Jacob Misiorowski and the Milwaukee Brewers capped a remarkable month of May, with yet another dominant outing from the Brewers ace and a 19-7 overall showing in the month. Host JR Radcliffe and special guest Jack Stern discusses where Miz has taken the next step and the Abner Uribe episode that involved an over-the-top celebration, a one-game suspension and the Cardinals-Brewers drama that it unveiled. Trevor Megill's return to the closer's job is about more than just that, and Jack gives his take on the leverage relievers, as well as Logan Henderson (hurt), Brandon Sproat (struggling) and Quinn Priester (rehabbing). Plus: Luis Rengifo still appears to be a guy the Brewers could replace, so why the patience? Also: The slight disappointment with Jackson Chourio's learning curve and the confounding Garrett Mitchell. In Three Up Three Down (40:00), they discuss the electric UW-Milwaukee tournament run, a strange pattern with ABS challenges, elite baserunning in a win over Houston and David Hamilton's defense. In Remembrew When (55:45), JR looks at the king of the vultures in Brewers single-season relief wins. With Jack leading the way, Take of the Week (1:00:15) looks at the crowded Cy Young race and Misiorowski's place therein. Then, JR sits down with pitcher Coleman Crow (1:04:00), now three starts into his Brewers career, all victories. They discuss his unique name, his unique repertoire and the powerhouse of Nashville Sounds baseball.
Pitching won the week for the Milwaukee Brewers, who head to Chicago just 1 1/2 games out first place and chasing the team they're about to meet, the Cubs. Though the two losses of the week came in frustrating fashion, Milwaukee won back-to-back series against the Padres and Twins. Journal Sentinel Brewers writer Todd Rosiak and host JR Radcliffe look at Jacob Misiorowski's next-level dominance, Christian Yelich returning (then disappearing, then returning again), bullpen issues, Quinn Priester, Robert Gasser and the left side of the infield, where a couple prospects are knocking down the door while current Brewers continue to struggle. In Three Up Three Down (29:30), they discuss a meeting with a Wisconsinite pitcher, a Bob Uecker mural and lots of craziness down in Nashville. In Remembrew When (44:10), JR goes back to 2012 to examine a similar gut-punching loss to Wednesday's setback against San Diego, and in Todd's Take of the Week (49:15), a look ahead to the division leader on the schedule. Then, JR chats with relief pitcher Brian Fitzpatrick (53:00), who may have gotten sent down late in the week, but has emerged as a pleasant surprise as a player who wasn't even in big-league camp during spring training. He's the perfect case study of a player who dealt with college injuries became a diamond in the rough, then developed into a quality big-league option.
Paul Skenes went 8 innings with 10 strikeouts Tuesday, and Bailey Ober threw a Maddux — a complete game under 100 pitches — making it a big night for pitching. Joe Bond has the full recap on today's First Cup Fantasy Baseball, including the FanDuel Bet of the Day: Yankees (Fried) -1.5 vs. Orioles (Bradish) at -108. On the studs side, Daylen Lile, Luis Garcia Jr., and Eric Haase each went deep twice, while Ezequiel Duran and Randy Arozarena also stood out. On the duds side, Yamamoto, Jeffrey Springs, Trevor Rodgers, Joc Pederson, Rafael Devers, Munetaka Murakami, and Cam Smith all had ones to forget. Today's rotating segment is Drops, with Joe looking at Steven Kwan, Ryan Walker, Luis Castillo, and Christian Walker, plus a watch list featuring Matt Chapman and Ramon Laureano. Brice Turang's Mother's Day walk-off homer provided a great capper to the weekend and added a dash of nostalgia to a Yankees sweep. Brewers reporter Curt Hogg and host JR Radcliffe also discuss the latest superstar performance from Jacob Misiorowski, a wild defensive decision by the Yankees and the triumphant return of Jackson Chourio and Andrew Vaughn to the lineup. What about the other injury guys like Brandon Woodruff, Christian Yelich and Quinn Priester? Is the team any closer to making a change at shortstop? With Ángel Zerpa facing Tommy John surgery, will the Brewers ever send another player to the World Baseball Classic? In Three Up Three Down (38:30), they discuss CC Sabathia on the wall of honor, an unwelcome flashback, some ABS weirdness and the king of vulture wins, Aaron Ashby. In Remembrew When (58:00), there's no choice but to discuss Bill Hall on Mother's Day, and in Curt Blanche (1:01:00), Curt believes there's a far greater Mother's Day homer that we never discuss. Then, JR is joined by Brewers reliever Jake Woodford (1:07:00), whose Major League debut was delayed in the strangest of ways, when he was holed up with the St. Louis Cardinals in Milwaukee's Pfister Hotel following a COVID-19 outbreak among the team. Then, he's joined by prospect Andrew Fischer (1:13:00), who hit two home runs on Sunday and continues to pound the ball for Single-A Wisconsin.
Brewers take a series in Washington, but lose Game 1 in St. Louis. Jackson Chourio and Andrew Vaughn make their return on Monday so finally getting a little heathier. Good news on Brandon Woodruff and not great news on Quinn Priester. Packers get their backup QB replacement for Malik Wilis; veteran Tyrod Taylor. And we FINALLY got the Jonathan Gannon/Cam Achord press conferences on Monday. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
The Brewers won both series this week, but the week was marred by injuries to Brandon Woodruff, Jacob Misiorowski, Ángel Zerpa and even a rehabbing Jackson Chourio. Brewers reporter Curt Hogg and host JR Radcliffe discuss how the Brewers can weather all of them, mainly because most should be reasonably short term, but it's certainly leaving the team with questions heading into the new week. Will the offense finally have more punch once Chourio and Andrew Vaughn are back? Is there anything else they can do to create a more complete lineup? Quinn Priester's rehab outings have been rough, too. But, the team still has ample starting options, Misiorowski looks incredible, Kyle Harrison likewise looks great and William Contreras enjoyed a monster week with the bat. Do they dare talk about ... Greg Jones? In Three Up Three Down (37:00), they check in on some minor-league intrigue, a tantalizing debut for Brian Fitzpatrick, ABS and more. Remembrew When (49:30) goes back in time to just last year for more Miz Magic and in Curt Blanche (52:30), Curt says farewell to a dear friend. Then, JR chats with Shane Drohan (58:45), who got his first career Major League win this week. They discuss his unusual relationship to baseball, the frenzy of getting taken during the COVID draft and how a sneaky injury derailed his Rule 5 opportunity.
Sounds manager Rick Sweet joins Jeff Hem for his weekly pregame show appearance and discusses the recent Brewers rehab appearances by Jackson Chourio, Andrew Vaughn and Quinn Priester, the impressive week on both sides of the ball by Cooper Pratt, the approach and plate discipline of some of the young hitters, and the addition of outfielder Luis Matos to the lineup.
Ben Lindbergh and Meg Rowley banter about the Red Sox suddenly sweeping their coaching staff clean, projected contenders off to even worse starts than the Sox, MLB offense in Mexico City, a double ball-strike challenge, Kyle Harrison as the new Quinn Priester, and Kevin McGonigle out-phenoming Konnor Griffin, then Stat Blast (38:37) about Brandon Phillips and major league afterlives, teams hitting for the homer cycle in a single inning, and individual net five-homer games. Then (53:38) they talk to The Boston Globe’s Alex Speier about how and why the Red Sox fired Alex Cora and Co. and whether there’s more house-cleaning to come. The Milwaukee Brewers' offense is on a power outage even by its own standards, and the bullpen has been unsteady at best. But the starters are still great, anchored by Kyle Harrison's virtuoso effort Sunday, so maybe the Brewers are in better shape than we think? Brewers reporter Curt Hogg and host JR Radcliffe discuss what they can do (or can't) to help the offense, Luis Lara, Joey Ortiz, David Hamilton and other pain points in the offense. They discuss the plight of the arms, both the struggling relievers and shining starters. Why'd they cut ties with Luis Matos over Greg Jones? Could Tyler Black rediscover something with another opportunity? Is it really just injuries holding the offense back?In Three Up Three Down (38:30), they discuss a scary minor-league incident, Quinn Priester's struggles on rehab starts, a glorious triple and Blake Perkins' big moment. In Remembrew When (54:00), JR talks about another big-man triple and in Curt Blanche (56:30), Curt tries to understand an ages-old baseball trend. Then, JR is joined by Brandon Sproat (1:01:30), who's had back-to-back strong outings after a shaky start. They discuss his hometown in Pensacola, his bounceback, the struggles of his old teammates in New York, the difficult decisions to not sign after getting drafted, twice, and facing off with Paul Skenes and LSU in the College World Series.
Spencer is joined by Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel to discuss Quinn Priester's rehab, the Brewers series with the Tigers, the panic level with the bullpen, prospects, and more.
Matt Shaw has proven unable to play any of the new positions the Cubs seem to want to make him play, so Oleg and Praz join the pod to come up with some options for him. They also solve the mystery of Steak DeBurgo, eventually find one really good comp for Cade Horton's recovery from a double dose of Tommy John Disease, figure out the real story of Ethan Roberts' "air vent" injury, we even find out here Brewers' pitcher Quinn Priester went shopping for his current injury. And, we do Jed's job and figure out how he should be shaping his roster. All this, and more.
Paul is back this week to discuss the NL Central, whether this is the year the Cubs unseat the Brewers, what to make of the mish mash in the middle of the division and just how bad the Cards will and for how long. They also talked about the Quinn Priester injury and which racing sausage represents which team. The news has been so limited from Brewers camp that JR recorded this while watching the Oscars and Curt while watching the World Baseball Classic. Is no news good news? Or should there be some alarm that the Brewers have some of the same question marks they had last year? How concerned should we be about Quinn Priester's injury? What's been going on with Christian Yelich? Is Andrew Fischer going to be here sooner than we think? For crying out loud, is this roster already set? Then, JR chats with Milwaukee author and historian Matt Prigge (43:30), who discusses what Brewers opening day means in Milwaukee, some of the highlights from opening day and some opening-day Brewers facts you may not have known. The Brewers will open the season March 26 at home against the White Sox.

Curt Hogg is in Arizona and sniffing around at Milwaukee Brewers camp, with some observations he'd like to share on this episode, hosted by JR Radcliffe. The two Milwaukee Journal Sentinel colleagues discuss the plight of Brandon Woodruff, the Quinn Priester injury, the promise of Kyle Harrison and Brandon Sproat and ... have we ruled out Aaron Ashby as a starter for sure? Plus: The center field picture, some early World Baseball Classic takeaways and where pineapple belongs on the fruit hierarchy.
Spring training is heating up and the Milwaukee Brewers are inching closer to Opening Day. On this episode of the Man Cave Podcast, host Dan Kasper is joined by guest Brandon Berg to break down the biggest storylines coming out of Brewers camp. They also dive into how the World Baseball Classic is impacting spring training and creating opportunities for younger players to make a statement. Names like Tyler Black, Akil Baddoo, and David Hamilton are generating buzz as roster battles begin to take shape. Plus, Dan and Brandon talk about the Brewers experimenting with MLB’s new ABS Challenge System—the automated strike zone review that could change how hitters, pitchers, and catchers challenge calls during games. From injuries and breakout candidates to rule changes and roster questions, it’s a relaxed but insightful Brewers conversation as the season approaches. No scripts. No forced takes. Brewers can't finish off the Cubs in 3. Quinn Priester has a nightmare night, but the bullpen kept them in the game, and the Brewers had chances to take it before falling 4-3. Now Game 4 tonight, and I would think, Freddy on the mound at Wrigley. Jameson Taillon is pitching against...Quinn Priester in the Cubs-Brewers game. Travis Williams said the Pirates have the best young pitching staffs in baseball. Should Andrew McCutchen be back as the Pirates DH? Joe and Bob both think the Pirates need to upgrade. Joe wants the Pirates to add key bats regardless of position. Jeff Patton of Baseball Card Castle, Starkey's Card of the Week.
10 years (and a day) since the Pirates were last in a playoff game – the 2015 Wild Card loss to the Cubs. Those teams from the three year stretch between 2013 and 2015 are remembered fondly – as they should be by some fans of a younger age. Should we subscribe more to the Paul Skenes mindset though? He wants to bring more than just a Wild Card win and a Divisional Series loss in 5 games to this city. The guys mentioned the double standard we have with the Steelers, who lose in the Wild Card round almost annually. There is no blaming of the fans because we should remember those teams well, but not THIS well, due to the ineptitude of the front office since then. Former MLB pitcher Matt Clement joined the show. The guys wanted Matt's reaction to the pitching matchup tonight in Milwaukee, which features 2 former Pirates – Jameson Taillon and Quinn Priester. Matt said you can compare those guys to other former Buccos that have found greener pastures elsewhere on the mound. The guys asked Matt about different philosophies in small markets that help those franchises make the playoffs. Matt doesn't see why the Pirates would part with Andrew McCutchen even though he's not the same player he once was. Mike Florio from Pro Football Talk joined the show. Mike talked about the Joe Flacco trade, sending the QB from Cleveland to Cincinnati and in line to start this weekend. Mike was surprised the Bengals didn't call the Giants about either of their veteran backups when things were going south with Jake Browning. Can Flacco succeed in Cincy with the talent they have at receiver? Mike said the Browns getting something back for Flacco was the reason they made the move. The Ravens also made a trade yesterday, moving one of their few healthy defenders to the Chargers. Mike is a bit surprised that Baltimore is still the favorite in the AFC North. Mike speculated that Lamar Jackson could miss more time than we originally thought.

The Milwaukee Brewers are National League Central champion after a 4-2 week, but Sunday's champagne celebration also came with the knowledge that starter Brandon Woodruff is likely out for another postseason. Brewers reporter Todd Rosiak joins host JR Radcliffe to discuss the implication of an injury-riddled week, with unsettling developments on Trevor Megill, José Quintana and William Contreras, not to mention Woodruff. Is Jacob Misiorowski of being left off the postseason roster altogether? Same for Rhys Hoskins? Are the Brewers better off as the 2-seed, when they wouldn't wind up facing the Cubs in the division series? Don't worry, there's still time to meditate on the marvel of the Milwaukee Brewers putting themselves on the cusp of setting a franchise record for wins while maintaining the best record in baseball. In Three Up Three Down (39:45), the guys discuss yet another standout showing from Quinn Priester, a defensive play that saved Saturday's game and the exorcism of an old playoff demon. In Remembrew When (54:00), JR looks back at the first clinch (and an epic Bob Uecker call). In Todd's Take of the Week (58:00), some advice for Brewers fans as they embark on yet another postseason journey. Then, JR chats with Brewers outfielder Jackson Chourio (1:02:30), joined by team translator Daniel de Mondesert. The Brewers swept the Pirates and pulled closer to their goals, where it appears a playoff berth and first-round playoff bye are looking inevitable. Brewers reporter Curt Hogg and host JR Radcliffe explore the severity of the recent rash of bullpen injuries (and Christian Yelich), the likelihood of Quinn Priester as the No. 2 starter in the playoffs, the breakthrough performance by Jacob Misiorowski on Sunday and what type of extension would make sense for white-hot second baseman Brice Turang, who has become one of the team's most indispensable bats. Will Jake Bauers make the playoff roster? Is Brandon Woodruff all the way back? In Three Up Three Down (35:15), they ponder the elusive concept of the check swing, Aaron Civale's new landing spot and a late-season promotion for Jesús Made. In Remembrew When (53:15), George Scott hits a homer to break up a 1975 no-hitter with one batter to get. In Curt Blanche (58:15), Curt yells at clouds as football returns. Then, JR sits down with Brewers reliever Craig Yoho (1:06:00), whose role in the bullpen could get a bump after the rash of injuries. They discuss his crazy injury history -- including Tommy John surgery before he even became a pitcher, the development of his changeup, his unusually small signing bonus and his quick journey to the big leagues. We're one month away from more Milwaukee playoff baseball. The Brewers have held their own during this long stretch without an off day, including an excellent series in Toronto, but a couple sloppy losses made it an uneven week. Brewers reporter Curt Hogg and host JR Radcliffe discuss the bullpen's fatigue, particularly without injured closer Trevor Megill. How big of a loss is he? When Rhys Hoskins comes back, what happens with a struggling Andrew Vaughn? Another check in with the rotation after a tough outing from Brandon Woodruff, but Quinn Priester and Freddy Peralta continue to be nails, Jacob Misiorowski bounces back and ... Erick Fedde is here now? In Three Up Three Down (30:00), they the Andruw Monasterio experience, Jackson Chourio's surging return and thoughts on a backup catcher. In Remembrew When (55:30), JR looks back at a season opener, when something unrelated to the Brewers happened that also happened this week. And in Curt Blanche (1:03:00), Curt discovers the previously unknown joy of a prominent aspect in traditional society. Then, JR sits down with Brewers veteran reliever Shelby Miller (1:11:15), discussing his first tenure with the Brewers (when he didn't pitch in the big leagues), his near no-hitter and what's worked so well this year. On this week's Tapping The Keg podcast, Charlie and Mitch talk about the Milwaukee Brewers-Chicago Cubs series, Green Bay Packers, and Giannis Antetokounmpo. The boys kick off the podcast discussing the Milwaukee Brewers-Chicago Cubs series. They react to that before diving into the fact or fiction for these two teams. Are the Cubs-Brewers the two best teams in the National League? Quinn Priester, playoff starter? From there, they wonder who is on the biggest hot seat if the Green Bay Packers are bad - Matt LaFleur, Brian Gutekunst, and Jordan Love. Lastly, the boys overreact to one Giannis Antetokounmpo Eurobasket game and try to figure out the schedule.

Craig Sandlin and Cory Phillips discuss the Milwaukee Brewers extending their franchise-record winning streak to 14 games, defeating the Cincinnati Reds 6-5 in a thrilling 11-inning contest at Great American Ball Park. The Reds took an early 2-0 lead in the first with home runs from Spencer Steer and Noelvi Marte off Brewers starter Quinn Priester. Milwaukee responded, tying the game in the fourth on Christian Yelich's single and Sal Frelick's sacrifice fly. The Reds surged ahead 4-2 in the sixth with Ke'Bryan Hayes' solo homer and an error-aided run. The Brewers rallied in the ninth, tying it at 4-4 with William Contreras' single and Brice Turang's sacrifice fly. In the 10th, Jackson Chourio's solo homer off Joe La Sorsa gave Milwaukee a 5-4 lead. Trevor Megill secured his 30th save, despite a Reds threat. Yelich went 2-for-4, continuing his hot streak. Reds starter Zack Littell pitched six innings, allowing two runs, but defensive errors by Gavin Lux and T.J. Friedl proved costly. The Reds, now 64-60, fell further in the NL Wild Card race, while the Brewers improved to 78-44, solidifying their NL Central lead.

They discuss Miz vs. Skenes, Joey Ortiz back in a groove, Anthony Seigler, bullpen concerns, the pending return of Brandon Woodruff, Quinn Priester on absolute fire and who might be the team's All-Star.

Fantasy Baseball Live – June 29, 2025 @ 3 pm ETMicrosoft TeamsSegments 1 and 2: Review the weekend gamesAdditional Topics1. Quinn Priester is on a roll. In five games in the month of June, he's 4-0 with a 1.98 ERA, 9.55 K/9 and 1.65 BB/9. This is what I wrote at the time of the trade:After looking at the data, I see the allure and why the price was so high. The arsenal looks like a mid-rotation starter and he throws strikes. With proper pitching instruction- at least that's what every organization will say- you should be able to get Priester to throw better strikes. Since the Brewers are a great organization in his aspect of the game, there could be some sneaky value here. I would be a buyer. He's better than his stat line.2. Cam Smith is starting to heat up. In June, he's hitting .318 with four of his seven home runs.3. David Festa had a great start on Friday against the Tigers. When do we start to trust him?4. Wyatt Langford hits the IL with an oblique strain. Ugh. Who gets his at-bats?5. Matt Vierling is back. Are you ready to put him right back in your lineup?Segment 3 – Waiver WireSegment 4 – Closer ReportClose

Munaf Manji and Griffin Warner break down MLB betting for Tuesday. The guys also give out best bets. he MLB Tuesday Preview & Best Bets podcast hosted by Munaf Manji and Griffin Warner delivers a game-by-game analysis of the 13 MLB matchups scheduled for Tuesday. The show opens with some light NBA draft lottery banter, but the bulk of the discussion is tightly focused on baseball betting strategies, player performance, and team trends, all based on currently available betting lines. In the Brewers versus Guardians game, both hosts express doubts over Quinn Priester's reliability as the Brewers have lost four straight games he's started, providing him minimal run support. Logan Allen's control issues are acknowledged, but the Guardians are still preferred as a slight home favorite. The Twins against the Orioles matchup sees both hosts backing the Twins, riding their eight-game win streak and taking advantage of Kade Povich's continued struggles, especially at home. Munaf suggests taking the Twins team total over due to their potent offense. For the White Sox and Reds, Griffin leans toward the Reds' offense prevailing, noting the White Sox's dreadful 3-17 road record. Abbott's limited innings aren't seen as problematic due to the White Sox's overall weaknesses. In the Cardinals and Phillies clash, Sonny Gray's consistency and St. Louis' bullpen strength make them an appealing underdog, with both hosts preferring an under if the total reaches eight. The Rays versus Blue Jays game highlights the collapse of Tampa Bay's pitching, with Shane Boz's recent blowups making the Blue Jays the favored side, especially with Jose Berrios pitching steadily at home. In the Pirates versus Mets game, both see little hope for the Pirates despite a recent managerial change, with Munaf favoring the Mets run line and team total over, given Kodai Senga's strong stats. For Nationals versus Braves, the consensus is Braves team total over, citing Soroka's vulnerability and the Braves' offensive firepower, though bullpen concerns persist. The Marlins against Cubs matchup leans strongly toward the Cubs, with their superior offense and Ben Brown's solid form giving them a significant edge. The Rockies versus Rangers game reflects both hosts' disdain for the Rockies' 2-17 road record, suggesting Rangers -1.5 and under 8.5 as the play, with the Arlington ballpark playing pitcher-friendly. Royals versus Astros is a more cautious game, with both acknowledging Michael Wacha's solid form and Framber Valdez's unpredictability when a favorite, but Munaf leans Astros at -140. The Angels versus Padres game is flagged as a potential upset, with Dylan Cease expected to regress after his long no-hit bid. Both hosts side with the Angels due to the risky price on the Padres. In the Yankees versus Mariners showdown, Griffin emphasizes Brian Wu's 11-1 home record and favors Mariners as a home underdog while also suggesting the under, citing the ballpark's suppression of runs. Finally, the Diamondbacks versus Giants game is strongly supported by both as a Giants money line play, highlighting Robbie Ray's perfect 8-0 start record for the Giants. Brentt Fott's last strong outing against the Dodgers is considered unsustainable in the pitcher-friendly Oracle Park, especially given the Giants' ability to win division games at home. Best bets for the day are Griffin's pick of Guardians ML at -120 and Munaf's pick of Giants ML at -105. The overall tone reflects skepticism toward big favorites, leaning instead on undervalued home underdogs and carefully selected unders in specific matchups, especially where bullpen and venue factors suppress offense. Munaf Manji and Griffin Warner get you set for this weekends MLB betting. We kick things off with the Friday games and offer up best bets. On the May 2 episode of RJ Bell's Dream Preview MLB Podcast, hosts Munaf Manji and Griffin Warner deliver sharp, stats-backed insights across the full Friday MLB slate. With Griffin riding a six-podcast win streak and Munaf at a 7–3 record on the season, both bring analytical edge to betting lines, pitching matchups, and team trends. They begin with Nationals vs. Reds, with Griffin skeptical of Cincinnati's high price (-161) and backing underdog Mitchell Parker (+146) despite his weak fielding. Munaf notes the Nationals have won four of his five starts. Next is Padres at Pirates. Cease hasn't pitched six innings since early April, and Keller's inconsistency leads both hosts to favor the Pirates at +142. Diamondbacks vs. Phillies features Jesus Luzardo (1.73 ERA) facing Merrill Kelly. Due to Arizona's bullpen injuries and Philly's undervalued pitching, Griffin names Phillies -142 his best bet. In Royals vs. Orioles, Wacha faces off against Kremer, who's allowed 5 ER in his last two starts. Still, doubts about Kansas City's offense tip the scale toward Baltimore. Yankees (-235) host the Rays with Max Fried on the mound. Fried boasts a career 0.42 ERA vs. Tampa. The hosts avoid fading him. Guardians visit the Blue Jays, where Chris Bassitt has allowed only 1 ER in 11 home innings. Logan Allen struggled defensively last game. Munaf leans Jays in the first five. Twins vs. Red Sox offers value on Boston at -103. Griffin questions Joe Ryan's volatility and trusts Bello's recent support. For A's-Marlins, the A's are road favorites behind debuting Gunnar Hoglund. Griffin calls this mispriced, siding with Miami (+123). Dodgers and Yamamoto face Braves, with Yamamoto holding a 1.06 ERA. Despite a steep -172 price, Munaf backs L.A., while Griffin questions Braves' rare underdog status. In Astros vs. White Sox, Framber Valdez faces Jonathan Cannon. Given inconsistent Astros bats and Cannon's walk rate, Munaf avoids the -235 price. Griffin leans under. Mariners at Rangers features Brian Wu vs. Jack Leiter. With Texas 15-2 to the under at home, Munaf's best bet is under 8.5. Griffin leans Rangers as a home dog. Cubs vs. Brewers sees Ben Brown against Quinn Priester. Despite Brown's strikeout potential, Griffin and Munaf both back the Brewers at plus money due to home-field motivation. For Mets vs. Cardinals, Clay Holmes faces Sonny Gray, who has dominated at home. Munaf backs the Cardinals citing Gray's form. In Tigers vs. Angels, Skubal dominates and Trout's IL status hurts L.A. Munaf recommends Tigers via moneyline or run line. Lastly, Giants host Rockies with Robbie Ray on the mound. Ray's teams are 6-0 in his starts, but Griffin finds -280 too steep and suggests a Rockies run line. Munaf agrees on targeting Giants team total. Griffin's best bet: Phillies -142. Munaf's: Mariners vs. Rangers under 8.5. The show closes encouraging listeners to shop lines, list pitchers, and monitor late moves, all key in chasing sharp MLB edges.
