Al was very confused this morning on the Warm Up Show on how the Wild Card standings work in MLB. Juan Soto hit a grand slam and triple as the Mets won in Detroit. Carlos Mendoza talked about Sean Manaea's troubles.

The hour began with a discussion of the Giants' schedule. Gio believes they need to start 2-2, scoring points with Russell Wilson throwing TDs, and beating either Dallas or Washington. Boomer anticipates improved Giants' offensive and defensive lines, and notes Russ's low turnover rate. Boomer thought the Jets should have kept Aaron Rodgers, but Gio disagreed due to culture change. They then discussed Sam Darnold with the Seahawks and a "who would you rather have" quarterback list. Jerry provided an update, preceded by Gio mentioning C-Lo's tuberculosis. Al was confused about MLB Wild Card standings. The Mets won in Detroit with Juan Soto hitting a grand slam and triple. Carlos Mendoza discussed Sean Manaea's struggles. Her sister-in-law watched Mary head in the direction of a local bar after fighting with her husband, who they knew as Arnuldo Mendez. Mary had asked her sister-in-law to watch her 5-year-old daughter, Virginia, while she went out, but she never came home. For nearly 40 years, her family wondered whether she'd walked away from her life and children…or if something bad had happened to her.
