No la pienses demasiado, no la razones, solo deja que salga tu verdadero sentir:   ¿Realmente quieres soltar el peso extra?   Si lo primero que piensas es: “Ayyyy, ¡claro que sí, Mónica! Por eso te escucho, por eso sigo tu contenido”…   Aquí está el detalle:   Si te sientes estancada, si no has avanzado como querías, si empezaste el año con esa meta y hoy sigues igual o incluso con unos kilos de más… entonces vuelve a hacerte esta pregunta y respóndetela sin pensar, sin razonar. Deja que brote lo que hay dentro de ti:   “Sí quiero… pero…” • “Sí quiero, pero soy inconstante y débil. Soy floja, soy antojada.” • “Sí quiero, pero estoy confundida, no sé qué plan seguir.” • “Sí quiero, pero mis hormonas me traen loca.” • “Sí quiero, pero tengo demasiados compromisos.” • “Sí quiero, pero no tengo ayuda.” • “Sí quiero, pero no soy capaz.”   Hoy mi propuesta es que tomes nota de lo que viene después del “pero”. Porque eso que está después del “pero” es tu verdad. Esa es la realidad que te está guiando en tu camino… aunque no sea la que quieres.   Y sí, esa realidad que hoy te imposibilita, que hoy te tiene lejos de lograr lo que tú quieres, es una realidad que tú has ido creando y haciendo cada vez más grande.   Byron Katie lo dice así:   “Los resultados que generamos en nuestra vida son reflejo de nuestros pensamientos.”   Y no te lo digo en plan de “qué mal, eres inconstante y débil, y tú lo creaste”. Te lo digo para que te des cuenta del gran poder que tienes.   Eso de “ser inconstante y débil” ha sido tu creación inconsciente… junto con tantísimos resultados increíbles que también has creado en tu vida. Pero hoy nos estamos enfocando en lo que está guiando tu camino y no te está llevando a donde quieres.   Esto puede sonar loco, lo sé… pero si no reflexionamos en esto, no habrá plan, ni menú, ni fórmula de la que te puedas beneficiar verdaderamente, mientras no atiendas lo más importante: lo que piensas de ti.   Si el pensamiento que te rige es “soy inconstante y débil”, “soy floja”, “soy antojada”… eso mismo es lo que sigues creando.   Así que hoy, a ese pensamiento que has identificado, obsérvalo, escríbelo y dile: “Adiós, pensamiento, te dejo ir porque quiero hacer espacio para algo más.”   Y conecta con un nuevo pensamiento… un pensamiento que te acerque a lo que realmente quieres.   Imagina cuál quisieras que fuera tu respuesta ante la pregunta:   “¿Realmente quiero soltar el peso extra?”   Un “sí” sin peros.   Respóndete: “Sí, quiero y estoy en ello, día a día creando mi versión más saludable, fuerte y flexible.”   Y desde esta nueva guía, disponte a actuar. Te sorprenderás de lo fácil que será para ti hacer esos cambios que tanto deseas.

Todo lo que nos pesa y no nos deja avanzar, por ejemplo: Pecados, ídolos y adicciones. Estas tres cosas son evidentes, no son parte ni del plan, ni del sueño de Dios para nuestra vida. Pero hay otras cosas, que, aunque no son malas en sí mismas, no pueden ir con nosotros, proque nos pesan demasiado, no nos dejan avanzar, y no son parte del sueño de Dios. Entre estas cosas están: *Aquellas cosas que atesoramos, que son valiosas para nosotros (por ejemplo, nuestra comodidad, un medio ambiente que es conocido o familiar, la seguridad que encontramos en ciertas situaciones, relaciones, cosas materiales, etc.).*Nuestra antigua manera de vivir de resolver o de sobrevivir.*Nuestros sueños personales, que sólo nos benefician a nosotros.  Ayyyy, ¡Ya sé que todos dejaron de respirar! Por favor, respiren profundo tres veces…tranquilos, los planes de Dios son infinitamente mejores que los nuestros, pero para alcanzar esa plenitud, tendremos que despojarnos de todo lo que no nos deja avanzar. La otra opción, es pasar por la vida en la rutina y lenta agonía del conformismo. Yo sé que es fuerte, pero es real. Vivimos en un mundo que nos hala hacia un estilo de vida y un sistema donde no caben la fe, ni la paz, ni los milagros, ni los sueños… un sistema donde las personas nacen, crecen, trabajan, comen, se endeudan, se reproducen, se enferman y mueren…sin propósito, sin sentido. La verdad es que Dios nos creó con propósitos santos, para vivir una vida donde los milagros son la norma. No nos creó para vivir vidas conformadas al sistema de este mundo… “No os conforméis a este siglo, sino transformaos por medio de la renovación de vuestro entendimiento, para que comprobéis cuál sea la buena voluntad de Dios, agradable y perfecta.”(Romanos 12:2).  Oración: Padre precioso, te entrego el temor, te entrego mis cargas, te pido que me inundes y me abraces con Tu paz en esta hora, en el nombre poderoso de Jesús.
