After the terrible cliffhanger left with Koyomimonogatari, the hosts of Otaku Spirit Animecast finally get their questions answered in one of the biggest wrap-ups of stories in the Monogatari Series yet. An epic conclusion to so many arcs. This is a spoiler filled review of Owarimonogatari 2nd Season. If you have not watched Owarimonogatari 2nd Season, avoid listening to this episode. Please note that this episode was recorded in August of 2017. The opening for this episode is the OP1 for Owarimonogatari 2nd Season called “terminal terminal” by Emiri Katou. The outro for this episode is the ED for Owarimonogatari 2nd Season called “SHIORI” by ClariS.
Episode 17 of Key Frames: Inbetweens, a mini-podcast about anime. I shouldn't have wasted my butchering of Frank Sinatra's "My Way" on the description of episode 51 because this really is the end of an era. Ben and Jeff discuss the final arc of the Monogatari Series franchise and look back on six episodes of navel-gazing speculation about one of the most intellectual and perverted shows out there. Lots of important questions are asked and answered, like whether Ben is more into eyebrows or feet. Thanks for listening, and we hope you enjoyed it!

It's Choochagatari time again, and we're still nowhere near episode 69. This time around John outdoes everyone after reading basically everything Akira Toriyama has ever written. Not to be outdone, Rose talks about Sword Art Online and A Certain Magical Index again because you know you've got to hear about that, and Trixie watched Yugioh, but fucked up. Hopefully this is the last time we talk about feet. The opening theme for this episode is Mathemagics from Owarimonogatari, and our ending theme is The Last Day of My Adolescence from Hanamonogatari. The great mystery that has been plaguing the hosts of the Animecast is finally solved. Diving into the second part of Owarimonogatari Season 1 reveals the happenings surrounding Araragi during Nekomonogatari White. A surprising treat for both the hosts. Listen and find out why! Note: Due to being so far into the series, this review will be a full spoiler review of the story and its contents. If you have not watched Owarimonogatari Part 2 you should avoid this episode. The opening for this episode is the OP for Owarimonogatari Part 2 called “mein schatz” by meg rock. The closing for this episode is the ED for Owarimonogatari Part 2 called “Sayonara no Yukue” by Alisa Takigawa.
The Monogatari Series puts heavy emphasis on exploring the girls that seem drawn to Koyomi Araragi, but very little time is spent on the man himself. Inside of Owarimonogatari Part 1, we get quite a bit of insight into what makes Koyomi tick. Note: Due to being so far into the series, this review will be a full spoiler review of the story and its contents. If you have not watched Owarimonogatari Part 1 you should avoid this episode. The opening for this episode is the OP for Owarimonogatari Part 1 called “Decent Black” by Kaori Mizuhashi. The closing for this episode is the ED for Owarimonogatari Part 1 called “Sayonara no Yukue” by Alisa.

Pasamos a hablar de clásicos como Gundam o Ghost in the Shell.

It's the end of the season! Fall 2015 has been a fun ride, but this week is week 12, meaning many things have ended. Naturally, we will do our final reviews of things this week and next week. Expect an extra amount of scrubbiness this week! We review Comet Wars, and obviously give it a bad score. We finish Owarimonogatari (which was amazing!) and also we do a fairly lengthy section reviewing One Punch Man, which is a weird show for us. We love it, but we also don't understand why people think it's the best anime ever (as we see on IMDb). Here's some of what we talk about: Noragami Aragoto, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, One Punch Man, Comet Lucifer and Asterisk War (we call this section "Comet Wars), Ushio and Tora, Owarimonogatari, Haikyuu!!, Concrete Revolutio, Gakkou Gurashi, and more. Jump into the episode for our full thoughts! Also, Merry Christmas! DON'T FORGET: We have started re-watching Toradora on the since 6th. We watch one episode a day, with the Christmas Eve episode landing on December 24th. You will need to watch 19 episodes as of December 24th. Hello and Welcome back to another episode of "the scrubbiest podcast on the internet!" This week is a shorter episode, as there is not much to talk about with the season winding down. But you can expect a fair share of "Comet Wars" and also we go into a mini review of Gakkou Gurashi (School Live!) as Kye has finally finished the show himself. This week we talk about all the normal stuff (and everyone got caught up on everything!) here's some of what we talk about: Noragami Aragoto, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, One Punch Man, Comet Lucifer and Asterisk War (we call this section "Comet Wars), Ushio and Tora, Owarimonogatari, Haikyuu!!, Concrete Revolutio, Gakkou Gurashi, and more. Welcome back to another episode of Anime Scrubs! The season is either winding down, or cranking up, depending on the series. The guys jump into their normal weekly stuff, but they don't have much to talk about because there were a lot of slow episodes. So instead prepare for random topics to come up! Some of the anime talked about today are: Noragami Aragoto, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans, One Punch Man, Comet Lucifer and Asterisk War (we call this section "Comet Wars), Ushio and Tora, Owarimonogatari, Haikyuu!!, Watamote, My Little Monster, Gakkou Gurashi, Bleach, Naruto and more! Meanwhile, ShaKing807 joins us again to discuss how “hype” can help or hinder how we view and rate anime (especially when it comes to One Punch Man and Steins;Gate), and what we can do going forward. Welcome the 20th Episode of Anime Scrubs! 10 Episodes ago we had celebrated our first 10. We did a double review, with a guest. Well, we wanted to celebrate how we doubled that number, so this time we also have a double review for you, but sadly no guest. This week we jump into all our normal episode reviews, including: Noragami Aragoto, Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans, One Punch Man, Comet Lucifer and Asterisk War (we call this section "Comet Wars), Ushio and Tora, Owarimonogatari, Haikyuu!!, and more! Then we go straight into our review of Your Lie in April and Kuroko's Basketball. Finally, we review Kuroko's! A long 4 months after Ben said he'd finish it, we finally reach our review. This week Ben has started reading Berzerk, Kye is tired of Naruto filler, and Hendo understands how Orga feels when he got too drunk. Jump in for a great conversation! Anime Scrubs is back! After a long week of fun the boys come back refreshed and raring to go. Or are they? Two weeks worth of anime and time off has made them rusty! But they make up for it with their awesome stories of Anime Banzai. But first, and more important, they delve into the biggest news! JoJo's Part 4 has been greenlit for an anime and the boys couldn't be happier. Ben even said he would catch up now (but he doesn't catch up on stuff effectively...) and Kye is torn between reading the manga first or being anime only. Also on the roster, and probably the hardest hitting this week: Noragami Aragoto! Ben ACTUALLY got caught up. Listen in for this, and many more including: Concrete Revolutio, Mobile Suits Gundam: Iron Blooded Orphans, One Punch Man, Comet Lucifer, Asterisk War, Haikyuu!!, Owarimonogatari, Ushio and Tora, and even more here at the Weekly Best Friend Podcast, Anime Scrubs.
