The trade deadline is now in the rearview and the focus for the Patriots is against the Buccaneers in Tampa. Mego and Lyons give their early thoughts on the matchup and why a complete game is necessary for a seventh straight win.
Mego and Lyons give their thoughts on Jayden Daniels' unfortunate injury, Kyler Murray's time in Arizona potentially being over, and Tom Brady revealing he cloned his dog in tonight's Arcand Fire.
What's slowly creeping up on the Patriots are high-priced extensions to give guys like Christian Gonzalez and Drake Maye. These could be one of the reasons, bad or not, that the Pats didn't make a trade at the deadline yesterday.
Mego makes the argument about Drake Maye's passer and quarterback rating becoming overrated with every passing game and Lyons says fans should focus on his turnovers more than his rating.

The show continues with more negative reaction regarding no moves made from the Patriots at the trade deadline. Christian gets reflective on all the Boston teams and how their general managers are satisfied with just staying put and lack aggressiveness. Then, Tom King from The Nashua Telegraph joins the show and gives his reasons for the Pats didn't decide to make a move. And, some Red Sox news are cleaned up including Arcand's want to keep Jarren Duran on the roster over Ceddanne Rafaela.
Meghan Ottolini and Jon Lyons are filling in and have some fiery thoughts about the lack of a trade deadline from the Patriots. When looking at who's really running the show, whoever it is deserves as much blame as they did in constructing the roster in the offseason.
Sure, the timeline might be advanced and the Patriots' season may currently be with house money, but sitting on their hands doing nothing may not be the way to spend it.
The Nashua Telegraph's Tom King joins the show to explain why he believes the Patriots wanted to make a move at the trade deadline, why no moves were made because no one wanted to do business with New England, and why teams didn't want to give up on their season.
Christian gives his thoughts on one of the more historic Game 7s in baseball history, Bill Belichick maybe turning things around at UNC, and producer Joe Braverman's bullish feeling on the Patriots in Arcand Fire.
Getting into the Headlines at the halfway point of the show focusing on the Celtics and Bruins going in opposite directions. Marco Sturm is making the right lineup calls while Joe Mazzulla looks to once again be set in his own ways which is hurting everyone. Then, Arcand takes a trip down memory lane in a notable mode of transportation in the New England Nightly News. And, revisiting the NFL trade deadline and the lack of moves surrounding contenders who needed them the most.
A fun-filled final hour kicking off with the Arcand Fire about the World Series, Bill Belichick, and an interesting take from producer Joe Braverman. Why does he think the Patriots' odds to win the division, AFC, etc. shouldn't change because they didn't make any trade deadline moves? Then, we share the most notable dongs from the MLB postseason in the final Dong Report of the 2025 season. And, if you want some relationship advice on true love, try listening to Paul Pierce in tonight's Clickbait.
Its out first full show for the first time in a while and its good timing since the Patriots did absolutely nothing at the trade deadline. Why not making any moves should be considered a blown opportunity for the 2025 Pats? Then, the team may be ahead of schedule and riding the year with house money may be an optimistic view, but the Pats still have tons of money and draft picks they could've used to add. And, without any additions and more subtractions with the departures of Keion White and Kyle Dugger, the razor thin margin with their depth just got extra razor thin.

It felt like a prime opportunity for the Patriots to make some additions at the trade deadline and they decided to stand pat. With only the Colts being the prominent team making a big move, it felt like a big blown opportunity for the Pats.
In another one-hour jam packed show, its all about the Patriots surviving and squeaking past the Falcons. Why is playing a tight game like that where they should've lost instead of won the best thing that could've happened? Then, Raheem Morris made something out of nothing when he accused the Pats of clapping, but he put the responsibility on his players instead. And, if rumors and reports are true, this could be quite the substantial trade deadline tomorrow for New England.
