La Expedición al fondo submarino marplatense realizada por un grupo de científicos del CONICET y del GEMPA (Grupo de Estudios del Mar Profundo de Argentina) en un buque del Instituto oceanográfico Schmidt Ocean equipado con un robot que accedía al fondo submarino, mantuvo en vilo a los argentinos. Particularmente cautivó al público los streamings en los que los científicos comentaban en vivo los hallazgos que iban haciendo. Nadia Cerino es una Bióloga Marina de la Prefectura y del GEMPA que se destacó por su claridad y calidez siendo rápidamente apodada "Coralina" por la gente debido a su avidez por el hallazgo de corales. Fielk al estilo demostrado a bordo, "Coralina" cuenta que ellos nunca pensaron que pudiese generarse algo así: "La primera noche éramos poquitos: familiares y amigos. La segunda ya había 2.700, Yo pensaba "tenemos que llegar a los 3 mil… y de repente éramos 86 mil!". Esta popularidad sorprendió a los dueños del barco: "Ellos (Schmidt Ocean) estaban muy sorprendidos también: es que la pasión argentina es decontrolada, los argentinos pasamos de uno a mil en un segundo". Respécto a su feeling con el público cuenta que "No me dedico a la divulgación científica, pero fui guía de museo y le hablaba a nenes de hasta 3 años, además soy docente. Puede ser por eso que podía comunicarme con la gente". Finalmente Nadia agradece haber podido ser parte "Estoy muy agradecida por esta oportunidad: por haberme podido subir a este barco: Hay gente muy grosa en el grupo por lo que todas las opiniones eran fantásticas". Además se emociona con los mensajes que le llegan todavía "Se me pone la piel de gallina cuando recibo mensajes de mamás que me dicen que sus hijos ahora quieren ser biólogos"

Como casi en cada episodio, hoy quiero invitarte a reflexionar en una pregunta. Aquí te va: te propongo que te la hagas y que seas muy honesta contigo. No la pienses demasiado, no la razones, solo deja que salga tu verdadero sentir:   ¿Realmente quieres soltar el peso extra?   Si lo primero que piensas es: “Ayyyy, ¡claro que sí, Mónica! Por eso te escucho, por eso sigo tu contenido”…   Aquí está el detalle:   Si te sientes estancada, si no has avanzado como querías, si empezaste el año con esa meta y hoy sigues igual o incluso con unos kilos de más… entonces vuelve a hacerte esta pregunta y respóndetela sin pensar, sin razonar. Deja que brote lo que hay dentro de ti:   “Sí quiero… pero…” • “Sí quiero, pero soy inconstante y débil. Soy floja, soy antojada.” • “Sí quiero, pero estoy confundida, no sé qué plan seguir.” • “Sí quiero, pero mis hormonas me traen loca.” • “Sí quiero, pero tengo demasiados compromisos.” • “Sí quiero, pero no tengo ayuda.” • “Sí quiero, pero no soy capaz.”   Hoy mi propuesta es que tomes nota de lo que viene después del “pero”. Porque eso que está después del “pero” es tu verdad. Esa es la realidad que te está guiando en tu camino… aunque no sea la que quieres.   Y sí, esa realidad que hoy te imposibilita, que hoy te tiene lejos de lograr lo que tú quieres, es una realidad que tú has ido creando y haciendo cada vez más grande.   Byron Katie lo dice así:   “Los resultados que generamos en nuestra vida son reflejo de nuestros pensamientos.”   Y no te lo digo en plan de “qué mal, eres inconstante y débil, y tú lo creaste”. Te lo digo para que te des cuenta del gran poder que tienes.   Eso de “ser inconstante y débil” ha sido tu creación inconsciente… junto con tantísimos resultados increíbles que también has creado en tu vida. Pero hoy nos estamos enfocando en lo que está guiando tu camino y no te está llevando a donde quieres.   Esto puede sonar loco, lo sé… pero si no reflexionamos en esto, no habrá plan, ni menú, ni fórmula de la que te puedas beneficiar verdaderamente, mientras no atiendas lo más importante: lo que piensas de ti.   Si el pensamiento que te rige es “soy inconstante y débil”, “soy floja”, “soy antojada”… eso mismo es lo que sigues creando.   Así que hoy, a ese pensamiento que has identificado, obsérvalo, escríbelo y dile: “Adiós, pensamiento, te dejo ir porque quiero hacer espacio para algo más.”   Y conecta con un nuevo pensamiento… un pensamiento que te acerque a lo que realmente quieres.   Imagina cuál quisieras que fuera tu respuesta ante la pregunta:   “¿Realmente quiero soltar el peso extra?”   Un “sí” sin peros.   Respóndete: “Sí, quiero y estoy en ello, día a día creando mi versión más saludable, fuerte y flexible.”   Y desde esta nueva guía, disponte a actuar. Te sorprenderás de lo fácil que será para ti hacer esos cambios que tanto deseas.

18. jūlijā Jūrmalas festivālā ar Latvijas Nacionālo simfonisko orķestri un diriģentu Andri Pogu uzstāsies akordeoniste Ksenija Sidorova. Programmā izskanēs Antonīna Dvoržāka Astotā simfonija, Otorīni Respīgi "Romas strūklakas", kā arī bulgāru komponistes Dobrinkas Tabakovas Akordeona koncerta pirmatskaņojums Latvijā. Koncerts akordeonam un orķestrim, kas veltīts Ksenijai Sidorovai, pirmatskaņojumu piedzīvoja 2025. gada maijā Štutgartes Liederhalle ar Štutgartes Filharmonijas orķestri un diriģentu Mihalu Nesteroviču, jūnijā tas izskanēja arī Sofijas filharmoniskā orķestra sezonas noslēguma koncertā. Sarunā ar komponisti Dobrinku Tabakovu uzzinām, ka akordeonam viņa rakstījusi visu mūžu, bet šis ir pirmais akordeona skaņdarbs viņas daiļradē. Komponiste atzīst, ka akordeona mehāniskajā dabā viņa atrod arī cilvēcisko, jo instruments skan tā, it kā elpotu. Vai Koncerta izstrādes procesā atklājāt ko tādu par akordeonu, ko iepriekš nezinājāt? Varbūt nebijāt iedomājusies, ka uz akordeona var nospēlēt konkrētu paņēmienu, ka tam ir kāda noteikta īpatnība… Vai varat pastāstīt par saviem iespaidiem, šo Koncertu komponējot? Akordeons ir ļoti daudzpusīgs, un es vēl joprojām to apgūstu. Šī Koncerta radīšana bija kā atvērtas durvis, un jūtu, ka tas ir atvēris vēl vairāk durvju. Akordeons ir arī ļoti sarežģīts instruments – kā pārnēsājamas ērģeles ar visiem reģistriem, krāsām un iespējām. Es arī nezināju, ka akordeona dažādiem reģistriem katram ir savas īpatnības, kas atšķiras dažādiem instrumenta modeļiem. Piemēram, ja gribat veikt nelielu glissando, tas uz viena instrumenta var būt daudz vienkāršāk nekā uz cita. Ja vēlaties radīt darbu, ko varētu spēlēt visi akordeonisti, neatkarīgi no viņu instrumenta modeļa, jums jāņem vērā šīs īpatnības. Ievēroju, ka runājot jūs veicāt kustību ar roku tā, it kā spēlētu akordeonu – vai pati šo instrumentu arī izmēģinājāt? Man ir draugs Londonā, kuram ir akordeons, un tas ir tik smags! Vairāk kā 20 kilogramu. Ksenija man teica, ka viņai vienmēr ir jāceļo ar šo instrumentu, līdz ar to viņai ir jābūt labā fiziskā sagatavotībā. Es savā Koncertā iekļāvu ļoti daudz “bellow shakes” jeb plēšu kustināšanu, kad rokas kustas ļoti ātri un plēšu vidus vibrē. Būtībā šis paņēmiens ir kā treniņš sporta zālē, un viņai bija jāsagatavojas, lai izturētu šo tehnisko darbu. Jā, tas tiešām ir sarežģīts instruments. Šo Koncertu radījāt īpaši Ksenija Sidorovai. Cik daudz sadarbojāties ar viņu vai citiem akordeonistiem šī darba tapšanas laikā? Vai “dzirdējāt” šo instrumentu savā prātā? Kāds bija process? Jā, tas pārsvarā bija instruments pats par sevi, kā arī iztēlojoties Kseniju uz skatuves. Arī tāpēc, ka viņa ir trīs bērnu mamma, vienmēr ceļā… Viņai ir tik daudz darāmā. Mūsu sadarbība lielākoties notika pēc tam, kad Koncerts jau bija uzrakstīts. Tad viņai bija materiāls, un viņa ieteica dažas izmaiņas – piemēram, šī frāze labāk skanētu citā reģistrā uz viņas instrumenta, vai šī krāsa būtu labs papildinājums. Tātad bija daži viņas ierosinājumi, bet tikai pēc tam, kad darbs jau bija sarakstīts. Pirms tam pārsvarā bija vienkārši viņas klausīšanās. Es Kseniju pazīstu jau 15 gadus, tāpēc zinu viņas skanējumu, viņas klātbūtni uz skatuves. Un vispār, tas ir brīnišķīgi – vienkārši ienirt akordeona pasaulē, atklāt tādus darbus kā Berio "Sekvenci" akordeonam un visu pārējo, pilnībā iegremdēties šajā mūzikā, un tad aizvērt durvis un iztēloties pašai sava skaņdarba tēlu. Kāda jums ir bjusi pieredze ar akordeonu līdz šim? Vai jau bijāt tam komponējusi? Jā, jā. Viens no maniem agrākajiem studiju laika darbiem bija ar nosaukumu “Akordeons”, bet tajā vispār nebija akordeona. Tas bija rakstīts tādam pašam sastāvam kā Edgara Varēzes Oktets. Ideja bija radīt skaņdarbu par kaut ko, kas līdzinātos dzīvai mašīnai. Tātad instrumenti veido tādu kā salauztas mašīnas efektu – tā, it kā kaut kas ir saplīsis, ieklemmējies un tad tas atkārtojas, atkārtojas, atkārtojas… un tad turpinās. Pēc tam ir ļoti liriska daļa. Man kaut kā vienmēr prātā bija akordeons, par dzīvu mašīnu domājot. Tad man ir Stīgu trio “Insight”, kurā piedalās čelliste Kristīne Blaumane, viņa bija arī Trio pirmatskaņotāja. Te ideja bija radīt akordeona skanējumu ar stīgu instrumentiem. Tātad jau agrīnie darbi kaut kā atspoguļo manu fascināciju ar šo instrumentu. Bet es nekad nebiju rakstījusi akordeonam tiešā veidā. Pirmo reizi to izmantoju aranžijā, ko veidoju ar nosaukumu “Frozen River Flows”, kas sākotnēji bija rakstīts vibrofonam, krotālēm un obojai. Pēc tam to aranžēju kontrabasam, akordeonam un vijolei. Tātad tā bija pirmā reize, kad es faktiski izmantoju akordeonu skaņdarbā, bet tā vēl nebija īsta rakstīšana tieši šim instrumentam – neiedziļinoties tā tehniskajās īpatnībās. Šis Akordeona koncerts ir pirmais īstais skaņdarbs, ko esmu rakstījusi, veicot patiešām dziļu instrumenta izpēti. Interesanti, ka jums ir tik plaša vēsture ar akordeonu. No kurienes, jūsuprāt, tas nāk? Tā vien šķiet, ka zemapziņā šis instruments jūs ir pavadījis visus šos gadus. Man ļoti patīk rakstīt stīgu instrumentiem. Galvenā priekšrocība, rakstot stīgām, ir tā, ka nav jādomā, kur viņi elpo. Arī ar akordeonu ir kaut kas līdzīgs – skaņa ir līdzīga pūšaminstrumentiem, bet nav jādomā par to, kurās vietās mūziķim jāieelpo. Esmu dzimusi Bulgārijā, kur akordeons ir daļa no mūsu tautas tradīcijas. To var dzirdēt uz ielas, televīzijā – tas vienmēr man bija kaut kur fonā. Atceros, ka man vienmēr likās, ka akordeons izskatās pēc rakstāmmašīnas. Pēc ļoti dīvainas mašīnas. Tāpēc mašīnas un akordeona jēdzieni man vienmēr ir bijuši kaut kā saistīti. Saor Water has been named the overall winner of the 2025 Enterprise Ireland Student Entrepreneur Awards. Ryan Ormonde and Jonathan Hoffman, from Saor Water, were named as the Enterprise Ireland Student Entrepreneurs of the Year at a ceremony in TUD Blanchardstown, Dublin, where they were presented with their prize by Kevin Sherry, Interim CEO, Enterprise Ireland. Ten cutting-edge innovations which address a range of global challenges were shortlisted for the final of the 44th annual Enterprise Ireland Student Entrepreneur Awards, and these included cutting-edge medtech devices, sustainable solutions and pioneering sports tech-focused innovations. The Enterprise Ireland Student Entrepreneur Awards is focused on supporting students to turn their smart ideas into commercial businesses, and aims to encourage and stimulate entrepreneurship by helping students take what are often their first steps towards commercial success. This annual initiative, which invites applications from third-level student innovators, is co-sponsored by Cruickshank, Grant Thornton and the Local Enterprise Offices. This year's overall winner, Saor Water, provides a bespoke canned water solution for brands who are seeking a sustainable alternative to plastic bottles. They offer custom-branded aluminium cans and a low-minimum order service, which includes design, compliance, and logistics, and they are already working with high-profile clients such as Mercedes-Benz and Sculpted by Aimee. DEVOCIÓN MATUTINA VESPERTINA“SALMOS”Narrado por: Joyce VejarDesde: Arizona, USAUna cortesía de DR'Ministries y Canaan Seventh-Day Adventist Church11 DE SEPTIEMBRE SALMO 63:4-5 «Te bendeciré mientras viva, y alzando mis manos te invocaré» (SAL. 63:4).  David dice que su respuesta es bendecir al Señor mientras tenga aliento. Mientras David se encuentra en este estado desierto, así como la tierra necesita la lluvia, levanta las manos y está de acuerdo, Él es digno de mi necesidad y dolor. Es confiable y seguro. Su nombre es mi fuente de vida.   El versículo 5 no solo brinda una solución temporal, sino una satisfacción con los alimentos más nutritivos que el cuerpo necesita para prosperar. Igualmente, en el Salmo 36:8-9 dice: «Se sacian de la abundancia de tu casa; les das a beber de tu río de deleites. Porque en ti está la fuente de la vida, y en tu luz podemos ver la luz». Estos tiempos de dolor o sufrimiento, soledad o desierto, están devolviendo nuestro corazón a la fuente de la vida. El proceso de confiar no consiste en saber todo lo que va a suceder, sino en conocer a quien sí lo sabe. David no sabía lo que iba a pasar, pero su corazón estaba seguro de su Dios: «Oh Dios, tú eres mi Dios; yo te busco intensamente» (Sal. 63:1). Su Dios, Deos meus, aquel digno de ser buscado, digno de su confianza total.  El desierto no estaba fuera de la soberanía de Dios en el caso de David y tampoco lo está para nosotros como creyentes. Debemos tener la familiaridad que tenía David con Él, ya sean dificultades que enfrentamos por causa de la justicia o como resultado de nuestro pecado. David estaba en Judá, no estaba en una tierra lejana, pero estaba en el desierto, lejos de toda comodidad. Incluso en este lugar, dice: «Tu amor es mejor que la vida; por eso mis labios te alabarán» (v. 3). Fuimos creados para glorificar a Dios en todos los sentidos y nuestros corazones lo saben muy bien. Es cuando hacemos lo que Dios nos mandó hacer que nos sentimos verdaderamente completos. En el Salmo 69:16, David dice: «Respóndeme, Señor, por tu bondad y tu amor; por tu gran compasión, vuélvete a mí». Él conoce a su Dios, por lo que declara la verdad de Su carácter, no solo para declararlo, sino para confirmar una vez más que incluso en este lugar, en este espacio, lejos de la comodidad, la verdad inherente es que Dios es mejor que la vida misma. Nuestra confianza crece a medida que conocemos la verdad de quién es Dios. No en una idea creada por humanos, sino la verdad revelada a través de la Escritura.

DEVOCIÓN MATUTINA VESPERTINA“SALMOS”Narrado por: Joyce VejarDesde: Arizona, USAUna cortesía de DR'Ministries y Canaan Seventh-Day Adventist Church14 DE AGOSTO SALMO 20:8-9 «¡Concede, Señor, la victoria al rey! ¡Respóndenos cuando te llamemos!» (SAL. 20:9).  Viktor Frankl fue un psiquiatra austriaco que vivió la Segunda Guerra Mundial desde los campos de concentración. Frankl decidió sobreponerse a esta situación y, por eso, al terminar esta guerra escribió el libro El hombre en busca de sentido . Él perdió a toda su familia y todas sus posesiones, pero decidió usar esa experiencia traumática para ayudar a personas a superar sus conflictos internos. ¿Qué hacemos nosotros con nuestras experiencias más duras y éxitos públicos?  El Salmo 20 es conocido como un salmo real debido a que el salmista escribe como una oración de intercesión a favor del rey, previo a una batalla. Los versículos 8 y 9, escritos como después de la batalla, sugieren que en la guerra hubo momentos de dolor y sufrimiento por la caída de muchos guerreros del rey. Quizá por momentos el rey sintió dolor y deseos de rendirse, pero él afirma: «Pero nosotros nos erguimos y de pie permanecemos». Mientras que afirma sobre los enemigos: «Ellos son vencidos y caen».  Quizás estés pasando por uno de esos momentos en los que deseas rendirte, pero recuerda que Dios provee de la salida y, cuando no es así, te provee de la gracia para soportar el momento más duro. Analiza las palabras de Pablo: «Tres veces le rogué al Señor que me la quitara; pero él me dijo: “Te basta con mi gracia, pues mi poder se perfecciona en la debilidad”. Por lo tanto, gustosamente haré más bien alarde de mis debilidades, para que permanezca sobre mí el poder de Cristo» (2 Cor. 12:8-9). Toda persona en problemas puede elegir entre dos opciones: 1) rendirse y renegar contra Dios porque no responde, o 2) mantenerse firme y dar testimonio de cómo Dios lo bendice por medio de esta prueba. Tanto el rey como el apóstol Pablo vieron que las pruebas tenían un propósito: reconocer a Dios en tus victorias. Los creyentes somos llamados a mantenernos firmes en la batalla espiritual que libramos contra el enemigo. Se trata de una batalla sin tregua, pero en ella Dios sostiene a Su pueblo y Él nos permite salir victoriosos para rendirle gloria.  El hombre siempre está en busca de sentido y este solo lo encuentra en Dios. Fuera de Él nada tiene sentido, ni siquiera el éxito más arrollador en la sociedad. Por eso el salmista sabía que cuando él tenía éxito se debía únicamente «con su poder» (Sal 20:6). Cuando obtengas ese título, esa copa, esa medalla o cualquier reconocimiento, es porque Dios así lo quiso. No lo olvides, la victoria es de Dios.

Y esa mente que te respeta.¿Te respeta tu mente?¿Le has dado aviso que debe ser así?Que acata un principioque desde siempre existe en ti.Que ha sido creada para eso,y que lo que tú recreas, debería ser también,para ganarte tu respeto.Y respiras con sumo respeto.Es cuando tu mente se regocijapor el respeto que le tienes y responde,se percibe, se acalla, se sensibilizay se ordena como nunca.Y se guarda, se guarda respeto por ti,por lo que piensas, por lo que elaboras,por lo que aspiras, por lo que ansías,por lo que amas.
