Otázkou však nie je len to, koľko ich potrebujeme, ale či sú čísla, z ktorých sa vychádza, reálne. „Podľa zamestnávateľských zväzov by nám ročne malo chýbať zhruba 10-tisíc pracovných miest. Vlani sme na našich ambasádach vydali oveľa viac víz spojených priamo s výkonom zamestnania. Ak by teda každý z týchto ľudí skutočne prišiel a začal pracovať, prečo nám stále chýba pracovná sila?," pýta sa riaditeľ konzulárneho odboru Ministerstva zahraničných vecí a európskych záležitostí SR Martin Bartoň. VOV1 - Dù số lượng giáo viên và chất lượng giáo dục tại Ấn Độ đang có nhiều cải thiện, song nước này vẫn còn hơn 100.000 trường học chỉ có duy nhất một giáo viên – Điều này cho thấy sự chênh lệch lớn trong phân bổ nguồn nhân lực giáo dục giữa các địa phương tại quốc gia Nam Á này.Thông tin được Bộ Giáo dục Ấn Độ thông báo tại Quốc hội và trong Báo cáo Hệ thống Thông tin Quản lý Giáo dục Thống nhất (UDISE+) năm học 2025-2026. Theo đó, Ấn Độ hiện có 100.843 trường học hoạt động chỉ với một giáo viên, đã giảm khoảng 3% so với năm học trước (104.125 trường) và giảm gần 15% so với mức hơn 118.000 trường của năm học 2022-2023.Đây chủ yếu là các trường tiểu học quy mô nhỏ ở vùng nông thôn, miền núi, khu vực bộ lạc hoặc những địa bàn dân cư thưa thớt. Tại các trường này, một giáo viên phải đảm nhiệm việc giảng dạy cùng lúc nhiều khối lớp, nhiều môn học, đồng thời kiêm luôn công tác quản lý, hành chính và các hoạt động của nhà trường.Xét theo địa phương, bang Andhra Pradesh có số trường một giáo viên nhiều nhất với 16.357 trường, tiếp theo là Jharkhand với 9.827 trường. Báo cáo cũng cho thấy hơn 2,9 triệu học sinh đang theo học tại các trường chỉ có một giáo viên trên toàn quốc.Trả lời chất vấn tại Quốc hội, đại diện Bộ giáo dục Ấn Độ cho biết việc xuất hiện các trường một giáo viên là do nhiều nguyên nhân như giáo viên nghỉ hưu, chuyển công tác, nghỉ việc hoặc sự thay đổi về số lượng học sinh giữa các địa phương.
