She was previously the Associate Head Coach at Saint Louis University where she helped the Billikens win the Atlantic-10 Conference Tournament Championship and earn a bid to the NCAA Tournament. Prior to her one season at Saint Louis, Sardin was the Head Coach at Chicago State where the 2021-22 team matched their total number of victories from the previous four years combined.
