During that time, Rahmon has exploited these concerns to crush all potential opposition and allow his family to take control of nearly every profitable business in the country. In recent months, a few dozen citizens of Tajikistan have carried out -- or been accused of carrying out or abetting -- terrorist attacks in several countries. Should the Tajik government also be held responsible? Joining host Bruce Pannier to discuss this are guests Marius Fossum, the regional representative in Central Asia for the Norwegian Helsinki Committee, and Steve Swerdlow, a rights lawyer with long experience in Central Asia and currently an associate professor of the practice of human rights at the University of Southern California.

Justice Oyebola Ojo of the Osun State High Court, Osogbo has ruled that Hilton Hotel owner, Dr. Rahmon Adedoyin, and six of his workers have a case to answer over the death of a postgraduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Timothy Adegoke.Counsel to the defendants which was led by Mallam Yusuf Alli, SAN told the court at the last sitting that the defendants do not have a case to answer because the prosecution failed to establish any case against his clients, which the prosecutor, M O Omosun opposed.At the sitting on Wednesday, while dismissing the No case Submission, Justice Ojo said a prima facie case was established against all the defendants.She said: “Evidence before the court states that Timothy lodged in the hotel owned by Adedoyin. Adesola who is the 7th defendant, the receptionist received the lodger.”The court also held that wife of the deceased spoke to him while in the facility but he could not be reached afterward by the wife.She called on the defendants to enter their defence.K. Eleja said in view of the ruling, the defence would enter their defense but asked for time to prepare for the defence.The case was adjourned till April 25, 2022 for opening of defense.

Z tego okresu pochodzi część ludzi, którzy nadal znajdują się w jego otoczeniu.„Sprawny człowiek na zapleczu” wpadł w oko prezydentowi Jelcynowi, który wprowadził na salony Putina uważanego za człowieka do końca oddanego i lojalnego wobec swoich mocodawców. Dzięki gwarancji bezpieczeństwa osobiście udzielonej Jelcynowi i jego bliskim,  Putin wykonał ogromny krok w kierunku szczytu władzy na Kremlu obejmując stanowisko premiera Rosji.Na terenie byłego ZSRR jest wiele krajów rządzonych przez silnych, autorytarnych i długowiecznych przywódców, którzy nawet nie próbują udawać demokracji, jak jeszcze jakiś czas temu robił to Władimir Putin. Prezydent Rosji stwarzał pozory pod koniec ubiegłej dekady, gdy zamienił się na stanowiska z premierem Dimitrijem Miedwiediewem. Adam Balcer z Kolegium Europy Wschodniej zaznacza, że „maski opadły”, a prezydent Rosji nie musi już pozorować demokratycznej kadencyjności.Ciekawostką są kariery polityczne kobiet w krajach byłego związku radzieckiego. Córka byłego prezydenta Kazachstanu pełniła najwyższe funkcje w państwie. W Tadżykistanie córka prezydenta Rahmona ma 9 dzieci, a szefową gabinetu prezydenta jest jedna z jego córek. Z kolei w Uzbekistanie córka prezydenta Karimowa także robiła karierę polityczną i muzyczną, lecz pokłóciła się z ojcem i odeszła w cień. Spekulowano nawet o jej otruciu. Z kolei Mehriban Alijewa, żona prezydenta Azerbejdżanu pełni funkcję pierwszego wiceprezydenta. Z dokumentów ujawnionych przez WikiLeaks wynika, że amerykańscy dyplomacji zaczęli mieć problem z odróżnianiem jej od córki party prezydenckiej, co jest skutkiem licznych operacji plastycznych.Silni, autorytarni przywódcy rządzą także na Białorusi, w Azerbejdżanie, a w Azji Środkowej w Turkmenistanie, Tadżykistanie, Uzbekistanie i Kazachstanie. Balcer przestrzega przed humorystycznym traktowaniem tych państw pomimo niekiedy bardzo ekscentrycznych zachowań przywódców lubujących się w przepychu, górnolotnych tytułach, pomnikach i innych formach pielęgnowania własnego wizerunku, gdyż rządzą tam jedne z najbardziej opresyjnych reżimów na świecie. Wspólną cechę wielu silnych liderów na terenie byłego Związku Radzieckiego jest przeszłość w strukturach partii komunistycznej ZSRR. W odróżnieniu od innych przywódców, prezydent Rosji nie opiera się na rodzinie. Córki Władimira Putina nie uczestniczą w polityce. Katerina Tichonowa prowadzi badania mózgu działając na styku biznesu i państwa. Z kolei Maria Putin jest bardziej anonimowa, miesza we Francji, a jej mąż pochodzący z Holandii świetnie sobie radzi współpracując z państwowymi spółkami w Rosji. Zdaniem Leguckiej w Rosji rządzi „zbiorowy Putin”, który czasem przymusza prezydenta do podejmowania decyzji w interesie wąskiej elity. Jednak z upływem czasu coraz mniej pozostaje z demokratycznej pozy niegdyś prezentowanej przez Władimira Putina.

He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Royal Economic Society. Below is a summary of the program Optimizing My Investments with Rahmon Ojukotola Rahmon runs Star Credit, an investment company and he debunks the notion that investments are a way to get rich quickly, it takes patience and consistency. He says the internet is now the easiest way to find information on investments and how they work. He advises that when not investing, spend right. Investing is simply a way to double or triple the money you already have, a way to prepare for a much better life and future. The important elements you should look into when creating a dynamic portfolio is first investing in yourself, ask a lot of questions and put your effort into developing yourself. Figure out what your risk tolerance is, how much you’re willing to invest, how much loss you can take when the stock market is not in your favor. He advises that any money you are investing should not be money that you need to run your current business or to do something crucial. Have a deep a good understanding of your expenditures and understand that the investment money cannot be what you’re using to sustain your daily lifestyle. You can start with as little as ten thousand naira, just go to your bank and make enquires on stock and investments. Rahmon stresses that it is very important for the investor to have people to talk to before investing because they would be able to advise you on what route to take. They’ll serve as guides on how to navigate the market. He highlights that the investment market in Nigeria has some communication issues as a lot of the terminologies cannot be understood by those who are not in the field. To really succeed here you need someone that can translate the information from the stock market and easily teach you how to interpret it yourself. One of the major struggles of new investors is deciding what the right thing to do is, they struggle with decision making and the only remedy to this is taking your time to learn and put effort into perfecting the skill. They also need to consider how long they want to invest for, the time frame and continuity. He says a major mistake he advises his clients not to take is to base decisions they make on numbers in the Nigerian commission which is detrimental because these numbers change depending on the situation in the country. Rahmon took out some time to answer questions from various callers and he said for people that find it hard to set money aside for an investment or to simply save for the future should get some mobile apps that will help them autosave and monitor their funds.

It's mostly contrived nonsense this week.Bright Spots:Kate. I've made no secret that I like Kate, and I like that she's not Angel's friend. I hope this doesn't change their dynamic. It's much more interesting to have these two good guys at each other's throats and getting in each other's way. I don't want Angel to become Kate's friend just because he's good. Drusilla/Darla. Honestly most of the "good" comes from speculation on my part here. The fact that Drusilla is in league with W&H makes this so much more interesting, as it finally puts a believable reason behind bringing Darla back, and hints at a much larger goal.
