Our guest today on the podcast brings with her a wealth of product building experience, all the way from ideation to execution and beyond. Throughout her career, she implemented product validation through testing and experimentation at organizations such as AOL, The Weather Channel, Polar Steps, Mews and others. Meet Chantal Botana, Fractional CPO & Product Coach at Product Evangelist., and facilitator of the Product Experiment Garage. Together with her business partner Maurice McGinley, Chantal facilitates this monthly online community of practice, solving participants' experiment design challenges, where the audience are product managers, developers, designers, and researchers. And it's free to join! The sessions work very simply - all participants start with pitching their current challenge. Then everyone votes for the one challenge that they will work on for the remainder of the workshop. And then, the challenge is broken down to cover the 4 habits of good experimentation.Join Matt and Moshe as we learn from Chantal about:Her way into product management, leading her to coaching and founding The Product EvangelistWhere most experiments are breaking downThe 4 habits of good experimentation:Break down assumptionsCrafting and running small smart experimentsExtract insightsMake a decisionWho the workshop is for and what value they get from itHow can teams that are not empowered still experiment? The importance of critical thinking in the age of AISome of Chantal's go to toolsAnd much more! You can connect with Chantal at:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/cbotana/ email: chantal@productevangelist.co Website:  https://www.productevangelist.coFree 60 min Product Experiment Garage: https://product-garage.eventbrite.comAssumptions & Experiments Guide (with some free resources). https://www.paypal.me/Truelifepodcast?locale.x=en_USAloha and welcome, dear listeners, to another illuminating episode of TrueLife Media, where we explore the fascinating intersections of community, consciousness, and the ever-evolving frontiers of human potential. Today, we are privileged to be joined by a true pioneer in the realms of neuroscience and biotechnology, whose work bridges the scientific and the spiritual in profound and transformative ways. Our esteemed guest, Dr. Iris Madrona, is a distinguished neuroscientist and the visionary CEO of an innovative early-stage biotech firm. With a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Dartmouth College, Dr. Madrona has made groundbreaking contributions in genetic engineering and regenerative medicine, evidenced by their impressive portfolio of provisional patents. As the founder and director of the Interdisciplinary Research Institute at Shasta, Dr. Madrona is dedicated to leveraging neuroscience to tackle real-world challenges, spearheading research initiatives that advance wellness solutions through the intersection of neuroscience, mental health, and molecular biology.Dr. Madrona's research is as diverse as it is impactful, spanning the psychological and biological implications of music, the computational modeling of affective states, and the exploration of emotion, self, and psychometrics. Their interdisciplinary approach has significantly influenced early childhood program assessments and our understanding of emotional dynamics in the brain.Today, we delve into one of Dr. Madrona's most intriguing projects: the neurogenesis of vocalization circuits in songbirds, inspired by the neurogenerative properties of psychedelic compounds like ayahuasca. This project not only seeks to enhance our understanding of neural plasticity and neurogenesis but also holds the potential to revolutionize therapeutic approaches for vocal and cognitive rehabilitation.Dr. Madrona's work is a beautiful synthesis of science and spirituality, art and nature. Their dedication to integrating these realms is evident in their innovative study designs and their profound connection to the natural world. Inspired by personal experiences and a deep-seated belief in the healing power of music and psychedelics, Dr. Madrona's research offers new hope for those suffering from neurological damage and chronic disease. As we journey through this conversation, prepare to be inspired by Dr. Madrona's insights into the neurogenesis of song circuits, the ethical considerations of neural manipulation, and the future of psychedelic research. Their passion for pushing the boundaries of what we know about the brain and consciousness promises to leave us with much to ponder and reflect upon. Please join me in warmly welcoming the brilliant and innovative Dr. Iris Madrona.https://docs.google.com/document/d/12rB9J3ixrE-flDO0iJC4G_8tH2pUJCLASE8uGqdoJpA/edit?usp=sharingYou can find more of my work on my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/irismadronaphd https://www.paypal.me/Truelifepodcast?locale.x=en_US

Paul is speaking to a Jewish audience today. So, what does he do?  He goes back to the Old Testament, tells their faith stories, and how those stories point to and are fulfilled in Jesus.  We see him quote Psalms, saying that Jesus did not experience corruption. What this means is this.  Sin leads to death. Because Jesus was not sinful, he was able to overcome death. Through Jesus, our sinful actions are forgiven, our sinful nature is being redeemed (sanctified), and we will not taste corruption but will live for eternity through the new birth in the Spirit!  That God for the work of Jesus!Join us for our daily reflections with Andy.
