Send us a textBPM has undergone a notable transformation, shedding its earlier complexity to become a powerful asset in ad-hoc CRM scenarios, particularly for industries with sophisticated customer engagement needs. While traditional CRMs suffice for straightforward use cases, they often falter when faced with rigid data structures that don't align with complex, customer-centric workflows. In these instances, more flexible CRMs become essential, offering not just a viable alternative but often the only workable solution. The convergence of project management capabilities with sales and marketing processes has further elevated the value of certain CRM platforms, creating a seamless operational flow that gives them a distinct advantage. In today's episode, we invited a panel of industry experts for a live discussion on LinkedIn to conduct an independent review of Creatio's capabilities. We covered many grounds including where Creatio might be a fit in the enterprise architecture and where it might be overused. Finally, they analyze many data points to help understand the core strengths and weaknesses of Creatio. Background Soundtrack: Away From You – Mauro SommFor more information on growth strategies for SMBs using ERP and digital transformation, visit our community at wbs.rocks or elevatiq.com. Can we harness the power of Gen AI and no-code technologies without losing control? This is the pressing question we address in today's episode of the Tech Talks Daily Podcast.  I sit down with Andie Dovgan, the Chief Growth Officer at Creatio, a company that has recently achieved 'unicorn' status with a valuation of $1.2 billion. Creatio, a global leader in no-code platforms for automating workflows and customer relationship management (CRM), emphasizes the importance of embedding governance and control in the development of no-code and AI applications. As we explore these technologies' potential to democratize digital transformation, Andie sheds light on how Creatio ensures security, compliance, and risk management while enabling rapid, scalable enterprise application development. We delve into how no-code and AI reduce barriers for non-technical individuals, allowing a larger pool of knowledge workers to contribute to automation and digital transformation. This approach significantly accelerates the time-to-market for digital initiatives compared to traditional development methods. However, with this speed and accessibility comes the challenge of maintaining robust governance frameworks to mitigate risks. Creatio's composable architecture and methodology provide a balanced approach, combining flexibility with security and compliance. Andie shares compelling success stories, including how a $3 billion company deployed a 7,000-user CRM app in just three months—an endeavor that would traditionally take over a year. This episode also highlights Creatio's recent $200 million funding round, which will fuel further research and development into AI and no-code innovation, as well as global expansion. As we navigate the complexities of these transformative technologies, the conversation underscores the critical need for governance applications and frameworks to enforce necessary controls. As we wrap up, we reflect on the future of Gen AI and no-code technologies. Can these innovations truly be managed and regulated effectively? How can companies like Creatio continue to lead the charge in this space while ensuring security and compliance? Tune in to this thought-provoking episode and share your thoughts on the future of no-code and Gen AI. How do you see these technologies evolving, and what measures do you believe are essential to keep them in check? Let's continue the conversation.

In this episode, the dogs talk about what it means to sacramentalize all things. They discuss the tendency to separate "holy" things from seemingly unholy things (1:30) and the opposing belief that all things are restored in Christ (4:00). Mike brings up his experience serving at Life Teen retreats (9:55), Rob shares what was so impactful about visiting the Martin home in France (11:20), and Connor tells about a recent trip to the doctor (13:10). They all discuss being freed, as priests, to focus on loving people, not just trying to save them (21:30). Also, they reminisce about that time Mike got scabies (28:25). Quotes: “Life with God is not an obligation, but it's really a gift.” (Mike, 9:10) “The retreat actually is reality; what we want to do is integrate the rest of your life into that relationship, into that experience.” (Mike, 10:30) “Every room in their home was clearly about being together.” (Rob about the Martin home, 12:15) “I want to bring Christ into that world. That's what the invitation is, bring all of that suffering into Jesus. Even that is not outside of his power and grace.” (Mike, 20:40) “I just get to love people. That's my whole job.” (Mike, 21:00) “Jesus says 'behold I make all things new', not 'behold I make new things'.” (Connor quoting Schmemann, 22:05) "Nothing is wasted. It's all ingredients somehow in this ultimate project of joy.” (Connor, 23:20) “He has assumed all of our humanity and now we donate our humanity to him to become transfigured and glorified.” (Connor, 23:36) “I'm not on to save people, I'm on to love people.” (Rob quoting Mike, 25:29) "The Christian is to the world what the soul is to the body." (letter to Diognetus, 35:10) “My prerogative is to treat everyone with equal love and equal dignity.” (Mike, 38:20) Media Mentions: Ned SchneeblySchool of Rock (2003)C.S. You might know someone who's looking for spiritual fulfillment, but not in the Church. Instead, they try to find it in nature. They say they don't need to go to a church to get close to God. Well, they should meet Ashley Piche. Ashley LOVES being outdoors (she's really into snowboarding), and she's a recent convert to the Catholic faith. She runs Creatio, a travel ministry that guides young people to deepen their faith through outdoor adventures and mission trips. Ashley has some great insights about: - How to connect with someone who has a relationship with “the universe” instead of God. - Her not-so-typical point of entry into the Catholic faith. - Why getting out in nature is crucial to the New Evangelization. Warning: you might get the urge to throw down your phone and get outside when you listen to this episode!
