In this episode of Free Speech Friday, I break down why KOSA is one of the most dangerous internet censorship bills in Congress, why tech billionaires like Sam Altman and Elon Musk actually SUPPORT it, and what the media is getting completely wrong about this so-called "trade-off."I'm joined by Ari Cohn, one of the top First Amendment lawyers in the country, to explain exactly how KOSA's "duty of care" provision will force platforms to mass-censor content, including LGBTQ voices, mental health support communities, reproductive health information, and more. We cover the junk science behind the social media moral panic, the age verification privacy nightmare, how the FTC could become the internet's censor-in-chief, and why we've seen this exact panic before with comic books, video games, and television.Click the link below to take action now!!! https://www.badinternetbills.com In this video, we cover:What the Kids Online Safety Act actually doesHow KOSA could impact social media platformsAge verification and online privacy issuesThe potential effects on LGBTQ communities, mental health resources, and online speechWhy Elon Musk and OpenAI support KOSA.The reality of age verification and the death of online privacy. How KOSA targets niche communities and support groups.

What if the cause of a dog's chronic pain, gait abnormalities, weakness, or unexplained mobility challenges isn't orthopedic at all?In this episode of PetAbility Podcast, hosts Chris Cranston, MPT, CCRP, and Cathy Symon, CVT, CCRP, CHPT, explore the often-overlooked condition known as Tethered Cord Syndrome (TCS) with pet physical therapist and rehabilitation expert Amie Hesbach. TCS occurs when the spinal cord is abnormally restricted, creating tension on the nervous system that can affect movement, comfort, and overall quality of life.Because the symptoms can mimic a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, and behavioral (think anxiety!) conditions, many affected dogs may go undiagnosed for years. Amie shares her insights into recognizing the subtle signs of TCS, the challenges of obtaining an accurate diagnosis, and the treatment and rehabilitation options available to help these dogs live more comfortable, functional lives.Whether you're a veterinarian, rehabilitation professional, trainer, or devoted dog owner, this conversation will help you better understand a condition that may be hiding in plain sight. In This EpisodeWhat Tethered Cord Syndrome is and how it affects the canine nervous systemWhy TCS is frequently overlooked or misdiagnosedCommon signs and symptoms that should raise concernConditions that TCS can mimicHow TCS is diagnosed and why diagnosis can be challengingCurrent treatment options and the role of rehabilitationPractical advice for owners seeking answers for dogs with chronic mobility issuesThe importance of advocacy, awareness, and early recognitionKey TakeawayTethered Cord Syndrome may be uncommon, but awareness matters. Send us Fan MailWhat if the symptoms we experience are actually important clues about what the body is navigating beneath the surface? In today's episode, Cody sits down with naturopathic practitioner and certified homeopath Anne Dunev for a deep conversation about the powerful connection between stress, hormones, gut health, mindset, and chronic illness. After her own battle with ulcerative colitis and being told she may never fully recover, Anne began asking deeper questions about what was happening physically, emotionally, and neurologically. That search led her into over 30 years of studying how the body responds to stress, unresolved emotional patterns, infections, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance.Together, Cody and Anne explore:Why so many women feel dismissed when labs come back “normal”The connection between chronic stress and hormone dysfunctionHow gut symptoms are often tied to the nervous systemWhy unresolved emotional stress can affect physical healingThe relationship between inflammation, cortisol, and digestive issuesThe importance of learning the language of symptoms instead of suppressing themAnne also shares how her work has incorporated principles from Dianetics, a self-development philosophy created by L. Ron Hubbard that explores how past experiences, stress patterns, and subconscious reactions may influence emotional and physical well-being. Cody and Anne discuss the broader idea that the mind and body are deeply connected and that healing often requires addressing both physiology and perception. This episode is thoughtful, layered, and eye-opening for anyone who has ever felt like they've been searching for deeper answers about their health.Whether you're struggling with hormone imbalance, digestive symptoms, chronic stress, burnout, or simply trying to understand yourself better, this conversation will leave you looking at healing through a completely different lens.Connect with Anne:Website www.annedunev.comInstagram @annedunevConnect with Cody: Instagram: @codyjeansandersUse code CODY for 15% off at Mixhers.Did you learn something new today? In this episode of To The Root, Robyn Spangler explores the complex relationship between stress physiology, cortisol regulation, adrenal function, and chronic skin conditions. Moving beyond the oversimplified narrative that “stress causes breakouts,” Robyn provides a clear, evidence-informed explanation of how cortisol rhythms and stress resilience influence skin health at a physiological level.Robyn explains the essential role cortisol plays in immune signaling, metabolic function, and circadian rhythm regulation—and why both elevated and flattened cortisol patterns can contribute to acne, eczema, psoriasis, flushing, and reactive skin. She also highlights why high-achieving individuals often underestimate their stress load, even as functional lab data reveals significant strain on adrenal function and nutrient reserves.Robyn also outlines key mechanisms through which chronic stress impacts the skin, including increased oil production and inflammation, impaired blood sugar regulation, suppressed digestive function, compromised gut immunity, and mineral depletion. She emphasizes the importance of assessing cellular mineral status, particularly sodium and potassium, to better understand stress resilience and its downstream effects on skin health.Through a functional dermatology lens, this discussion reinforces a core principle: sustainable skin healing requires addressing the body's stress response and internal environment—not just topical treatments or symptom management.Listen now!Use the code ROOT at check-out for 10% off Rayvi: https://rayvishop.com/ Highlights:The physiological role of cortisol and why balance—not elimination—is essentialHow disrupted cortisol rhythms contribute to acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin reactivityThe connection between stress hormones, insulin resistance, and increased sebum productionHow chronic stress suppresses stomach acid and increases vulnerability to gut infectionsWhy high-performing individuals often overlook stress as a root contributor to skin issuesThe impact of mineral depletion on adrenal function and stress resilienceKey signs that cortisol imbalance may be influencing chronic or reactive skin conditionsWhy hair tissue mineral analysis provides valuable insight beyond standard blood testingHow addressing stress physiology supports long-term skin healing and systemic balanceConnect with Robyn:Instagram: @nutritionbyrobyn Website: https://www.theclearskinlab.com
What is the court reporter's role when something on the record feels… wrong? And how can court reporters and interpreters work together effectively to enhance the record-taking process? In this episode, Brynn explores one of the most nuanced and debated issues in court reporting: working with interpreters (including "underqualified" or reporter-illiterate interpreters). Where is the line between neutrality and responsibility? When should a reporter remain silent, and when is it necessary to speak up?Drawing from real deposition experiences, industry discussions, and state rules across New York, California, Texas, and Illinois, this episode breaks down what the law says and what actually happens in the room.More importantly, it challenges a deeper question:Are we simply capturing the record… or are we responsible for protecting it?

Whether you're ready for Spring Break or still have a few weeks until Spring Break, the reality is that there isn't much of the school year left. There are many assessments and IEP meetings that need to be scheduled now. In today's episode, we are talking with a wonderful guest, really getting into the trenches of evaluations and the escalating attendance crisis of the last few years. Join us to learn more!Dr. Dennis Lefevre recently served as the Executive Director of Student Support Services in a small, high-performing school district in southern CA. Prior to that role, he worked in various capacities in public, non-public, and private school settings with thousands of preschool, elementary, and secondary students. He had a front-row seat to the unfolding attendance crisis and became increasingly frustrated by the lack of ownership among school, home, and community. He is now piloting a new kind of evaluation that is an intensive data collection process designed to lower the threshold enough to get students back on campus. As an educational psychologist in private practice, Dr. Dennis started an agency called Back at School, which offers consultations, advocacy, targeted data collection, interventions, workshops, and more to help the attendance crisis.Show Highlights:Understanding the crisis and the disconnect between school districts and parentsPrioritizing the fidelity of “the data” is not the solutionDifferent categories of school team perspectives: those who are competent and conscientious, those who are “just okay,” and those who aren't competent and are just waiting for summer breakThe benefit of school study team meetings in identifying school refusal/avoidance or simple truancyA truism in school attendance: “The longer you're out, the harder it is to go back.”Understanding external and internal behaviors in crafting solutionsWhen the IEP program/curriculum is the root cause of attendance issuesThe facts: 19-25% of students remain chronically absent since COVID (Neurodivergent/special needs students are affected about 3x more than their peers.)Specifics about the MDAE, Multi-Domain Attendance EvaluationResources:Connect with Dr. Dennis Lefevre: WebsiteContact us on social media or through our website for more information on the IEP Learning Center: www.inclusiveeducationproject.org.Thank you for listening!Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE to the show to receive every new episode delivered straight to your podcast player every Tuesday. If you enjoyed this episode and believe in our message, please help us get the word out about this podcast. This episode explains what it means to be diagnosed with a "personality disorder," including how psychologists understand what personality is, when it's pathological, and how clinicians diagnose it. Is "borderline personality disorder" or "narcissistic personality disorder" a fancy term for "toxic"? In this episode, Dr. Kibby dives deeper into the nuanced way psychologists understand personality pathology. She gives an overview of the history of personality disorders and their diagnostic criteria, peeling back the stigma to reveal what's really happening when someone gets diagnosed. She talks about why these conditions are about persistent, pervasive patterns that impact daily life, not character flaws or moral failures. In this episode, you'll hear:How clinicians differentiate between personality disorders and other mental health issuesThe evolution from categorical to dimensional models in modern diagnostics like the DSM-5The key features that make these patterns impairing and how they develop over timeWhy some people develop personality disordersWhy flexibility and adaptation are crucial for changePersonality disorders are not about being a bad person who can't change- they're about understanding how complex patterns shape us and learning how to rewire them. Despite the rising popularity of high-protein, low-carb diets and macro tracking, metabolic disease is still on the rise. So why isn't the perfect macro balance solving the problem? In today's episode, Dr. Ritamarie explores why focusing solely on macronutrients isn't enough to restore metabolic health. While macros are important, they're only one piece of the puzzle. The real key lies in understanding how the body responds to those inputs and why your clients might still struggle even when they're following the "perfect" protocol. What's Inside This Episode? Why just tweaking macros doesn't address the deeper metabolic issuesThe hidden truth: metabolic health is driven by how the body responds, not just what you eatWhy insulin resistance, thyroid issues, and weight struggles persist even with the "right" macrosHow chronic stress, inflammation, and nervous system imbalances shift how the body handles foodThe vital shift from focusing on numbers to understanding the body's signalsWhy looking at metabolic health through a systems lens changes everything in practiceThe real question practitioners should be asking to restore metabolic healthResources and Links:Download the full transcript here.Download our FREE Metabolic Health Guide here. Join here: https://www.concretelogicacademy.com/EPISODE SUMMARYConcrete cracks are often brushed off as shrinkage, restraint, or “just part of concrete.”That mindset gets structures in trouble. In this episode of the Concrete Logic Podcast, Seth Tandett is joined by Dr. Jon Belkowitz to break down alkali-silica reaction (ASR) and alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR)—what they are, how they develop, and why they continue to surprise engineers, contractors, and owners decades after first being documented. They walk through the history of ASR, how it shows up in real structures, why it's often misdiagnosed, and how modern testing and prevention strategies are improving—but still imperfect. The core message is simple: cracks are symptoms, not root causes, and ignoring them is how durability problems turn into long-term failures. This is a practical, field-informed conversation for anyone responsible for designing, specifying, building, or maintaining concrete structures.WHAT YOU'LL LEARNWhy ASR remains one of the most misunderstood concrete durability issuesThe difference between ASR and AAR—and why the distinction mattersHow reaction-driven cracking differs from typical shrinkage or restraint crackingWhen ASR damage can accelerate faster than expectedHow ASR is identified and diagnosed in real structuresWhere current ASR testing methods work—and where they fall shortWhy prevention is still more reliable than remediationHow concrete professionals should think about cracks before they spreadCHAPTERS00:00 – Why concrete cracks should never be ignored02:11 – ASR vs. AAR: definitions and mechanisms04:50 – How ASR damages concrete over time07:47 – Identifying and diagnosing ASR in the field10:08 – Testing methods and prevention strategies13:19 – The future of ASR management in concrete structuresGUEST INFODr. Jon BelkowitzIntelligent ConcreteJon@intelligent-concrete.comCONCRETE LOGIC PARTNERSINTELLIGENT CONCRETEConcrete not behaving the way it should?Intelligent Concrete combines lab-level testing with real-world field experience to identify the true root cause of concrete performance issues—not just treat the symptoms.Reach out for help: https://www.concretelogicpodcast.com/intelligent-concreteCONCRETE LOGIC ACADEMYEarn PDHs in the same straight-talk format as the podcast:Join now: https://www.concretelogicpodcast.com/academySUPPORT THE PODCASTDid you get value out of the show? In this episode, Nathan Fabian, Chief Sustainable Systems Officer at the PRI, examines rising economic inequality and why it poses a material, systemic risk for long-term investors. He is joined by Delaney Greig (Director of Investor Stewardship, University Pension Plan Ontario), Emma Douglas (Sustainable Investment & Stewardship Lead, Brightwell; BT Pension Scheme), and David Wood (Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy, Harvard Kennedy School).Together, they explore how inequality affects economic stability, corporate performance, long-horizon portfolio returns, and what asset owners can do to respond.OverviewTen years after the adoption of the SDGs, inequality is increasing across major economies. The top 1% now holds over 40% of global wealth, and widening gaps in income, labour rights and access to opportunity are shaping economic and political outcomes. The guests discuss:Why inequality is a non-diversifiable, systemic riskHow it undermines growth, resilience and productivityThe implications for diversified investorsThe interplay between inequality, climate, nature and social outcomesHow asset owners can use stewardship, integration and policy engagement to address key driversDetailed Coverage1. Why inequality matters for investorsDelaney and Emma outline why rising inequality threatens long-term returns: weakening demand, increasing volatility, reducing workforce resilience, and fuelling political instability. Both highlight evidence linking excessive pay gaps and poor labour practices to weaker corporate performance.2. What the research showsDavid summarises major findings from the IMF, OECD and others showing that inequality constrains growth rather than accelerates it. He notes that investors have clearer data and frameworks today than ever before, and that social issues have become central to responsible investment.3. Making inequality actionableEmma discusses a new analysis tool developed with Cambri to map social risks across sectors, revealing under-examined areas such as technology, media and natural-resource-intensive industries.Delaney explains UPP's “top-and-bottom guardrails” approach, engaging on excessive executive pay at the top and fundamental labour rights at the bottom.4. Stewardship, integration and policyThe panel discusses:Embedding social risks into investment processesSector-level prioritisationCollective action on labour rightsThe emerging TISFD standardHow investors should (and should not) engage in political debates around taxation, labour markets and redistribution5. Looking aheadGuests reflect on:Strengthening investor–manager dialogueIntegrating inequality into capital allocation decisionsOpportunities in areas such as affordable housingAddressing market concentration and competition issuesThe need for aligned, collective advocacy from asset ownersChapters(0:00) - Introduction: Economic Inequality and Investment Risk (2:29) - Delaney Greg: Why Inequality Matters for Pension Plans (4:50) - Emma Douglas: Systemic Risk and Investment Opportunities (7:16) - David Wood: Research on Inequality and Growth (9:21) - Understanding the Drivers of Economic Inequality (11:51) - Emma's Approach: Using Data and AI for Social Risk Analysis (15:01) - Delaney's Strategy: Top-End and Bottom-End Guardrails (17:55) - Measuring Impact and Defining Success in Inequality Work (20:16) -...
Send us a textIf you've ever sat through a workplace training that sounded great in theory but didn't change a thing, this episode is for you.Angela and Sami are pulling back the curtain on why team trainings often fall flat, what “improving communication” actually means (hint: it's not just talking nicer), and how to approach development that truly sticks. From metaphors about runny noses to real-world stories of transformation, this episode is packed with practical insights and a fresh take on what it really takes to build stronger, healthier teams.Sami also shares her approach to team training and why one-time workshops rarely work. Instead, she's helping teams move from friction to flow through a layered, series-based model that actually builds new habits.Whether you're a manager, business owner, or just someone tired of the same old “we need to communicate better” conversation, this one's going to hit home.
How to talk to the Vengeful Martyr, Evasive Expert, Divisive Immortal, Hungry Shapeshifter, Righteous Bully, and The NothingIn this second part of the “Communicating with Villains” series, Kristina and Anna get very practical about how to actually talk to people who are running these archetypes, including when you are the one in the villain seat. They move from real stories about teeth, genetics, and breast health into concrete language, strategies, and “do not do this” warnings for each villain. This is the “how to handle them in real life” episode. In this episodeKristina and Anna explore:How the Vengeful Martyr shows up in health, caregiving, and self neglectWhy dental and breast health can become a mirror for martyrdomThe role of Divisive Immortal catastrophizing in medical decisions and safetyHow to make choices that are logical, not fear based, even around cancer riskHow to actually talk to:Evasive ExpertDivisive ImmortalHungry ShapeshifterRighteous BullyThe Nothing / Invisible DestroyerThey also name the difference between doing “self work” on your villain and learning to stay in relationship with someone else's.The Vengeful Martyr: health, teeth, and breast tissueAnna shares:How her “Vengeful Martyr era” lined up with sleep deprivation, breastfeeding, and her first major dental issuesThe realization that she invests in visible hygiene and beauty, while neglecting things no one sees, like gums, pap smears, and internal healthA concrete shift: flossing, water picking, changing dentists, and choosing a provider who does not shame herA genetic test that revealed increased risk for breast cancer and skin cancer, and her decision to act now rather than “martyr” herself by ignoring itWhy she is seriously considering prophylactic bilateral mastectomies as an act of self nourishment, not fearKristina reflects on:The symbolism of breasts as sources of nourishment and pleasure, and what it means to “retire” the functional side of them in order to care for the selfHow the Nourisher legend of the Vengeful Martyr is “drink while you pour,” and how that plays out in real bodies and real choicesThe overlap between Vengeful Martyr and Divisive Immortal when it comes to health, anxiety, and medical systemsDivisive Immortal: fear, loyalty, and catastropheThey unpack:How the Divisive Immortal can show up as catastrophizing doctors, shaming providers, and rigid ideas about safetyThe Enneagram 6 “loyal skeptic” flavor, and how loyalty plus fear becomes rigidityThe difference between making a logical preventive decision and making a fear based decisionHow two people can face the same medical risk but be activated in different villains, one in Vengeful Martyr, one in Divisive ImmortalCommunication tips for Divisive Immortal:Avoid “us versus them” language and triangulationEmphasize “you and me versus the problem”Reassure safety and solidaritySay things like:“I feel the fear you are feeling, and I understand it”“I am not your enemy, we are on the same team”“Our relationship is bigger than this argument”Evasive Expert: logic, avoidance, and emotional shutdownFor the Evasive Expert, Kristina and Anna cover:How they over rely on logic and under express emotion, or explode when emotion finally leaks outClassic tells: “I do not know how I feel,” or answering questions with cerebral analysisWhy approaching them with pure emotion makes them disappearCommunication tips for Evasive Expert:Lead with logic, not dramaPresent the impact as a logical chain: “A and B happened, which led to C and D, can you see why I might be upset”Use “logic puzzles” to pierce the emotional shellIn full blow up mode, give them time to process, then return with calm, structured reasoningHungry Shapeshifter: attention, performance, and multiplicityFor the Hungry Shapeshifter, they discuss:The need for attention, lightness, and performanceHow calling out their shifting identities can feel humiliating, not helpfulWhy dramatic outbursts are often releases, not always indicators of deep relational ruptureCommunication tips for Hungry Shapeshifter:Let them perform, be the audience rather than the critic in the momentNotice patterns over time, not just one dramatic sceneWhen they are calm and grounded, take them more seriously than in full performance modeInvite coherence by asking, “Which part of you feels most true right now”Righteous Bully: conviction, protection, and curiosityFor the Righteous Bully, Anna shares how working this arc has changed what even triggers her, and why things that used to set her off no longer land. They cover:The intensity and danger of the Righteous Bully when they have reached their limitHow they will burn things down to protect what they love or believe inThe shift from externalized bullying to internalized self criticismCommunication tips for Righteous Bully:Be deeply curious, not defensiveReflect their point of view back accurately so they feel heardUse permissive language:“Would you be open to hearing my perspective”“My love for you is bigger than this disagreement”Do not try to tell them they are wrong in the heat of the moment, it only adds fuelLater, you decide whether you want a Righteous Bully in your life, even a more integrated oneThe Nothing / Invisible Destroyer: avoidance, presence, and tiny actionsFor The Nothing, they highlight:Question deflection, disappearing into thought, and vanishing from shared spacesDeep sensitivity to rejection and criticismDifficulty taking action, even when they intellectually understand the issueCommunication tips for The Nothing:Name and value their presence: “It means so much just having you in the room with me”Invite tiny actions, “Can we take one small step toward this together”Use humor and embodiment practices to bring them 937 applications. 42 interviews. 80 days. That's what it took one experienced data scientist to land a job in 2025—and he's one of the lucky ones.In this episode of The Catalyst, we follow two tech professionals through what they call "the worst job market ever." Emily, a software developer with 10 years of experience and a degree from University of Waterloo's prestigious computer science program, gets laid off on a Tuesday and was interviewing the next day. Santiago, a data scientist and former manager at Deloitte, launches what he calls a "denial of service attack" on the job market—bombarding it with nearly a thousand applications while tracking every rejection in a dashboard styled like Super Mario. Both land jobs. Both consider themselves fortunate. And both say the system is fundamentally broken.Meanwhile, over 700 tech workers are being laid off every day while companies claim they can't find talent. Something doesn't add up. Through their stories and expert analysis from Bobby Burns, Vice President of R&D at Indeed, we uncover what's really happening: applicant tracking systems filtering out 75% of qualified candidates, AI conducting first-round interviews before humans ever get involved, and a catch-22 nobody can solve—where will senior developers come from in 2030 if we're not hiring junior developers in 2025?Key Takeaways:Why the "talent shortage" exists alongside mass tech layoffsHow applicant tracking systems reject 75% of resumes due to formatting issuesThe psychological toll of sending hundreds of applications into the voidWhat AI tools might (and might not) fix about hiring and fighting biasWhy even graduates from top programs can't get entry-level rolesRead about Emily's experience on her Medium: https://emilyxiong.medium.com/my-experience-of-finding-a-tech-job-in-2025-6830297c5197------This episode is brought to you by Softchoice, a World Wide Technology company. Master your minerals. Harmonize your hormones. Start your mineral journey here. What if the root of your child's health struggles isn't another cream, pill, or quick fix, but something much deeper? In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Nina Marie Rueda, a naturopath who works with children and families through a functional, integrative lens. Her own journey started during her first pregnancy, when she realized how little she'd supported her body and baby with nutrition. Your Amazon bill isn't proof of overspending, it's proof of a missing rhythm. In this fifth episode of the Six Money Leaks series, Chanie uncovers why supply management is one of the most overlooked operational leaks in schools. From the toner that's reordered twice in a week to the “just in case” stockpiles that clutter closets, poor systems quietly drain thousands of dollars and create chaos for your team. You'll hear how one school leader cut supply costs by 50%, not by cutting corners, but by building rhythms of accountability, teacher ownership, and smarter purchasing strategies. Chanie explains how strong leaders use systems to bring predictability to supplies, just as they do in staff culture, enrollment, and every other gear of sustainable growth. What You'll Learn in This EpisodeWhy supply challenges aren't spending issues, they're system issuesThe five pillars of supply management: inventory, seasonal planning, equipment lifecycle, vendor strategy, and storage organizationHow to create baselines that give you real data on usage and costsThe role of leadership rhythms in preventing waste and burnoutPractical steps to cut costs without sacrificing quality or cultureKey InsightsLeadership is stewardship. Systems, not sticky notes, are what protect your budget and your team's time.Culture is built in the details. When supplies are predictable, teachers feel supported and operations run smoothly.Growth requires optimization. Scaling isn't about more—it's about refining what you already have. Why This Matters for School LeadersWhen supply management runs on chaos, leaders end up overspending, overfunctioning, and burning out. When it runs on systems, leaders free capacity for strategy, teams feel supported, and operations hold under pressure.Resources & Next StepsDownload the free Money Leaks Diagnostic and assess your school's supply systems: schoolsofexcellence.com/moneyleaksMentioned in this episode:The 6 Money Leaks in Schools™Turn Financial Blind Spots into Immediate Profit. People don't quit jobs - they quit bad bosses... OR DO THEY?!? We had so many untouched debate points from our first episode that it would have been a crime - A CRIME - to throw it all away. So we decided to do a part 2! That's right, we're back and Brian tries to make his argument with all new points - are we blaming individual managers for systemic failures? Listen or watch as we (Product Manager Brian Orlando and Enterprise Business Agility Coach Om Patel) debate all new points and explore how broken systems may create the very behaviors we blame individuals for, including:The Stanford Prison experimentToxic performers "too valuable" to fireHR's role in systemic issuesThe theater of data without actionGenerational workplace differencesThe cost of fixing systemsRevolution vs EvolutionWhether you're in software development and dealing with impossible commitments, a team lead navigating toxic culture, or an executive wondering why your engagement surveys aren't fixing anything - this conversation just might challenge how you think about your workplace dysfunction.#ArguingAgile #WorkplaceCulture #SystemsThinkingLINKSWatch on YouTubeYouTube https://www.youtube.com/@arguingagileSpotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/362QvYORmtZRKAeTAE57v3Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/agile-podcast/id1568557596Website: http://arguingagile.comINTRO MUSICToronto Is My BeatBy Whitewolf (Source: https://ccmixter.org/files/whitewolf225/60181)CC BY 4.0 DEED (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/deed.en)
