Mauricio Pochettino's side missed out on their eighth league title in nine years after Lille shocked France to clinch top spot. Pochettino's entering his first full season of management in the French capital, and this season they've improved their already-star studded squad. So yeah, alongside Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and Angel Di Maria they've now added Gianluigi Donnarumma from Milan - Euro 2020 winner, of course - as well as Spain legend Sergio Ramos from Real Madrid. That is a decent upgrade. Oh, and they've also brought in Achraf Hakimi from Serie A winners Inter Milan. They're definitely the ones to beat this season in Ligue 1. The Parisiens are top-dogs but let's take a look at the other contenders. Lyon are the definite second-side in France once again, but this time out they're without Memphis Depay as the Dutch international joined Spanish giants Barcelona over the summer. Then we've got defending champions Lille. They might be the reigning title holders but they've changed their manager in the off-season. Further back in the bookmakers odds we've got the likes of Monaco, Marseille and Nice, it's certainly going to be an interesting season for each of these to see if they can break into the top two or three in the division. That's right, this season we're covering every match of the Ligue 1 season, as well as every match across Europe's top-five leagues. Our resident host Eduardo Siles is very well supported by Alain Valnegri, a Ligue 1 football expert and journalist. They're here to discuss all things French football in this week's Odds On episode. This is an audio version of our YouTube video. Bundesliga betting tips and predictions for the 2021/22 season from Oddspedia. The Bundesliga campaign is just 10 days away. We've got the best picks & predictions for the outright betting markets this season in the German top-flight. Subscribe to Oddspedia to never miss our Bundesliga predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf It's been a very busy summer with the 2020 European Championships ongoing and continuing the already very long football season. There's also plenty of transfer business still to be done before the window *slams* shut. The favourite to win the 2021/22 Premier League title is undoubtedly Bayern Munich. Julian Nagelsmann's side are fully expected (by the bookmakers) to defend their crown in another busy campaign. They've got best odds of 1.25 to lift the trophy for a tenth consecutive season in a row. Imagine how those odds are going to shorten if Erling Haaland actually leaves Dortmund this summer! It's Dortmund, RB Leipzig and the likes of Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Monchengladbach who trail the Bavarian giants. The top 3 clubs have all appointed new managers in the off-season, with Julian Nagelsmann younger than a number of his Bayern Munich squad! Jesse Marsch is a relative unknown at RB Leipzig following Nagelsmann's switch to the Bundesliga champions. Whilst in Dortmund, they've now got Marco Rose in the hot seats following his fairly disastrous last season performance with their rivals Gladbach. Bookmakers literally will not accept bets on Bayern Munich to finish in the top 4 it's that much of a certainty. And similar to the outright winner odds for the Bundesliga title, it's really amongst Dortmund, RB Leipzig, Bayer Leverkusen and Gladbach to challenge for the top 4. But watch out for the likes of Hoffenheim, Hertha Berlin and Stuttgart as well as Eintracht Frankfurt to mount a serious bid for that final Champions League qualification spot. At the other end of the table, it's the clubs from 2. Bundesliga who are looking likely to be facing a serious fight for survival in the Bundesliga this season. Greuther Fürth are the favourites to be relegated alongside Bochum. Armenia Bielefeld struggled for a lot of last season and they're also going to be down at the bottom of the table for another season. Meanwhile, Augsburg will also need to perform if they are to keep out of trouble Eduardo Siles is very well supported by the one-and-only Radek Vegas, Oddspedia's German football and betting expert. They're here to discuss all things Bundesliga in this week's Odds On episode. No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf The new Primera Division season is just around the corner. So Oddspedia are here to give you betting insight ahead of the season start for the outright winners, top-4 challengers, surprise packages and the battle for relegation. Atletico Madrid are the defending champions of the Spanish top-flight after stunning their rivals Barcelona and Real Madrid to pull off a sensational title lift. Diego Simeone's side stunned Barca and Los Blancos in the first half of the season last year by securing 50 points in just 19 games. They managed to hold on to this convincing lead by taking 36 points for the remainder of the season leading them to an unlikely Championship. It looks like it will be a three-horse race for the Liga title between Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, with the likes or Sevilla and Real Sociedad battling it out for fourth position and automatic qualification for the Champions League. The bookmakers have Barcelona and Real as the favourites, with odds around 2.5 and 3.0 Ronaldo Koeman's side have updated their attacking options with Sergio Aguero and Memphis Depay joining La Blaugrana. For Real, Zinedine Zidane left over the summer with Carlo Ancelotti coming in to replace the famous Frenchman. With Raphael Varane also leaving the Spanish capital to move to Manchester, there are question marks at both ends of the field in attack and in defence. Despite being the league champions, Atletico are third favourites for the title. Perhaps their second-half performance is their true level heading into the new season. There's also lots to wrap-up on the transfer front, with plenty of deals still yet to be confirmed before the season starts. With Espanyol and Majorca both returning to Spain's top-flight this season, there is an abundance of quality teams now in the Primera Division, meaning that the relegation fight is going to be tighter than ever. The likes of Alaves and Elche will have to be at their very best if they'r to remain in the division for another season, whilst Rayo Vallecano will also be tested across a long season in Spain. Eduardo Siles is very well supported by the one-and-only Alvaro Romeo, a diligent and brilliant Spanish football expert. They're here to discuss all things Spanish football in this live show. Euro 2020 (in 2021) football betting tips, picks and predictions from Oddspedia for the final Round of 16 fixture: Sweden vs Ukraine Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our Euro 2020 (in 2021) predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf So, Sweden have reached the Round of 16, which is quite an achievement seeing as they are playing without their experienced leader Zlatan Ibrahimovic. And do you know what? They haven't really missed him that much. They've got a new kid on the block leading the line up-front and his name is Alexander Isak. The Swedes finished in top spot in Group E in a fairly uninspired and drab quartet, with the likes of Poland and Slovakia not really offering a great deal - and Spain off the pace - the Scandinavians in yellow took full advantage and stole the show to top the table and earn themselves a knockout clash with third-placed finisher Ukraine. Speaking of Ukraine, from the pre-tournaments discussions big things were expected of these guys. And we suppose they haven't really let us down for entertainment; they clawed back a two-goal deficit to level the game against the Netherlands (before eventually losing) and then they beat North Macedonia by two goals to one. But they really let themselves down in their final encounter, as they suffered a loss to Austria - a side who have failed to impress many during their three games so far at the European Championships. This is a really tough game to call - probably the hardest of all the round of 16 clashes - but that's what makes it even more fascinating and one we will definitely be taking a detailed look at beforehand and during. Our resident host Eduardo Siles is back to preview all the best action across Euro 2020. He's joined by European football and betting expert Tom Rennie to guide you through the remainder of the tournament, starting with the Round of 16 fixtures. It's been an excellent tournament so far! This is an audio version of our YouTube video. Euro 2020 (in 2021) football betting tips, picks and predictions from Oddspedia for the Round of 16 fixture: England vs Germany Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our Euro 2020 (in 2021) predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf So, here we are then. It's come down to this. The game England probably expected. The game England probably didn't want. The game England will probably lose. England's formula World Cup Golden Boot winner Gary Lineker once famously said: “Football is a simple game; 22 men chase a ball for 90 minutes and at the end, the Germans always win.” and how right he really is! Because despite the frailties of this German side, they proved that on the day they can get it very right as we saw in that tumultuous clash with Portugal last weekend. Having said that, we've also seen the very worse of Germany at the tournament, resulting in them dropping points against Group F underdogs hungry. That's something that very few expected to happen at the pre-tournament outset Gareth Southgate's Three Lions have stuttered through the group stage. Despite topping Group D, they've only really played well for about 30 minutes in their opening game against Croatia. We certainly saw the very worst of Southgate's England in the clash with Scotland. It was a game bult up to be a true classic between the Old Enemies, but in truth it was probably the worst game of this year's European Championships. If Harry Kane and Co. perform like that against Germany on Tuesday it's very likely that this pre- tournament second-favourite will be going home in the first knockout stage for a second Euros running. No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf Belgium have been building their way into the tournament. They began with a 3-0 battering of Russia which helped to settle any pre-tournament nerves. They followed that up with a narrow victory over Denmark, and then rounded off their Group success with a simple victory over Finland that saw them end the group stage with a 100% record as they breezed into the knockout phase. Romelu Lukaku has been there main goal-getter upfront, he's been supported well by the likes of Kevin de Bruyne and actually Eden Hazard's brother Thorgan. Their Round of 16 clash with Portugal will be the first true test of their credentials to lift the trophy this year. An early exit from the tournament for this golden generation would be a bitter disappointment - and a blot on Roberto Martinez's copybook. Portugal, meanwhile, successfully escaped the Group of Death - but it wasn't without worry in a hotly contested group between three major heavyweights and one plucky underdog. Cristiano Ronaldo turned back the clock to continue his fine scoring run in international competitions (especially at the Euros). Bruno Fernandes was actually dropped for their third game against France and also Joao Felix has rarely featured after picking up a minor knock in their first game against Hungary. They're certainly very exciting going forward, but also look quite susceptible in their backline, so this game could be brilliant to watch for the neutral. No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf Italy qualified in top spot from Group A taking 9 points from their 3 games. The Euro 2020 campaign got off to the ideal start with a 3-0 win over dark horses Turkey settling any fears and mounting their charge up the bookies' favourites to be amongst the favourites. The Azzurri continued that impressive performance with another 3-0 win over Switzerland, meaning they all-but had the group top spot sewn up. They completed their triumph with a simple but solid victory over Wales, meaning they enter the knockout stage of the Euros without having even conceded a goal. Manager Roberto Mancini has also caught some of the limelight with his dashing good looks and his coaching team's grey suits. Italian football is back, baby! The 4-time world champions take on Australia beside that finish second in Group C. It's been a topsy-turvy campaign for the Austrians winning the opening clash against North Macedonia 3-1, losing to group winners Netherlands 2-0 and then finally scraping past outsiders Ukraine with a narrow 1-0 victory to earn their place in the knockout stage in second spot. Austria are led by David Alaba at the back, however he actually plays basically all across midfield and defence and sometimes in attack because he's such an important figure for the national team. It's certainly not a vintage crop of Austrian international footballers but they probably do deserve their spots in the last 16 of the competition. Our resident host Eduardo Siles is back to preview all the best action across Euro 2020. No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf Wales qualified from Group A, after overcoming the pre-tournament dark horses Turkey. the Turks were expected to go deep into the tournament however they crashed out in the group stage. But this disappointment was only a positive for the Welsh Dragons as they made it through to the knockout stage of an international tournament for the second Euros running. With the likes of Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey in the starting 11, Robert Page's side have the the talent, experience and creativity to do real damage against Denmark in the first Round of 16 fixture. It's certainly going to be a very fascinating encounter. For the Danes, they had to overcome some early tournament scares on the field before mounting a comeback, both emotionally and physically. They will of course be without their talisman Christian Eriksen after he suffered a cardiac arrest in Denmark's first game of the euros against Finland. Thankfully, the Inter Milan midfielder appears to be well, with fans across the continent allowing themselves a sigh of relief. Whatever happens in the remainder of the competition, Denmark have performed bravely and admirably throughout and each and every one of the players will be proud of their showing. Their performance against Russia in order to qualify was outstanding and perhaps they can take that energy into the remainder of their games? All the key protagonists are here from either side of the draw; Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Dominic Thiem, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Alexander Zverev, Iga Swiatek, Aryna Sabalenka, Ashleigh Barty and Garbine Muguruza. They're all in action and all hunting down silverware. We'll be discussing and answering all your questions, like: When is Wimbledon 2021? Who is favourite for Wimbledon 2021? Best odds on Wimbledon 2021? Where can you watch Wimbledon 2021? What channel is Wimbledon 2021 shown? What time does Wimbledon 2021 start? Can you get tickets for Wimbledon 2021? And, of course, who will win Wimbledon 2021? The favourite for this year's men's title is the 2021 French Open winner and World No.1 Novak Djokovic. He's won in Australia and France this season, can he make it a third Grand Slam in a row? The bookmakers certainly think so, and they've cast him as favourite for the tournament by miles. The Serbian monster is relentless in his desire for Grand Slam titles, so don't overlook his greed to pick up more silverware in SW19 this summer. Meanwhile, in the 2021 women's event, we can see really high odds across all the players. There is no real favourite on this side, and after what we've seen at the French Open, it's very difficult to trust the favourites. We feel that betting on the underdogs is a really good option when betting on female tennis. Serena Williams is no longer at the peak of her power and the field has bunched due to this. The bookies have World No.1 Ashleigh Barty as the narrow favourite, with the 2019 winner (no competition last year) Simona Halep back at 11.0. In truth, it's going to be a tough one to call, but that's why we love it! In this video, our host Eduardo Siles is joined by Sean Calvert, a tennis betting expert to analyse and discuss the best odds and betting tips for Wimbledon 2021. We've got the best odds, up to date news, betting info and predictions. This is an audio version of our YouTube show. Euro 2020 (in 2021) football betting tips, picks and predictions from Oddspedia on Group E's final matchday fixtures: Slovakia vs Spain and Sweden vs Poland. Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our Euro 2020 (in 2021) predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf There's still everything to play for in Group E at the 2020 European Championships. Let's start our betting preview with Slovakia vs Spain. The Slovaks began the tournament with an impressive first-half performance over Poland, earning themselves a 2-1 win and 3 points. In truth, half the battle had been completed with that first win; it only takes about 4 points to qualify for the Round of 16 in this year's edition of the tournament. On Wednesday afternoon they will face Spain. La Roja have been pretty disappointing in the tournament so far. Not that their pre-event doubters will be surprised by what they've seen… Luis Enrique's side we're not tipped to make much headway in the tournament and certainly were never among the favourites to lift the trophy. Their two drab performances with just one goal scored will have justified those pre-tournament expectations. It's still a huge clash and ultimately could prove pivotal for who tops the group and who finishes bottom. The other game in Group E on Wednesday is Sweden vs Poland. The Swedes have one foot in the next phase of the competition after taking 4 points from their 2 games and not conceding in the process. Alexander has been the star performer without their traditional talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic amongst the players at this tournament. This competition could prove vital in the advancement of Isak's career should he display some further impressive showings. Either way, they take on Poland in a game that the Poles must improve upon if they want to qualify for the next round. Star man Robert Lewandowski's second-half goal against Spain last time out won his nation a vital point in their battle to progress, and he will need to be on his best form against the Swedes if he wants to inspire his country to earn all three points and push them up the leaderboard. Our resident host Eduardo Siles is back to preview all the best action across Euro 2020. He's joined by European football and betting experts Alvaro Romeo and Daniele Fisichella to guide you through the final games in Group E at Euro 2020. It's going too quickly! This is an audio version of our YouTube video. Euro 2020 betting tips, picks and predictions from Oddspedia on Group C & Group D's Matchday 1 fixtures: England vs Croatia, Austria vs North Macedonia & Netherlands vs Ukraine Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our Euro 2020 (in 2021) predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf This is our Euro 2020 (2021) betting preview for Group C & Group D's Matchday 1 fixtures. So here we are then. Who's ready for this? Who's ready for it to come home? Because - seriously - it might actually come home, and maybe we're not ready for it to come home just yet? It's been a long time since England have been so highly tipped for success in an international tournament, but perhaps this breed of youngsters have something special about them and they can make a country's dreams come true? Let's take a look. The three lines begin their euro 2020 campaign against arguably their stiffest opponent in Group C. Gareth Southgate's men are (obviously) taking on Croatia at Wembley. It's expected to be a gritty affair, but performances don't really mean that much initially, it's about getting points on the board in the earlier stages of the competition. The second game that we are previewing in our Euro 2020 betting preview from Oddspedia is Austria against North Macedonia. There are many supporters out there who aren't expecting a great deal from either of these sides, Austria are perennial qualifiers to European and international competitions however really venture further than the first knockout round. North Macedonia, meanwhile, don't have a squad littered with talent to really make their mark in the competition. Evidence of this is that Goran Pandev is their captain (and best player) and he's almost 40. Finally, the third game we're previewing today in our Euro 2020 round-up is Netherlands vs Ukraine. The Oranje are managed by Frank De Boer, who in all truthfulness, hasn't picked up rave reviews from pundits nor players since hanging up his boots. He is in charge of a Netherlands side who are expected to experience some troubles this summer, particularly in the opening clash here with Ukraine. Andriy Shevchenko's team have the ability to pull off a few upsets at the tournament, with the likes of Oleksandr Zinchenko and Ruslan Malinovskyi proving their worth throughout the most recent campaign. Our resident host Eduardo Siles is back to preview all the best action across Euro 2020.He's joined by Daniele Fisichella for this preview, our expert in football and betting. They're here to preview, discuss, analyse and dissect every fixture of the European Championships. They're also on hand to provide betting tips, odds, picks and predictions. This is an audio version of our YouTube video. Championship Play-Off Final, League One Play-Off Final, League Two Play-Off Final betting tips, picks and predictions from Oddspedia. This is our Play-Off Final betting preview for the second, third and fourth tiers of English football. Very exciting times. Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our football predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf So, let's get right into this and start with the Championship Play-off Final which is regularly referenced as the most lucrative sporting event in the entire world. The value on this fixture is around £200 million, with the winner also securing their place in the top-tier of English football. Just a single season in the Premier League can be hugely beneficial to football clubs due to the advertising and broadcasting revenue they receive. Just as an example, Sheffield United were awarded around £169m for finishing bottom of the table, whilst French champions Lille got about a third of that for winning Ligue 1. This season's championship play-off final will see Brentford take on Swansea City. This is Brentford's tenth playoff campaign and they've not won a single promotion from the previous nine, the worst record of any club in English football. The Bees finished 3rd in the Championship for the second season running, and have the division's top marksman, Ivan Toney amongst their ranks. The Swans were in the Premier League just three years ago and will look to return to the big time after beating Barnsley in the semi-final of the playoffs last week. In this Play-Off Final special will also be looking at the 3rd and 4th tier of the English football league as Blackpool aim to return to the Championship after a number of years in League One. They're playing Lincoln City, who are synonymous with FA Cup upsets and giant killings. Who will be the lucky team at Wembley this time around? Finally will be previewing the league two play-off final, as Morecambe take on Newport County for a chance to ply their trade in League One next season. Our resident host Eduardo Siles is back to preview all the best action across England's second, third and fourth tier, with big opportunity and money at stake for all clubs involved. He's joined this week by football broadcaster Tom Rennie as they work their way through a dramatic end to a long and busy 2020/21 campaign. They're also on hand to provide betting tips, odds, picks and predictions. This is an audio version of our YouTube video. Europa League Final betting tips, odds, picks and predictions from Oddspedia. Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our Europa League Final Betting Preview and predictions! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf Here we are, finally at the conclusion of the long and winding Europa League campaign. from the depths of Belarus, to the harshness of southern Russia, across to Georgia and winding through those German villages… The Europa League campaign is a marathon not a sprint and the traveling aspect plays a huge significance in the final outcome of the competition. It's the tournament that no-one wants to be in but everyone wants to actually win when they get to about the quarter-final stage. The 2021 final will see Villarreal play Manchester United in Gdansk, Poland. These two sides have seen four recent matches end with a 0-0 scoreline. Of course, they also played against each other in the 2008 and 2005 Champions League. How times have changed! Villarreal have probably performed better than their final opponents in Europe this season, but in a one-off game anything can happened and Man Utd are still certainly the favourites pre-event. The Yellow Submarine finished 7th in Spain and will be entering the Europa Conference League next season. One thing they really do have on their side is their manager - a man who is synonymous with this competition. Unai Emery has won the Europa League on three separate occasions, all whilst coaching a Spanish side (Sevilla). Their record in this competition in 2020/21 has been phenomenal, with 12 wins and 2 draws, beating Salzburg, Dynamo Kyiv, Dinamo Zagreb and Arsenal in the process to the final. Now let's take a look at their opponents Manchester United… manager OIe Gunnar Solskjaer will hope their firepower can land him his first big title since becoming Red Devils boss. I finished second in the Premier League behind rivals Manchester City. On the final day of the season they even managed to rest many of their first team players, fielding predominantly a youth team - and still got the win over Wolves. Hopefully (for them) the players will enter this European final feeling refreshed. They will be able to rely upon star midfielder Bruno Fernandes, who has scored 19 goals in this competition in recent years. They also have history on their side, they're looking to lift the Europa League trophy for a second time, following their triumph in 2017. As always, Eduardo Siles is joined by Alvaro Romeo and Daniele Fisichella (our experts in football and betting). They're here each and every week to preview, discuss, analyse and dissect every fixture of this season's Europa League. They're also on hand to provide betting tips, odds, picks and predictions. This is an audio version of our YouTube video. Europa League Semi Final betting tips, odds, picks and predictions from Oddspedia. Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our Europa League predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf What do you do when you're not good enough to qualify for the Champions League over the course of a 38 match League season? Simple, you win the Europa League. There are four teams left who can still do this. Let's take a look at who could win the Europa League this season. Semi-final one sees Arsenal host Villarreal in north London. The Spanish outfit, of course, are managed by the former Gunners boss Unai Emery. He could return to the Emirates and end their European hopes, simply with a draw. Mikel Arteta's Side enter the second leg clash with a 2-1 aggregate deficit following a very difficult game over in Spain last week. Both sides had players sent off during the game in a feisty encounter in Villarreal. Arsenal are ninth in the Premier League with 41 points to their name. They beat Newcastle at the weekend after three winless games. Qualification for the Champions League would seem undeserved - they haven't even earned a place in the Europa League for next season. However, this is modern football and this is how it goes. Villarreal, on the other hand, are sixth in the division with 52 points. They beat Getafe 1-0 at the weekend and their attention is firmly on this clash in the north of the capital. And despite just two wins in their last five games in the League, they know they can rely on the goalscoring prowess of Gerard Moreno to fire them into the final of this European competition. Now it's time to take a look at semi-final two, and that game sees Roma host Man Utd. It was an incredible game at Old Trafford last weekend as Manchester United ran out 6-2 winners. With a brace from Bruno Fernandes, two goals from Edinson Cavani and also individual strikes from Paul Pogba and Mason Greenwood. Pellegrini and Edin Dzeko got on the score sheet for Roma, but this tie is surely done and the Red Devils must have secured their place in the final of the competition with that impressive first-leg display. Paulo Fonseca will be leaving the Stadio Olimpico at the end of the season. It was confirmed this week that former Spurs and Man Utd boss Jose Mourinho will be back in the hot seat immediately as he will be taking over the reins in the Italian capital. It will be interesting to see how the announcement of the Portuguese boss his arrival will impact the players and the overall team as they look to fight back a four-goal deficit in the second leg at home. Alvaro Romeo and Daniele Fisichella are our experts in football and betting, they're here each and every week to preview, discuss, analyse and dissect every fixture of this season's Europa League. This is an audio version of our YouTube video. UEFA Champions League Semi Final betting tips, picks and predictions. Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our Champions League predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf It's the Champions League semi-final second legs and we can FEEL the tension. We start with PSG's trip to the Etihad to play Manchester City in one of the biggest matches of these players' lives. Kylian, Mbappe and Neymar seem to have the better of the Man City defence in the first half of the first leg. However, that all changed when they came out for the second half as Pep Guardiola's Citizens began to press their Parisian rivals much further up the field, compressing their space and making it harder for them to leave their own box. The tactical battle between two elite's managers is just one subplot to an extraordinary fixture. Despite PSG opening the scoring through a Marquinos header in the first half, second-half goals from Kevin de Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez have put Man City in the driving seat in the tie with two crucial away goals. How important could the Algerian attacker's freekick proved to be in the outcome of this clash? But City know they can't rest on their laurels with the likes of Mbappe, and Neymar running at them all night. The second UEFA Champions League Semi-Final second legs sees Chelsea host Spanish champions Real Madrid at Stamford Bridge. Their first encounter in the Spanish capital saw the game end 1-1. Christian Pulisic opened the scoring with a well taken finish in the first-half, before French legend Karim Benzema drew the match level with a well-taken volley just before the half hour mark. Thomas Tuchel's side may rue their missed chances if Real Madrid play to their best when they arrive in West London this week. Los Blancos are the 13-time winners of the European Cup, and they have the heritage, ability and experience to get the job done when it gets to the business end of Europe's elite premier club competition. But remember, they also do have lots of injuries, so this could be the perfect opportunity for the Blues to strike and make their way into a European Cup final for the first time since they won it in 2012. Our resident host Eduardo Siles is back to preview all the best action across Europe's premier club competition. Alvaro Romeo and Daniele Fisichella are our experts in football and betting, they're here each and every week to preview, discuss, analyse and dissect every fixture of this season's Champions League. Brighton are 6 points above the relegation zone. Wolves keep snatching points from struggling teams. Last time out they beat Sheffield United 1-0 with William Jose finally scoring an actual goal. This weekend they take on Burnley who aren't safe yet but they are six points clear of the drop zone. In form Leeds can harm Man United at Elland Rd on Sunday. Marcelo Bielsa's Lilywhites have won three games in a row and are in a great moment of their season with five undefeated games. Man Utd, meanwhile, have recorded 5 victories in a row since they were booted out of the FA Cup by Leicester City. Our penultimate game of the weekend sees Aston Villa host West Brom. The Baggies arrive at Villa Park still praying for a miracle with Big Sam's side 19th in the division with just 24 points to their name. They arrive in the fixture with back-to-back victories over Southampton and Chelsea, but they are nine points from safety. Finally, Leicester City take on Crystal Palace at the King Power Stadium. The Foxes must win if they want UCL. However, their last 2 Premier League games were defeats against Manchester City and the West Ham. Their opponents Crystal Palace are 13th in the division and in their last six games have only scored four goals. Eduardo Siles is back for another show covering the Premier League. Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf This week's La Liga action, for some reason, begins on Sunday afternoon. Who are we to judge, hey? The first game of the day sees Osasuna host Elche. The visitors go in search of guaranteed survival, now all-but achieved by the hosts. Fresh from their Copa del Rey triumph, Real Sociedad (5th in the table) play Sevilla (one place above in 4th). The Sevillians came back from 3-2 down to beat Celta Vigo 4-3 last week and are now just 6 points off leaders Atletico. Will there be a late title surge? Atleti's lead at the top has been chopped to just a single point over their rival Real Madrid. Diego Simeone's side host Eibar this week. This is a good opportunity for them to regain some confidence against the league's bottom side. Alaves need to take inspiration from their weekend opponents Huesca if they want to escape dropping into the Segunda for next season. Elsewhere, Cadiz and Celta Vigo go head-to-head in a clash between two sides who deserve to enjoy the rest of the season. Real Betis are looking sharp in the battle to secure European qualification for next season. This week we've got a great game to look forward to, as the Greens host Valencia in Andalusia. Following their Clasico win over Barcelona, Real Madrid have closed the gap to league leaders Atletico to just a single point. Following their aggregate triumph over Liverpool in the Champions League in midweek, they now make the short trip to play Getafe. The final game of La Liga Matchday 33 sees Villarreal take to the road to play Levante. Villarreal platy Dinamo Zagreb on Thursday night, keen to ensure they seal their place in the semi-finals of the competition. Finally, we wrap up today's show with a preview of the 2020/21 Copa del Rey final. Real Sociedad are set to be the shortest reigning champions ever when either Barca or Athletic Bilbao lift the trophy. Barca are huge favourites to win back the cup, as you can see by the odds. Eduardo Siles is very well supported by the one-and-only Alvaro Romeo, a diligent and brilliant Spanish football expert. They're here to discuss all things Spanish football. La Liga predictions & betting tips on Matchday 27. Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our La Liga predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf The action starts on Friday with the Valencia derby, as Levante host their rivals Valencia. Both teams are safe from danger, so this one will be for pride. Saturday's action kicks off in the Basque Country with Alaves at home to Cadiz. Then Real Madrid will look to return to winning ways when they host Elche. Zinedine Zidane's men are keen to close the gap at the top to Atletico but they've got Champions League in midweek to consider. Real Valladolid will be looking to continue their mini-revival when they visit Osasuna in Pamplona, and Getafe will want to keep it tight at the back when Atletico make the short trip to the Madrid outskirts. There'll be no pressure on either Celta Vigo or Athletic Bilbao when these two sides in the north of Spain go head-to-head on Sunday. But Granada will face a tough test when Real Sociedad travel to the south following their Europa League game against Molde on Thursday. Eibar will be keen to take advantage of their tired opponents when Villarreal come calling, with Unai Emery's side also featuring in European competition on Thursday night. The penultimate game of Matchday 27 is between Sevilla and Real Betis in the Andalusian Derby, with this game being played at the Sanchez Pizjuan. Always a fiery and explosive encounter, this game should be a classic on Sunday night. The final game of the weekend sees Barcelona face bottom of the table Huesca. Ronald Koeman's Barca will be fully expected to pick up maximum points in order to keep their title bid alive. However, their attention in the build-up could be distracted, with a trip to Paris in the Champions League. Eduardo Siles is back in the hot seat presenting Odds On. No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf The midweek action starts in the north west with Wolves' trip to Manchester City on Tuesday night. Nuno Espirito Santos' side are huge outsiders for this clash at the Etihad, with Pep's Citizens targeting their 20th win in succession. Wednesday starts in Lancashire, as the Clarets host the Foxes. Sean Dyche's Burnley are 5 points above the drop zone and certainly not safe yet. Meanwhile, Leicester are looking to bounce back from a disappointing week. The Blades could move a point clear of Derby County's 11-point record haul from 2007/08 when they take on Aston Villa. However, the Villans are just 5 points off Chelsea in 5th, with two games in their pocket. The evening kick-off sees Man Utd travel to south London to take on Crystal Palace. The title race is over, that's for sure, but the Red Devils are keen to confirm their place in the top-four for another campaign. Thursday's Premier League action begins in the Black Country, as West Brom host Carlo Ancelotti's Everton looking to pull themselves out of the abyss. The Baggies are nine points from Newcastle in 17th, only a win will surely do. The final game is an absolute cracker, as Liverpool and Chelsea go head-to-head at Anfield. The Reds are 6th in the table, just a point and a place behind Thomas Tuchel's Blues. This could prove pivotal in the race for the final Champions League qualification place. Everyone's favourite presenter – Eduardo Siles – is now back in the hot seat. Celebrations all round. He's joined by a new guest this week to preview each and every Premier League clash on Matchday 25. Tom Rennie is a radio presenter for SiriusXM FC and also a lead commentator for TalkSport. This is an audio version of our YouTube show. Champions League Last-16 free betting tips and predictions. Hit ‘Subscribe' to never miss our Champions League predictions & betting previews! No Account at Novibet yet? Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf We start on Tuesday in Bucharest as Atletico Madrid host Chelsea. This is a repeat of the 2014 UCL semi-final. Atletico have hit a properly dodgy run of form, with just 1 win in their last 4 games, highlighted by their 2-0 defeat to Levante at the weekend. They scraped through the group stage, winning just two games in Group A. Their opponents Chelsea have won 5 of 7 since Thomas Tuchel arrived at the Bridge but he's yet to settle on a favoured first XI. This is demonstrated by Chelsea's last 9 goals being scored by 7 different players. The Blues breezed past the Group Stage, untested by the likes of Krasnodar and underperforming Rennes. They could be facing Atleti at just the right time. The second game on Tuesday is between Lazio and Bayern in Rome. The Italians are in form, winning 4 of 5 in the league. They're unbeaten in Europe this season, with 4 draws in a tough group that included following Last-16 side Borussia Dortmund. Their opponents, Bayern – the cup holders – enter the game on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt and a 3-3 draw with Arminia Bielefeld. They rarely fail to win successive game and typically bounce back from these mini-spells with a huge win. Both our tipsters fancy the Bavarians in this first-leg clash. Into Wednesday, and injury-hit Real Madrid head to Bergamo to play Atalanta. The Italians are favourites for this game due to the significant list of players Real will be without in midweek. The hosts have suffered defeat in just 1 of their last 20 games in all comps but aren't particularly strong at home in the UCL with 2 wins from 8. Real have won their last 3 without conceding but this could be a tough one for Los Blancos. The final game this week sees Manchester City head to Germany to take on the 8th best team in the Bundesliga, Borussia Monchengladbach. Pep Guardiola's side look imperious right now, winning 18 games in a row, and no losses since September (that was ages ago). Gladbach did brilliantly to make it out of the Group of Death in one piece, but they certainly haven't been rewarded for their efforts with this draw against the soon-to-be Premier League champions. Claim your £10 Free Bet directly: bit.ly/3i41Ttf It's Matchday 16 of the German top-flight 2020/21, and we're looking forward to some more classic encounters between the cream of the crop in Germany. It's 2021 and we've still got a title challenge to look forward to in the Bundesliga. Let's get into this one. Our weekend preview starts in the capital, as Union Berlin host Bayer Leverkusen. This has all the ingredients for a great tie, with Union surprising everyone (including themselves, probably) with their league standing of 5th. Their opponents Leverkusen's title tilt has hit a wall, with two defeats and a draw in their last three. The result of this one could have huge implications. Saturday's action starts with Dortmund – who beat Leipzig last time out – up against Mainz. Yeah, those guys at the bottom of the league. The Black & Yellow are just five points off the top, another win here could move them to second. Onwards, and we'll also have our eyes on Arminia Bielefeld's trip to Hoffenheim, with the visitors keen to keep away from the bottom three. The biggest and best game of the weekend sees Wolfsburg – 6th in the league – play RB Leipzig, 2nd. As mentioned, Leipzig fell to their second defeat of the season against Dortmund at the week. Fortunately for them, Bayern failed to capitalise on this, and the gap at the top remains just two points. Elsewhere, Cologne host Hertha Berlin with both managers on the brink of the sack. Whoever loses this one may lose their job. The final two games on Saturday see Werder Bremen welcome Augsburg to Weser-Stadion. Werder are 13th, Augsburg are 11th. This could a tight one. Finally, we round off the action Stuttgart at home to Borussia Monchengladbach. The hosts' early season rise has worn off and things are beginning to settle. Unfortunately for them in this one, they're brilliant on the road but pretty dreadful at home. Borussia have won two on the bounce and are ready to challenge for Champions League spots. Sunday starts with defending champions Bayern at home to Freiburg. The visitors are the form side in the division, having won five games in a row. Could they pull off another upset at the Allianz? The last fixture of Matchday 16 sees Eintracht Frankfurt at home to red-hot Schalke. The boys in blue have a 100% winning streak from their last ONE games. The great escape is on! As always, Eduardo Siles is joined by our resident German football and betting expert Radek Vegas to discuss every single game in another busy weekend across the Bundesliga.
