In this episode, Max Traylor, consultant to consultants, goes into ways creative businesses can productize their services, other than designing templates and selling them on Canva. One of the core points he makes is the importance of looking at your process, and the value in productizing your process, not just your output. Also, another interesting point he brings up is that consulting is like the kid's game Chutes And Ladders.
Greeny is STUNNED by the Cowboys no-show against the Packers...but he knows he shouldn't be surprised, because this always happens. Hembo and Domonique Foxworth join him to examine just how much went wrong for Dallas last night and what the ramifications are. Greeny and Hembo discuss if Dak Prescott is guaranteed to get another deal...and if the Cowboys title window is closed before it even fully opened. Welcome Home, we're so glad you're joining us online as we worship Jesus! Life is full of ups and downs. Wins and losses. Promotions and rejections. Make-ups and break-ups. Today, we'll look at how to keep moving forward and win the game as Pastor Rich Phipps wraps up our Game Plan series.
What is your end goal in business and life? What's your biggest reason that can help you keep in the game? What can you do differently that you haven't already done to keep winning in the world of business? Welcome to the PelviBiz Podcast! I'm your host, Dr. Kelly Alhooie, founder of OrthoPelvic Physical Therapy, Pelvic Health Business Grower, and PelviBiz Podcast. In this week's episode, I will be going to talk about how business is similar to Shoots and Ladder, the old-school board game that you used to play with a dice until you reached the finish line. How to figure out when you can get out of the shoot the fastest and what you can do differently to be successful in life and business. I will touch on such topics as: Some people went down on the path that never went down the shoot; some people were on a path that went down many shoots; and some people hit the shoot and rebounded like a rubber-band and got launched to the finish line. If something comes up in a tremendous way in life, what are you going to do when it comes to the shoot and ladders game? If you roll a die and get knocked down in a shoot, are you going to slowly climb your way out of that shoot? Or will you figure out a way that you can be launched like a water balloon and continue on the path? Instead of sitting at the bottom of the shoot, pause and think about what you can do differently. Going down the shoot is parallel to failure. You have to figure out a way to do whatever it takes to get you there and your finish line has to be so big At some point, you are going to find your way. No matter how many times you go down the shoot, you can always get back up. The people that are winning in business are the people that can get out of the shoot the fastest. If you figure out how to do that, you will win the game. The Business Retreat You've Been Waiting for is back!Ready to Join a community of pelvic healthcare professionals on October 14-16?
