La asociación de fiscales reaccionó rápido y desmintió que el tipo enflusado con corbata negra que actuó en operativo de migración en una tienda china que terminó en un rebú fuera fiscal o miembro del ministerio público.El operativo, llevado a cabo por la Dirección General de Migración, tuvo lugar en una tienda de propiedad asiática ubicada en la avenida Duarte, un área de alto comercio en Santo Domingo. El caso generó controversia tras viralizarse imágenes donde un individuo se presentaba como fiscal durante la intervención.Posteriormente la dirección de migración confirmó la especie y explicó que es un abogado que trabaja en la institución y que la ley faculta intervenciones sin la actuación del ministerio público.Si las dos cosas son verdad la pregunta es por qué el abogado de corbata negra se presentó como fiscal. De hecho los titulares de varios medios llaman la atención sobre el supuesto ministerio público. Por ejemplo N.com titula “personal de tienda china ultraja fiscal en operativo migratorio. Los titulares explican la rápida reacción de la Asociacion de Fiscales.También ayer pero en Higüey la fiscal titular de esa demarcación negó que enviara a ejecutar una orden de arresto contra la ciudad del empresario merle Wayne Fuller.“Hago constar que la orden de arresto No. 01981-2025 en contra de la señora María Elvira Ramírez Concepción, de fecha 07 del mes de mayo del 2025, fue ejecutada por el 2do. Teniente Lorenzo Henríquez  en fecha 29-05-2025 en la ciudad de San pedro de Macorís, no fue mandada a ejecutar por esta fiscalía  de La Altagracia  ni enviada al sistema de ejecución, por lo que queda sin efecto la misma”, precisa una certificación de la fiscal titular emitida en Salvaleón de Higüey que anexamos a este documento de prensa.La viuda del empresario Merle Wayne Fuller fue arrestada por presunta usurpación de herencia millonaria a pesar de que en el proceso las partes se encontraban en proceso de negociación.Quienes informaron del arresto fueron los abogados de la parte contraria en un litigio por herencia.No hay duda de que hemos avanzado en el sistema de justicia pero estamos muy lejos de la equidad.El caso de Jesús el cañero es la evidencia, por coincidencia igual que la viuda fue  arrestado en San Pedro de Macorís por una orden de arresto dispuesta en el año 2008 a solicitud de una empresa financiera que por atrasos en los pagos se incautó de un carro usado.Cuando se ven los niveles de eficiencia de la policia en ciertos casos y el tigueraje en otras solo se puede decir Dios Librame. La verdad es que cualquiera de nosotros puede caer preso sino de la justicia de las mafias que actúan en su nombre y por lo menos pasaremos par de días de amargura.

Episode 265 features fireballing former MLB Pitcher, Jim Kern and Trompo King inventor, Noam Weiss treating us to  amazing stories and we have a New York State Baseball Hall of Fame Dinner Report Jim Kern is a former professional baseball pitcher.  With three All-Star appearances from 1977-1979, Kern went went 13–5 with a 1.57 ERA and 29 saves out of the Texas Rangers bullpen in 1979 to finish fourth in American League Cy Young Award balloting.  Over a 12 year Major League career, Jim played for the Cleveland Indians, Texas Rangers, Cincinnati Reds, Chicago White Sox, Philadelphia Phillies, and Milwaukee Brewers.  Jim is aptly nicknamed Emu and he explains why that moniker fits so well.  In 2013, FanGraphs named Kern as the best relief pitcher in baseball history over a given 4-year period of time in their January 25 article "Jim Kern's Four Incredible Seasons."  From 1976 to 1979, he won 42 games and registered 75 saves out of the bullpen, and he averaged more than 100 innings per year and 1.88 innings pitched per game appearance.           Noam Weiss is the inventor of Trompo King, a unique product created to cook food vertically, which Noam advises was the cooking method for thousands of years.  The product description per their website is, "Create food from around the globe with the Vertical Griller from the Mr. Bar-B-Q+Trompo King team. He represents the 3rd generation making the acclaimed Tacos Al Pastor. Born and raised in Michoacan, one of the most culinary diverse states in Mexico. Today, Raul proudly embraces his youth as an apprentice of the taco trade thru his uncle’s street cart of tacos al pastor. Raul often daydreams of those days when he would spend long hours setting up the “trompo” with the marinated meat. (Trompo: long spit where the thin strips of spice-marinated meat are stacked onto for grilling.) This was an art and a skill. He made sure that every layer of meat had the right amount of spices and marinade and was pressured correctly so it would cook evenly and to perfection. His faith was set when Raul, back then, still in his late teen years, decides to “robarse” run away with his beloved girlfriend (now wife of decades). This act, in traditional Mexico, meant the formation of a new home, and as such the man had to support it. But how?
