We all dream of creating a group program where the members take action, are constantly inspired, and become transformed together. But ho0owwww Tash, is what you are really wondering. How do I get there and create this ✨magical✨ space and get them these crazy wins!? My Tips: 1. Underpromise and Overdeliver Go above and beyond when they aren't expecting you to like giving random bonuses and expand on questions from individual members for the rest of the group. This makes your members feel heard and cared for and like woww, she's surprising me left and right! 2. Set The Tone Set the tone for how they will engage in the group, how clients will interact with you, and how fun and supportive it will be for them. You are the one in control, if you want fun, light-hearted engagement you have to facilitate that and not expect the members to create that space for you. 3. Attraction Marketing Who you attract but become attractive to the other members. They have to vibeee or else the community just won't be there. Be intentional about who you want in the group, don't just pick anybody, we don't want to lead with desperado energy here. 4. Have Good Energy It's contagious. Your members will look up to you as the expert and for guidance. As the facilitator they will follow your energetic flow so it needs to be at a level you want them to carry forth. It will overall be a reflection of how motivational you are.
Getting rid of the feast and famine business model will help you ease your stress. To me, sustainability means growing true generational wealth and abundance. Here are my tips for how you can bring this into your business: 1. Stop Chasing "The Next Big Thing" You don't have to do more to make more. Focus on the long-term of your goals, those most likely don"t include "get-rich-quick" schemes and will end up burning you out. You need to loveeeee what you are building through and through in order to keep going. 2. Focus On Your Legacy This is where authority flows from. Knowing who you are, and what you will be known for will provide that passion for showing up for others in an impactful way. 3. Have Soulful Systems These will be your backbone once these are set up. It's your business working for you so you don't have to. Automate your sales, leads, everything. You will be mind-blown by how much systems can change the game for you. 4. Passive Income Let's move from you being a service-worker to becoming someone who has a high conversion rate without being there all the time. It's possible to work less and make more. 5. Simplicity Scaling back can help you scale forward. Being able to serve others with offers that are concise and are truly aligned will sky-rocket you beyond your belief!!!
If you have ever felt like there was a barrier between being able to charge for high-ticket offers, i'm going to demystify and illuminate exactly why you should start TODAY! Unpopular opinion alert: It's actually easier to sell high-ticket offers than it is low-ticket. The secret to scaling is client retention. Loyal clients will always be ready to buy from you because you are constantly in-touch with how to sell to them. And because of that, you may not even have to launch because the awareness is there and all you are doing is inviting others in to what you offer. Selling high-ticket actually gives you the energy to be peaceful about your offer, you can let go of the FOMO urgency tactics that can feel forceful for your audience. When people invest more money, there is a higher level of investment from them in creating results for themselves. They see the value, they utilize, and they do the work. Here's another amazinngggg thing about high-ticket. You get to do LESS. Simplicity is key and the need to chase the next big thing gets to be thrown right out the window. BYE FELICIA! Scaling back truly allows you to scale forward. I believe in that 100% and have seen it work in my business. The impact cannot be denied. So girl, get rid of those limiting beliefs and step into that power.
I struggled to break into my first 6-figures, and if this is you right now these tips are the cornerstone of what helped me scale, scale, scale. I want you to imagine yourself as a 6-Figure CEO as you listen to this episode because you absolutely are capable!!!!! Let's dive in: 1. Become An Early Riser Don't hit that snooze girl.. waking up early will change your life. You'll start your day with more peace and be confident going into it that the right tone has been SET! 2. Have A Morning Routine Your energy in the morning is what is going to set you up for success during your work day. Creating solid habits will keep you and your business healthy. 3. Read More Books Your mind will normalize the growth needed to happen when you focus on nurturing your mindset with knowledge from people who have gone out and become the badass leader they are today. Their mindset is what set them apart and it is what will set you apart too. 4. Automation Automation is going to keep the train moving and CONVERT. You will find yourself never skipping a beat in leading the customer journey and they will feel the connection because every aspect of what they receive will deepen the relationship. Those time-consuming tasks being taken care of is huge for you being able to move forward while not being bogged down. 6. Stop Over-Discounting The vibe you want is not having clients walk all over you and under-paying you. Set the intention that your work is worth every coin. Your mindset if it is stuck on scarcity will not attract the dream clients you want. 7. Passive Income This is how you will truly unlock that 6-figure growth. Adding passive income will take your sales from 1-2k a month to 10-50k a month. If you are constantly trading your time for money it won't happen fast enough. Look into creating courses, becoming an affiliate, or selling an ebook. Game changer! 8. Diversifying Your Product Suite This will allow your customer to go through a journey that will leave them satisfied and craving more of your offers. The saying goes, your next client is more than likely a previous one. Once the trust is built through small offers they will see you as the expert and be the first ones in line for your high-ticket offers. These will help you sky-rocket and move towards your dreams. Take action and execute!
Title: Fear of Being Judged This has been a big topic as of late... Whether you are scared that people around you will see you differently as you grow or if you are already having to knuck a few.. POST THOSE WINS GIRL!! A quote from my dad: "The higher you soar, the smaller you will appear to those that do not fly" 1. Growth scares people. It's intimidating, especially when people take it personal aka they see it as THEY are not doing enough in their life. You are not responsible for others not taking action. Take it in, you are not the same for a reason. 2. Remove those with negative energies. They will do nothing but bring you down. As a business-owner you HAVE to protect your energy at all costs. If someone comes at you with judgey or negative comments, it's more a reflection of what they think of themselves. You are above that AND them. P.S They always come back around 3. There will always be haters. No matter if you are doing the best or the worst people will always have something to say, you may as well live your best life as a baddieeeee 4. Be the energy you NEED. Take hold of that abundant energy, because it is not rude or greedy or self-centered. It's empowering to be open about finances and will motivate others to shift their energy to one that's more positive in the long-run. Don't dim your light sis, it's neverrrr worth it and we need you shining!!
Let me just say, taking time to rest and work ON your business instead of IN your business is SOOOOO important. If you don't feel aligned you will not show up the way your business needs you to. It is OKAY to take a break and if you haven't given it to yourself yet, this is your permission slip to do so. You need it and deserve it just as much as anyone else. TBH marketing is sexy when it's done imperfectly, even when i had no idea what it was going to look like I got people curious wayyy before I even pre-lauched. Make it fun, make it human. 2. Understanding your audience. Make relationship building the core of your marketing strategy. Knowing what they want is great but knowing what they NEED is better. Becoming the go-to problem-solver will have people coming to you in droves! 3. Strategic branding. Bring an experience to your launches, one that stands out in the minds of your audience. Branding should spark an emotional reaction that produces more pleasure and spark the thought that it is fresh and exciting. 4. Attraction marketing to create your dream community instead of relying on JUST being yourself. It's flowy and easy, breezy! 5. Longer launch times. Don't feel cornered to only have your carts open for 3 or 5 days. Not TOOO long, but long enough to hit your goal. Tune into yourself to decide the amount of time is the least amount of pressure. 6. Pre-selling your leads is where the magic happens, give people a teaser of whats to come and be open with those who ask you what your hot new launch is all about. 7. Speaking to the transformation, value, and benefits over just the features. It's because of those things that it will be a no-brainer for them to choose your offer. 8. The most important thing I want you to take away from this episode: your time is your energy and your biggest currency. I managed to go from complete amateur in design to 6 figures in 6 months being a web and brand logo designer. Then a shift happened... I realized I loved designing, but than that, I loved the business side of marketing even more. I had no idea that the courses I was creating during my transition into mentoring would hit the way it hit people, because girllll my Etsy store for my Instagram Kit was POPPIN' OFF! Just by sharing my knowledge and connecting with the clients who took my courses I saw myself walk into mentorship and loving it. If not for going ALL in (even though I was scared) I wouldn't have this amazing community or become booked for international speaking gigs. When the work you produce comes from a place of passion you will find yourself absolutely loving what you do. It's okay to take time to get into your flow, it's important that you are in alignment with the energy that you're putting out. The value, the attention to detail, the authenticity that you bring to the table cannot be found in comparing ourselves to others...it comes from knowing and loving what we put out completely and being proud of it and who we are. Through your journey, you will find that your fulfillment will come from using those skills that you've picked up along the way of growing. Always remember, every situation you find yourself in will push you into alignment, no matter how rocky it feels. Trust yourself and the process of becoming the badass boss that you are queen!

Be bold and genuinely engage with others in your niche hashtags. Don't use fake lingo, people can see right through it. Being yourself will bring the right followers. 2. Consistency. This determines your authority and financial wins, people need to see you to trust you. Have a plan with how you show up so you can stand out and start seeing major shifts! 3. Use all of Instagram's features especially the new ones like Reels. Instagram rewards those who use their new features by massively pushing their content to as many eyes as possible. 4. CTAs, CTAs, CTAs! These will promote saves and shares and increase your engagement. Try it and watch the views on your content skyrocket! 5. My all-time fave, you need to build genuine and authentic relationships. By creating loyal followers they will stay by your side through thick and thin and be the most engaged with your content. 6. Attraction Marketing - the key to selling without selling. Who you are is what attracts others to you, focus on being authentic in your highlights, your content, and connections.
