Mac Mullins preaches on gaining eternal life. God has always hoped that if we live the life that God has laid out for us, our hearts might be changed. That we might become different people because of the way we live. Things and possessions aren't bad; it's what these things do to our hearts. The more we have, the more our hearts want and the less our hearts want God. Preaching text: Mark 10: 17-31

Luke 1:26-55 // In this story Luke demonstrates Mary's faithful response to God as one who has apprehended both what God can do, and what God is going to do. As we grow as disciples we should follow Mary's example in believing God and surrendering to him as his servant, and magnifying God and rejoicing in his faithfulness and salvation.

Have you ever heard the phrase, “How do you eat an elephant?” The the corresponding answer…”One bite at a time?” It is a metaphor relating to something that is so big, it can’t be easily done or at one time. Therefore, you start with a bite at a time. It is like a big 16" pizza. If you keep working on it, a bite at a time, you can probably finish it. You might be sick afterwards, but it could work and the pizza would be consumed. Jesus was with his disciples and a man brought his son that had been sick, to Jesus. The boy had seizures and fell into the fire and water. The man said that the disciples tried to heal the son but couldn’t. Jesus was able to do what the disciples couldn’t. Jesus was still working with them. He tells them if they had enough faith they could move mountains. At the end of this story, Jesus tells the disciples that nothing would be impossible for them. But how do you get there? This message will give you some biblical steps on how to move the mountains in your life. I promise you that, if you have a mountain that needs moving and you do nothing, it will be there tomorrow.

from Luke 1:26-38 There is a longing for home within each of us. Senior Pastor Israel Soto brings an encouraging message from the Word of God. The post Nothing Impossible appeared first on Rock of Ages AOG.
Nothing Is Impossible With God – is about learning there is nothing impossible for God to do. While we like to believe in ourselves, yet there are many things impossible for us. We must recognize our limitations, and understand there are many things we cannot achieve within ourselves. We must trust and have faith in God the Father through Christ Jesus, it's the only way we can make it when things seem impossible for us. While there are many things impossible for mankind, nothing is too hard for God, nothing is impossible for the Lord. If we believe, place our hope in him, and live our lives knowing Christ is coming again, we will experience the delivering hand of God. If we place our lives in his hand, seek him, we will see through Christ there is nothing we cannot do according to God's Will. There is nothing too hard for God, nothing is impossible for him. Our faith must grow, so we come to believe and trust in God's Power in Christ to make good things occur in the lives of those who believe.
The enemy would like us to think that there is no hope, that not even Jesus could change the course of this nation, this city, or even our family. We must REV UP our confidence in the victory of Jesus. As surrendered ones, we must allow hope to rise within, knowing that our surrender has linked us with the Man of victory. Let us go and spread that victory into impossible places!

In this additional lesson of Count Down to the Manger, we examine "0" and how "nothing" connects with the birth of Jesus, based upon one verse recorded in Luke 1 and delivered to Mary through Gabriel. Surprisingly, this declaration from Gabriel contains powerful insights that build faith even for us today.

In this Bonus lesson #1, we discuss how "zero" connects with a word directly given to Mary from Gabriel and recorded in Luke 1. This powerful message gives insight into how and why Mary had faith to accept God's Word, and how it applies to us also today.

Nothing Impossible For God - Morning Prayer
In this episode of "In the Word, On the Go," Pastor Derrick Parks, founding pastor at Epiphany Church in Wilmington, Delaware, reminds us that God is able to answer even the biggest prayers, according to his will. Commenting on Isaiah 7:11, Derrick says, "There's nothing that God cannot do. If we ask according to his purposes, there is nothing that is impossible for God. It can be as high as the heavens. There are no limits on our God." "In the Word, On the Go" is sponsored by the New Growth Press (https://newgrowthpress.com/?aff=26). Special Guest: Derrick Parks.

Travis Sheridan just might have the coolest job in the world. As the Executive Director of the Venture Café Global Institute, Travis travels the world helping to create collaborative innovation communities in cities like Sydney, Tokyo, Rotterdam, and Philadelphia (just to name a few). As a life-long hustler and connecter, it’s pretty safe to say he’s the Anthony Bourdain of startups and innovation. Travis and I met up at The Scottish Arms in St. Louis, MO where we discussed what makes startup communities across the globe unique, the stories behind some of the craziest startup ideas Travis has encountered, and how “innovation is the process of improving the human condition.” As a strong voice in the St. Louis community as well (don’t forget to check out his own podcast Nothing Impossible), we dive into the St. Louis startup scene too, while obviously consuming a couple of St. Louis craft brews in the process. After you listen, make sure to head over to PubcastWorldwide.com to leave a comment and sign-up for the monthly “Brewsletter.” Cheers!

The appearance of Biljo White's fanzine BATMANIA was well timed. Not only did it contain coverage of, and fan reaction to, the New Look Batman of the comics, but also covered the mid-sixties resurgence of the 1940s Batman serials, and meteoric rise and fall of the '66 TV show. While some Batmanians accepted that Hollywood was never going to give them a better filmed Batman than this, others railed against the show "making fun of" the Dynamic Duo, and placed much of the blame squarely on Lorenzo Semple's shoulders. Still, Batmania turns out to be not only a source of Batman '66 reviews and criticism, but first-hand reporting on events and people directly related to the show, and some surprising bits of information. Tim and Paul try to dig through to some of these interesting nuggets. PLUS: the Little Britain School Band version of Neal Hefti's Batman theme, and your mail! Batmania archive

You can pray anytime and anywhere, but there is a right way to pray. The prayer Jesus taught His disciples in Mt. 6:9-13 begins and ends with worship. This message helps us understand why.
But what is to Believe?
Apostle Shirley J. Jones is the Senior Pastor of Rehoboth Family Life Center, located in Upper Marlboro, Md. The Lord has given her the charge to make disciples; help them identify their spiritual gifts and set up platforms of opportunities that their gifts may be exercised; and then release them into their divine destiny. She pushes them forward that the world may be saved by those birthed out in the Spirit. Apostle Jones has declared that she should be about her Father's business and acknowledges that her life is called to be an available vessel to set the captives free. Her desire is to spend her remaining years furthering the Kingdom of God. She feels honored and so blessed that God would choose her to deliver His Word and to love His people. She gives Him all the glory. There is no other place that she would rather be than in the hands of her loving Father. Phone: (443) 306-1520 or (301) 275-9014 Website: www.rehobothflc.org

Host Susan Larison Danz started The Frontier Beyond Fear program on October 26, 2010 in a very spontaneous way, with the intent of creating a space for authentic, heartfelt discussions. The original intent of this anniversary show was to replay the first episode Standing in the Empowerment of Love in its entirety, but synchronistic technical difficulties resulted in the show playing only partially, with Susan speaking live the rest of the time about how we can embrace unconditional Love in our world today, releasing our fears step by step together. Music featured in the show includes Nothing Impossible by Grammy award winner Larry Seyer and You Fly by Larry Seyer and David Wilcock (featuring David on vocals). The latter provides a beautiful alternative viewpoint to fear-based beliefs in hell, even when someone faces what is often the greatest fear of all in this world: the death of oneself or a loved one. That omnipresent unconditional Love is not only revealed after death, but in the here and now, every day, every moment, the more we release our fears. There are brief stretches of silence during technical difficulties, with the show picking up again shortly after.
