Stugotz is going to be distracted all day as he monitors the sales of his Personal Record Book, but he's not going to apologize for that. That said, he does have the time to tell Lamar Jackson to do it in the playoffs even if he's headed toward winning a MVP. Speaking of MVP, Greg Cote thinks it's a shame Saquon Barkley has such low odds to win the award. Why can't we appreciate great running backs? Then, Tony delivers his Tony's Top 5 from the highest point in all of South Florida: the hill at Tropical Park. Tony touches Barkley and Brock Purdy and somehow celebrates a whole bunch of quarterbacks who lost games over the weekend. Plus, Dianna Russini is here to break down just how good Barkley and the Eagles are, Lane Johnson's impact, a QB who played like a "little chicken," Aaron Rodgers' market for next year, and tell us how she accidentally made Eric Mangini answer questions about coaching the Jets next season. She also offers praise for Stugotz's Personal Record Book and reads her blurb from the back cover. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
We talked about the importance of having a solid backup quarterback. More than a third of the league has counted on a backup quarterback to win games this season. We talked about the Thanksgiving games. Gio said there are a bunch of good games this weekend. A caller wonders what it would be like for Saquon to break the season rushing record in the last week against the Giants. C-Lo returns for an update and starts with Joe Buck and Troy Aikman dunking on the Giants during last night's Ravens/Chargers game. Brian Daboll talked about Malik Nabers and other players speaking out after the loss. Eric Mangini was on the Colin Cowherd Show and was asked about getting back with the Jets. We heard Sam Rosen on the call as the Rangers lost and Boomer & C-Lo are not happy. In the final segment of the hour, Gio has a real Christmas tree and a fake Christmas tree and Gio doesn't want it up on Thanksgiving. He also paid to have the Christmas lights put up, but he won't turn them on until after Thanksgiving. Many callers talked about their wives having multiple trees in the house.
Hour 1 The Jets have hired Mike Tannenbaum's firm to help in the search for a GM and head coach, which means Rex Ryan is likely out. Aaron Rodgers coming back to play next year or not is also going to affect who the head coach and GM will be. We also got word that Aaron Rodgers will be starting this week against the Seahawks. It looks like the Jets are going to go the route of another assistant GM to be the Jets GM and another coordinator to become Jets head coach. C-Lo is in for Jerry and is here for his first update of the day, but first Boomer talks to him about the Rangers problems. The Ravens beat the Chargers and we heard Kevin Harlan on the call. John is now 3-0 all time against his brother Jim. In the final segment of the hour, an overnight caller claims to have underground sources in the Dominican Republic about Juan Soto and the Yankees. We heard a loud boom in the building. There is a ton of construction going on in the building. Hour 2 UCONN head coach Dan Hurley was not happy with the officiating yesterday and he was fired up in his press conference. He also said a player on the other team made a half ass effort to rebound. Al hates when coaches say, ‘it starts with me'. Gio thinks they say this to keep the reporters off of them. Jerod Mayo called his team out for being soft, and was attacked in the media, so now he is also a ‘starts we me' guy. C-Lo returns for an update and starts with the sounds of Kevin Harlan as the Ravens beat the Chargers. Brian Daboll said he talked to Malik Nabers about his comments after the game. Boomer thinks Daniel Jones should not go to the Raiders. Jeff Ulbrich said there is no talk of shutting Aaron Rodgers down. In the final segment of the hour, a caller wonders about Pete Carroll for the Giants. Boomer wonders if the Patriots will get rid of Jerod Mayo before the season ends. Hour 3 We talked about the importance of having a solid backup quarterback. More than a third of the league has counted on a backup quarterback to win games this season. He also paid to have the Christmas lights put up, but he won't turn them on until after Thanksgiving. Many callers talked about their wives having multiple trees in the house. Hour 4 One of the sales guys here brought Boomer in a Rangers jacket that Henrik Lundqvist is modeling. Henrik is definitely a salon guy. We talked more about the Jets and Giants situations. We talked briefly about the Friday night show and how there was only one annoying guy backstage. When older guys get drunk, they repeat themselves over and over again. C-Lo returns for his final update of the day, but first we talked about Al wanting to start DORE (Department Of Radio Efficiency). C-Lo starts with Kevin Harlan on the call as the Ravens beat the Chargers. Brian Daboll talked about the frustration of the players and feeling with all the losses. The Moment of The Day: Oat milk, regular milk and milk straight from the cow. In the final segment of the show, Gio could not imagine going to see Wicked, the movie.

Hour 3: The Jets may be living in the past
Could Aaron Rodgers be placed on injured reserve, benched, or cut in season? Boomer said Rodgers has a left hamstring injury but he's trying to play through it and be a leader. What type of GM and coach will come to the Jets? Who would want to work for this organization if you have another option? Dianna Russini actually brought up Eric Mangini for the Jets. Gio said if he was Daniel Jones, he would try to sign with the Niners. Boomer thinks the Bucs and Dolphins are going to wind up as Wild Cards. Gio is a Vikings fan, but is not ‘fully activated' yet. If they face the Lions in the playoffs, he will be fully activated. C-Lo returns for an update and starts with Brian Daboll's postgame comments where he had no answers. We also heard from a frustrated Tommy DeVito after the game. Saquon Barkley had another MVP type game last night as the Eagles beat the Rams. We heard from Jerry Recco as Rutgers lost against Kennesaw State in Georgia. We heard from Chris Carlin as Rutgers lost to Illinois in football on Saturday. In the final segment of the hour, somebody ‘shushed' Gio's wife at the live show Friday night. A caller said the Giants fans need their own Joe Benigno.
Hour 1 The Giants have completely fallen apart and now multiple players are saying the team is soft and not giving full effort. That's the type of stuff that gets coaches and GMs fired. Adding fuel to the Giants fire is Saquon Barkley having another huge game for the Eagles. Would Bill Belichick be interested in this? It's going to be a complete rebuild if they get rid of Schoen and Daboll. And what type of Jets news are we going to get this week? Is Aaron Rodgers going to shut it down for the season? Why is he not getting his injury diagnosed? How did things crash and burn so quickly for the Jets and Aaron Rodgers? C-Lo is in for Jerry and is here for his first update and starts with the sounds of the Giants losing to the Bucs. Dexter Lawrence said the team played ‘soft' and ‘missed a lot of tackles'. Malik Nabers talked about not getting targets in the first half. Daniel Jones will clear waivers and be available for teams at 4pm. The Cowboys beat the Commanders in a wild final 3 minutes. We heard from Eagles radio as Saquon had another huge night. In the final segment of the hour, Mike Francesa said on his podcast this weekend that he thinks Rodgers is hurt, which is exactly what Boomer said last Monday. Hour 2 Saquon Barkley had an unbelievable game last night against the Rams as the Giants were losing again at MetLife. Jay Glazer said there is a widening divide between Jets players and Woody Johnson. Boomer said the source must be Rob Saleh and or Joe Douglas. C-Lo returns for an update, but first we talk about his haircut which appears to be a mohawk. C-Lo starts with the Giants losing to the Bucs, including a fumble in the red zone to start the third quarter. Multiple players called the Giants soft. Brian Burns said, ‘it's ass'. Malik Nabers chewed gum while saying the team was, ‘soft as f**k'. He also said, ‘obviously it ain't the quarterback'. The Cowboys beat the Commanders in an exciting final 3 minutes of the game. The Chiefs needed a game winning FG to beat the Panthers. Boomer said the Dolphins seem to be making a move. In the final segment of the hour, Army just couldn't hang with Notre Dame at Yankee Stadium. Rutgers had a crushing loss to Illinois at home. Hour 3 Could Aaron Rodgers be placed on injured reserve, benched, or cut in season? Boomer said Rodgers has a left hamstring injury but he's trying to play through it and be a leader. In the final segment of the hour, somebody ‘shushed' Gio's wife at the live show Friday night. A caller said the Giants fans need their own Joe Benigno. Hour 4 Saquon is having a great year which just seems to be rubbing it in the faces of Giants fans. Both the Jets and Giants need to draft the right quarterback, and neither has so far. The man who ‘shushed' Gio's wife on Friday night calls in. We looked ahead at the Giants schedule to see if they will win anymore games. C-Lo returns for his final update of the day and starts with Giants players after the game saying they played ‘soft'. And Malik Nabers is tired of losing and being soft. Boomer wonders who's not doing their job on the Giants. Nobody is naming names. The Moment of The Da ...
