In the second part of this two-part series, we look at how Louise Ashby's path evolved in unexpected yet beautifully transformative ways. For years, acting had been her North Star, a purpose she clung to despite doctors' dismissals. Her unyielding mindset sustained her, but it wasn't until she was deemed "socially acceptable" that the winds of change whispered a new direction. Louise realized her heart's true calling: to be a guiding light for others navigating tough times. Armed with the tools she had forged through her personal struggles, including meditation and manifestation, she embarked on a mission to empower others. She acknowledged that doubt would always rear its head, but she harnessed the power of the law of attraction to fuel her journey forward. One pivotal moment was when she was asked to deliver a TED Talk. Overcoming her fear of public speaking, Louise recognized the importance of confronting her fears head-on. The experience was transformative, revealing a newfound reservoir of strength that exceeded her wildest expectations. Louise shares how many years ago a twist of fate led her to enroll at a psychic institute, immersing herself in a meditation course that saw her meditating for three hours each night. This dedication brought her clairvoyant gift to the surface, a talent she had always tried to deny. Though initially reluctant, she embraced this aspect of herself and surrendered to its presence. Another lesson in surrender and acceptance came about when Louise's husband relocated them to Cincinnati. The initial year was a formidable challenge, as she grappled with depression and the need to surrender to her circumstances. However, as she embraced acceptance, doors began to swing open unexpectedly, illuminating her path forward. The cornerstone of Louise's journey emerged in the form of her "Personal Power" program, a transformative 12-week, one-on-one experience. This offering was designed to help individuals identify their challenges, locate their current positions, and then embark on a voyage of self-discovery. Through creative and mindful tools, participants learned to view their adversity as a gift, gaining insights into their own beings and finding their own strength. To amplify her reach, Louise extends a generous offer: those who reach out via email will receive a complimentary session. You can connect with her at louise@louiseashby.com to explore the transformative journey she offers. Louis Ashby's narrative is a testament to the profound beauty of embracing change, embracing vulnerability, and harnessing personal power to create a life of purpose and meaning. Her journey from actress to a beacon of empowerment demonstrates the incredible transformations that can occur when one chooses to embrace their calling and share their gifts with the world. Instead, Winnie chose to show herself love and compassion, acknowledging that she was doing her best with the tools she had at the time. Laurie Rivers is a fascinating guest with a deep understanding of metaphysics and astrology. As a self-taught entrepreneur, Laurie has been studying astrology since 1995 and possesses over three decades of professional astrological consultative experience. Growing up in a small town in Oregon, Laurie felt like she didn't fit in, which led her to buy a one-way ticket to England at the age of 18 to pursue her education. She graduated as an international relations major and subsequently worked for various companies worldwide. However, despite her success, Laurie felt unfulfilled and sought answers to life's mysteries. This quest led her to discover astrology through a detailed 20-page chart that revealed personal insights no one else could have known. Recognizing astrology as a form of data science for understanding human nature, she delved deeper into the subject and studied strength-based resilience models. Laurie currently offers astro-guides and has four apprentices under her guidance. She teaches group classes and provides personalized one-on-one consultations. Emphasizing the importance of seeking guidance from an astrologer rather than relying on self-diagnosis, Laurie highlights the significance of astrological insights. While living in Washington, Laurie found that metaphysical practices were not widely accepted. However, she discovered a sense of belonging in California, where she started WokeAstrology.com. During the pandemic, Laurie helped many young individuals who questioned their choices and self-worth, guiding them to understand that their struggles were not their fault. It's the final installment in the 3 part series of Nikki's incredible journey of transformation. At one point, she found herself self-medicating with alcohol, unaware that her actions were causing harm to those around her. She wasn't the kind of mom her daughters could confide in about anything. Her focus was solely on her career and success, leaving no room for vulnerability. Whenever faced with difficulties, Nikki's advice was always to tough it out and move on, just as she had done. She genuinely believed she was helping, but was mistaken. The world can be harsh, but that doesn't mean we should build walls to shield ourselves from feeling anything. Nikki thought she was providing her daughters with a great life because they didn't have the challenging upbringing she had. However, she failed to recognize that their pain was still valid and relevant to them. Nikki had to learn the importance of simply listening, sympathizing, and validating their emotions. Nikki says she used to believe she was an excellent communicator because she talked incessantly, but she realized she wasn't opening up and being vulnerable. It was crucial for her to work on self-love, but she struggled to understand how to begin that process. Fast forward to a pivotal moment in Nikki's life—she received an invitation to a retreat. Feeling a mixture of nervousness, excitement, and denial about how much emotional baggage she had suppressed, Nikki dove in. This retreat involved two days of plant medicine therapy, guided by experienced doctors and professionals. The experience was truly incredible, and Nikki believes it's something that everyone should consider trying. The healing effects were profound, and for the first time in her life, Nikki felt whole and at peace. She finally accepted herself exactly as she was. Nikki discovered that the things she once believed served her well, such as the constant hustle and grind, were actually detrimental to her well-being. Now, she understands what truly matters in life, and she no longer carries unnecessary stress. If you ever find yourself feeling unfulfilled, Nikki strongly encourages you to work on yourself and seek therapy. In particular, she highly recommends exploring the potential of plant medicine therapy under the guidance of professionals. The healing that took place within her has positively impacted all her relationships and enhanced her overall sense of joy. What You'll Learn: How to undo all the negative programming you've received. What good communication looks like. How plant medicine can speed up the healing process. And much more! This week we're switching things up and giving you an opportunity to get to know a little more about Nikki, with her in the hot seat of the Business Bros Podcast. As a Women's Entrepreneur VIP winner, Nikki shares how she has gone from a multi-million dollar roofing company to a beauty empire. In an industry dominated by men, Nikki gained construction experience through her property management and real estate ventures before purchasing an existing roofing company. She's since expanded it into 3 states, crediting her solid team with its success. The success of the roofing company has afforded her time to try other things, which is when she pivoted into the beauty industry. As a consumer of false lashes for 15 years, Nikki decided to start her own online store when lashes recently became mainstream. Her biggest hurdle has been how to stand out among competition. She's had to be creative, and is continuously learning new ways to get in front of people. Constantly creating content, Nikki found herself venturing into starting her own podcast, Life Amplified With Nikki. Her podcast features guests from all walks of life, discussing how to amplify our lives. Going forward, Nikki is looking into adding hair extensions to her beauty line. In a world where money, power, greed, and corruption seem to reign, Mikkel Thorup, founder and director of Expat Money, offers a different perspective. Mikkel's life journey began with a learning disability that led him to drop out of school and travel the world, eventually leading him to explore the world of finance and entrepreneurship. He now helps people move offshore to jurisdictions with favorable or zero taxation and strong asset laws, allowing them to legally reduce their tax obligations. Mikkel explains the differences between immigrants, expats, and digital nomads, and highlights the benefits of being an expat with legal right to live and work in a country. He notes that Americans are overtaxed and provides tips on how to legally reduce tax obligations, such as taking advantage of the foreign earned income exclusion and considering jurisdictions with zero taxation, such as Dubai and Caribbean countries. However, Mikkel also cautions against renouncing citizenship solely for tax reasons and stresses the importance of understanding the emotional side of things. Despite the challenges, Mikkel expresses enthusiasm for his work and helping people navigate the world of offshore finance. Overall, Mikkel's story and insights highlight the ways in which individuals can take control of their financial futures and navigate the complex world of taxation and finance. While the powers that be may seem daunting, Mikkel's message is one of hope and empowerment, reminding us that there are always ways to explore new paths and overcome obstacles. Tracy Read is a wife, a mother, a grandmother, and most importantly, an advocate. When she's not working her 9-5 as a clinical trial administrator, Tracy is advocating for women's safety. As someone that has survived domestic violence, and offers support to family members that have survived sexual assault, Tracy is passionate about keeping women safe. She aims to equip women to defend themselves before something bad has to happen to them. While most women don't consider personal safety devices until after they've encountered some sort of attack, Tracy says it should be taught to every woman and child preemptively. Tracy had a safety wristlet of her own for protection while out on walks alone, but she hadn't yet considered the collective need. It was actually a Facebook reel from a Texas police officer that pushed Tracy to get involved. The police officer was crying and pleading in the video for women to strap up and be prepared to protect themselves. Tracy jumped in, buying all the safety devices she could find, comparing and contrasting, and ultimately realizing none of them were the quality she was looking for. She went back to her own safety wristlet and looked up the manufacturer, Damsel In Defense. Tracy joined Damsel In Defense just a few months ago, but within a week she was promoted to pro, and within 60 days, mentor. She's ready to educate women and young girls on how to spot danger, as well as how to protect themselves. From books and GPS tracking tools, to stun guns and mace, Damsel In Defense is the safety boutique women didn't know they needed. What You'll Learn: How to look for signs of domestic violence or sexual assault. What type of safety tools Damsel in Defense offers. What to look for in safety devices. When and why to have a safety plan. What makes for a great leader? Your mindset certainly plays a big part. Jennifer Thompson, CEO of webspark media, agrees with this and tries to work on hers regularly. Most recently she's been growing her mental toughness through the trending movement known as 75 HARD. Having completed the initial 75 days, Jennifer is now almost done with phase 1 as well. She says many people get 75 HARD confused with a weight loss program, and while that is often a side effect, the main intention is mental toughness. It will fully test your time management and commitment to yourself. Jennifer says the first month took all of her time and effort, leaving little left. She warns that the program is definitely not for the faint of heart. One benefit of mental toughness is that you can stop yourself from being triggered by things you don't like about yourself or other people. You know you are capable of tough things, whether it be in dealing with someone, or in changing yourself or your environment. It's been said that every person is the sum of the people they surround themselves with. Jennifer agrees that what you feed your mind matters. What you choose to surround yourself with can either propel you into success or keep you from it. Jennifer is a firm believer that when your cup is full you have a lot more to give. She chooses to give back through donating a portion of proceeds to animal rescue, rescuing dogs herself, and soon starting a scholarship fund to help women start small businesses. As a women business owner herself, Jennifer knows what it takes to make a lasting impression. In fact, most of Jennifer's clients stay with her for the long haul. It's her breadth of knowledge and experience that makes her a true asset to anyone she works with. When it comes to marketing, being able to hit on all fronts can truly make all the difference. What You'll Learn: Why 90% of people fail 75 HARD in the first week. How to keep your joy and peace. What it means to fill your own cup first and why you should. And much more! Favorite Quote: “I don't like that about myself, so I'm going to work on it. In a post pandemic world, we've all heard the term, ‘the new normal'. No matter how you feel about Covid, no one can deny that some things are forever changed. What Nikki doesn't agree with is the notion that no one wants to work, and those who do will be able to cherry-pick jobs. There may have been a short period of time immediately after the shutdowns when that was true, but it's definitely not ‘the new normal'. In fact, the competition for quality jobs may be more fierce than ever. If people learned anything from the pandemic, it was that they want to spend their time where they are valued. The companies that you'll actually want to work for, the ones that treat their employees well, are not hiring just anyone. While some companies will hire just anyone to fill a spot, that is not the case for most. If a company is hiring out of desperation, that just tells you the caliber of people there won't be top notch. Nikki knows this first hand, as she's raised the bar on the type of employees she is looking for. To attract those people she's made sure her wages are competitive, and has even added some benefits. She will, however, leave the spot vacant until she finds the right fit. So if you're falling for the social media posts, or news media, that says you can just walk right into any job, you're in for a rude awakening. If you appear unmotivated, or have no sense of urgency about finding work, you won't find it, at least not with a good company. People, more than ever, want to work for a company that cares about them. Those people are holding out for good employers, and good employers are holding out for those types of people. Be prepared to align with the culture and mission the company is striving for. If you have questions about navigating employment or how to get a promotion, feel free to reach out to Nikki on any of her socials. She'll give you honest answers as an employer and business owner. What You'll Learn: Where a huge portion of the workforce “disappeared” to. Why it's important to align with a company's culture and mission. What type of attitude won't get you hired. And much more! Favorite Quote: “When the employees are provided for, and know that they have support, they're going to take care of the clients.” -Nikki _____________________________________________________________ Find Nikki on her Website here, or Email her at nikki@prissynikki.com You can also find her on Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn. As we round out the first month of 2023, it's a good time to check in with our intentions. If you haven't mapped out your goals or targets, consider sitting down and making plans to succeed. Whether you subscribe to the new year, new me trend or not, use whatever inspires you. It all starts with setting realistic targets. Too often people try to do too much, too fast, too soon. That's often a recipe for defeat. It's been said that the best plan is the one you're going to stick to. So, make it realistic. When you have your target set, focus on your discipline and accountability. If, in the past, you've made commitments you knew you weren't going to stick to, and you've lost trust with yourself, now's the time to build it back up. Start with small wins to build that momentum, because baby steps still carry us forward. Push yourself to follow your plan even when you don't want to, because that's the most important time to stick with it. If you absolutely can not for whatever reason, don't make excuses, but give yourself grace, and try again. Nikki has a knack for defining goals and breaking them down into monthly, weekly, and even daily steps. If that's something you struggle with, reach out to her. As always, Nikki can be found on Facebook, Instagram, or at PrissyNikki.com. What You'll Learn: Why trying to go from 0 to 100 is a recipe for failure. Why you should always be accountable to yourself. How to build back trust with yourself. What the difference between goals and targets is. Trust is extremely important in relationships, whether it be our relationship with friends and family, or our relationship with an employer or the government. People are so divided on everything from climate change to race relations, that trust is at an all time low. Dr. Darryl Stickel has spent the last 20 years building trust in the most hostile of environments. At the age of 17, Dr. Stickel was nearly beaten to death. That event should have led to trust issues, but instead it helped him to develop a deeper sense of empathy. Knowing what it was like to be in pain or to struggle, Dr. Stickel thought he wanted to pursue a career in clinical psychology. Instead he discovered a great lack of trust in the world which hindered his ability to help people. Returning to school to pursue public administration, Dr. Stickel decided to write his thesis on building trust in hostile environments. Everyone thought it was an issue he wouldn't be able to solve, but he shocked everyone. Dr. Stickel discovered a framework for not only being able to trust but for being trustworthy as well. The four pillars of trust that he teaches are benevolence, integrity, ability, and context. When we understand what success looks like for someone else and are able to help them achieve it, their perception of risk goes down and their ability to be vulnerable increases. Having seen profound success, Dr. Stickel has literally written the book on trust. Check out, Building Trust: Exceptional Leadership in an Uncertain World, to improve your trust score. What You'll Learn: What trust is and what it isn't. How to build a culture of trust. What quiet quitting is and what it looks like. And much more! For a long time we've heard, ‘go big or go home', but recently people are becoming aware that this isn't sustainable. We can't go, go, go forever, taking care of everything and everyone else, putting ourselves last. Christina Woods learned this the hard way. As an overachiever, she went to college, got married, had kids, and led a successful corporate career. Everything looked fine on the outside, but inside, her health was deteriorating, she developed anxiety and autoimmune diseases. She knew she had to take a hard look at what was going on. She realized there were a lot of things in her life on repeat that she didn't like. She decided to completely transform herself, which ultimately led to a divorce and leaving her corporate career. The concept of taking time for herself was foreign and gave her great guilt in the beginning, but once she started giving her self compassion and love, her whole world changed. Her journey consisted of things like EMDR, self-development books, and hypnotherapy. She was able to reprogram her subconscious mind, and knew she had to share this with others. Christina now is a licensed rapid transformational therapist, certified hypnotherapist, and reiki master. By being aware and intentional, Christina's clients begin to change their world under her guidance. They don't just cut the weed, they dig up the root so that it won't come back. If you feel like this type of work would be beneficial to you, check out Wise Woods and schedule your free discovery call. What You'll Learn: Why self care isn't selfish. Nearly all of us have been touched by trauma and/or burnout. Jean Atman is no different, except she has learned how to change her world. As a quantum healer, ascension coach, author, and speaker, Jean helps women to dive into their deeper selves, unpack their belief systems, and build themselves back up. Being born into trauma and toxicity herself, Jean developed negative belief systems about how the world worked. She turned into a people pleaser and developed a deep desire to protect everyone that had endured something she'd gone through. It was exhausting and led to chronic fatigue for Jean. One day there came a point where she could clearly see how she was contributing to her own deficit. She knew she had to dive deep into her inner self and make some changes. She started to shift things based on her understanding of herself. As she healed, she realized what was actually her responsibility and what wasn't. She no longer felt like she HAD to help others, she had a choice. Luckily, she chose to share what she had learned with other women. She saw things they couldn't see about themselves and helped them to unblock their energy. Together, they dive deep to understand why they relate to the world the way they do. Exploring these shadow parts isn't comfortable, and as humans we're programmed to bolt when things are uncomfortable. Jean promises that if you dive in, really submerse yourself, you'll come out the other side and see that you're still okay. Once we break free from the things that are tethering us to the past, we can live an ease-filled life. What You'll Learn: How to heal past trauma. What the true reason for burn-out is. Why curiosity is your best friend when it comes to healing. And much more! We're all our own worst critics, we all have past traumas, we all have something holding us back. Master EFT practitioner and energy coach, Theresa Levine, uses scientifically proven methods to help others heal and breakthrough with confidence. With her own past traumas and challenges, Theresa has always been into personal development. She learned everything she could about the subject, but still couldn't get it to work for her. It wasn't until she realized that everyone touting ‘positive thinking' as the solution, was wrong. Positive thinking, affirmations, fake it till you make it, none of those work if you haven't healed first. It's imperative that we work on our pain, fear, and limiting beliefs if we expect to change our mindset and our life. Through this journey, Theresa was able to become more like who she was truly meant to be. She knew she had to share this with other women, and so she founded Becoming More Me. Shannon Lohr graduated from college with a journalism degree, so how did she end up in the fashion industry? The year was 2008, the year of the financial crisis, and no one was hiring. Shannon decided she would spend the next year traveling as a bartender until the job market picked back up. Two years later, Shannon arrived back in the US and received an email from someone she had met on her travels. The sender told Shannon she should forgo a “real” job and they should start a business together. Shannon and her business partner met up in Central America to research what it would take to start a fashion brand. What Shannon found was that the fashion industry is one of the most polluting and detrimental. From polluting waterways with dyes to not paying workers a living wage, Shannon knew this needed to change. Her research turned to what it would take to start a sustainable and ethical fashion brand. After two years she was able to successfully launch a profitable brand. Having found all the problems and made all the mistakes, Shannon wanted to open the doors for others to achieve the same outcome without all the hassle. After hearing from countless manufacturers and suppliers that aspiring designers would come to them with no idea what they were doing, Shannon decided a fashion business school was the way to go. Thus, in 2014 Factory45 was founded. Shannon now works with idea-ready entrepreneurs to launch fashion brands that are sustainably and ethically made. Dr. Joseph Anton had the best of intentions when he went to med school. He was excited to cure disease and eliminate pain. He worked hard and was at the top of his class, but when he started doing his rotations, he realized at the end of the day they were practicing sick care, not healthcare. People came to see doctors after they were already sick, and usually walked away with a lifetime of medications. Dr. Joseph wanted to learn how to reshape the healthcare industry into more of a preventative one. One major roadblock he ran into was that prevention doesn't have a product to sell, it's more about lifestyle changes. People like something tangible that they can hold in their hands, so Dr. Joseph asked himself what products can help with prevention? He realized the answer lay in nutrition. He spent many years researching which foods can help to live a long, healthy life. Now, Dr. Joseph is the CEO of L-Nutra, a company that offers nutritional supplements as well as food subscription boxes. Their research is so impressive, they already have over 50 insurance companies on board to reimburse some patients for this food as medicine. In addition to nutrition, Dr. Joseph also educates people on the benefits of fasting. He discusses the two types of fasting, intermittent and prolonged. Intermittent is anything under two days and is great for weight loss. Prolonged fasting, or anything over two days, actually leads to rejuvenation of cells. If fasting for longer than 2 days seems daunting, Dr. Joseph has the answer with the fasting mimicking diet. What You'll Learn: What the two pillars of a long healthy life are. How the fasting mimicking diet works. How meat intake should fluctuate over your life. Why cancers have increased over the past 3 decades. As a nation, we're getting sicker and fatter. So much of what we suffer from is due to our diet. As a functional nutritionist and autoimmune coach, Risa Groux is on a mission to educate people on how to take control of their health. She focuses on 4 pillars: prevention, root causes, the body as an interconnected unit, and data. With 1/3 of children being diagnosed as type 2 diabetics, and 50 million Americans being diagnosed with autoimmune disease, something has to change. Western medicine's answer is throwing pills at the problem. Divorce is a subject, unfortunately, a lot of people can relate to. Karen McMahon is a certified relationship and divorce coach with a life changing 12-step program. As a child of divorce herself, at 14 years old, Karen decided she would never get divorced. She didn't get married until she was 34, and with a lot of years under her belt, she thought she knew what she wanted. Instead, she learned a painful lesson, that what we don't heal will keep showing up in our relationships. As she went through her own high conflict divorce, Karen sought therapy and attended a 12-step support group. She learned to focus on the one thing she could control, herself. Through it all, Karen feels she emerged a much better version of herself. She realized that, while divorce is a horrible transition, it's a great opportunity to reinvent yourself. Eager to help others take advantage of this opportunity for growth, Karen started the Journey Beyond Divorce 12-step program. She guides men and women both through steps that include curbing the conflict, healing the hurt, and ultimately acceptance. If you're interested in what Karen and her team can do for you, or just need a different perspective, take advantage of the free 1-hour coaching session at www.rapidreliefcall.com. From just 8 years old, Dr. Ingrid Murra knew she wanted to be an orthodontist. Self conscious about her smile, Dr. Murra would go through 4 years of braces. At the end of it all, her new smile changed her life. She made more friends, did better in school, she simply was able to let her soul shine through. After completing school for dentistry and orthodontics, mail-order aligners launched and Dr. Murra was scared she had spent all this time becoming an orthodontist only to be replaced. With orthodontists being the most in depth specialists, she knew this was all false advertising, but still wasn't sure how she could compete with the promised time and money saving fad. While doing her residency, she also went back to Harvard Business School. After graduating, she would spend the next two years practicing orthodontics while also networking and raising money for her own business venture. With a lot of new orthodontists unable to afford a brick and mortar business, she knew the answer lay in uniting dentists and orthodontists. Her goal was to empower small business owners, while also giving patients what they were looking for. By launching Two Front, she gave dentists a way to make a good amount of passive income renting out their chairs, and orthodontists a way to grow their practice without going further into debt. By using the Two Front platform, not only are costs streamlined and reduced for patients, but they're also able to reduce their in office visits by 80%. Currently, only available in Los Angeles, Two Front plans to be in every major city by the end of the year. What You'll Learn: Why mail-order aligners are a bad idea. What the 4 steps of the orthodontic process are. How many hours a day you need to wear aligners to be effective. And much more!! Today we are talking inner work and healing. As the founder of Evolve Restorative Therapy, the creator of the Freedom Mastery Experience, and best selling author, Patrick Lerouge knows what he's talking about. Having been in healthcare for 23 years, working mainly with women, Patrick knows how easy it is for women to lose themselves. Focusing on being the best wife and mother, they often forget what makes them, them. Patrick and Nikki discuss the importance of finding your way back to yourself. It's been said that 85% of what we do as an adult is dictated by what was impressed upon us in our first 7 years of life. That's why a lot of healing is done through inner child work. As a baby we learn to rely on our parents, and sometimes as adults we end up having a hard time doing what's best for us without someone telling us it's important. Well, Patrick is here to tell you that it's important to take care of yourself. He'll even take it a step further, and break down the best way to accomplish that. What You'll Learn: How to listen to your body. Why making mistakes is actually a good thing. What the 5 pillars of mindset are. How to differentiate between wants and needs. There are plenty of coaches out there that promise to help you change your life, but not all of them have gone through the system they're selling themselves. Dr. Abraham, author of In Control: Taking Complete Control of Your Life and Career, has developed a systematic way for ordinary people to become extraordinary individuals. He doesn't just talk the talk, he's actually walked the walk. Learning from other people's trials and errors, he's ready to help you do the same. Trying to figure everything out yourself isn't admirable, it's foolish. Save yourself the time, money, and heartache, and utilize the resources that are all around you. The goal is to not only love what you do, but to love who you do it with, who you do it for, and how you do it. There's no switch to flip to get to this point, it takes going through different experiences with a focus on the journey, not just the destination. What You'll Learn: What to look for in a coach. Why people struggle to grow their strengths. What the 12 pillars of success are. And much more! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. That's a lesson that Greg Simpson learned first hand after investing in numerous real estate seminars. After meeting his wife, Greg realized his first business as a pool boy wasn't going to be enough to support a family. Catching an infomercial at 3 am, Greg was convinced that flipping houses was the answer. After his dad invested a small fortune into these seminars, Greg learned very little, but was fortunate enough to meet a true mentor. Going forward, Greg learned a lot about flipping houses and selling wholesale. He didn't want others to go through what he did to gain that knowledge, and so he started his own real estate investing course. He's now fixed and flipped over 100 houses and has just launched his own full service mortgage company. Furthermore, he's aware of all the uncertainties in today's market, and is offering sound advice on riding this wave. What You'll Learn: What the fundamentals of buying properties are. Why you should never invest on speculation. How supply chain issues are affecting house flipping. And much more!
