Shocking New Twist in the Kohberger Case! #kohberger #AnnTaylor #continuence The defense team for Bryan Kohberger has in a 40 page brief to the court requested a continuance. This is very simply asking for a delay, defense needs more preparation time, time to go through the voluminious amounts of evidence, and also to present an alternate suspect. Defense lead attorney Ann Taylor insisted in her 40 page continuence that the courts failure to grant a delay could result in a potential appeal.
In this episode Kelsie and the RHP Director of Research, Jacqui Nelson, discuss the echoes of Nazi fascism and misogyny in modern society. They discuss the role misogyny plays in authoritarianism and the Lebensborn program. History doesn't repeat, it echoes. Let's get into this. Allen, Ann Taylor. Is it because she has not prepared enough to be ready for the start of the Trial, or is she overwhelmed by the amount of evidence. In addition it maybe a strategy move, in any event the 40 page continuence document will be considered by Judge Hippler.

Kohberger Want's A Strict 'Dress Code' Enforced At His Trial Why would someone take a thumbs-up selfie the morning after allegedly committing a quadruple homicide? That's just one of the bizarre details surrounding Bryan Kohberger, whose case keeps getting weirder by the day. Tony Brueski and former felony prosecutor Eric Faddis break down the latest revelations, including Kohberger's alleged purchase of the exact weapon used in the crime, his eerie social media behavior, and the defense's new motion to prevent victims' families from wearing certain clothing in court. Could this motion actually work? And with all the damning evidence stacking up, is Ann Taylor now just fighting to keep Kohberger alive rather than proving his innocence? At this point, is a trial even necessary, or are we just watching a slow-motion fall toward the inevitable? #BryanKohberger #TrueCrime #HiddenKillers #CriminalDefense #DeathPenalty #JusticeForTheVictims #CrimeAnalysis Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? New York City is the largest city in the United States, greater than the next largest (Los Angeles) by roughly 5 million people, it is also the 13th largest city in the world. The New York Metropolitan area or the Tri-State area (NJ, NY, CT) contain 7% of the U.S population and contribute 12% to the national GDP (gross domestic product). The region is home to millions of people and jobs, cultural and historic resources, environmental treasures, international ports, and so much more, all thriving off of the city's 24 hour + 7 day a week subway system. However, that system, including the actual mechanics and infrastructure (cables, switches, train cars, etc.), stations and platforms, and access points are all in need of improvement and modernization. In January 2025, the City of New York launched its congestion tolling or congestion pricing system to disincentivize driving in one of the world's most gridlocked areas - Midtown Manhattan and to finance the much needed capital repairs along the city's transit system. Join the host of the Four Degrees to the Streets Podcast in conversation with Tiffany-Ann Taylor, Vice President of Transportation for the Regional Plan Association, the region's oldest and premier urban planning research and advocacy organization dating back to 1922, as we discuss the impact of congestion pricing and the opportunities/challenges facing the New York Tri-State area for the years to come. Share theses insights from the episode: Congestion pricing revenue is forecasted to generate $1B annually and is designated for MTA capital improvements. New York City is the first city in the United States to implement a congestion pricing network, inspiring many North American cities including Toronto, Canada and Los Angeles, California to consider congestion tolling of their own. The New York City metropolitan area struggles with the compounding challenge of an old system, with many parts of the system 100+ years old, and the impacts of climate change that cause freezing, flooding, and overheating of various parts of the transit system. Note: This episode was recorded in November 2024 prior to the tolling starting in January 2025 and prior to President Trump proposed changes to the program. Bryan Kohberger, the defendant in the Idaho 4 case, has a lioness for a lawyer. Ann Taylor is fighting hard to get crucial evidence in the prosecution's case against Kohberger thrown out. In today's video, I want to clarify what happened to lead Taylor to the point of asking for evidence to be tossed out and what the evidence is. Justice for the victims: Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogen and Ethan Chapin. Bryan Kohberger, the defendant in the Idaho 4 case, will soon be heading to trial. The question is, will the most compelling evidence against him be thrown out before the trial takes place. The FBI apparently did access a private genetic genealogy website called My Heritage DNA in hopes of discovering whose DNA was left on the snap of the leather sheath left on the bed of victim Madison Mogen. Kohberger's lawyer, Ann Taylor, is arguing that her client's fourth amendment rights were violated as a result of this DNA search. In today's video, I'll break that down as well as other evidence in the case. If the DNA evidence is tossed, the prosecution may have a hard time convincing an entire jury of Kohberger's guilt.#bryankohberger #kohberger #idaho4 #idahofour #truecrime #breakingnews #truecrime #idaho #moscowidaho #kayleegoncalves #madisonmogen #ethanchapin #xanakernodle #moscowstudentmurders #idahostudentmurders #moscowhomicides #truecrimeunsolved #mysterious #mysteriouscrimesCONTACT INFORMATIONContact Email: tofbedcrimestories@gmail.comSupport the show

In this episode of Hidden Killers with Tony Brueski, attorney Eric Faddis delves into the latest updates in Bryan Kohberger's case, particularly the strategic move to change the trial's venue. With the change of venue granted, Kohberger's defense team aims to distance the jury from the local biases of Moscow, Idaho, where the murders occurred. Faddis explains how delay tactics could work to the defense's advantage, allowing memories to fade and complicating the prosecution's case. The conversation also explores the challenge of Kohberger's alibi—claiming he was simply driving around—and the limited options his defense attorney, Ann Taylor, had to build a case. Despite early claims of exonerating evidence, Faddis suggests that the defense may be holding back key information to prevent the prosecution from exploiting weaknesses. Additionally, Faddis anticipates that Kohberger's parents could be called as witnesses, with the possibility that they might invoke their Fifth Amendment rights. Finally, Faddis hints at the potential for bombshell evidence to emerge once the trial moves forward, particularly from the digital footprint of the accused. **Main Points:** - The change of venue aims to provide Kohberger with a less biased jury and a fairer trial. - Delay tactics could benefit the defense by causing witnesses to forget details and complicating the prosecution's case. - Kohberger's alibi of "driving around" is weak and lacks witness support. - Ann Taylor, Kohberger's attorney, may be withholding evidence to prevent the prosecution from exploiting potential weaknesses. - Kohberger's parents could be called as witnesses, but may invoke the Fifth Amendment. - The prosecution and defense may have significant, yet undisclosed, evidence that could emerge during the trial. - The trial is expected to begin in early 2025, likely around June. #BryanKohberger #EricFaddis #ChangeOfVenue #AnnTaylor #CriminalDefense #KohbergerTrial #FifthAmendment Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? What happens when justice moves hundreds of miles away from where the crime took place? In the case against Bryan Kohberger, we're about to find out. Tony Brueski and retired FBI Special Agent Robin Dreeke dig deep into the upcoming relocation of the trial to Boise, Idaho, and the implications of moving it so far from Moscow. With a new judge taking over and defense attorney Ann Taylor playing every card to protect her client, it's clear this trial is shaping up to be a long, emotionally draining battle—especially for the families of the victims. Does physical and emotional distance give an alleged murderer like Kohberger an edge in court? And how will this move affect the families seeking justice? #BryanKohberger #AnnTaylor #IdahoSupremeCourt #BoiseTrial #MoscowMurders #TrueCrime #TonyBrueski Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? In this episode of Hidden Killers with Tony Brueski, attorney Eric Faddis discusses the implications of the venue change in the upcoming trial of Bryan Kohberger. The trial, now set for 2025, will no longer take place in Moscow, Idaho, but in a new location with a different judge. Faddis explains that although the Law of the Case Doctrine generally preserves prior rulings, the new judge may offer a fresh perspective, especially on the defense's weak alibi. He believes the change of venue benefits the defense by providing a jury less entrenched in local biases. Faddis remains skeptical about the strength of Kohberger's defense, particularly since there are no witnesses to support his alibi that he was merely driving around. The conversation also touches on Ann Taylor's unorthodox approach to securing the venue change, which included conducting a survey without prior approval from the court—a risky move that ultimately worked in the defense's favor. The discussion delves into how such bold tactics can play a crucial role in high-stakes cases like this. **Main Points:** - Bryan Kohberger's trial has been moved to a new venue, offering the defense a fresh start with a new judge and jury. - The Law of the Case Doctrine means prior rulings will likely stand, though new rulings are possible. - The defense's alibi for Kohberger is weak, with no witness support, which may not resonate with the new jury. - The change in location may help the defense by giving Kohberger a jury not entrenched in local opinions. - Ann Taylor, Kohberger's attorney, took an unusual approach by conducting a pre-trial survey without approval. - High-stakes cases often involve creative legal tactics, like those Taylor employed to secure the venue change. #BryanKohberger #EricFaddis #ChangeOfVenue #KohbergerTrial #AnnTaylor #LawOfTheCase #CriminalDefenseTactics Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? In a recent episode of "Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski," former felony prosecutor and attorney Eric Faddis discusses the ongoing pre-trial hearings for Bryan Kohberger. Defense attorney Ann Taylor has raised concerns about missing evidence, specifically location data crucial to the case. Faddis explains that disputes over evidence disclosure are common, with defense attorneys needing all available evidence to prepare their case effectively. The missing data, such as significant location information along the Moscow-Pullman Road and around the crime scene, could impact the prosecution's ability to place Kohberger at the crime scene. Taylor's concerns include missing video evidence from security cameras. Faddis notes that such oversight might stem from inexperience in handling high-profile cases in small communities. The conversation underscores the importance of a fair trial with both sides having access to all evidence, avoiding "trial by ambush." **Main Points:** - Bryan Kohberger's pre-trial hearings focus on evidence admissibility. - Defense attorney Ann Taylor highlights missing significant location data. - Missing data includes travel routes and areas around the crime scene. - Potential explanations for missing data include technical issues like dead zones. - Disputes over evidence disclosure are common and can impact trial fairness. - The defense could argue to exclude incomplete locational data, which would be detrimental to the prosecution. - Additional missing video evidence from security cameras has been requested. - Oversights in evidence disclosure might stem from lack of experience in high-profile cases. - Ensuring a fair trial requires transparent evidence sharing between prosecution and defense. #BryanKohberger #AnnTaylor #EricFaddis #PreTrialHearings #MissingEvidence #HiddenKillersPodcast #FairTrial Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? The defense and prosecution agree that the hearing scheduled for May 16th, 2024 should be closed but do not agree that the hearing on May 14th, 2024 should also be closed.Ann Taylor argues the hearing on May 14th should not be closed because it is in the interest of Kohberger's 6th Amendment Right to have a public trial. The prosecution argues that the proceedings before the public trial are not obligated to be in the public and that they need to balance the interests, privacy, and sensitive information as a right to a fair trial.Judge John Judge ultimately sides with the prosecution to have a closed hearing on May 14th, 2024 signing a subpoena for the FBI to produce evidence for cell towers, amongst other things, that should have been provided over 6 months ago.RESOURCESLaw Nerd TV: https://youtu.be/A7Qe944eA3AThis podcast uses the following third-party services for analysis: Spotify Ad Analytics - https://www.spotify.com/us/legal/ad-analytics-privacy-policy/Podscribe - https://podscribe.com/privacyChartable - https://chartable.com/privacy
In this episode of "Hidden Killers With Tony Brueski," retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer provides an in-depth analysis of Bryan Kohberger's defense strategy concerning his alibi. Kohberger claims he was out stargazing alone at the time of the crime, an alibi supported by little evidence and a deactivated cellphone, making it hard to verify his whereabouts. Coffindaffer is skeptical about the effectiveness of the cell phone expert planned by the defense, considering the device was off. She discusses how such tactics might aim to confuse the jury rather than establish a credible alibi. The conversation also touches on comparisons to other high-profile cases, discussing the challenges and strategies in presenting digital evidence. Coffindaffer questions the decision to even present such a weak alibi, suggesting it may have been a desperate move by the defense attorney, Ann Taylor, who is described as a vigorous advocate for her client despite the uphill battle she faces. **Main Points:** - Bryan Kohberger's alibi involves him being alone on a stargazing trip during the crime, with his phone turned off, complicating efforts to confirm his claims. - The defense plans to introduce a cell phone expert to substantiate Kohberger's location, despite skepticism about the reliability of such testimony given the phone was off. - Jennifer Coffindaffer expresses doubt about the defense's strategy, suggesting it may be intended more to confuse the jury than to clear Kohberger. - Comparisons are drawn to other cases emphasizing the importance and intricacy of handling digital evidence in court. - Discussion on the role of defense attorney Ann Taylor, highlighting her aggressive defense tactics and the difficult position she is in. #HiddenKillersWithTonyBrueski #JenniferCoffindaffer #BryanKohberger #AnnTaylor #AlibiDefense #DigitalEvidence #CellphoneExpert Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE?
