Originally from PinkPantheress' 2025 mixtape Fancy That, the track blends big beat, drum & bass, and R&B with themes of early-crush longing and touring romance. The October 10, 2025 remix—part of the Fancy Some More? LP—reworked production for a bubblegum, Bratz-coded vibe, standing out among features from Kylie Minogue, Bladee, and Groove Armada. The January 2026 music video, directed by Charlotte Rutherford, delivered a creative "battle of aesthetics": PinkPantheress' tartan/red dream world vs. Larsson's sequin/glitter Midnight Sun style, with mannequins and a symbolic barrier collapse uniting their visions—racking up over 10 million views in under 10 days and 13+ million soon after. The real catalyst hit February 21, 2026, when Olympic gold medalist Alysa Liu (first American woman to win women's figure skating gold since 2002) performed to the remix at the 2026 Winter Olympics Exhibition Gala in Milan. Zara Larsson reacted on TikTok, sparking viral choreography recreations. Luminate data showed an 88% U.S. on-demand streaming surge to ~1.8 million daily streams by February 23.Chart dominance followed: Billboard Hot 100 peak at #30 (debut #100), #1 on US Hot Dance/Pop Songs and US Spotify (1.57M+ daily peak, dethroning Bad Bunny), top 10 on Apple Music US. UK Singles Chart #3 (PinkPantheress' 3rd top-20), plus strong peaks in Canada (#22), Sweden (#9), Australia (#11), and global Spotify #2–3 range. This ties into PinkPantheress' historic 2026 BRIT Producer of the Year win—the first woman and youngest ever—plus her first Grammy nods. For Zara Larsson, it fueled major U.S. resurgence alongside "Lush Life" revival.Analytic Dreamz breaks down the streaming-driven rise, Y2K nostalgia cycle, remix strategy impact, critical praise (NME, Rolling Stone, Pitchfork highlighting the UKG revival), and cultural significance of this viral worlds-collide moment.Tune in for the full analysis on Analytic Dreamz—unfiltered takes on pop's biggest breakthroughs.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/analytic-dreamz-notorious-mass-effect/exclusive-contentPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
Send a textEver had someone CC half the company to “helpfully” point out your missing comma? We've been there. Today we unpack the office characters you secretly love to hate—the grammar police, the drama magnets, the nonstop talkers, and the tech dinosaurs—and share practical ways to set boundaries without burning bridges. We start human: the joy of a quiet morning with coffee and hockey, Olympic highlights, and the weird entertainment value of curling controversies. Then we get to the heart of HR work—how small details can derail big moments, and how to keep credibility when your tools lock after launch. We break down what separates a helpful edit from a public gotcha, why precision matters in performance reviews and open enrollment, and how to proof smarter in systems like Workday and UKG. We also dive into AI's double edge. Yes, it catches typos and speeds up drafting. But it can flatten everyone's voice and hallucinate facts. Our take: treat AI like a smart intern—use it for structure, then rewrite in your tone and verify every claim. On the hiring front, we explore subtle ways to spot AI-generated resumes and emails, from odd phrasing to robotic follow-ups, and we share prompts and cues that nudge applicants to reveal real thinking. From there, we tackle culture moments big and small: how to redirect bias in the room without escalating, how to build a mother's room and shut down rumor mills with clarity, and how to handle the six-hour orientation derailed by a single talker. Expect scripts you can steal, boundaries you can set, and playbooks for keeping meetings on track. We even admit our side gig as family IT support and the simple boundary hacks that save your sanity at home and at work.If you've ever wished your workplace had fewer what-the-heck moments and more calm, you'll find real talk and ready-to-use moves here. HOLL3 lands on d0ted with the ‘Transcend EP', out 27 February 2026, but this drop is really about context. Because alongside the release, she steps up for a Data Transmission Spotlight Mix, and that's where the picture fills in properly. The EP itself is tight and direct. Three tracks that pull from UKG pressure and techno weight without getting stuck in either lane. ‘Never Be The One' leans vocal and punchy. ‘Fresca' goes low and murky. ‘Space Duck' keeps things restless and wired. It's club music built from a DJ's instincts, not studio habits. That mindset runs straight through the mix. This is high-energy, no-dead-air selection. UKG, rave, bass, techno and hard-edged club cuts stitched together with purpose. Originals, unreleased bits, and proper curveballs. It moves fast, but it's controlled. Exactly how her sets land. HOLL3's been building this quietly for a while. Dame Game, grassroots parties, serious support slots, and now production that backs up the reputation. This mix feels like a marker moment. Lock into the Spotlight mix first. Then circle back to the EP. ⚡️Like the Mix? Click the [Repost] ↻ button so more people can hear it!

AI-driven recruiting is on the hot seat and it's only getting hotter. Most job seekers now experience AI-interviewers, AI-based screening, and even chatbots that can automate the entire process. And as this market grows, two new lawsuits (one against Workday, one against Eightfold) have emerged, indicating the “fear” job seekers have about this technology. In the meantime, vendors are gobbling up these tools. This includes Workday's $1 billion acquisition of Paradox (and Hiredscore), SAP's acquisition of Smartrecruiters, Outmatch's acquisition of Pymetrics (renamed Harver), UKG's acquisition of Chattr (renamed Rapid Hire), Radancy's acquisition of myInterview, Hirevue's acquisition of Modern Hire, Cornerstone's acquisition of Skyhive (following acquisition of Clustree), Lightcast's acquisition of Rhetorik, and more. Where is all this going? As I discuss, this is an enormous ($840 billion) market and there's a lot yet to come. As I discuss, we are entering a whole new set of demands, demands for quality, explainability, skills verification, and bias-detection. One of the big new trends is what we call “vertical data labeling” to increase transparency and quality. (The pioneer here is a company called Findem.) So for you as a buyer or user, it's a time to focus on data and AI accuracy and completeness. Like this podcast? Rate us on Spotify or Apple or YouTube. First show of the second year on VBR. Thanks to everyone that has tuned in or downloaded over the last 12 months. Weekly shows are intense and come round so quickly. This week's show is a new music show for January. It's a real mixed bag, I'd only bought 16 new tracks and half of those were real chunky house tracks. You need about 25 for a two hour show so I needed to pad the first hour out but had no idea what to go with. The mix starts with three new tracks on the soulful deep vibe. I then cracked the vinyl out and played two of my favourite Soulfuric tunes. We stayed old skool and vinyl for the next four tracks before coming back up to date with Jay Vegas remake of another old classic from the mid 90's. One of my favourite tunes from back then. Remakes are the order of the day and we pick another with a beefed up version of The Fog's "Been A Long Time".Once we get past Yolanda Be Cool it's all new, up to the last track. We first pay a visit to Old London town and those lumpy bumpy UKG beats. The rest of the mix is the new house sound I'm hearing in the underground clubs. My fav is the Haritas track, absolute mayhem, love it.We finish off with another classic from the 00's - Shakedown - At Night.Unfortunately my computer crashed just as the last track was mixing in. It meant my show ended abruptly five minutes early and the recording stopped. I had to stitch it back together again.Next boat party for those of you in Sydney is March 6th, a Friday night cruise from 8pm to Midnight on the harbour. It is an experience being out on the water surrounded by the bright city lights. She explains why blowing up earlier would have been too much for her, what it felt like going Number One with no money in her account, and how touring became relentless after B.O.T.A. Eliza opens up about burnout, losing her sound, chasing what she thought people expected, and stepping back to figure out what actually feels right.Who is Eliza Rose: Eliza Rose embodies the magic of UK underground club culture. The vocalist, producer, and DJ broke through globally with ‘B.O.T.A (Baddest Of Them All)', reaching Number One and becoming the first female DJ to top the official charts in 20 years, after years spent building her reputation across London's clubs, festivals, and record shops. Now with MOBO and Brit nominations, magazine covers, and a world tour, she moves seamlessly between the underground and global stage, collaborating with artists including Calvin Harris, Confidence Man, Carl Cox, The Trip, and Oppidan. Her DJ sets have reached major stages such as Glastonbury, Sonar, Love International, and Boiler Room, with upcoming appearances at Manchester's Warehouse Project and Homobloc, while she continues to grow her label Rosebud Records and champion her crate-digging roots, bringing her UKG sound to audiences worldwide.⏲ Follow Will Clarke ⏱https://djwillclarke.com/https://open.spotify.com/artist/1OmOdgwIzub8DYPxQYbbbi?si=hEx8GCJAR3mhhhWd_iSuewhttps://www.instagram.com/djwillclarkehttps://www.facebook.com/willclarkedjhttps://twitter.com/djwillclarkehttps://www.tiktok.com/@djwillclarke Hosted on Acast. Sales Discovery and business pain are the real drivers behind deal momentum - not pressure, not persuasion, and not better slides. In this episode, we break down how modern B2B sales teams use discovery to turn passive buyers into decisive action. In this B2B Sales Trends Podcast, host Harry Kendlbacher sits down with Lisa DeCristofaro, Sales Director at UKG, to unpack how elite sellers uncover real business pain points, create sales momentum, and lead consultative selling conversations that actually move deals forward.
Episode OverviewIn this episode of Gratitude Through Hard Times, Chris Schembra sits down with Brent Kenneway, National Group VP of Sales at UKG, for a conversation about the kind of relationships that aren't transactional, the kind that actually nourish the soul. Brent opens with the gratitude question and doesn't hesitate: he gives credit to his wife, Jenny, the person he says made his life and career possible by “holding down the fort” while he built his leadership path. From there, the conversation expands into parenting, identity, and leadership, especially Brent's lived experience of managing “multiple personalities” at home with four kids and at work with diverse teams. The thread that ties it together is intentionality: Brent wants to be more present when he comes home, more human at work, and more consistent about building culture one interaction at a time.Chris and Brent then go deep on a core leadership shift: moving from blame to radical accountability, and from problem-obsession to solution-finding. They talk about debriefing as a life skill (“What went well? What could have gone better? What will we do differently next time?”), and they challenge the cultural reflex to fix what's wrong without first helping what's already right go more right. Brent adds a key leadership balance: culture without systems breaks, and systems without culture underperform, you need both. Finally, they tackle the future: AI, change, and uncertainty. Brent argues for People-First AI—AI as augmentation, not replacement, using the story of the handheld calculator as a reminder that tools can free humans to do more meaningful work. The takeaway is clear: the companies (and families) that win won't be the ones that move fastest alone; they'll be the ones who pair speed with depth—building trust, presence, and gratitude at scale.10 key takeawaysGratitude isn't a “soft” thing—it's a performance tool for leadership, retention, and resilience in hard moments. Give credit to the people behind your success—Brent names Jenny as the foundation of his career and family stability. Parenting and leadership are the same craft: multiple personalities, different motivations, one mission—learn what makes each person tick. Presence is a transition skill: coming home from “business mode” requires intentional switching into family mode. Radical accountability beats blame: the real shift isn't “what did I do wrong?” but “how can I be better next time?” Debriefs create growth without shame: “What went well / better / differently” builds learning loops that scale. Culture + systems = results: positivity without structure fails; structure without humanity underperforms. Leaders don't hand answers—they develop thinkers: Brent mentors by asking, “What do you think we should do?” Standardize first, operationalize second: clarity reduces confusion; consistent process multiplies performance. People-First AI is the way forward: AI should remove the mundane and return time to relationships, creativity, and real human connection.10 Quotes“We're here to talk about relationships and gratitude—but not the transactional type. The soul needs nourished.” “I'm not at the position I am in my life without [Jenny's] backing, her support, her guidance.” “All four kids—completely different personalities. That's the joy of parenting… and leadership.” “If you're present and recognizing the situation, it's a lot easier to have that inward focus.” “People are distracted… and that makes it harder to stay solution-oriented.” “Culture without systems breaks—and systems without culture underperform.” “I never give the answers. I ask: ‘What do you think you should do?'” “We're spending more time at work than we are with our families—so you might as well make it fun and human.” “People-first AI… it's augmentation. It speeds up the mundane so you can spend more time with people.” “You can never connect the dots forward—only backwards.”
Hosts, Jess Von Bank and Jason Averbook are joined by UKG's Julie Develin. Together they reflect on the challenges and changes brought by the New Year, particularly focusing on the situation in Minneapolis. They discuss the importance of empathy and community support during difficult times, the evolving role of AI in the workplace, and the need to empower frontline workers. Welcome to our new research on the Frontline Workforce. In this introductory podcast I explain the importance and complexities of these jobs, and why the people in these roles take on enormous responsibilities in our companies and our economy. More than 70% of US workers are employed in frontline roles, generating more than $6 Trillion in wages and value. While many business and HR leaders support the frontline, our research points out that the issues are far more complex than you may realize. In this podcast I detail some of these important management topics and I also describe how the HR Technology market has struggled to meet their needs. Then I discuss UKG, the (Ultimate Kronos Group), the $5 Billion software company dedicated to this space and give you some insights on their pioneering and unique solutions. No matter what you do as a leader, HR professional, or manager, you likely know how critical our frontline workforce has become. Today frontline jobs in healthcare, transportation, construction, energy, airlines, and entertainment are the fastest growing segment of the workforce and also the roles least impacted negatively by AI. In fact AI is going to make these jobs even better. Bonne pioche !
