Instead of going into spoilers and the full story of “Saga”, Dave encourages listeners to go out there and pick up a copy at their local comic book store! Cassi and Dave talk about the beginning of the series, some of the characters, some controversy in the artwork like in Issue #12 and the cover of the very first “Saga”issue. They also talk about the distribution company Image and how it split from Marvel in 1992. Dave goes into a rant on why he doesn’t buy DC and Marvel comics because of their ad placement. They talk the comic book series “Preacher” and compare the great use of narration in “Saga” to the not so great use of narration in the movie “Road to Perdition”.
