Bardzo dużo naszych klientów to albo przedstawiciele branży IT (programiści, administratorzy IT, project managerowie), albo medycy (lekarze, pracownicy ochrony zdrowia, ratownicy medyczni, pielęgniarki, chirurdzy). Wśród osób którym pomagamy, decydująca większość pracuje na umowach B2B. To zwykle osoby prowadzące jednoosobową dzialalność gospodarczą.

Political parties have now submitted their election candidates lists, signatures and deposits to the IEC to ensure participation in the May 29 National and Provincial election. The IEC is currently in the process of verifying the information given by the parties before the candidate lists are made public. The process has however been blemished by leaks of some political parties' candidates lists on social media. The governing ANC had on Friday declared that it will make its candidate list available to the public TOMORROW*.(Monday). Many are anxiously waiting to see who has made it on the lists. It will also indicate who are the movers and shakers particularly in parties that will be on the ballot for the first time. The ANC's top 7 has also reportedly flagged some senior members who should be removed from the party's national lists as a result of having adverse findings against them in Chief Justice Raymond Zondo's State Capture Report. This is the subject of our Sunday Morning discussion and Bongiwe Zwane spoke to Political analysts, Dr. Levy Ndou from Tshwane University of Technology

Parliament's Powers and Privileges Committee will today hold a hearing into former Minister Mosebenzi Zwane's failure to appear before the House to apologize for undeclared state capture and Gupta-related benefits. In May the National Assembly adopted findings of Parliament's Joint Committee on Ethics and Members' Interests that Zwane failed to disclose the benefits he received from the controversial Gupta family. The ANC MP was instructed by the Committee to issue a public apology but Zwane absconded from a parliamentary sitting to do so. Kaizer Chiefs have had a poor start to their 2023/24 Campaign; having only scraped past Cape Town City in the Nedbank Cup quarter Finals, the Glamour Boys are currently sitting in 13th position, after only managing to take 1 point away from a possible 9. Chiefs recently appointed former Bafana Bafana coach Molefi Ntseki to turn the ship around, however many are suggesting that having Ntseki at the helm with assistant coach Arthur Zwane, failure is imminent. On the latest episode of the Fan Reaction Show, Mzansi reacts to the latest incident involving Royal Am and how they treated a PSL fan. Khosi nation also reacts to Kaizer Chiefs' poor run of form, and even suggests that Molefi Ntseki and Arthur Zwane are not a perfect match! SL Radio on SoccerLaduma.co.za

Kaizer Chiefs communications manager Vina Maphosa has responded to rumours that the club could look to sack head coach Arthur Zwane, insisting the Amakhosi leadership are “not even contemplating” a change of coaches. Zwane is experiencing a bumpy debut season as head coach of the club, with results turning sour of late after the club lost four out of their last five games. As a consequence, last hopes of silverware were dashed, meaning the club's trophy drought will continue to over eight years. Chiefs fans around SA are sick to their teeth due to another rank-poor season which, after 11 league defeats, ranks as the club's worst campaign in the PSL era. With Khanyisa Mayo having joined Peter Shalulile on the top of the goal- scoring charts, Cape Town City coach Eric Tinkler has said his striker has an opportunity to go and win the golden boot when City take on Kaizer Chiefs in their final DStv Premiership fixture this weekend. Mayo scored a brace in Saturday's 2-0 victory over Richards Bay to join Shalulile on 12 goals.
1. Intro Congratulations Polokwane City Stat of the week Big Topic: Chiefs and stats 2. Team Focus: Arthur Zwane Have their stats improved? Too broad a statement leaves him open to ridicule He is both right and wrong (some stats have improved, some has not) Why do stats increase/decrease? Change in style of play/how they approach games Improvement in performance a) General - A win will take his win% to 48% and equal all before him since last title b) Attack&DefenceRadar c) xG/xGAandRollingxG Real Q is do improved stats indicate future improvement xG does that very well - But the Chance issue has gone on for long (always high on xG) 3. Player Focus: Khanyisa Mayo 12 goals makes him joint-top scorer Mayo is the 3rd City player to score 12+ league goals in a single PSL season after Lebo Manyama & Kermit Erasmus (both 13). He won City Player of the Year over the weekend 3rd highest shot taker in the league But highest for City ______________________________________________________________________________ 8 of his 12 goals have come in the last 8 games. Can't buy him off this form. 4. Weekend preview Sundowns v Maritzburg Who will be relegated/Playoffs? Lee Alex Maritzburg Yes Yes Chippa Yes Yes Marumo No No
Kaizer Chiefs have lost yet another game, making them winless in 4 matches. Their most recent loss, came at the hands of former Kaizer Chiefs Coach Gavin Hunt; as he and his SuperSport United downed Chiefs 1-0 when they met on Saturday 13 May at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace. Khosi Nation is seemingly losing patience with the former Chiefs player-turned coach and the actions shown by a handful of radical supporters bring light to this. Zwane was subjected to an attack by Chiefs fans, having bottles and other objects thrown at him when he was leaving the technical area. Zwane suffered minor injuries, but it would appear as though these fans might suffer major consequences. Acts of hooliganism and anarchy have no place in the sport, let alone our stadiums which is why this incident brings heavy emotions to Mzansi. The frustration that Khosi Nation is going through is justified and understandable, but the actions are not. Chiefs are trophy-less in 8 years, and they are going to finish yet another season without any silverware since their departure from the Nedbank, at the hands of their noisy neighbours Orlando Pirates. Many fans are suggesting the ‘hooligans' at fault, need to be prosecuted for their actions. During this past week, Kaizer Chiefs management have been quoted saying that they will review Wane's performance come season end, to see if the technical team needs a beef up. Many fans have agreed with this ideology and suggest that Zwane should be demoted to assistant coach, or even a youth coach to gain the invaluable experience needed to coach a team, with a history as big as Chiefs. Mzansi is hoping for a well-versed coach to take the reigns off of Wane's hands, hoping trophies are going to be around the corner. What occurred at the Royal Bafokeng Sports Palace has since brought on a scare for the club, recently announcing stricter safety protocols for Chiefs match against Cape Town City on Saturday 20 May. Stadium Management hanging director has said that the South Africa Police Service (SAPS) will be on duty in full force come Saturday, as well as security, to be ready for whatever these hooligans are potentially planning. On the latest episode of the Fan Reaction Show, PSL fans share their thoughts on the incident which transpired after Chiefs lost to SuperSport United. They share their thoughts on whether or not Arthur Zwane is the right man for the job and suggest that acts of this nature, concurrent with anarchy and hooliganism should not be tolerated! Kazier Chiefs are to once again finish a season without tasting silverware. For 8 consecutive seasons, Kaizer Chiefs have struggled to write their name on a trophy and the fans are understandably upset. Having a multitude of coaches and opportunities during this time, they still can't seem to claim a title. Something isn't going according to plan and the fans fear the worst when speaking on the latest episode of the Fan Reaction Show. One fan suggests it might be a few more years until the Glamour Boys reach success. Amakhosi are currently coached by a legend of the club, Arthur Zwane but unfortunately, his coaching style isn't clicking with the football fraternity. Zwane favours younger stars in bigger games, but many suggest he should be mixing things up with youngsters and veterans. Another fan says "Coach Arthur Zwane is good, the problem is choosing younger stars over experienced players, there are games He needs to rest younger stars and use his experienced players." After Chiefs lost on Penalties to their noisy neighbours Orlando Pirates in the Nedbank Cup semi-final, Zwane publicly stated that his tenure with the club has been better than his predecessors (Ernst Middendorp, Gavin Hunt, and Stuart Baxter). Many fans speaking on the Fan Reaction Show disagree with this statement and suggest that Zwane has bitten off more than he can chew. "He needs support. He must be assistant and Chiefs must bring in an experienced coach." On the latest episode of the Fan Reaction Show, Mzansi reacts to Arthur Zwane's post-match comment after he and Kaizer Chiefs were knocked out of the Nedbank Cup Semi-final at the hands of Orlando Pirates. Mzansi predicts who will win the Nedbank Cup Final between the Buccaneers and Sekhukhune United. SL Radio on SoccerLaduma.co.za

Mosebenzi Zwane is one of 16 accused in the state's case against a coterie of Gupta acolytes and hangers-on. It's the state versus seven individuals and nine companies. Among them, the former MEC (also former minister) Zwane, the former head of department Peter Thabethe, the former CFO Seipati Dhlamini, and former chief director Takisi Masiteng, all from within the Free State Agriculture Department. Zwane was arrested in late September this year and released on R10,000 bail. BizNews correspondent Michael Appel takes a look at the history of the failed project and the indictment the NPA has served on the accused. Learn more about your ad choices. Lots of coaching changes in the PSL Only City, TS Galaxy and Stellenbosch have the same coaches as at the start of last season (Sundowns & Richards Bay notable). Some of the criticism against Zwane is harsh, he is still a new coach When was the last derby with two new coaches at the helm? How have the coaches fared? Same number of games played Jose Riviero has a lot in his favour Better defence (7 - 18) Into the Cup final (1 leads to 2) Beating Sundowns (compared to Chiefs losing 4-0) Kaizer Chiefs Orlando Pirates Ball possession, % 52% 52% Goals 18 14 xG (Expected goals) 1,77 1,17 Opponent's xG 1,16 0,75 Net xG (xG - Opponent's xG) 0,61 0,43 Entrance to the penalty box 16 16 Entrances to the final third 47 40 Entrances to the opposition half 70 60 Passes 454 438 Crosses 15 14 Positional attacks 65 58 But What did the coaches inherit? It was the first week back after the September international break and we have had some captivating results in week 9 of the DSTV Premiership. Orlando Pirates lost rather surprisingly to Sekhukhune United, Marumo Gallants got their first win and Richards Bay continued their fine form with a 1-0 win over AmaZulu FC. This week Laduma Analytics dive into the passing data and take a look at what they can uncover inside the data. It has been a busy few weeks since the season began and we are nearly one third of the way into the season. During this period, we can look back over the course of the season and try in one aspect to understand how important certain combinations of play or even relationships between players were for a club. For instance, which passing combinations were the most valuable in the 2022/2023 DSTV Premiership season. Passing Passing is the most common data point that we can expect to observe in a football match. To little surprise, Mamelodi Sundowns have the most average number of passes per game (551), followed by Royal AM (515), TS Galaxy (495), Marumo Gallants (487), Stellenbosch (476) and Orlando Pirates (475). Cape Town City - A team we would normally associate with high passing numbers, only have the 7th most attempted passes per game (464) at this moment in time. The one major problem with passing data is that it is subject to a lot of noise. For instance, backward passes in general (except cut-backs inside the opposition box) are les valuable than a pass that cuts through the middle of the defence like a through ball. How can we cut through some of that noise and find what is truly important? What if we wanted to measure the most valuable combinations between two players? Expected Threat (xT) xT is one of the methods used to measure the offensive contributions that take place on the field of play. Every football fan, coach and analyst will know that certain parts of the field are far more valuable than others. For example, having possession of the ball in your own half is far less valuable. Further up the field however, let's say on the edge of the opposition penalty box - it is extremely valuable. xT covers how the ball is moving between the phases and areas of the field. Every player in a possession sequence is attributed a certain numerical value to moving the ball forward into the different spaces. This is how in the data we may be able to find under-valued players but also verify how good we know some players truly are. Location As the footbal pitch visual below shows, the most valuable areas are inside the opposition box - hardly a surprise to any football fan. Most Valuable Combinations The list below shows the passing combinations which our model considers to be the most valuable combinations between any group of players in the league. The pass count shows the number of accurate passes that occurred between the players. Since we are only looking at the relationships between some players that move the ball up the field, in this instance (at this time) we do not consider a player's individual relationship with a group of players. The Top 3 most common relationships based on the number of accurate passes that also happen to have the highest expected threat are players from Stellenbosch FC, Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town City. Stellenbosch FC Fawaaz Basadien has already been a very impactful player for Stellenbosch FC providing assists and very fruitful combinations with Junior Mendieta as the table above shows. If we examine their combinations on the image below, we can begin to understand how these two players have combined throughout the season so far. Most of all their combinations have occurred down the left-hand side and quite a few balls have been passes down the flank into spaces behind or for Mendieta to run onto. Mamelodi Sundowns Next up we take a look at a Mamelodi Sundowns duo - Teboho Mokoena and Themba Zwane Mokoena has already shown dominant displays in the middle of the park with his passing accuracy and range being a key to why he has played a major chunk of minutes for the champions this season. This map visually explains why the Mokoena and Zwane relationship ranks high on our list above. All but three of the accurate passes are directed forwards with passes into the channels which are dangerous areas within the opposition half. Cape Town City FC Last but not least we have to include the relationship between Thamsanqa Mkhize and Khanyisa Mayo.Similar to Basadien and Mendieta, the two Citizen players are combined well and Mhkize has provided balls into areas which have allowed Mayo to cut in from the right on his favourite left-foot. With 3 goals and 2 assists from Mayo so far, how often will clubs allow for attacking relationships that involve him to develop before they put a stop to it?
Former minister Mosebenzi Zwane, who has been charged with fraud, theft, and money laundering in connection with the Vrede dairy farm project, made his first appearance in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court on Wednesday morning. He appeared alongside former Sahara employee Ugeshni Govender and Gupta lieutenant Ronica Ragavan. Zwane, an MP, was detained after he handed himself over to police. News24 previously reported that the project was meant to empower 65 community members, including emerging black farmers who had been named as beneficiaries. Estina, which was handed the project, is accused of siphoning millions, effectively collapsing the project and leaving the intended beneficiaries high and dry. At the time, Zwane was the Free State agriculture MEC. In its last report, the State Capture Inquiry recommended that Zwane and former Free State premier Ace Magashule face a criminal investigation for their alleged roles in the scandal. Magashule has not been charged in connection with the project. Inquiry chairperson, Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, suggested that the provincial government get legal advice about suing Zwane and Magashule to recover money that was lost as a result of their failure to fulfil their obligations as MEC and premier.
Host Carl Lewis chats with coach and analyst Grant de Smidt about Kaizer Chiefs 2022/23 season so far. The Amakhosi are currently floundering in ninth spot on the DSTV Premiership table but their recent win against Supersport United has done a lot to lift spirits around Naturena. The pair discuss head coach Arthur Zwane and the start of his first full season in charge and also Kaizer Chiefs Kamohelo Mahlatsi, Zitha Kwinika, George Matlou, Dillon Solomons, Ashley du Preez, Yusuf Maart and Siyethemba Sithebe.
Host Carl Lewis chats with the team at Laduma Analytics as they chat statistics and data in the DSTV Premiership. In this week's episode, they focus on Mamelodi Sundowns, Kaizer Chiefs, Amazulu and Bafana Bafana. Goals Goals are lacking again - why is that? Big difference in the total number of expected goals (140) vs approx 121 goals. Games are creating good quality chances - 2.15 expected goals per game but games are only just under 2 goals a game. Which teams are creating well but struggling to score? Sundowns A game for the goalkeepers, with this week being an International week Themba Zwane had a great opportunity to score 0.25 xG = a more clinical Zwane on his day would have converted that Sundowns vs AmaZulu game stats 17 shots - the second highest total of shots taken this 2022/23 season. 2.3 xG - the second highest total of xG accumulated this 2022/23 season. 9 - the highest number of chances in games this season. 20 opposition box entrances on average - next best team CT City with 16 entrances into Opp box Allende sees Mothwa and the gap at the near post Reminded me of Van Persie against Barcelona Maicon for Brazil against North Korea at the 2010 FIFA world cup @ Ellis Park? A really strong start to the season - 3 wins out of first 4 games but the underlying data was never strong and indicated differently to how they were positioned on the log prior to the MTN 8 break (see below) That followed suit and performances caught up with results Never been overly strong this season in creating good quality chances, currently 12th on log for xG Early season - 7 goals from 3.73 xG & 1 goal from 3.63 xG Up and down with chance creation and got results when ultimately (based on probability) may not have deserved them - SuperSport United & CT City in the league. Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos sprung a number of surprises when he named his 23 man squad for next week's friendly internationals against Sierra Leone and Botswana. The inclusion of Zwane's name on the team list will excite South African football supporters in the lead up to the friendly matches on the 24th and the 27th of this month. Broos has resisted selecting Zwane in the past despite his status as a fan favourite and a star player at his club, but the Belgian trainer has indicated that he was rewarding players who have been playing consistently and are in good form. Broos has called up Sibongiseni Mthethwa, Melusi Buthelezi, Mihlali Mayambela & Luke le Roux's for the first time, while Percy Tau and Evidence Makgopa didn't make the cut. “You know the history of Percy Tau. He was injured last season and he was injured again at the end of the season. He didn't play the last four games and he's recovering now. I don't think it's the right [time] to select him for this game,” Broos said. The coach has suggested he will experiment with the new combinations and hopes to rebuild the squad's confidence after dismal results recently which included losses to Ghana, France and Morocco. “The idea is that we have to gain confidence again after three defeats. There was a lot of criticism around this team and myself. I think it wasn't a good idea to play stronger teams again and maybe have defeats,” Broos added. Bafana Bafana squad: Goalkeepers: Ronwen Williams (Mamelodi Sundowns), Veli Mothwa (AmaZulu), Melusi Buthelezi (TS Galaxy) Defenders: Nyiko Mobbie (Sekhukhune United), Terrence Mashego (Cape Town City), Thibang Phete (Al Bataeh, United Arab Emirates), Rushine de Reuck (Mamelodi Sundowns), Aubrey Modiba (Mamelodi Sundowns), Khuliso Mudau (Mamelodi Sundowns), Nkosinathi Sibisi (Orlando Pirates), Innocent Maela (Orlando Pirates) Midfielders: Sibongiseni Mthethwa (Stellenbosch FC), Goodman Mosele (Orlando Pirates), Sphephelo Sithole (Belenenses, Portugal), Teboho Mokoena (Mamelodi Sundowns), Luke le Roux (Varbergs BoIS, Sweden) Forwards: Khanyisa Mayo (Cape Town City), Lyle Foster (KVC Westerlo, Belgium), Themba Zwane (Mamelodi Sundowns), Zakhele Lepasa (Orlando Pirates), Mihlali Mayambela (Aris Limassol, Cyprus), Pule Mmodi (Golden Arrows), Kgaogelo Sekgota (Kaizer Chiefs)

Host Carl Lewis is joined by coach and analyst Grant de Smidt as they review the DSTV Premiership match between Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs Defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns subjected Kaizer Chiefs to a humiliating 4-0 defeat at Loftus Versfeld in Tshwane on Saturday afternoon. Gaston Sirino opened the scoring for the hosts in the sixth minute following a mix-up between Siyabonga Ngezana and goalkeeper Bruce Bvuma in the Chiefs box. Ngezana was culpable once again in Masandawana's second goal, bringing down Peter Shalulile in the 16th minute for a needless penalty, though Zitha Kwinika was mistakenly shown a yellow card for the foul by referee Victor Gomes. The Namibian dusted himself to double the lead from the spot. Shalulile got his second goal of the afternoon after firing past the helpless Bvuma in the 53rd minute. Ronwen Williams saved a 56th minute penalty by Khama Billiat, for good measure. The highly-rated Abubeker Nessir introduced himself to South African football rather frighteningly with a sensational goal in the 76th minute to complete the embarrassing rout. Mamelodi Sundowns: Williams, Modiba, Mudau, B. Onyango, De Reuck, Mokoena, Jali, Zwane, Sirino, Shalulile Subs: D. Onyango, Morena, Lebusa, Mkhulise, Kapinga, Nasir, Lakay, Domingo, Kutumela. Kaizer Chiefs: Bvuma, Solomons, Ngezana, Kwinika, Frosler, Blom, Sithebe, Maart, Alexander, Dolly, Billiat Subs: Petersen, Nj. Ngcobo, Nange, Mashiane, Sifama, Radebe, Nk. Ngcobo, Sekgota, Shabalala
Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane instructed investigators, who were probing the Vrede dairy farm, not to implicate politicians Ace Magashule and Mosebenzi Zwane, the Section 194 Committee heard. Magashule is the former premier of the Free State. Zwane is the former Free State MEC for agriculture. Sphelo Samuel, who was recently reinstated as the Free State head of the Public Protector, testified on Wednesday when the parliamentary impeachment proceedings against Mkhwebane resumed after a break. There had been a break last week to allow Mkhwebane and her legal team to prepare and participate in her court matter, which could scupper the proceedings. Samuel sent two affidavits to former National Assembly Speaker Thandi Modise, to ask that Parliament investigate Mkhwebane, and also wrote a letter with a "friendly request" for Mkhwebane to resign. Days later, disciplinary proceedings against him were instituted. Samuel is an admitted attorney, who joined the Public Protector's Office in 2000. In 2015, he moved from Limpopo to the Free State, which is when he became involved in the Vrede dairy farm investigation. He said the Public Protector at the time, Thuli Madonsela, repeatedly referred back a report on the Vrede matter because not enough attention was paid to politicians' roles. He was asked to take charge. Samuel said Madonsela didn't sign off on a provisional report. She wasn't satisfied with the draft report because it didn't look at the role of politicians. In October 2016, there was a changing of the guard at the Public Protector. Madonsela's seven-year term had ended, and Mkhwebane took over. In mid-March 2017, Mkhwebane visited the Free State - and Magashule wanted to speak to her before she visited the legislature. "As part of this stakeholder engagement, the PP was due to meet various members of the Free State provincial legislature. I met with her the day before, to brief her and assist with her itinerary. At that meeting, I conveyed the premier's request to meet with the PP before she attended the legislature for the stakeholder engagement. The request had been conveyed to me by officials from the premier's offic," Samuel's affidavit read. Mkhwebane told Samuel she didn't take instructions from Magashule, didn't know him and would not meet with him. A few minutes later, she received a call. On her return, she said she had changed her mind and she would meet the premier, Samuel testified. They met for 15 to 20 minutes behind closed doors. Samuel did not know what was said. In the days after the meeting, the investigation continued. Samuel wanted to interview Magashule and Zwane, but they didn't cooperate. He then wanted to subpoena the duo. Mkhwebane issued a directive that all subpoenas to politicians had to be cleared by her. She refused his request to subpoena Magashule and Zwane. According to Samuel, Mkhwebane said she did not want findings against politicians. A revised report, in which Samuel was involved, had not been limited to the politicians only failing to take disciplinary action. They were implicated in the transactions and Samuel concluded that they were "culpable". He made findings that Magashule and Zwane should be held liable because they had overall responsibility. "In that report, I basically disobeyed the directive of the Public Protector that we should not make findings against politicians," said Samuel. He strongly felt there should be findings against them. The Office of the Public Protector made serious findings against Zwane and Magashule, but it never made it into Mkhwebane's final report. The disciplinary proceedings against Samuel were recently resolved after the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) ruled against the Public Protector, ordered it to reinstate Samuel, and to back-pay him R1.5 million. At the start of Wednesday's proceedings, advocate Dali Mpofu SC, acting for Mkhwebane, informed the committee that he wrote to President Cyril Ramaphosa to invite ...
Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has recommended that former Free State premier Ace Magashule, "Gupta Minister" Mosebenzi Zwane, and Tony Gupta be investigated over the Vrede dairy farm project, which he condemns as a "complete disaster". He also suggested that Zwane and Magashule should be sued to recover money lost as a result of their alleged conduct in relation to the alleged scam. Tony Gupta is currently in custody at a Dubai police station. He and his brother, Atul, face possible extradition to South Africa in connection with the R24.9-million Nulane Investment scam – which was a precursor to the alleged R280-million Vrede fraud. It is unclear whether the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) will charge him and his family members in connection with the project. Magashule, meanwhile, is facing charges linked to the so-called "asbestos scam". This scam saw millions earmarked for the removal of asbestos from the homes of the Free State's most impoverished residents allegedly being funnelled into the pockets of ANC bigwigs and government officials. Magashule denies all wrongdoing. In the last part of his report, Zondo not only recommends that Magashule and Zwane face criminal investigation over Vrede, but also slams them for failing to perform their oversight functions as then-premier and MEC. He previously condemned them for this failure in connection with the Free State's R1-billion housing project debacle, where houses promised to the poor were never delivered. Zondo has now recommended that the Free State government get legal advice over whether it should sue Magashule and Zwane "to recover such monies as may be recovered from them that were lost by the [Department of Agriculture and Rural Development] in the Vrede Dairy Project as a result of their failure. to perform their legal obligations". "It is necessary that there be consequences for people who fail to do their job. Otherwise, this corruption and these acts of state capture are going to continue forever to the detriment of the country and all people. Neither the Provincial Legislature nor the ANC called the Premier to account for the Asbestos Project and the R1 billion Housing Project Debacle. Premiers must know that they must supervise the MECs and their Departments," Zondo stated. While the Guptas repeatedly sought to distance themselves from the Vrede project, Zondo pointed to testimony by Magashule's former director-general, Elizabeth Rockman, to demonstrate that the Guptas were involved in the scheme. The project was justified on the basis that it would empower at least 100 poor black farmers. Rockman testified that she had met Tony Gupta on 6 April 2013, when he "requested the outstanding payment to Estina (the Gupta-linked "implementing agent" in relation to Vrede) in respect of the dairy project". Just 12 days later, a payment of R34.95-million was made by the Free State government to Estina. A further R30-million was paid eight days later. Rockman had been invited to the lavish Gupta wedding at Sun City, which was alleged to have been funded by Estina cash, but didn't attend. Rockman also revealed that she had subsequently met with Tony Gupta in February 2014, and had discussed media reports about the death of cattle linked to the Vrede project. In his findings on Vrede, Zondo painstakingly documents how the project, which was originally estimated to cost R13-million and later ballooned to a proposed cost of R572-million, repeatedly breached procurement processes. To make matters worse, Estina was an IT company, with no experience in effective and sustainable dairy farming. The Estina contract was cancelled in August 2014 following media reports about how the Gupta dairy farm had flouted Treasury rules, and a damning Treasury-initiated investigation into the project. Despite this cancellation, R106.2-million in payments were subsequently made to Estina. Magashule declined to give evidence about his oversight of the project or respond to testimony by his fo...

Having played for Chiefs for a decade and now joining the coaching staff for some time, it is clear that Arthur Zwane is familiar with the club, the culture, and the morals. He is also a fan favourite and the talking point surrounding the Glamour Boys. Many fans believe that Zwane should be the head coach of Chiefs for these reasons, however, it is important to know that no decision regarding this has been made. Stuart Baxter is currently in his second stint with Amakhosi, albeit worse than his first round with the club; and this is something that fans aren't standing for. The league is heading towards the business end of the season and it is starting to look as if Sundowns will be crowned Champions. Start striker Peter Shalulile is closing in on Collins Mbesuma's goal-scoring record and it looks pretty clear that the Namibian-born striker will receive the player of the season award, well at least according to the fans! On the latest episode of the Fan Reaction, PSL fans express excitement towards Peter Shalulie and Sundowns as the Brazilians are edging closer to another league title.
