Episode 82 had so many Golden Nuggets that we had to split it to keep everything! Ashish dives into strategies he uses to keep a stable household while growing and managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of properties and businesses. He then shares how he and his partner Steven went from buying multifamily to buying land to developing land and ultimately building custom homes. Ashish talks about how he met Steven and why they work so well together - a tip for finding the right person to partner with. Ted asks a question to both Owen and Ashish that gets Owen fired up but pulls out an amazing discussion about life after success.
