This week's confession went something like this: "I'm going to say something that sounds terrible, but I know I'm not the only one thinking it: sometimes co-parenting feels harder than the relationship ever did. Not because we don't love the child, but because we're constantly negotiating with someone we no longer chose. Every decision feels like a compromise, every win feels temporary, and sometimes peace only exists when one person stays quiet.
