Jesus healed ten lepers, but only one responded with faith, returned, and experienced true healing (salvation). Often, we settle for temporary “blessings” but miss out on the true blessing of salvation because we don't respond with true faith, which results in worship.Billy LileSunday, September 7, 2025 Live at 9:15 AM
In Mark 2, four friends refused to let difficulties stop them from bringing a paralyzed man to Jesus. Their persistence turned obstacles into opportunities, reminding us that real faith is willing to get uncomfortable. And when Jesus responds, He shows us that the greatest miracle isn't physical healing but spiritual transformation.Billy LileSunday, August 31, 2025 Live at 9:15 AMWebsite: http://pearlside.orgFacebook: http://facebook.com/pearlsidechurchInstagram: http://instagram.com/pearlside
Dr. Bill Lile exposes abortion's deep physical and emotional harms, shares powerful stories of regret, and offers hope through Christ's forgiveness and restoration.
As usual, the answer is love.
God uses storms to shape our faith, not destroy it. Jesus walks over what we fear most, revealing Himself as the great “I AM.” Peter's story shows that faith begins with a step, but it must be sustained by focus. Even when we sink, grace catches us. Like the disciples, we're called to move from storm to service without waiting to feel ready. Faith doesn't always feel strong, but it keeps stepping.Billy LileSunday, August 10, 2025 Live at 9:15 AM
God created humanity to live forever in perfect harmony and relationships with one another and with Himself. We were literally built to live forever. Death and relational conflict are the result of sin, or humanity rejecting God and choosing to live contrary to His word. Jesus came to save us from the cycle of sin and death for eternal life with Him in Heaven.Billy LileSunday, July 20, 2025 Live at 11:15 AM

tions we take, which have eternal implications, will be rewarded by God. This means that how we live our lives matters and that God has a clear blueprint for how we should build our lives. This is found in both His word and through the example of Jesus. Jesus summarizes the entirety of God's law by declaring that the greatest commandment is to love God and love people. As we live our lives with this frame, we will ensure that what we build with our lives will have an eternal impact. Billy LileSunday, July 20, 2025 Live at 9:15 AM
Hear Dr. Lile share about medical advancements that have impacted children in the womb.
In Matthew 7, Jesus gives a sobering warning: not everyone who claims to follow Him truly knows Him. It's possible to say the right things and even do the right things, yet still miss the relationship He desires. The true test of genuine faith isn't found in performance, but in intimacy and obedience. The strength of that faith isn't proven when life is easy, but when storms come. Only a life built on Jesus will endure. What we build our lives on will determine whether we stand or fall.Billy LileSunday, July 6, 2025 Live at 9:15 AM
We have all been created by God to fulfill a purpose on earth. The Apostle Paul understood that his purpose was to preach the Gospel in Rome and to Caesar. While being transported as a prisoner to Rome, the ship was hit by a fierce storm that threatened to destroy it and all those on board. An angel visited Paul and assured him that all aboard would live and that he would in fact stand before Caesar. Miraculously, everyone on the ship survived as the Angel foretold, and they ran aground on the island of Malta. There, Paul was miraculously protected when bitten by a venomous viper, opening the door for him to preach the gospel to the natives and all who witnessed it.Billy LileSunday, June 29, 2025 Live at 9:15 AM

The Washington Nationals delivered one of their most complete performances of the season with a 7–3 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers in front of a record-setting crowd. Jake Irvin outdueled a powerhouse lineup with seven strikeouts and no walks, while the offense exploded for five home runs — two by Nathaniel Lowe and one each from James Wood, CJ Abrams, and Luis García Jr. James Wood's 451-foot blast opened the scoring and set the tone. The bullpen and defense supported the win, with contributions from Ruiz and Lile rounding out the team effort. As the team continues to struggle overall in June, stars like James Wood and CJ Abrams are building strong cases for All-Star selections. Wood leads the team with 21 home runs, 57 RBIs, and a .935 OPS, while Abrams is among the top shortstops in the NL in several offensive categories. Meanwhile, prospect Robert Hassell III is showing signs of rebounding at Triple-A Rochester after a rocky MLB debut, slashing .311 with six homers in 46 games, positioning himself for a possible call-up later this season. The Nats losing streak extended to nine games on Monday night as victory slipped through their fingertips in the 6-4 defeat. Mark & Al begin with Kyle Finnegan, who inherited a one run lead in the top of the 9th, but allowed a pair of Rockies homers, the only home runs he has given up this season.(09:00) Brady House went 0 for 3 with a walk in his MLB debut. House was the #11 overall pick in the 2021 Draft and had a OPS of .872 this season thus far in AAA-Rochester. House looked comfortable defensively and Davey Martinez said pregame that House will be the everyday 3B.(14:40) Daylen Lile hit his first career MLB homer in the bottom of the 5th in his first game since returning from AAA. Lile swapped roster spots with Robert Hassell III after Sunday's defeat.(18:00) James Wood's 2-run HR in the bottom of the 5th put Washington ahead 4-3 until the fateful 9th inning. Wood is now up 18 homers on the season; which is tied for 5th most in the NL.(20:15) Riley Adams got the nod at catcher and is now 0 for his last 30 at the plate. His OPS is down to a paltry .325 and the catching situation continues to worsen for the franchise.(23:15) Jake Irvin gave up a 2-run HR in the top of the 1st and his opening frame ERA is a shocking 10.84; surprisingly more than his Mitchell Parker. Irvin ended his evening with six innings of work off of five hits.(27:15) A discussion on recent Washington Post stories covering the angst within the franchise during this brutal stretch.(36:30) A Nats Chat Flashback from July 19th, 2023 when Brady House was promoted to AA-Harrisburg after a brief stay at High-A Wilmington.

The Nats blanked the visiting Rangers 2-0 on Friday night in the quickest game in stadium history. Mark & Al begin with a familiar name as Patrick Corbin returned to D.C. and only allowed a pair of runs in eight innings of work. Corbin needed just 89 pitches and the last time he tossed eight innings was May 4th, 2022 in Colorado.(4:15) The official scorer determined the game length as 1 hour, 50 minutes and Mark feels that it should be one minute shorter. The official start time was 6:45PM and Mark says the final out came at 8:34PM. The official time ties the fastest game in franchise history as opposed to it being the stand-alone record.(14:35) Jacob Young singled in his return to the lineup and Daylen Lile was sent back to AAA to make roster space. Acts 12 begins with James dead, Peter in prison, and Herod triumphing. It ends with Peter free, Herod dead, and the Word of God flourishing. This dramatic reversal reminds us that God's plan doesn't always feel fair, but it is always good. Even when evil seems to win, God is still writing the final chapter. Through crisis, persecution, and prayer, the early church discovered that God always has the last word.Billy Lile, Sunday June 1, 2025 Live at 9:15 AM

The Washington Nationals wrapped up a three-game set against the San Francisco Giants with a tough 3–2 loss on Sunday, unable to overcome early defensive miscues and a stellar outing from Giants starter Robbie Ray. Michael Soroka settled in after a rocky start, delivering six solid innings, but the offense couldn't capitalize until late. Despite a ninth-inning rally led by CJ Abrams and James Wood, the Nats came up just short, with Alex Call's defensive struggles and final at-bat proving costly. Still, the team showed fight, and manager Davey Martinez praised their resilience. Saturday's game was a bright spot, with Jake Irvin delivering one of the best starts of his career—eight scoreless innings of dominance. The win also showcased the promise of the Nationals' next generation, with James Wood going deep and Daylen Lile making a highlight-reel catch in his second big league game. Lile's polished plate approach and defense hint at long-term potential, while attention now turns to top third base prospect Brady House, who's raking in Triple-A. With young stars emerging and the team going 6–4 in their last 10, the Nats may be building something special on the fly.
The Nats shutout the Giants on Saturday afternoon 3-0 for their seventh win in the past nine games. Mark & Al have plenty of praise for Jake Irvin, who tossed eight scoreless innings and tied a career high with seven strikeouts. Irvin's ERA is down to 3.42 and his WHIP is an impressive 1.10.(10:45) Jorge Lopez surprisingly pitched the 9th instead of closer Kyle Finnegan. Mark explains what is going on with Finnegan and why he did not enter the game on Saturday.(16:35) James Wood hit a 2-run HR in the bottom of the 1st for an early lead. Wood has homered in seven of the eleven games in which he has been the DH.(21:00) The final out came on a diving catch by Daylen Lile in RF. Lile started for the second straight day and had a single in the win.(24:00) The team is playing better, but still remains four games below .500. The hosts close the show by looking at the organization's big picture as we are almost one-third of the way through the season.
In Acts 9:1-22, we see the radical transformation of Saul, who later becomes the Apostle Paul. He believed he was doing the right thing, but was actually opposing God. Like Saul, we can also be spiritually blind, unable to see our own sins, pride, or need for Jesus. Sometimes, God allows a crisis to open our eyes, just as He did with Saul through his physical blindness. However, Saul's journey did not end with his personal encounter with Jesus; it continued through the obedience of another believer, Ananias. Ananias overcame his fear and doubts to approach Saul, pray for him, and help restore both his sight and his faith. God used Ananias to contribute to Saul's transformation.Billy LileSunday, May 25, 2025 Live at 9:15 AM
The Nats five game win streak was snapped in Friday night's 4-0 loss to the visiting Giants. Mark & Al focus on MacKenzie Gore's status as he exited in the middle of an at- bat in the top of the 7th. Davey Martinez said afterwards that Gore is fine and it simply was a "Charley Horse" from a comebacker that Gore fielded in the bottom of the 2nd.(07:00) Gore struck out nine Giants to extend his MLB lead to 93Ks on the season. The only run charged to the lefty was the leadoff batter in the top of the 7th, who came across the plate after Gore had left the mound. Gore was much more pitch efficient on Friday night as he was at 83 pitches through six innings of work.(13:35) Daylen Lile singled on the first pitch he saw as he hit 9th and played RF in his MLB debut. Lile was called up from Rochester due Jacob Young being placed on the 10-day IL with a sprained left shoulder. Lile spent April in AA-Harrisburg and immediately made an impact when given the opportunity in AAA.(23:10) The offense could not get anything going as CJ Abrams & James Wood combined for an 0 for 8 effort. Luis Garcia Jr. was the only Nat to collect two hits against San Francisco's Landon Roupp and crew.(25:40) Four relievers were needed and none excelled. Zach Brzykcy allowed a pair of runs in an inning of work and his ERA is up to 11.12 in seven Big League appearances.

On today's edition of Family Talk, Dr. William Lile, a Christian obstetrician and gynecologist, documents 2,500 successful abortion pill reversals through AbortionPillReversal.com. Each baby saved is a precious victory against the abortion industry. Dr. Lile explains that those who support abortion are clearly going against the Lord's design. Not surprisingly, they're attacking the babies created in the very image of God. Psalm 139:13-14 says, For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. Not to mention operating on the heart of a 22-week-old baby in utero, when the stage of development of that vital organ is just the size of a grape! On today's edition of Family Talk, Dr. Lile asks the logical question, "If I'm providing medical care, doesn't that qualify the developing baby as my patient? It sure does! And if he's my patient, then he's a person, no matter how small." The scientific evidence that life begins at conception has become inescapable. The 2024 U.S. presidential election presents a unique paradox in political strategy.
