Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. When Troy Miller, CEO of the National Religious Broadcaster, talks about media, he doesn't just talk about technology — he talks about mission. He says, “And look at where we're at today, today, we can instantly communicate to anybody around the globe, um, right now from where we're sitting, Uh, we could be talking to anybody on any continent.” What a time to be alive and share Christ! Every conversation, every post, every interaction is an opportunity to point someone toward Christ and share the Gospel with them. And the message we share matters. The question isn't whether you're broadcasting a message. The question is: what message are you broadcasting? Every Christian has been called to take the Gospel to the world — and it starts with us sharing it with the people He has put in our own circle of relationships. So today, let's choose to use the platforms God has given us to broadcast hope found in Jesus boldly. To watch the full interview with Troy Miller, visit sharelife.today.
Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. Troy Miller, CEO of the National Religious Broadcasters, has seen firsthand how God can use media to reach the world. He says, “We make plans, but God does order our steps. I never thought that this kid from Nebraska Farm Boy techie would end up in Christian broadcasting, but I really feel like that's what God trained me for 20-30 years ago. He had a plan for this—not me.” And that is so true—God has a plan for each of us to use whatever means we can—and in Troy's case, media!—to share the Gospel with the world. So whether it's online, over the airwaves, or in everyday conversations, the opportunity is right in front of us. But it's up to us to be faithful to use the platforms God has given us. Let's not wait—the best day to start is today. For resources to help you get started and to watch the full interview with Troy, visit our website at sharelife.today.

Troy Miller, CEO of National Religious Broadcasters, talks about Charlie Kirk's legacy, the rise of Christian media, and the future of faith in the public square.
The assassination of Charlie Kirk has not only affected the organization he founded...the entire world has been impacted in a most unprecedented way. Charlie was incredibly influential as a broadcaster, and here to discuss his impact is the President of the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB), Troy Miller. Plus, Mike visits with Alec Jessee from Chad Barr Law on their upcoming golf tourney that benefits veterans.
Emotions are high and our impulses - while entirely understandable - aren't always the best reaction to moments like these. Case in point - the Attorney General's reaction to those online saying vile things in the aftermath of the horror last week involving Charlie Kirk. Also, be mindful of those who'd try to co-opt Charlie's identity and message for their own designs. Megyn Kelly has a thought on this worth hearing. Vice President JD Vance made history yesterday as he hosted the Charlie Kirk Show and you'll hear some of the most poignant moments. Reaction from Troy Miller, president of the National Religious Broadcasters Association. So how do we deal with the vile nature of those in our midst who say the very worst stuff online? Stigall and Adam Gillette from Accuracy in Media discuss. And the economy, a Fed rate cut, and high drama on the Fed board. Steve Moore discusses. -For more info visit the official website: https://chrisstigall.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/chrisstigallshow/Twitter: https://twitter.com/ChrisStigallFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/chris.stigall/Listen on Spotify: https://tinyurl.com/StigallPodListen on Apple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/StigallShowSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
A new poll shows the number of American adults turning to Christian media for their trusted source of news is on the upswing. And that's all good news for a nation founded on a quest for religious freedom, and made exceptional by the idea of God-given rights and liberties. Getting news with a Bible-based perspective only sharpens the ability of Americans to see the God-given versus the government-granted and apply the proper perspective immediately. Troy Miller, CEO of NRB, speaks about the surge of Christian media.
President Trump is driving home the message of safety and security as he prepares to do for Baltimore and Chicago what he’s done for DC. The politics of it have his approval rating back in the black. Erin Maguire discusses the politics and optics of this, as well as the red state redistricting efforts. Plus, the raid on John Bolton - was it retribution or is it accountability? Mark Weaver drops by and applies constitutional law to the discussion. And two huge pillars of the Christian faith and media space have gone home. Reaction from Troy Miller - president of the National Religious Broadcasters on the loss of John McArthur and James Dobson. Stigall also reviews his impromptu Alaska trip as he’s live on DC today to head to the White House-For more info visit the official website: https://chrisstigall.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/chrisstigallshow/Twitter: https://twitter.com/ChrisStigallFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/chris.stigall/Listen on Spotify: https://tinyurl.com/StigallPodListen on Apple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/StigallShowSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Sure seems that way. Hysterical predictions of gloom and destruction if Trump should win are beginning to dominate leftists cable news broadcasts. The lecturing of black men considering supporting Trump continues, while new polls suggest even white women are trading Trump. SNL seems to be playing it safe and feels comfortable mocking Harris' inability to connect with voters. JD Vance and Mike Johnson laugh in the faces of the Sunday morning show hosts' bizarre attempts to change the topic from Harris' poor campaign. Meanwhile, Tim Walz puts on brand new hunting gear and pretends to pheasant hunt in an attempt to connect with men, or something. Plus, Troy Miller - president of the National Religious Broadcasters explains his Fox News OpEd on why evangelical voters could make all the difference this election and entertainment correspondent Christian Toto explains the silence from the celebrity culture on the recent hurricanes. -For more info visit the official website: https://chrisstigall.comInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/chrisstigallshow/Twitter: https://twitter.com/ChrisStigallFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/chris.stigall/Listen on Spotify: https://tinyurl.com/StigallPodListen on Apple Podcasts: https://bit.ly/StigallShowSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
