THIS IS A GREAT TIME TO BUY!!! DJT". Delikat lyssning på dig,Nicklas Hosted on Acast. Billionaires across the country are starting to express buyer's remorse for putting Donald Trump back in power. These billionaires are now watching as their fortunes disappear thanks to Trump's backwards trade policies, and they are now speaking out about how horrible this has been for them. But they can't feign ignorance on this one - Trump made it clear that this was exactly what he was going to do during the campaign.Donald Trump isn't immune from his own horrible policies, and his crashing of the stock market has now cost him half a billion dollars. In the past week, Trump saw his own net worth plummet by $500 million as the stock value of his Trump Media and Technology Group bottomed out, along with most of the stock market. He would rather lose millions than admit that he's wrong, which is quite shocking. Elon Musk's team at DOGE has been using AI to spy on government workers to make sure that everyone employed in the federal government is sufficiently loyal to Donald Trump. The fact that they are using unproven and easily fooled software is actually the least important part of the story - the fact that government employees are no longer allowed to have personal opinions is what really matters. The thought police are active. The European Union has announced some minor reciprocal tariffs on the United States, but for the most part they are just sitting back and laughing at the "stupidity" of Donald Trump tanking the entire US economy. Reports suggest that EU countries are "sharpening their knives" as they wait for the US to become so insolvent that they can take over major trade agreements and business ventures, taking away the main source of vitality for the United States.Text and and let us know your thoughts on today's stories!Subscribe to our YouTube channel to stay up to date on all of Farron's content: https://www.youtube.com/FarronBalancedFollow Farron on social media! It turns out that not even Donald Trump himself is immune from his destruction of the US economy, as he has managed to wipe out billions of dollars from his own net worth in the stock market crash. Trump has lost roughly $2.5 billion since he took office as shares of the Trump Media and Technology Group have been on a steady downward slide. The slide was made worse this week as the stock market crashed, with shares now trading below $20. Investors at some of the largest US banks have now made it clear that they believe Donald Trump is destroying the economy, and they've updated their economic forecasts to show that a recession is far more likely than it was just a week ago. The big reason for the shift to pessimism is that Trump's own team has changed the way that they speak about the economy, and they are now admitting that there is a lot of pain headed for consumers, which is spooking investors. A federal judge ruled this week that the Department of Government Efficiency is operating under an unprecedented shroud of secrecy, and those days are over. The judge has ordered the Department to turn over documents relating to their activities so that everyone can understand what they are doing and how they are doing it. Musk and his allies had been trying to keep these activities hidden for some reason, and we may soon find out what that reason is.White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt ran crying to Sean Hannity on Fox News after a reporter with the Associated Press made her look like a complete fool during a press briefing earlier in the day. When Elon Musk walked into Twitter headquarters carrying a kitchen sink, most saw an eccentric billionaire's publicity stunt. What we've uncovered is something far more calculated: the first move in what may be the largest coordinated market manipulation in history. Our investigation reveals how a $25 billion loss at Twitter/X sets the stage for an unprecedented scheme to profit from cryptocurrency markets using presidential power itself. The numbers tell the story: When Bitcoin traded at $70,000 before Trump's election, Musk was already holding billions in crypto through Tesla and SpaceX. Tesla alone had 10,000 Bitcoin. SpaceX another 8,000. Then came Trump's election victory, and within a week, the price jumped $20,000. But December 5th marked the real turning point. Trump names David Sacks - Musk's old PayPal ally - as America's first Crypto Czar. That same day, he launches World Liberty Financial, perfectly positioned to profit from his own policy announcements. Within hours, he unveils plans for a "strategic national bitcoin stockpile." By mid-December, Bitcoin hits $108,000. The profit mechanism is breathtaking in its simplicity: Through Tesla and SpaceX alone, Musk sees gains of over $600 million. Trump, through World Liberty Financial and his 78.75 million shares in Trump Media & Technology Group, profits from every policy announcement he makes. Each presidential declaration drives crypto prices higher, and each surge increases their personal wealth. This isn't just market manipulation. This is using presidential power to create personal profit. But this is just Part 1. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
Ration packs are perhaps one of first things that spring to mind when we think of food in the military. But have you ever stopped to consider how they're developed? From their weight to their ability to be dropped from high altitutudes and withstand boiling and freezing climates, the science behind ration packs is incredibly complex. Ross Coad spent more than three decades working at the Defence Science and Technology Group in Scottsdale, Tasmania. This involved research on food packaging, food processing, the nutritional requirements of military personnel and, of course, ration packs. Listen as he uncovers the best (and worse) ration pack items, and how they were trialled in the field.

This week on Ring of Fire! Republicans in the House are growing increasingly concerned that Donald Trump's demands of them are going to lead to “galactically stupid” consequences for them in November's election. Trump is still demanding that they shut down the government, and if they don't, they fear that he's going to go on the rampage against them – which could be just as costly in November! Republican Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer sunk to a new level during a recent interview on Fox News when he decided to go into an attack on Tim Walz's family, including his children. Comer attacked the children as part of the justification for his investigation into Walz, whom Comer believes is being “groomed” by China. These kinds of attacks used to be completely off limits, but this one wasn't even a blip on the media's radar. Donald Trump only has a few days left before he can sell his shares of Truth Social (officially the Trump Media & Technology Group stock), but the whole thing could end up being completely worthless by Friday. The stock closed a little over $13 per share last week, then dropped even further during trading on Monday to close to $12. This is a sinking ship, and Trump won't be the one left without a life preserver. All that, and much more, on this week's Ring of Fire Podcast!
During a rally in Georgia this week, Donald Trump went completely off the rails and showcased his mental problems. He repeatedly messed up words and forgot the names of cities while completely botching his talking points about his own record. But it was when he started wandering off the stage and hugged air that everyone started to think that maybe this man isn't all there. Also, Republicans have repeatedly told us that they don't have any problems with people coming into this country legally, and that they only want to get rid of those people who come in illegally. Donald Trump made it clear that this was NOT the case during a rally in Pennsylvania this week when he said that he would deport the LEGAL immigrants from Springfield, Ohio. They have now taken the mask off and it is clear that they hate ALL immigrants, regardless of their status. And the Trump Media & Technology Group (which owns Truth Social) has had one of the worst weeks in the stock market EVER, and the whole thing could end up being completely worthless in a matter of days. The stock is now hovering around $12 per share, which Barron's says could mean that all of Donald Trump's "paper gains" would be wiped out. In other words, Trump could walk away with absolutely nothing from this company. Finally, late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel tore into Melania Trump this week for being just as much of a shameless grifter as her husband. Melania is currently hawking multiple products - including a new book and a necklace, and Kimmel didn't pass up the opportunity to point out that this entire family is just trying to make a quick buck off their cult-like following.Subscribe to our YouTube channel to stay up to date on all of Farron's content: https://www.youtube.com/FarronBalancedFollow Farron on social media!Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FarronBalancedTwitter: https://twitter.com/farronbalancedInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/farronbalancedTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@farronbalanced?lang=enText and and let us know your thoughts on today's stories!
In this episode of French Insider, Noel Rimalovski, Managing Director of GH Partners LLC joins host Brian Weimer, Telecom Team Leader of Sheppard Mullin, to discuss cross-border initiatives in the satellite and space industry. These initiatives include France's CoFace compared to The EXIM Bank in the United States, the emerging small launch industry, and the potential for commercial opportunities on the moon. What We Discussed in This Episode: How does working with France's CoFace differ from working with The EXIM Bank in the United States? How does The EXIM Bank compare to the way France approaches export credit agency financing? Who can access financing from an export credit agency? Can a French company approach The EXIM Bank? Aside from SpaceX, who are some of the players in the nascent industry of small launch providers? Are the small launch providers that have proliferated in recent years targeting SpaceX's market? Is the recent multi-orbit trend lately likely to continue? Why is it essential for space and satellite companies to ensure alignment with their government? Is there any real potential for large-scale commercial opportunities on the moon? Is the space industry transitioning into a more commercial chapter of financing? Is there a push for more sustainable projects in the space industry? Text and and let us know your thoughts on today's stories!During her speech at the DNC this week, former Trump White House aide Stephanie Grisham said that Donald Trump has very little love for his supporters behind closed doors. In fact, Grisham said that Trump referred to them as "basement dwellers." Those are harsh words about the people that were willing to break the law for him during the Capitol Riot, but this admission is unlikely to wake any of them up.Also, Donald Trump attempted to outdo the Democratic Convention with a speech to law enforcement this week, but things quickly went off the rails when Trump made a shockingly stupid, and completely insane, claim about crime in the United States. Trump flatly stated that a person in this country can no longer walk across the street to buy groceries without being murdered or assaulted - and he stated this as a fact. Violent crime in this country has been on the decline for several years in a row, and Republicans don't know how to handle this progress. And Donald Trump is less than one month away from being able to sell any of his shares in the Trump Media & Technology Group (which owns Truth Social.) But by the time he can finally sell it, the stock may be completely worthless. For the last few days, the stock has been going through a freefall, bottoming out at close to $20 per share, down from a high of nearly $80 per share. The company is just as worthless as Trump's presidential campaign. Finally, according to sources close to Donald Trump, his biggest fear this week was that the Democratic Convention would pull in higher ratings than his convention. Now that the data is rolling in, that nightmare has become a reality as the DNC pulled in a larger audience, increasing viewership over the RNC by 21%. That's a massive gap between the two, and it could be even more proof that the country is far more excited about the Democratic candidates than they are about the Republicans.Subscribe to our YouTube channel to stay up to date on all of Farron's content: https://www.youtube.com/FarronBalancedFollow Farron on social media!Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FarronBalanced/Twitter: https://twitter.com/farronbalancedInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/farronbalancedTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@farronbalanced?lang=en

There is a war on the truth. It's happening every day in our media, from our politicians, and even in your local schools. Where do you go when you need to know the truth? We can't trust the government. It's been lying to us for a long time, but in just the past few years it has actively worked to suppress free speech. The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security colluded with social media to remove some posts and reduce visibility for others. The Biden administration also brands anything politically inconvenient as misinformation or disinformation. Hunter Biden's laptop and criticisms of COVID policy are two prominent examples of that.So where can we turn?
