Send me a DM here (it doesn't let me respond), OR email me: imagineabetterworld2020@gmail.comToday I'm honored to introduce you all to: ritual abuse and mind control survivor, overcomer and thriver, Bob Marley's biological daughter, loving mother, content creator, serial entrepreneur, artist and visionary, writer and author, Grammy Award Winning songwriter, podcaster, educator and avid learner, sound bowl lover and healer, and a woman on a mission to blind the darkness with her light: Zara MarleyZara's early life, shrouded in the complexities of her claimed and proven Marley lineage, was marked by trauma that began in childhood. She was thrust into a sinister world of organized abuse, orchestrated by sadistic abusers embedded within the music industry and others in close proximity to her. She's experienced sadistic and satanic ritual abuse firsthand, a harrowing reality that included secret tunnels, coercive initiations, and the exploitation of vulnerable souls. These experiences, which link to high-profile figures and systemic corruption, were designed to break her spirit and silence her voice. Yet, even in the face of such darkness, Zara's inner light - a spark she attributes to her father's legacy of resilience and Rastafarian faith - refused to be extinguished. As the biological daughter of beloved reggae legend Bob Marley, Zara carries the weight of a legacy steeped in music, love, and revolution, yet her journey diverges into a darker, lesser-known path - one of survival, healing, and fearless whistleblowing. As a survivor of satanic and sadistic ritual abuse, Zara has transformed her pain into purpose, emerging as a warrior for truth, a protector of the vulnerable, and an inspiration to countless survivors. Through her upcoming book, ‘Reclaim Your Soul', and her candid interviews, she shines a searing light on the underbelly of power and corruption, all while embodying the unyielding spirit of her father's call for justice and liberation.Zara's journey to healing began when she confronted the fragmented memories of her past, a process that required immense courage and spiritual fortitude. Drawing on the principles of unity and resistance that her father championed, she embarked on a path of self-discovery, piecing together the truths of her experiences. This journey led her to author Reclaim Your Soul, a book that promises to expose the music industry's darkest secrets while offering hope and guidance to survivors and victims of abuse. Through her writing and numerous other projects aimed at helping elevate humanity, Zara transforms her trauma into a beacon of empowerment and hope, encouraging others to reclaim their agency on a soul level, and break free from the chains of oppression. As a whistleblower, Zara's voice is both profound and provocative. She has spoken candidly about her encounters with industry giants, including discussions with Sean “P Diddy” Combs, about the spiritual toll of his initiation into elite circles. Her revelations about secret tunnels and their nefarious purposes have sparked intense discussion, challenging listeners to confront uncomfortable realities about power and control. Yet, Zara's mission extends beyond exposure; she is deeply committed to helping survivors heal, offering them a lifeline through her advocacy and support.Zara's connection to her father's legacy is not just familial but spiritual. While her father's music uplifted the disenfranchised through reggae's rhythmic rebellion, Zara's activism takes aim at the systemic forces that perpetuate abuse, making her a modern-day warrior in the Marley tradition. Her courage to speak out, despite the risks, mirrors Bob's own defiance in the face of political violence and oppression, as seSupport the show

Read along to practice your English and to learn the English phrases MAKES SENSE and DOESN'T MAKE SENSEIn this English lesson, I wanted to help you learn the English phrase makes sense. When something makes sense, it just means it's logical. If it's something that someone designed, they design it in a logical way. In a way that makes sense. There's a store in North America called Costco. It's a large store and everything there makes sense. The size of the shopping carts makes sense. They're larger than a normal store. The way the parking lot lines are put out makes sense. They leave extra room between vehicles, probably because the carts are wider. The way the store is laid out makes sense. Everything just makes sense when I go there. It's a really cool place to go. It's designed to be efficient and logical, and I'm usually happy when I'm shopping there.WANT FREE ENGLISH LESSONS? GO TO YOUTUBE AND SEARCH, "BOB THE CANADIAN"If you enjoy these lessons please consider supporting me at: http://www.patreon.com/bobthecanadianBut you know what doesn't make sense? Government offices. I'm sure this is the same in every country around the world. I went to a government office today to renew one of my cards. You know how you have driver's license and health cards and all that kind of stuff? I went to renew a card and the way that that office was set up just doesn't make sense to me. There were numbers like I got a number, but my number was like PC 801. But then there were numbers that started with t and s and all different letters. And then for a while there, everyone with numbers with the same letters in front as me. We didn't get called up. I was there for, I think it was almost 3 hours. Sometimes stuff just doesn't make sense. I'm not sure how well that place was designed. So to review when something makes sense, it's very logical and easy to understand. When something doesn't make sense, it's just very confusing and you don't understand why it was designed that way. Anyways, I got everything done I needed to, but I was a little frustrated. But hey, let's look at a comment from a previous video. This comment is from Aerosmith77 also known as Judit. I loved when I could take the long way home, but not nowadays. Thanks for the lesson. I gotta go. And my response, from my understanding, you have quite the commute now. I hope it's going well. So Judit, thank you for that comment and for using the phrase long way home from the previous lesson. Very cool. But yeah, I understood from another comment you made. I think you changed jobs and I think you drive for over an hour each way now to work. That's a long ways to drive, so hopefully you have lots to listen to, some good music. Maybe you listen to a few podcasts on your way there. I just hope it's going well because that's, that's a pretty long drive to, to go every day.But hey, what was I going to talk about today? Well, I can talk about my commute. It's exactly eleven minutes every day. My commute, because I live out in the country and I work in a town, not a city. There's just not a lot of traffic out this way, there was just a big tractor that went by. Those sometimes slow down my commute a little bit. But I have appreciated the fact that there's no real commute where I live. It's just awesome. So I feel bad.I did, though, a few years ago. A few years ago, like over 20 years ago, I worked at a school. Okay, that's exaggerating. About 18 years ago, I worked at a school in a nearby city just for a couple of years. And it was a 45 minutes drive and the road that you drove down, you couldn't pass anybody. It was just like one lane each way and you couldn't pass. And so you would drive the speed limit all the way to work and all the way home from work. And that didn't make seSupport the Show.

Some people may find other times of the year more significant or enjoyable based on their cultural, religious, or personal preferences.Top of FormAs an individual from my Jedu-Christian background, Christmas means a lot to me, and I love seeing it from my childhood fantasy characters from my comic books, like the Superman story.Superman is a superhero who appears in American comic books published by DC Comics. Read along to practice your English and to learn the English phrases TO HAVE A FREE HAND and TO HAVE FREE REINIn this English lesson, I wanted to help you learn the English phrase, to have a free hand. Now, when you have a free hand, it means you have the freedom to do what you want in a certain situation. My job's really nice, because I have a boss, but when I'm in the classroom, I have a free hand to do pretty much anything I want to, within reason of course. So when you have a free hand, you can do what you want. When you're your own boss, you have a free hand to do whatever you want all the time. Jen is her own boss here on the flower farm, so she has a free hand, she can decide to do things or not do things or do things anyway she wants to.WANT FREE ENGLISH LESSONS? GO TO YOUTUBE AND SEARCH, "BOB THE CANADIAN"If you enjoy these lessons please consider supporting me at: http://www.patreon.com/bobthecanadianThe second phrase I wanna teach you today is to have free rein, and this actually means the same thing as to have a free hand, but notice there's no a. So when you have free rein, you can do things any way you want, when you have a free hand, you can do things anyway you want. But the one phrase has this word in it, the letter A, a, and this phrase does not, so you have free rein. I love doing YouTube, because I have free rein to do whatever I want, I don't have a boss telling me what to do. And again, I do like my job, because I pretty much have free rein to do what I want creatively in the classroom. So to review, to have a free hand or to have free rein, they mean the same thing, it means to have freedom in any kind of situation. But hey, let's look at a comment from a previous video, this comment is from Qiu Park, and the comment is, "Jen is awesome, she did a great job, it's fascinating to be a flower grower, she grows beauty." And my response, "Jen always says she grows beautiful things and they make people happy. I make English lessons and they make people happy, it makes us happy when we help people be happy."So I guess Jen and I kind of are in the happiness business. Thanks Qiu Park for that comment, that was great. Yes, in the last video, I'm going to walk out here to the peonies again. I know it gets a little repetitive, but the cool thing is, is they are really close right now to blooming. In fact, some of them have been harvested already, so you'll be seeing some plants that don't have any flowers on them. And I know it might look like they're not blooming yet, but we do cut the peonies before they actually bloom. And there are mosquitoes out here, which reminds me of Mohd Ags made a comment in the last video about wanting to be a fly on the wall on the farm.See, this one is already gone, Jen has harvested it. We usually pick them when they feel a little bit like a marshmallow, so that one's almost ready to go. This one is not quite ready to go, but we pick them, yeah, at what we call the marshmallow stage. When they're at the marshmallow stage, when you squeeze them, they feel a little bit like a marshmallow. You know what a marshmallow is? It's one of those white things, they come in a bag, if you roast them over a fire, they end up tasting really, really yummy, you can make something out of them called s'mores, but we haven't done that yet this year, we'll do that in a few weeks. There's definitely something flying around here, but I don't think they are mosquitoes, they must be something else.So yeah, actually, let's go to the end, and then I'll flip you around and we'll walk back, so you can see me walking through the peony row. Let's do that, let me flip you around. There we go. So we'll just kinda fly through here. Hopefully, it doesn't shake or move around too much for you. I had to stop there for a seSupport the show

The Accountability Coach: Business Acceleration|Productivity
If your business is not growing, you need to get a handle on the way you're running it. Many business owners tend to spend a great amount of time performing unnecessary tasks that contribute little to the growth of your business. The 80/20 rule, otherwise known as the Pareto Principle, teaches that only 20% of your actions should lead to 80% of your results. Get a handle on your business by putting the 80/20 rule into effect and identifying your high payoff tasks. The 80/20 Rule (Pareto Principle) Explained Developed in the early 19th century by Vilfredo Pareto, an Italian economist, the Pareto Principle was used to explain why only 20% of the population was responsible for 80% of the country's wealth. It was later in the mid-1900s that the theory of the Pareto Principle was modified by Dr. Joseph Duran. When applied to cause and effect, he theorized that 20% of actions (cause) would produce 80% of the end results (effect). Because Duran's theory expanded on Pareto's original version of the 80/20 rule, Dr. Duran's theory soon became known solely as the Pareto Principle. What the Pareto Principle Means for Your Business The 80/20 rule can be applied to pretty much any situation, but, it is especially beneficial when applied to a business (especially if you're currently a one person show). The 80/20 rule isn't just another ordinary time/business management method; when used effectively, it holds the power to drastically increase your income and free up your very valuable time, allowing your business to grow. Maybe this means that you can cut down on staff by weeding out tasks that are completely unnecessary by setting up an automated system. Perhaps it means that it is time for you to hire an assistant or virtual assistant to whom you can delegate low-priority tasks. Using the 80/20 rule to identify the high payoff tasks within your business and automate the low-priority or non-income driving tasks will allow you the freedom you need to grow revenue. Identify the High Payoff Tasks For the purpose of putting Duran's theory into context, let's say that 20% of your employees are responsible for driving 80% of your sales, or 20% of your clients make up 80% of your product or services sales revenue. To grow your business and success, it's vital that you closely analyze your business model and examine which 20% of your actions are accountable for 80% of your results. Put the 80/20 rule into action by focusing in on specific tasks that will result in driving sales and revenue. Work Life Balance Podcast: Business | Productivity | Results
Are you tired of making New Year's Resolutions that you've forgotten about or given up on by mid-February if not sooner?Have you ever heard of the ONE WORD movement? I started my One Word resolves about five or six years ago. I have chosen words such as Courage, Clarity, Focus, Vision, Trust and Flexibility. And today, I want to do something a little different on the show. I want to share this concept with you and teach you how to adopt it for your own. I will also be sharing stories from a few other people I have met who wanted to share what choosing a ONE WORD has done for them over the years.I am going to let you in on an often-ignored or unacknowledged truth: Change is possible, but it requires not only intention but the right kind of focus. So forget new gym memberships you won't use or the newest extreme fad diets, expensive planners and going into debt buying new Rubbermaid to organize the basement—lets forget entirely about Resolutions. Yes, they are a way to try to focus, but sometimes in a overly simplified way and almost always resolutions are and more importantly, not at all on the root causes or philosophies and character traits that lead us in the directions we go. We don't want to be focused on what we DON'T want but rather on what we do want and what will get us there. Resolutions to lose 20 pounds for example are often based on the type of person we're tired of being rather than who we want to become. And when you “break your resolve” then what? You quit, right? There's no room for the process of growth in a New Years Resolution. On the other hand, One Words are centered on our hope for the year ahead and who we want to become or what we want to achieve, maybe who we believe God wants us to be, and the transformative process of getting there. We need to get at the heart of what needs to be revolutionized deep down within us to inform and give energy to these things we want to see becomes realities in our lives. So its no longer “OK, I have to lose 20 pounds or 40 pounds and I am gonna go to the gym 4 times a week until I do.” Now, it's “What is it that is missing in my life that leads me to make poor food choices or to choose to be sedentary rather than active?” Journaling about the hearts of matters such as this might lead you to a One Word like discipline or health when you realize the issue at the heart of is a lack of discipline or when you think about wanting to make your health a priority so you can enjoy your grandchildren more and for longer. At the heart of the matter, a One Word is like “your why.” Have you ever heard about the importance of defining your why as part of mapping out success in any area of your life? This is why I choose just one word to be my focus for the next twelve months, to help me stay tuned into the “fuel” (the why) that I need for making positive changes that last longer than February.Let's start with one story from my treasure trove of One Words. It was the year 2020. I had chosen FOCUS because there was an overall sense that I had been feeling for a long time of doing too many things and feeling like I couldn't focus, plus it was 20/20… get it? Focus/ 20/20 vision? Ok, so anyway, I started with journaling. If you know me at all, you know this is common practice for me with a lot of things. Work it out on the page. The more I wrote, the more I explored what I wanted to envision for the coming year, and the easier it was to pare it down to a single word.BRAINSTORMAnother method that can be helpful for selecting your One Word is to just start writing possible words. Your One Word is most likely going to be a NOUN or a VERB. Mini grammar lesson: a noun is a subject, a thing, a state or a quality. A verb is an action word, a function, a mood even. So, now just literally brainstorm. SeSupport the show (https://www.paypal.me/anniejallen)
