Jason got a guitar at 8, but lost interest.  While in college and after a break up he bought a guitar. This show is going to be so controversial rob didn't even want to be here today. That's that's how wild today is going to be I'm just going to warn you. If if your if you're not used to couldn't. If you're not used to competing ideas. And nuance today is not gonna be your show. If you do like those things today's gonna be your show. Yesterday I'm sitting here in studio robin robin I did 2 radio shows a lot of our shows are pre recorded since the show's nationally syndicated we can't be live across the entire country all at the same time we're trying to change that but you know as we grow you guys share like and love our videos online and share content maybe we can do a live show nationally we've got a couple of things in the works right now so. Yesterday. I'm sitting there and I'm reading the news I'm always in the news I've actually I've given some serious thought to actually starting a show that's economics and politics. So I have a a personal fascination with it however it's also critical to our business know exactly what's going on in the world of politics. And economics those 2 worlds collide and they have a massive impact on what we do is real estate investors. For example up biting right now is talking about eliminating 1031 exchanges. Those are tax free transfers of capital gains to another assets so you sell an apartment complex you go buy another apartment complex the gains you experienced. During the duration of your ownership for that asset what you sell that asset you can transfer those capital gains to the next asset without paying any taxes. So it's important for us as investors. To keep our eye on both of those worlds what's going on in politics what's going on in economics in the world of economics today. There is a massive expansion. In fiscal policy. And what is that the. In in Congress right now. Our elected officials are debating between 1000000000000 and $3000000000000 in additional. Dollars to be doled out to Americans and companies somewhere between 1 and 3000000000000. Which is a ridiculously huge number. At the beginning of this crisis I never thought in 1000000 years we beat 1012 $0 into fighting this thing. And I use the term fighting loosely because really all we're doing is just handing out cash. Now you might ask yourself what Jason what's the impact to real estate on piles of cash. Well it's simple it's going to make real estate more expensive. Now there are a lot of economists that I really do enjoy reading however. I disagree with a lot of the fact most of them on inflation. Inflation is showing up in 4 different places. So when ever the government. Increases the amount of money in the system whether they do that through monetary or fiscal policy when there's more money in the system it shows up at least in the last 20 years. In one of 4 places or all 4. In each of these 4 places that inflation shows up in arrives. Our our assets that you can borrow money for. Yeah I'll give you this for real quick automobiles. Higher education. Health care. And real estate. You can borrow money quite easily for all for those things. There's trillions of dollars that come into the American system. Those dollars have to be allocated somewhere. Consumers borrow money and what are they borrow money for they borrow money for for different things higher education Kerr's health care real estate. Don't believe me look and see how much prices have risen. Learn More (Copyright Mr. Texas Real Estate)

There's no social distancing in beach towns. Why would there be. Drove by a couple of our properties yesterday and it was all packed right they're all packed yes nobody was it was funny because there were no cars there and so each the other all the beach and then by the time you're driving back like they're everybody's back right next to our house on ray's way they were having a hard tail I I've never not our house not R. as party policy please we have a 0 with 0 part of a small get together now now. When it starts with get together the answer means merely no right we're gonna have an after party after winning no thank you not on it got to go to somebody else's Airbnb so the guy next door I don't think he Airbnb that property I think you just they just live their sure yeah but I've never seen a there until this weekend well and I drove by I was like well. **** everything there's not lot next to a car lot was full of cars we like how the whole family there was always Hey there's a covert cluster right. Well there's a family with a pool in our neighborhood to same thing Saturday there's like 30 cars outside of like there it is there's your covert cluster is yeah it's not the bars and not going to the mall is that one right there I could tell you so anyway so driving around server side I mean it was it was crazy even lates Sunday afternoon it was just packed full of people good everywhere restaurants are. D. much book through August so we're. Good yeah that's great so that Airbnb thing turned out to be a pretty pretty good idea I don't know that's the hospitality business that we want to be in that business. Speaking of hospitality business I was sharing some data on at the last market update last week about Vegas. So Vegas in airline travel our our producer Rick here who has made it back alive corona free from you in Philly you don't notice right yeah the the generate yeah the other producers for the last 2 weeks she would run this. The opinions stated in this program are not the opinions of the station and Rick seems hello more faith in us. Graham there we go yes represent the views the Olympians she was running that intimate or ownership of this station I think Rick is dumping us during the most controversial sorry I meant I'm saving this one. Delete delete. Airlines Vegas airlines of a ESO as everyone's finding out if you do any traveling right now there's nobody out there like nobody's right standing there a hobby like we're we're the Papa Gino's and hobby there's like 6 people there like where is everybody so it's I was hearing a bunch of airline analysts and in folks talking about Vegas in Miami. Airlines they're predicting. It's actually it's really hard for them to predict this because they said the changes in behavior are the hardest to model but they said course they said most recessions it takes 3 to 5 years for the airlines to come back in and they set out on top of this the fact that technology has gotten so good and behaviors change around webinars that sort of thing virtual meetings. It could be a 7 to 10 year run and we're talking about business travel for the right to write business travel and then of course Mrs how many people want to go to Vegas for a conference now me yeah I I'd like to go still. You know they're talking about I know or would Galleria. Learn More (Copyright Mr. Texas Real Estate)

Pop Art Painter Jamie Roxx (www.JamieRoxx.us) welcomes Stone Stanley (Americana/delta blues/reggae/folk, Mudstomp) to the Show!  www.stonestanley.com Stone Stanley is the musical project of Jason Robert, a singer/songwriter based out of Hesperia California, a Mojave desert community in San Bernardino County.   Rooted in blues, rock and folk, the Stone Stanley musical experience is eclectic and oozing with Americana.  In addition to Robert, the current list of musicians recording and touring in Stone Stanley are not limited to, but include, Scott Longnecker (bass), Jim McComas (guitar), Ralph Gilbert (guitar) and Pat Lucca (blues harp).   Departing from the soulful jam and folk rock reggae sounds of their 2011 self titled debut album, Stone Stanley now relies on a more rootsy blues, rock and folk oriented sound and approach to their material.  The band calls this style of play Mudstomp music. This sound can be heard on the latest album, The Mudstomp Tapes (Dec 2017).Mudstomp music refers to the "dry and lonesome" sound of open desert delta style blues with an emphasis on a backbeat, akin to "romping through the desert mud" amid heavy rain.   Media Inquiries: Doug W. "Events are expensive operations. As a result, event organizers establish costly subsidies and artificial deals to maximize revenue and minimize risk, ultimately hurting the entire event financing process" - Jason Robert, Co-founder & CEO of Hello Sugoi Jason is Co-founder & CEO of HelloSugoi, the world's first blockchain powered live events ecosystem. The team over at Hello Sugoi operates on principals that the event coordinators and customers deserve a fair system in which to operate. Currently, the model is flawed with intermediaries, risk, fraud and price gouging. With the Hello Sugoi platform, using smart contracts to issue tickets adds transparency and helps disrupt inefficiencies in the current system. He also co-founded the popular "Real World Blockchain” meetup and is the founding instructor at Product School's "Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies" course in Los Angeles, CA. Jason has facilitated numerous public speaking engagements on the topic of blockchain and the entertainment industry, including appearances at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music, BlockCon, SF Music Tech Summit, XLIVE, and SXSW. After years as a touring drummer, he founded Lost Midas, a music production company. While there, he negotiated recording, publishing, and live event agreements. He released several albums to critical acclaim by the BBC and NPR, and performed extensively across North America and the UK. Jason has also composed original songs at BMG Production Music for high-profile TV shows on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, Netflix, and Showtime. For show notes and more please visit: CoinStructive LAB Radio
