sirva en el desierto". Éxodo 7:16. Dios sacó a la hueste hebrea de la tierra de servidumbre con mano poderosa y brazo extendido. La liberación que obró a favor de ellos fue maravillosa, al castigar con la destrucción total a sus enemigos que se negaban a escuchar su Palabra. Dios deseaba apartar a su pueblo del mundo y prepararlo para recibir su Palabra. De Egipto lo condujo al monte Sinaí, donde le reveló su gloria. Allí no había nada que atrajera sus sentidos ni distrajera sus mentes de Dios. Mientras la vasta multitud contemplaba las altas montañas que la dominaban, podía darse cuenta de su propia insignificancia a la vista de Dios. Junto a aquellas rocas, inconmovibles excepto por el poder de la voluntad divina, Dios se comunicó con los hombres. Y para que su Palabra permaneciera siempre clara y visible en sus mentes, proclamó con terrible majestad en medio de rayos y truenos, la ley que había dado en el Edén y que era el trasunto de su carácter. Luego las palabras divinas fueron escritas por el propio dedo de Dios sobre tablas de piedra. Así la voluntad del Dios infinito se reveló al pueblo que él había llamado para dar a conocer a toda nación, tribu y lengua los principios de su gobierno en el cielo y en la tierra. Dios ha llamado a sus hijos en la actualidad para que realicen esa misma obra. Les ha revelado su voluntad, y requiere que ellos le obedezcan. En los últimos días de la historia de esta tierra, la voz que habló en el Sinaí sigue diciendo a los hombres: "No tendrás dioses ajenos delante de mí". Éxodo 20:3. El hombre ha opuesto su voluntad a la de Dios, pero no puede acallar dicha orden. Aunque la mente humana sea incapaz de comprender su obligación hacia el poder superior, no por eso puede evadirla. Pueden abundar las teorías y especulaciones complicadas, los hombres pueden tratar de oponer la ciencia a la revelación para desechar la ley de Dios; pero el Espíritu les presentará con fuerza cada vez más intensa la orden: "Al Señor tu Dios adorarás, y a él solo servirás". Éxodo 4:10 “Entonces dijo Moisés a Jehová: ¡Ay, Señor! nunca he sido hombre de fácil palabra, ni antes, ni desde que tú hablas a tu siervo; porque soy tardo en el habla y torpe de lengua."La palabra excusa proviene del latín “excusare” que significa liberarse de una culpa, de una falta o una responsabilidad. La excusa es la respuesta humana de alguien que quiere liberarse de una culpa, de una falta o de una responsabilidad, la excusa es una justificación que alguien presenta para evadir una obligación, suavizar un error o evitar una consecuencia. Y la verdad es que estamos llenos de excusas.Cada vez que Dios habla solo tenemos excusas, cada vez que Dios pide cuentas solo tenemos excusas, cada vez que Dios quiere hacer algo lo único que el hombre presenta son excusas. Y yo quiero que usted diga conmigo fuerte: “no hay excusas”.Si Dios te llama, no hay excusas. Si Dios necesita de ti, no hay excusas. Si Dios quiere hacer algo contigo, no hay excusas, porque la excusa es la respuesta humana a la justificación, al error, a la falta y a la carencia. Encontré en la Biblia todos los hombres a los que Dios llamó que presentaron delante de Él “una excusa”:Moisés: En el libro de Éxodo 4:10 “Entonces dijo Moisés a Jehová, Ay Señor, nunca he sido hombre de fácil palabra, ni antes ni desde que tú hablas a tu siervo, porque soy tardo en el habla y torpe de lengua”. Moisés, ofreció una excusa. Toda la vida esperamos que el Señor se revele en nuestras vidas, todo el tiempo esperamos ver la gloria de Dios, nuestra expresión es: “Señor, yo quiero verte cara a cara; Señor, yo quiero que me hables”; Otros anhelan la vara para abrir el mar; Otros quieren hablarle a la peña y verla brotar agua; Otros quieren ser los líderes de movimientos tan grandes como el que lideró Moisés, pero la verdad es, que cuando Dios habla, lo único que le ofrecemos son, excusas. Dios le está entregando a Moisés un llamado tan grande, tan grande y la respuesta de Moisés al Señor es: “No puedo hablar bien”, una excusa.Dios conoce el anhelo de tu corazón, pero siempre se detiene muchas veces por una excusa, ya que es muy fácil decir “yo quiero ver a Dios cara a cara”, pero cuando Dios te dice: “Sube aquí, sube al monte”, siempre aparece una excusa: No tengo tiempo, estoy ocupado, estoy cansado, trabajo mucho y nos quedamos solo con el anhelo, decimos “Quiero verte”, pero no nos atrevemos a subir al monte, porque cuando Dios demanda sacrificio, lo único que le ofrecemos a Dios son excusas.Moisés tenía más de 80 años cuando Dios le dijo “Sube al monte”, Moisés rompe las piedras de los diez mandamientos y el Señor le dijo “Recógelas y sube al monte”, eso significa que la primera vez subió ligero con manos vacías, la segunda vez subió con el peso de la ley sobre él. Él sabía que Dios no admite excusas.Cuando Dios dice “Sube al monte”, no está dando una simple instrucción geográfica; está emitiendo una convocatoria espiritual. Es una cita divina donde el cielo se revela y el hombre se transforma. Este llamado implica separación, esfuerzo y encuentro.Es un llamado a la altura espiritual: “Subir” implica ascender, salir del nivel común. El monte representa el lugar donde se dejan atrás las distracciones, los ruidos y las voces humanas para escuchar solo la voz de Dios. En Éxodo 24:12, el Señor le dijo a Moisés: “Entonces Jehová dijo a Moisés: Sube a mí al monte, y espera allá, y te daré tablas de piedra, y la ley, y mandamientos que he escrito para enseñarles”. Allí no solo le entregó mandamientos, sino revelación y dirección. Es decir, quien sube al monte no regresa igual, sino con palabra fresca y rostro transformado.Es un lugar de intimidad y revelación: El monte es el escenario donde Dios habla en secreto. No es un espacio físico solamente, sino una dimensión espiritual donde la carne se silencia y el espíritu se despierta. Jesús, en Mateo 17:1-2, llevó a Pedro, Jacobo y Juan al monte, y allí fue transfigurado delante de ellos. Esto enseña que la gloria de Cristo no se revela en el valle, sino en la altura de la comunión.Subir al monte es, entonces, separarse para oír lo que otros no escuchan. Los que permanecen abajo solo ven la nube; los que suben dentro de ella escuchan la voz.Es un proceso de santificación: Cada paso hacia la cima representa un nivel de purificación. En el monte, Dios no solo se revela: también santifica. Antes de subir al Sinaí, Moisés mandó al pueblo a lavar sus vestidos (Éxodo 19:10). La pureza antecede la altura. Por tanto, subir al monte implica dejar atrás el polvo del camino, los afectos carnales y las cargas emocionales. Nadie puede subir con peso innecesario.Es transformación: El monte también es símbolo de crisis y cambio interior. Allí se enfrenta la soledad, el cansancio y la lucha interna, pero también se produce la metamorfosis espiritual. Quien sube se encuentra consigo mismo, con su límite y con el poder de Dios que lo supera. El monte no es solo un lugar de encuentro, sino también un altar de rendición.Subir al monte demanda esfuerzo, resistencia y fe. Las promesas no se hallan en el llano, sino en la cumbre. El monte representa los procesos difíciles de la fe: la prueba, la espera, la obediencia sin explicación. Como Abraham en Génesis 22, que subió al monte Moriah con su hijo, creyendo que “Jehová proveerá”. Cada paso fue una declaración de confianza en un Dios que se manifiesta en la altura del sacrificio.“Sube al monte” es el eco eterno de Dios llamando a sus hijos a una relación más alta, es una invitación a salir de lo superficial, a buscar lo eterno, a entrar en la nube de Su presencia, solo los que aceptan el ascenso experimentan la gloria, porque los secretos del cielo no se revelan en el valle, sino en la cumbre del monte.El día que Moisés le dijo a Dios “no puedo”, Dios le dijo “No hay problema, levantó a otro que va a hablar por ti”, Éxodo 4:10-16 “Entonces dijo Moisés a Jehová: ¡Ay, Señor! nunca he sido hombre de fácil palabra, ni antes, ni desde que tú hablas a tu siervo; porque soy tardo en el habla y torpe de lengua. 11 Y Jehová le respondió: ¿Quién dio la boca al hombre? ¿o quién hizo al mudo y al sordo, al que ve y al ciego? ¿No soy yo Jehová? 12 Ahora pues, ve, y yo estaré con tu boca, y te enseñaré lo que hayas de hablar. 13 Y él dijo: ¡Ay, Señor! envía, te ruego, por medio del que debes enviar. 14 Entonces Jehová se enojó contra Moisés, y dijo: ¿No conozco yo a tu hermano Aarón, levita, y que él habla bien? (Esto hay que explicarlo a la iglesia).Dios no pierde tiempo cuando tú te excusas, Dios tiene un plan y lo va a ejecutar y si tu excusa impide que te metas en la agenda de Dios, Dios va a llamar a alguien que no tenga excusa; Muchas veces queremos ser usados por Dios pero estamos llenos de excusas.¿Cuántos llamados se ven frenados por gente que lo único que tiene es una excusa para esconder su fracaso, su falta de responsabilidad, su falta de sacrificio, su falta de entrega? ¿Cuánta gente se propone subir al monte pero nunca llega a la cima? ¿Cuánta gente se propone hacer un ayuno que nunca termina? ¿Cuánta gente se propone leer la Biblia y jamás termina un capítulo? ¿Cuánta gente se propone orar pero no pasa de… Padre nuestro que estás en los cielos? Porque lo único que le presentamos a Dios son excusas.Dios quiere hacer cosas sobrenaturales en tu vida, pero Dios necesita que dejes de tener excusa...

Recordemos un poco la Historia Sagrada del Antiguo Testamento. Hoy cuando celebramos la fiesta de la Dedicación de La Basílica de Letrán - Basílica Lateranense, símbolo de unidad entre todas las comunidades cristianas de Roma. Comencemos: Abraham, Isaac y Jacob no tenían templos. Entonces lo que hacían  en los sitios donde habían tenido alguna revelación de Dios levantaban un altar y ofrecían ahi víctimas al Señor. Después del Éxodo, Dios pactó con su pueblo una Alianza en el Sinaí y Moisés erigió en el centro del campamento una tienda especie de santuario, como lugar de encuentro de Dios con su pueblo. Era un templo portátil que los levitas lo podían levantar de lugar en lugar a través del desierto. Aquí vemos una bella imagen de Dios peregrino que acompaña a su pueblo durante todo el cansancio del camino hacia la Tierra Prometida. Más tarde Salomón sustituyó la tienda provisional por un grandioso templo de piedra. Allí subian las tribus de Israel cada año para las fiestas de Pascua, Pentecostés y de las tiendas.  Y desde el siglo XI se viene celebrando este día 9 de Noviembre el aniversario de la dedicación de la Basílica de Letrán, instituida por el emperador Constantino en el siglo  IV y su nombre es: Cristo Salvador y es considerada madre y cabeza de todos los templos de Roma y del mundo catolico-romano. Psykologen Stina Hindström och psykoterapeuten Malin Lindholm ger råd till föräldrar som undrar hur de kan ta nästa steg i sin relation och samtidigt göra det bra för barnen.

Men enligt entreprenören Carl Fredrik Sammeli misslyckas många företag med att frigöra medarbetarnas fulla potential. I en intervju i Kommunikationspodden delar serieentreprenören Carl Fredrik Sammeli med sig av sina erfarenheter kring talangutveckling efter att ha byggt framgångsrika kommunikationsbyråer som Prime och United Minds. – Många företag behandlar talangfrågorna väldigt traditionellt. Man utser en HR-chef och en HR-avdelning, sköter löneadministration och liknande. Men man tänker kanske inte individualiserat på talangfrågorna, säger Sammeli och tillägger att människor är olika och därför inte kan styras på samma sätt. Sammeli menar att introduktionen av nya medarbetare ofta följer en föråldrad mall. Hans eget alternativ är en tvåveckorsperiod där nyanställda arbetar med kunduppdrag på förmiddagen och genomgår introduktion på eftermiddagen – där de får ta med sig verkliga problem från kundprojekten och lösa dem tillsammans med erfarna kollegor. – Vi jobbade med riktiga klientprojekt på förmiddagen och på eftermiddagen jobbade vi med att utveckla dig och lära dig kulturen. Det viktiga är hur vi jobbar här, vad som sitter i väggarna och hur vi tänker, berättar Sammeli. Enligt Sammeli presterar verksamheter med chefer som är aktiva i den operativa verksamheten oftast bättre än de med "högspecialiserade ledare som bara leder". – De duktigaste cheferna ska vara med på kundmötena. De ska vara ute och träffa och behovsinventera och förstå. Det är där hela slaget står, säger han och tillägger att framgångsrika entreprenörer som Steve Jobs och Elon Musk kännetecknas av sitt engagemang i verksamheten. Auf seinem Hof mussten 5.000 Gänse und 3.600 Enten gekeult werden, dazu ein Pfau und mehrere Perlhühner aus privater Haltung. Eine Katastrophe, emotional wie wirtschaftlich. Dirk und Sina von Bargen vom Adler- und Jagdfalkenhof zur Calauer Schweiz in Calau. Drei ihrer Adler sind an einer schweren Virusinfektion gestorben. Ein Schock für die beiden, die nun um ihre Tiere trauern und hoffen, ihre Falknerei mit Unterstützung aus der Gemeinschaft weiterführen zu können. Als Expertin habe ich Cassandra Becker eingeladen. Sie ist Veterinärmedizinerin aus Wildau, spezialisiert auf Greifvögel, außerdem ist sie Falknerin und Jägerin. Sie bringt nicht nur das Fachwissen, sondern auch eine große Leidenschaft für Tiere mit. Wir sprechen über alle wichtigen Fragen: Wie lässt sich das Virus eindämmen? Welche Gefahren bestehen für Wild- und Greifvögel? Und wo stößt selbst die moderne Tiermedizin an ihre Grenzen? Besonders gefährdet sind Greifvögel, Eulen und andere Wildvogelarten, die infizierte Beutetiere fressen. In den letzten Jahren wurden außerdem Fälle bei Säugetieren wie Füchsen und Bären festgestellt. Auch Menschen können sich infizieren, bisher allerdings nur durch engen Kontakt zu erkrankten Tieren. Eine direkte Mensch-zu-Mensch-Übertragung ist bislang nicht bekannt. Außerdem geht es um Verantwortung, Tierliebe, Forschung und Zukunft. Hasta este momento de la narración del Antiguo Testamento, el arca había aparecido en el contexto del Santuario (Éxo. 40:21), en el viaje de Israel desde el Sinaí (Núm. 10:33-36) y en el intento fallido de iniciar la conquista de Canaán (Núm. 14:44). Era el objeto más sagrado del Santuario israelita y contenía tres elementos, cada uno de los cuales expresaba la relación especial de Israel con Dios: (1) Las tablas con los Diez Mandamientos, (2) la vara del sumo sacerdote Aarón y (3) una vasija que contenía maná (Éxo. 16:33; Heb. 9:4). El arca y los preparativos para cruzar el Jordán recordaban a Israel que no iban a entrar en Canaán a su manera y cuando quisieran. La conquista solo tendría éxito si seguían las indicaciones de Dios, y cuando él lo indicara. Dios, a quien se describe entronizado sobre los querubines que cubrían el arca del pacto (Éxo. 25:22; Núm. 7:89), y cuyos movimientos se identifican con los del arca, entra en Canaán delante de los israelitas como Aquel que dirige la conquista. El término traducido como “santificar” (Jos. 3:5) o “consagrar” se refiere a un proceso de purificación similar al que seguían los sacerdotes antes de comenzar su servicio en el Santuario (Éxo. 28:41; 29:1) y como el que realizó el pueblo de Israel antes de la revelación de Dios en el Sinaí (Éxo. 19:10, 14). Esta consagración implicaba el abandono del pecado y la eliminación de todas las impurezas rituales. La misma orden aparece en Números 11:18 en relación con un inminente milagro de Dios. Tal preparación se exigía también antes de librar una batalla (Deut. 23:14). Para que Dios pudiera luchar por Israel, ellos debían mostrarle su lealtad y confiar en él como su Comandante. El milagro de cruzar el Jordán iba a demostrar a los israelitas que se podía confiar en la promesa del Señor de expulsar a los cananeos de la tierra. Aquel que podía asegurar el cruce en seco del Jordán también podía concederles el don de la tierra. Dios no siempre divide el Jordán. La crisis de Suez de 1956, también conocida como la Guerra del Sinaí, fue el canto del cisne del imperialismo europeo, fortaleció el nacionalismo árabe y consolidó la el mundo bipolar de la guerra fría con Estados Unidos y la Unión Soviética como dos únicas superpotencias. El origen de la crisis hay que ir a buscarlo al canal de Suez, inaugurado en 1869 y arteria vital para el comercio internacional. En 1955 por él pasaba el 50% de todo el petróleo que se consumía en el mundo, pero lo explotaba una compañía anglo-francesa. Los británicos habían controlado Egipto hasta 1922, año en el que, tras la fachada de una independencia nominal, se convirtió en un protectorado de facto. La Revolución de 1952, acaudillada por Gamal Abdel Nasser, abolió la monarquía y promovió el panarabismo para liberar a su país del yugo colonial. Pero no disponía de recursos, así que propuso construir una gran presa en Asuán que permitiese regular el cauce del Nilo y generar electricidad. No podía financiar su construcción y eso le llevó a pedir dinero en Occidente, donde le ofrecieron un préstamo. En paralelo Nasser negoció la compra de armas soviéticas y reconoció a la China popular, lo que alarmó a Estados Unidos que canceló el préstamo para presionarle. Nasser podía agachar la cabeza o elevar la apuesta. Escogió lo segundo. El 26 de julio de 1956, nacionalizó el canal para financiar la presa y reafirmar la soberanía egipcia. Eso era un órdago para el Reino Unido y Francia que dependían del petróleo que transitaba por Suez. Israel, muy afectado por el bloqueo del estrecho de Tirán y los ataques de guerrilleros palestinos desde Gaza, vio en aquello una oportunidad para debilitar a Egipto. Británicos, franceses e israelíes se reunieron en secreto cerca de París y acordaron el protocolo de Sèvres, por el cual se coordinaban para efectuar una operación que consistiría en que Israel se encargase de atacar a Egipto mientras los europeos intervendrían después para proteger el canal. El 29 de octubre Israel lanzó la Operación Kadesh, destruyeron la fuerza aérea egipcia y capturaron Gaza y Sharm el-Sheij. El día 30, el Reino Unido y Francia emitieron un ultimátum exigiendo la retirada de ambos ejércitos de la zona del canal. El 5 de noviembre paracaidistas anglo-franceses tomaron Port Said, pero la resistencia egipcia, que bloqueó el canal hundiendo varios buques, complicaron la operación. Estados Unidos no había sido informado, lo que molestó especialmente a su presidente, Dwight Eisenhower. Enfurecido, obligó a británicos y franceses a retirarse y se encargó personalmente de que una fuerza especial de la ONU se desplegase en el canal. La URSS de Jruschov hizo el resto amenazando al Reino Unido y Francia con un ataque nuclear. Un mes más tarde los europeos abandonaron Egipto con el rabo entre las piernas. La crisis supuso una humillación histórica para las dos grandes potencias del siglo XIX. El primer ministro británico, Anthony Eden, y el francés, Guy Mollet, tuvieron que presentar la renuncia meses después. Nasser se convirtió en el héroe del mundo árabe. UPDATE ***Yesterday, Jay from MAKC hosted a livestream for me, Adnan Husain, and Nick Estes partly as a mini-fundraiser for my friend Mohammed in Gaza.  The response has been amazing.  As I mention in the episode, donations started pouring in from listeners/ viewers.  Someone even donated $500!. It was really moving for me--I even shed a tear on the livestream! Thank you to all who donated. Mohammed was elated to see some money come in, as he has been trying to arrange for transport south for him and his siblings. For a few weeks, donations had dried up, and it was a source of anguish for him.  Seeing him get excited as he watched the donations come in made me really happy. The happiness was short-lived. This afternoon (Tuesday) Mohammed messaged me to let me know his brother's wife just had a miscarriage. The Zionists have been shelling the north heavily as they accelerate the genocide,  and it caused her to miscarry. Needless to say, they are devastated. Martyred before life!
