Moment. Was wäre, wenn …? With half of this weekend's Premier League fixtures called off because of COVID we speak to Dr. Matthew Ogunsanya, who worked at Watford when the pandemic first hit and was instrumental in Project Restart. He explains why some players have been hesitant to get vaccinated and why he thinks the pro-vaccine message should come from football staff rather than just medical staff at clubs. Plus, Fletch speaks exclusively to Steve Gerrard on his start to life at Aston Villa, the connection he's already made with the supporters and the incredible potential of the young players he now has at his disposal. And finally, Premier League winner Andy King joins the pod to have his say on his old club Leicester's difficult season and whether speculation around Brendan Rodgers' future may have played a part.

After football had paused in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Ian Wallis, Simeon Wright, and Peter Wright took on a challenge to review as many Tottenham Hotspur seasons as they could, until our beloved team were back playing.YE1 Spurs began its descent on 23rd March 2020 with a summary of the, at the time, incomplete 2019/20 season, then did the same right the way back to 1986/87, published on 16th June - three days before the side returned to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium pitch to face Manchester United at the beginning of the Premier League's Project Restart.Listen here to the first of two instalments we've worked extremely hard on, clipping up the best bits of our summer lockdown project to tell the story of Spurs Over 34 Years - Featuring a variety of Spurs-supporting guests, from journalists & broadcasters to ex-players and a current youth team coach at the club.Twitter: @YE1Spurs
It's the New Year's Special with Phil Hay. In Part 1, we look at back at 2020: a year that saw Leeds finish the Centenary season as Champions of the Championship, winning at a canter by 10 points. We ask Phil about what it was like behind the scenes: did Victor get freaky with the guac? What it was like getting into grounds after Project Restart. Life under lockdown. When exactly he started supporting Leeds. And we pick out the best moments from that promotion season. The Roaring Peacock podcast discusses Leeds United Football Club, 3 average guys, one normal podcast. In a world choc-full of LUFC podcasts, we stand out as being decidedly mediocre. Arteta-ball is bad for Arsenal. After the trashing of Arsenal by Aston Villa last Sunday, Shotta and Blackburn George are now convinced Mikel Arteta is unable to set up Arsenal to play attacking football. Despite initial hopes and dreams that Arteta would return Arsenal to playing a more positive brand of football, it is now clear the Spaniard is more like his old coach, David Moyes, in his regimented, highly structured set-up whose primary objective is to stop the other team from playing. That is why performances since Project Restart have been generally poor despite some significant victories. Playing Arteta-ball, Arsenal will finish mid-table.
