Für viele kleinere Kommunen ist es selbst heute noch oft unklar, wo und wie sie bei der Umsetzung des Onlinezugangsgesetz anfangen sollen. Zu groß und unübersichtlich scheint diese gigantische Aufgabe. Wie es dennoch gehen kann, hat in Folge 22 der CDO der Gemeinde Salach gezeigt. Aber in dieser Folge möchte ich erfahren, wie Großstädte an das OZG herangehen. Wie sich also Budget und Personal auf der einen Seite, eine riesige Verwaltung mit unzähligen Stakeholdern auf der anderen Seite, auf die Umsetzung des OZG auswirken. Und dabei möchte ich bewusst in eine Stadt schauen, die schon einige Schritte gegangen ist und sehr offen und transparent mit ihrer Arbeit an und mit dem OZG umgeht. Das, ist Bonn. Wie Bonn einzelne Leistungen umsetzt, wie sie den großen Wust an Dienstleistungen priorisiert und welche Auswirkungen digitale Services auf die Verwaltung, ihre Beschäftigten und die Bürger*innen hat, das bespreche ich mit Bianca Dembach.
