In the late evening and early morning hours between July 12th and July 13th, 2015, 18-year-old Tiffany Valiante's body was recovered by police after it was struck by a train in Mays Landing, New Jersey. Her family was told that the promising young volleyball player had jumped out in front of the train, taking her own life. Tiffany was a typical teenager, who struggled sometimes at home and argued with her parents, but had also been offered five scholarships to play college volleyball and couldn't wait to meet her college roommate. The New Jersey Transit Police quickly closed the case, ruling it a suicide, however, there were so many questions left unanswered. Tiffany's family is left wondering still, what happened to her on those train tracks? Modern dating sucks, but it shouldn't have to – and in fact, we can make it better, we know we can. We're catching up on what's been going on in the new year and re-airing an episode where we were guests on the podcast Seeing Other People with Ilana Dunn. We discuss the biggest mistakes that are happening in all our dating lives, how we can turn each date into a learning experience, and why it's important to focus on the positives when dating. It's Erica's first official episode as Finding Mr. Height's new cohost! We're kicking things off with an introduction for the listeners using questions *from* the listeners. But first, Ali recaps her second date with The Padre and encounters a Weird or Nah idea, while Erica has an unsettling experience trying to meet a man “in the wild.” Then, the two dive into Erica's two most significant exes, Eggs Benedict and The Relationship Guy. Timestamps: Erica's interview begins at around minute 28.
