Mike pries the story of Stink and Stoke’s chat with Sean Payton out of him and he tried to pry some inside info from him as well. The AFC has a killer’s row of QB’s but the Broncos’ own division might be especially tough, do they think the Broncos have a chance to take the AFC West? Following practice, and minus his bucket hat, Darren joined Craig Grialou to discuss what he saw from the offense - McBride obviously, but also Kyler Murray, Marvin Harrison Jr., and Trey Benson - as well as the defense plus his account of the lone dust-up between the two teams that, to no one’s surprise, involved Tip Reiman in a special teams period. In the fourth and final hour of the Drive we take a deep dive at the offense. Bo Nix finally had a good outing! Which player directly benefited from it and is that the sign of life Broncos Country needed to feel better about this offense? A receiver may have stamped himself as the number two in the locker room, but is there still a competition at large to determine the pecking order at wide receiver? Sean was asked a very loaded question today, how did he handle it and is there any truth to the question that was asked? Will Petersen and Aniello Piro join from Denver Sports Tonight to debate which running backs are making the Broncos roster.
