World Peace of Glory and Senses by Magic Mason:  Farsi and English versionA remarkable story of coming to the USA and how a person can change the world and history.Schools have taught us that humans only have five senses. But revolutionary thinker Magic Mason proposed that instead of five, humans have nine senses. This revolutionary idea, as proposed by Mason, should be taught at all levels in school. He believes that with enough learning and research, people will be able to find ways to satisfy these nine senses and lead satisfactory lives, leading to a safer and sated society.Included in this book is the concept of one language-the language of the world. Here, Mason champions the idea of having only one world language to avoid misunderstandings. He proposed to have this integrated in the different curricula around the world.Another portion of the book also tackles about architecture and design-from foundation to roof plan.World Peace of Glory and Senses is a cornucopia of subjects-from psychology, to linguistics, to architecture.Magic Mason (Majid Khodabandeh) was born in Tehran, Iran, moved to Germany in 1985 and moved to the United States in 1989.  He is a U.S. Citizen.  He has traveled all over the world and has published several books.  He studied construction Management at Northern Kentucky University and earned a Master of Public Administration.  Majid is working on his PhD. in General Psychology.  He was married and now divorced.  He is a sales specialist in big retail stores.  Also, a talented painter.  He likes to write and build houses or additional rooms.  He has designed houses and is an inventor and has two utility patents, one is a political chess game and the other is the super bed.  Author of a number of books including "World Peace of Glory and Senses"https://www.amazon.com/World-Peace-Glory-Senses-Magic/dp/B0DP1DTBJHhttps://mostimportantbooksforyourlife.com/http://www.bluefunkbroadcasting.com/root/twia/4325mm.mp3  Few Story For You All (Persian Edition) by Magic MasonMagic Mason was born in Iran. "We don't see things as they are, we see things as we are" (Anias Nin). I love this chat about the human condition with Blake Eastman and I love him. Such a great down-to-earth science communicator, with a gift to de-jargon-ise (my new word) and distil, what can be complicated concepts and topics, into relatable and easy-to-understanding stories and language. Like me, he's a Pracademic (an a real Academic). **Blake Eastman is the founder of The Nonverbal Group, his life has been dedicated to the study of Psychology and Nonverbal Behaviour and he has built several companies fuelled by a passion to better understand human behaviour. Blake was an adjunct Psychology Professor at the City University of New York for six years where he taught General Psychology, Developmental Psychology, and Group Dynamics. World Peace of Glory and Senses by Magic MasonSchools have taught us that humans only have five senses. But revolutionary thinker Magic Mason proposed that instead of five, humans have nine senses. This revolutionary idea, as propsed by Mason, should be taught at all levels in school. He believes that with enough learning and research, people will be able to find ways to satisfy these nine senses and lead satisfactory lives, leading to a safer and sated society.Included in this book is the concept of one language—the language of the world. Here, Mason champions the idea of having only one world language to avoid misunderstanding. He proposed to have this inegrted in the different curriculum around the world. Another portion of the book also tackles about architecture and design—from foundation to roof plan.World Peace of Glory and Senses is a cornucopia of subjects from linguistics, to architecture.   Majid Khodabandeh was born in Tehran, Iran, moved to Germany in 1985 and moved to the United States in 1989. Author of a number of books including "World Peace of Glory and Senses".https://pageturner.us/bookstore/world-peace-of-glory-and-senses#https://magic-mason.com/#bookhttp://www.bluefunkbroadcasting.com/root/twia/41824pt3.mp3

— Holotropic Breathwork is based on the belief that each of us is guided by our own intrinsic wisdom, and that the opportunity for healing past traumas of the physical and/or emotional body or opportunities for opening a new doorway to creative flow lies within us - always available - as we become more aware of our natural ability to awaken to our authentic selves and our highest potential. Journeying in this expanded state, our psyche allows select biographical, transpersonal or mythological/spiritual material from our internal landscape to float to the surface of our conscious mind. As we feel safely supported, we are more likely to give ourselves the space and permission to work with and integrate this material for deeper understanding. The term ‘holotropic' means “moving toward wholeness.” Valeria interviews Yulia Meshoyrer  — She is a Russian-born distinguished Grof-certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator dedicated to the transformative technique developed by Stan and Christina Grof.  Her extensive qualifications include an MA degree in General Psychology from Russia and an MA in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University. Eugene Crowley, Jr., was born in St. Joseph, Missouri, in 1944. He spent thirty-two years teaching high school English Grammar, World Literature, and Mythology in Chicago. He earned a Master's degree in General Psychology from Roosevelt University in Chicago. He is a former member of the Jungian Institute in Evanston, Illinois. He has traveled throughout the United States, Europe, and South America. In his first professional attempt in writing, he extends the focus of his Master's thesis, "Meaning in Life for Urban Adolescents", to adults by encouraging them to reach a level of maturity by living more harmoniously with themselves, their fellow man, and the universe. The author sees a need for an overhauling or a reinventing of Western culture with the application of the moral and wise traditions that had given the Native American Indians and ancient civilizations wholeness, order, and harmony. These cultures maintained a balance with themselves and nature. While many universities are eliminating their Classical Studies, the author sees a need in understanding the past civilizations' spiritual, psychological, and holistic approaches to life. These approaches gave them serenity and security in their connection with the universe. They knew their place in the "Big Picture". Mr. Crowley wants to share his compassion and enthusiasm in predicting what other writers are forecasting, the dawning of a new "Age of Wisdom", a Renaissance, or Enlightenment where Western man will discover his true inner nature and put it to use to serve humanity. In his compassion to help humanity by informing them of the meaning of life, Crowley encourages everyone to discover the sacredness of the Self, nature, and the universe. With these tasks completed diligently, there should be optimism for a "New Enlightenment" and the restoration of the sacred cosmos..*** AND NOW ***The ‘X' Zone TV Channel on SimulTV - www.simultv.comThe ‘X' Zone TV Channel Radio Feed (Free - No Subscription Required) - https://www.spreaker.com/show/xztv-the-x-zone-tv-show-audio The ‘X' Chronicles Newspaper - www.xchroniclesnewspaper.com (Free)

Abraham Harold Maslow (April 1, 1908 – June 8, 1970) was an American psychologist who created Maslow's hierarchy of needs, a theory of psychological health predicated on fulfilling innate human needs in priority, culminating in self-actualization. Maslow was a psychology professor at Brandeis University, Brooklyn College, New School for Social Research, and Columbia University. He stressed the importance of focusing on the positive qualities in people, as opposed to treating them as a "bag of symptoms". A Review of General Psychology survey, published in 2002, ranked Maslow as the tenth most cited psychologist of the 20th century. Maslow continued his research at Columbia University on similar themes. There he found another mentor in Alfred Adler, one of Sigmund Freud's early colleagues. From 1937 to 1951, Maslow was on the faculty of Brooklyn College. His family life and his experiences influenced his psychological ideas. After World War II, Maslow began to question the way psychologists had come to their conclusions, and although he did not completely disagree, he had his own ideas on how to understand the human mind. He called his new discipline humanistic psychology. Maslow was already a 33-year-old father and had two children when the United States entered World War II in 1941. He was thus ineligible for the military. However, the horrors of war inspired a vision of peace in him leading to his groundbreaking psychological studies of self-actualizing. The studies began under the supervision of two mentors, anthropologist Ruth Benedict and Gestalt psychologist Max Wertheimer, whom he admired both professionally and personally. They accomplished a lot in both realms. Being such "wonderful human beings" as well, they inspired Maslow to take notes about them and their behavior. This would be the basis of his lifelong research and thinking about mental health and human potential. Maslow extended the subject, borrowing ideas from other psychologists and adding new ones, such as the concepts of a hierarchy of needs, metaneeds, metamotivation, self-actualizing persons, and peak experiences. He was a professor at Brandeis University from 1951 to 1969. He became a resident fellow of the Laughlin Institute in California. In 1967, Maslow had a serious heart attack and knew his time was limited. He considered himself to be a psychological pioneer. He gave future psychologists a push by bringing to light different paths to ponder. He built the framework that later allowed other psychologists to conduct more comprehensive studies. Maslow believed that leadership should be non-intervening. Consistent with this approach, he rejected a nomination in 1963 to be the president of the Association for Humanistic Psychology because he felt that the organization should develop an intellectual movement without a leader. Christina is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, a USAW Level 1 Coach, and is the owner of CrossFit Tailwinds. She takes a deep dive into why gym owners and healthcare professionals need to prioritize mental health in their gyms and coaching businesses, and how to identify signs and symptoms of anxiety and depression to better support those struggling in their gyms. She explained that mental and physical health are connected, and that gym owners should create a safe and inclusive environment. Additionally, they should be aware of common signs of anxiety and depression, such as changes in behavior, physical transformation, and isolation. Finally, she stressed the connection between community-based fitness and mental health, as it promotes bonding and releases hormones that reduce anxiety and depression. "The truth is that mental and physical health go hand in hand and if anything, I would argue that the mind is probably more important than the body for the sheer fact of it's the leader, right? So if the mind is right, then the body will follow." - Dr. Christina Migliara In this episode, you'll learn the following: How has the pandemic exposed mental health issues and how to create a safe space in your gym? As the holiday season approaches, having that “IT” item is at the top of many people's minds. Will you be able to buy that perfect gift before it runs out?    How does scarcity play into this and are companies using it as a tactic to influence consumer habits?   To answer this question and more, we turn to Dr. Mindy Weinstein. Dr. Weinstein has a 20-year career as a successful marketing consultant and educator and earned her PhD in General Psychology. She is also the Founder and CEO of Market MindShift, and a well respected expert on scarcity. Her recent book, The Power of Scarcity: Leveraging Urgency to Influence Customer Decisions, unpacks these tactics and explores why we are more afraid of loss than of gain. In this episode, Dr. Mindy and Jim unpack recent examples of this economic influencing factor  in the news, exclusivity as a motivator, and how scarcity affects both the market and the shopper.     New podcast episodes released weekly on Thursday. Dr. David Vago on self-transcendence - how to experience personal growth and awakening through meditation and meta-awareness | Brought to you by Babbel (https://babbel.com/passionstruck). David Vago, Ph.D., is on a mission to alleviate suffering and improve well-being through investigating connections between the mind, brain, and body. He is a Research Associate Professor and Director of the Contemplative Neuroscience and Mind-Body Research Laboratory in the Department of Psychology at Vanderbilt University. He is part of the faculty for the Vanderbilt Brain Institute and Vanderbilt Institute for Infection, Immunology, and Inflammation. Dr. Vago maintains a research associate position in the Functional Neuroimaging Laboratory, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and is also Research Lead for the mental health and well-being platform, Roundglass, and a Mind and Life Institute Fellow. Over one million people have viewed Dr. Vago's Ted Talk on self-transformation. How Self-Transcendence Impacts Your Self-Identity Self-transcendence is the idea that there is something to transcend the self as if the self is something that is created through time. Over time, you have certain thoughts and emotions that construct your self-identity. It is a clinical model of self-reification, right conditioning, and habit formation. It all leads to how we conceptualize our identity, our needs, wants, fears, expectations, attitudes, and values. It is how our whole worldview is constructed. And so what meditation does, is it allows you to create a distance with those thoughts to find your greatest peace. Please enjoy Dr. David Vago's episode and leave us a 5-Star rating if you love the episode. I know Dr. Vago and I would appreciate seeing listener comments. William James (January 11, 1842 – August 26, 1910) was an American philosopher and psychologist, and the first educator to offer a psychology course in the United States.[5] James is considered to be a leading thinker of the late 19th century, one of the most influential philosophers of the United States, and the "Father of American psychology."[6][7][8] Along with Charles Sanders Peirce, James established the philosophical school known as pragmatism, and is also cited as one of the founders of functional psychology. A Review of General Psychology analysis, published in 2002, ranked James as the 14th most eminent psychologist of the 20th century "It has sometimes crossed my mind that James wanted to be a poet and an artist, and that there lay in him, beneath the ocean of metaphysics, a lost Atlantis of fine arts: and that he really hated philosophy and all its works, and pursued them only as Hercules might spin or as a prince in a fairy tale sorts seeds for an evil dragon, or as anyone might patiently do some careful work for which he had no aptitude." It has been over two years since the start of the pandemic, and we are only just now beginning to see the repercussions. The impact of mental health is often an invisible one, and we may not always see it until later. The pandemic has affected not only the condition of our mental health, but also restricted many of our access to resources that could give us the help we need. This effect is compounded in kids and teenagers, whose access to mental health resources often comes from school, which was shut down for much of the pandemic. When we embrace the notion that all of us have mental health that needs to be taken care of, we can begin to destigmatize reaching out for help for those who need it. Join the engaging and enlightening conversation on our most recent podcast with Liz Llamas and Christina Henderson as we discuss the need to prioritize taking care of our mental health especially as we come out of a world-changing pandemic.Guests:Liz Llamas - Liz Llamas has over 20 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist. She got her BA in General Psychology from San Francisco State University and her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. She also spent time as an Adjunct Lecturer at her alma mater, Santa Clara University.
