Today's guest is Josh Olsen, the director of accounting at Dellbrook | JKS construction and the 2018 winner of the employee wellness challenge. Dellbrook | JKS Construction first partnered with Healthy Steps Nutrition back in 2018 after Mike Fish, the CEO, listened to Nicole Aucoin on the CrossFit podcast. Mike wanted to start an employee wellness program at his company, so he partnered with HSN to host a nutrition and wellness challenge. Josh was the winner of the 2018 Healthy Steps Nutrition Challenge at Dellbrook, and he continued the healthy habits he established over the past three years. By the end of the challenge in 2021, he had lost over 100 pounds since he first started in 2018. Nicole and Jason Aucoin went back to Dellbrook | JKS Construction in 2021 to host another challenge, and Josh lost another 80 pounds.
