Meilin Ehlke and Catherine Llewellyn had a deep dive into the fascinating topics of oneness, curiosity, and interconnectedness. The chat revolved around the idea of embracing differences and rediscovering our unity with nature and one another. Catherine emphasized the importance of recognizing our inherent connection to nature and breaking free from the illusion of separateness that has fueled individual growth but now calls for a return to collective alignment. The need to adapt to life's twists and turns with creativity and flexibility rather than trying to control everything with an iron grip came up. Catherine and Meilin stressed the value of community support and empowerment in helping individuals navigate their unique journeys while fostering environments of growth and self-acceptance.Here are three nuggets of wisdom from the episode:1. Embrace your truth while finding ways to harmonize with the collective.2. Remember that we are nature itself, not separate from it.3. Aim for a sweet spot between being present in the moment and exploring the diverse facets of life.During the episode, Catherine Llewellyn dropped a thought-provoking quote, "We are nature," prompting the listener to ponder their deep connection with the natural world and the importance of rekindling this awareness in our daily lives. The conversation shone a light on the wisdom of animals, especially cats, in their ability to simply be and offer healing love without reservation. Meilin and Catherine chatted about the transformative power of reconnecting with nature and the significance of tuning into the rhythm of life, as mirrored in the behaviors of plants, animals, and our furry companions. As we navigate the complexities of modern life, it's crucial to keep in mind our unity with nature and each other, allowing curiosity and openness to guide us towards a richer understanding of ourselves and the interconnected world we call home.Find out more about Catherine on her website: https://beingspace.world Listen to her podcast Truth & Transcendence: https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/truth-transcendence/id1576720874 ~ * ~ ~ * ~ ~ * ~ ~ * ~You are invited to bring your wisdom and powerful energy over to our Fb group where you can share it with us and others. Transformation Catalyst | Humanistic Psychologist | Writer | Podcaster | Free Thinker | Intuitive Healer | Conscious Dance facilitator | Pellowah teacher | Mentor | Organisational Transformation Strategist | Cat lover. I'm Catherine. My lifelong passion for human evolution and transformation began at age 6, encouraged by my wildly bohemian upbringing and various catalytic encounters with radical thought leaders. This path delivered extraordinary experiences, challenges, and learnings in my work and personal life. My father was an alternative practitioner. He taught me that the body is designed to heal itself, and the spirit is designed to grow and expand. He showed me that as a nature-cure practitioner, his job was to support and assist the natural process of healing and growth. This made perfect sense to me! Following a rebellious and somewhat mad adolescence, I fell upon Robert D'Aubigny's extraordinary and ground-breaking Exegesis Programme. For the first time, I was in a group situation, emphasizing consciousness, self-awareness, and personal transformation. Wow. Life-changing. I stuck around with the people I met there for 20 years, exploring how those values could be applied in work situations and personal lives. @ https://beingspace.world/#CuriosityAndInquiry#personalgrowth #PowerOfCuriosity#podcast #CatherineLlewellyn#mentalhealth #personaldevelopment #podcast #SelfImprovement

But after speaking with this week's guest, empowerment leader Catherine Llewellyn, I'm beginning to rethink my thoughts on the subject. In our lively talk, Catherine expounds on her thoughts about consciousness. It's a subject she's thought about her entire life, as she grew up surrounded by alternative thought leaders and transformational programs. Catherine says that consciousness can't be defined as it's around us everywhere. But there are ways we can use and elevate our consciousness to become more aware and enlighten, as Catherine explains:· the role dreams play in accessing our consciousness· why our consciousness is always changing· how to shift your consciousness to benefit your life· can we be conscious all the time?· how working with our body elevates our consciousness· what Pellowah is and how it can transform your sense of self If you want a better understanding of how you can create a better life for yourself, don't miss this revealing episode of Dream Power Radio. Across those 20 years I evolved from a voice trainer, through HR Director, Marketing Director and Team-building Trainer - to Organizational Change consultant and facilitator, and finally Board level facilitator and executive coach. A meaty transition to be sure. Much growth was involved, tears and laughter - it was all very real. Just as it was starting to feel like time to peel off and set up on my own, through that organization I met the remarkable folk at Surrey University's Human Potential Research Group, founded by the father of Humanistic Psychology John Heron. Through their master's degree I recognized that my highly facilitative style was in fact Humanistic. They taught me how to hone my approach and threw in a raft of new techniques to boot. Armed with all this juiciness I set off for the next 20 years deepening and expanding my Humanistic practice. Meanwhile ~ bSupport the Show.Want more ways to find joy in your life? Ever felt like you're running in circles, trying to fit into societal molds? What if you decided to break those constraints and embrace a path of personal growth and consciousness elevation? That's exactly what our guest, Catherine, did. Having been raised in an alternative family in the UK, Catherine's unique upbringing instilled in her the spirit of questioning the norm and seeking solace in nurturing her spirit through dance, reading, and exploring nature. Against all societal pressures, she remained loyal to her unconventional perspective, carving a path of self-discovery and success.Laughter, they say, is the best medicine, but little do we realize its power in coping with life's challenges. Catherine's family believed in turning everything into a game, instilling in her a strong sense of humor and an ability to find laughter in the most unlikely places. This helped her navigate the pressures of conformity and allowed her to embrace an open-minded perspective. Through the pandemic, she underwent exponential personal growth, realizing that consciousness is not about politics, but a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment.Catherine's journey to success and independence is a testament to the importance of personal responsibility and self-care. In a world filled with noise and chaos, she emphasizes the need to nurture our bodies, embrace sustainable lifestyles, and understand the wisdom of early saving. Drawing from her personal experiences, Catherine provides compelling anecdotes and thought-provoking insights into living life on one's own terms. So, are you ready for a consciousness elevation? Listen in as we speak with Being Space's Founder, Catherine Llewellyn, and discuss her greatest client horror story. In this episode, Catherine discusses disappointing traits and tactics of business executives that may prompt even loyal employees to resign. During the 1980s, Catherine traveled the countryside as a trainer with her team. They were distinct from the sales team. The sales team would acquire clients, close deals, and contracts, and then brief Catherine's training team to execute the training. They were assigned to conduct a two-day telephone sales training for a travel agency. Upon arrival, they were met with a derelict training room with walls full of plaster and a dusty, filthy floor – which they spent hours cleaning! Worse, upon the arrival of the participants, their faces were slack and utterly unhappy because (surprise!) they don't perform telephone sales in their line of work. It gets even worse as when they tried contacting the primary client, he was on holiday. It turns out that this client just didn't want to be there for his employees' reaction to letting them take telephone sales training. There just wasn't any hope of breaking it to them gently. They were going to be handling telephone sales upon return, but Catherine's team had to be the ones to give the news. You are in for a treat with this episode full of surprising twists and valuable lessons. Get ready to explore what it takes to thrive in the business world and learn from both successes and challenges. Morgan Friedman Being Space Catherine's Linkedin Catherine's Facebook

A couple of weeks ago, I had a conversation with a lovely lady with a lovely English accent. Her name is Catherine Llewellyn and she is very conversant in the subject of consciousness. What she does is help people upgrade their lives by exploring and expanding their consciousness. Now, we need to understand that "consciousness" is referring to the pure awareness that is our essence rather than our thoughts. But elevation of consciousness is at the core of what she talks about and what she does. She helps people tune in to aspects of themselves that they might want to change by becoming more self aware. People so seldom stop and take time to reflect and become more aware of what's going on inside themselves. She uses mentoring in a very holistic approach that includes techniques such as: assessment, meditation, reflection on what is happening in your life, following your intuition, visioning, inquiry, energy techniques, conscious movement, synergy, and integration. One of most amazing things she talked about is a technique called Pellowah that helps people achieve "radical shifts in consciousness" by putting them directly in touch with their Source. She offers Pellowah workshops that help people shift their consciousness in amazing ways and with wonderful results. You can learn more about Catherine at her website, BeingSpace.world, and she has a podcast called "Truth and Transcendence".Support the showOur Spiritual Life was honored to be included in the FeedSpot 100 Best Spiritual Podcasts (blog.feedspot.com/spiritual_podcasts) in May 2023. Rob interviews Catherine Llewellyn, a master humanistic psychologist and podcaster. Catherine shares her unique upbringing, growing up in a family that defied societal norms and encouraged free thinking. She discusses her journey from working in the computer industry to discovering her passion for human potential and personal growth. Catherine also delves into the principles of humanistic psychology, emphasising the importance of starting from the present and fostering a cooperative relationship with clients. KEY TAKEAWAYS Catherine's upbringing in a unique and unconventional family environment shaped her perspective on human potential and personal growth from an early age. Catherine's journey towards her current work in humanistic psychology and personal transformation was not a linear path, but rather a series of intuitive decisions and experiences that led her to where she is today. Humanistic psychology, as practiced by Catherine, focuses on starting from the present and empowering individuals to discover their own desires and potential for growth, rather than dwelling on the past or imposing external solutions. The quality of the relationship between the practitioner and the client is highly valued in humanistic psychology, with a strong emphasis on mutual respect and collaboration. BEST MOMENTS "I had quite an unusual upbringing… It was all very kind of Bohemian atmosphere." "I felt I was very much encouraged to think for myself, ask questions, but also to be responsible for myself." "I understand what it's like to feel like a dual pressure almost and to have that be a very difficult experience for somebody." "The quality of the relationship between the practitioner and the client is possibly the most important part of the work." In the episode "The Danger of Running Away from Yourself: Why Pausing is Key to Getting Out of a Rut," the importance of pausing and engaging in self-reflection is emphasized. Our guest, Catherine Llewellyn, highlights the danger of running away from oneself when feeling stuck in a rut. Often, individuals may make impulsive decisions to escape their current situation, only to realize that the issues they were trying to escape from are still within them. Therefore, taking a moment to pause and reflect becomes crucial in order to truly address the root causes of dissatisfaction and make meaningful changes. The episode also emphasizes the value of self-inquiry and reflection over seeking external solutions or following societal expectations. Rather than searching for a predetermined menu of how to be, Catherine encourages us to engage in deep introspection and discover our true selves. By taking the time to reflect on what truly matters and what aligns with their values, individuals can make more authentic choices and avoid the trap of conforming to external pressures.Ultimately, Catherine suggests that pausing and engaging in self-reflection can lead to personal growth and a more fulfilling life. By acknowledging that the rut one finds themselves in may be of their own making, individuals can approach the situation with self-compassion and forgiveness. This allows for a shift in perspective, moving from blame and self-criticism to a place of self-love and acceptance. Through this process, individuals can gain clarity, make intentional decisions, and create a life that is aligned with their true selves. In this episode, you will be able to:Running away from a rut may not be the best solution as the problem may be within oneself. It's important to pause and reflect before making any drastic changes.Consider how leaving a rut may affect relationships with family, friends, and neighbors.Moving on from a rut should happen when one's whole being wants to move forward.Being in a rut can feel safe and comfortable. Most people aim for nothing in life and hit it with amazing accuracy. How would you define the word transcend? One definition is to go further, rise above, or be more important or better than something, especially a limit: My guest today is Catherine Llewellyn. To transcend beyond the mask means to go beyond the superficial or false identity that one may wear to conform to societal expectations or to hide their true self. It involves breaking free from the limitations imposed by external perceptions and embracing one's authentic self at a deeper level. It is a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and inner transformation, where one strives to live in alignment with their true values, passions, and purpose. Transcending beyond the mask involves embracing vulnerability, accepting imperfections, and stepping into a state of authenticity and self-acceptance, allowing one to live a more fulfilling and genuine life. Richard in conversation with Catherine Llewellyn of the Yes You Now podcast.
We spend a lot of time working, in fact the average full-time employee works around 37 hours every week. We dedicate most of our awake time and energy to work. So why do only 27% of people feel their employer really cares about their overall wellbeing? What are employees doing wrong and how can we fix it? Michael Banks' conversation with Catherine Llewellyn, Master Humanistic Psychologist, Organizational Transformation Strategist and Type ‘A' Wrangler, provides an expanded view of organizational wellbeing and vitality. Going beyond the more formulaic and programmatic approach to this important, and highly relevant topic, she suggests that well-being is more of a ‘state' than a set of ‘one size fits all' best practices. Catherine explains how she applies to organizations the diagnostic model she co-designed with Professor Paul Tosey of Surrey University. It's called the Seven Levels and is based upon the Hindu and Buddhist system of seven chakras or energy centers. In this way she can ‘prescribe' a ‘well being and vitality journey' that is tailored to each unique organization. In a time of almost universal fear and stress around viruses and wars a state of wellbeing for all is more desirable than ever. Please join us and be inspired and encouraged by listening to Catherine Llewellyn's experience and wisdom about how leaders can raise the level of wellness in their organizations by starting with themselves!
