Back in July 1984, Guitar Player magazine featured Eddie Van Halen on the cover. Since staff editor Jas Obrecht had already interviewed Eddie multiple times, the team asked him to create a crash course in Eddie's playing style. Eddie agreed, and music editor Jim Ferguson was sent to LA for the “My Tips for Beginners” section. For more advanced players, Eruption—Van Halen's legendary guitar-and-drums instrumental from 1978—was the obvious choice. But who could accurately transcribe such a groundbreaking piece? The answer: a young Steve Vai, fresh off recording his Flex-Able solo album. At just 23, Vai was a Berklee College of Music graduate and a member of Frank Zappa's band. His meticulous handwritten transcription of Eruption—complete with detailed performance notes—was nothing short of a work of art. Fast-forward 40 years: In January 2025, Jas posted a podcast interview with Vai from his Skyscraper era with David Lee Roth. The response was overwhelming, so we knew fans would love to see this historic transcription. Steve graciously gave his permission, joking that he might question its accuracy today after so many years and notes played! This original 1984 transcription is now archived in the University of North Carolina's Southern Folklife Collection, thanks to the efforts of Shaw Lentz and the SFC team. Now, we're bringing it to you in high-resolution detail!

How did the Cosmopolitan become an iconic cocktail on the TV show Sex and the City? Did you know an illegal shipment of Champagne revolutionized the entire industry? Which women are responsible for America's increase in scotch and bourbon consumption after Prohibition? In this episode of the Unreserved Wine Talk podcast, I'm chatting with Mallory O'Meara, the author of the just-published Girly Drinks: A World History of Women and Alcohol. You can find the wines we discussed at https://www.nataliemaclean.com/winepicks. Highlights How did the Cosmopolitan become the signature drink of Sex and the City? Which next-level Cosmo should you try for your next cocktail? What's the connection between Carrie Bradshaw and the oversized wine glasses we now see everywhere on TV? What's the strong female history behind the drinks we now think of as categorically masculine? How did Bessie Williamson and Margie Samuels revolutionize the scotch, whiskey and bourbon markets in America after Prohibition? What role did Veuve Clicquot's kitchen play in transforming the way Champagne is made? How did Veuve Clicquot and Louise Pommery completely change the Champagne market? Which drink does Mallory prefer while writing? Why is a daiquiri Mallory's favourite cocktail? What are Mallory's least favourite drinks? How did Mallory first get into wine? What impact does Mallory hope Girly Drinks will have? How has book and author culture adapted to Covid? What's the last great book Mallory read? Whose interesting story got left on the cutting room floor? My Tips for Navigating Wine During the Holiday Season How should you think about which wines to pair with Christmas dinner? Which wines will make great additions to your cocktail party? How can you pick the right wines for every gifting occasion? Key Takeaways I loved the story behind how the Cosmopolitan became an iconic cocktail on the TV show Sex and the City, especially since I loved that show when it first came out and am now gobbling up every episode of the new reboot. There are so many parallels in other industries: you may not be able to afford the multi-thousand dollar Versace outfit on the runway, but maybe you can buy the perfume. The Cosmo was and is an aspirational drink for many women and some men and non-binaries too. Veuve Clicquot is a classic kick-ass woman's story, from getting through the Napoleonic blockades to selling her jewelry to fund the business. I loved hearing about swash-buckling women responsible for America's increase in scotch and bourbon consumption after Prohibition. This episode topic was requested by Ashely in The Teaching Space Community. She said: "I would love to hear about the most beneficial things you can have a student-teacher do before exiting the program and teaching on their own. This is my first time having a student-teacher." In this podcast I am going to focus on general advice for those mentoring trainee teachers or new trainers as I do not have expertise in sectors outside of corporate and FE. To try to give a rounded response to this topic request, I also chatted to my wider Twitter network and will share some of their suggestions. I am mindful that this is a massive area, so will not aim to cover everything in one short episode. Incidentally, if you would like to join our community and help shape the podcast in the future, visit community.theteachingspace.com. I'm going to split this episode into three sections. First I am going to share some of the helpful information I got from Twitter about mentoring trainee teachers. Then I will share some previous podcast episodes that I think will be helpful. Finally, I will share some tips from my own experience, having mentored several trainee teachers in FE and also candidates doing QTLS and ATS. Highlights From Twitter (03:06) Nikki on Twitter (@nikkitel) said: "I encourage them to consider their mental health from the outset and to understand that it’s ok to not know everything. I try to help them realise that if they don’t feel that they excel, it’s only for now. They don’t excel yet." This reminded me of Carol Dweck's "the power of yet". I completely agree with considering mental health from the outset - remember your oxygen mask. Andy on Twitter (@guruteaching) shared an article on the topic he wrote, which I will include in the show notes. One thing I loved about Andy's article is his point about showing your trainee how far they've come. Andy said: "Finally, it helps for our trainees to see not just where they are going, but also where they have been. It’s too easy for them to be uber-busy, planning lessons, dealing with behaviour incidents, giving feedback and learning new subject knowledge for tomorrow’s lesson. Sometimes, they simply can’t see the progress that they’re making. Set aside some time to step back with them and with a smile on your face, show them how they have grown since the beginning of the course." Chase on Twitter (@chasemitsuda) said it boils down to starting with empathy and share a great Brene Brown video that I will include in the show notes. He also said: "Also believing that we are all learners, and teachers who have just started their careers have so much to offer, including fresh perspectives." Finally, Jonathon on Twitter (@jonmedeiros) said, as mentors we can: "help foster curiosity, self reflection, and adjustment as natural and important skills." Useful Podcast Episodes (07:27) I'm going to share and comment on a few recent episodes of the podcast that will help anyone mentoring trainees now in the future. Don't forget, you might need some professional development in order to fulfil the role of mentor effectively - some of these episodes will be helpful in this area. I'll mention episode numbers - all you need to put in your browser is theteachingspace.com followed by / and the episode number in digits. There are also links in the show notes. Following on from Nikki's wise mental health guidance mentioned a the start, it would be worth listening to my recent interview with Guernsey Mind's Chris Chamberlain (113). You could listen to help support your trainee better in this area - you could also recommend your trainee has a listen. My interview with Joanne Miles about coaching is a must-listen - it is episode 104. Mentoring and coaching are on a spectrum and you are likely to need to be a mentor some of the time and a coach at other times. Understanding the difference between both approaches is key in giving your trainee what they need from you. Episode 107 is an interview with Vanessa Mee who shares top tips for newly qualified teachers. Some of the tips Vanessa shares could easily apply to trainee teachers, such as time blocking, looking after yourself as a priority and planning to do less in the classroom (so the students do more). Episode 103 is about managing emails. Often, trainees become overwhelmed with the admin aspect of teaching, so being in a position to support and advise them in this aspect of their teacher role is essential. Similarly, episode 98 is my most recent time blocking episode - it is worth a listen so you can support your trainee to manage their time. My Tips (10:38) Establish boundaries and expectations in the mentor/mentee relationship but also around work/study/life balance. Be available. Model, model, model. Facilitate. Encourage community participation. Encourage the use of research. Help them establish their teacher identity. We all dream of creating a group program where the members take action, are constantly inspired, and become transformed together. But ho0owwww Tash, is what you are really wondering. How do I get there and create this ✨magical✨ space and get them these crazy wins!? My Tips: 1. Underpromise and Overdeliver Go above and beyond when they aren't expecting you to like giving random bonuses and expand on questions from individual members for the rest of the group. This makes your members feel heard and cared for and like woww, she's surprising me left and right! 2. Set The Tone Set the tone for how they will engage in the group, how clients will interact with you, and how fun and supportive it will be for them. You are the one in control, if you want fun, light-hearted engagement you have to facilitate that and not expect the members to create that space for you. 3. Attraction Marketing Who you attract but become attractive to the other members. They have to vibeee or else the community just won't be there. Be intentional about who you want in the group, don't just pick anybody, we don't want to lead with desperado energy here. 4. Have Good Energy It's contagious. Your members will look up to you as the expert and for guidance. As the facilitator they will follow your energetic flow so it needs to be at a level you want them to carry forth. It will overall be a reflection of how motivational you are.
00:45 Intro Welcome to Money N Matterz Podcast, I am your host Yasmine Belle, coming to you with over 20 years as a corporate tax Accountant and Financial Controller. My passion as a financial relationship coach, is empowering women and couples igniting the desire for an intimate relationship with their money. In this podcast, we create a safe space discussing all things Money N Matterz while we curate strategic money moves to build an electric life both, personally and professionally. Decide today, if you are the driver of your financial life, and are ready to turn your money situation-ship into a relationship? Now, let's ignite the CEO in you! 00:50 Title Hi everyone, thank you for joining our podcast as Today's topic is delicious episode, as We discovers” how to use money in your relationship to enhance your intimacy. 01:04 Content First, Let's begin with exploring intimacy - as Intimacy is not just about sex - Intimacy is really about “I am here, see me” Intimacy is important in all forms of relationships, as it builds attractions, connection and desire. Intimacy is also described as close familiarity or friendships, and closeness. 01:28 Esther Perel, a Sex-therapist, Speaker and Author of the well known books - Matting in captivity and the State of Affairs. describes intimacy so simply as she states : intimacy is… Into.me.See! As humans, we all want the connection of being…. Seen, heard and understood We all have the need for… Security, belonging, continuity, and safety and well all have the desire for... Adventure, mystery, discovery, and for the unknown In today's western culture, Intimacy is Into.Me.See - as Ester Perel's so eloquently puts it. So, what are you going to see…. You are going to see my feelings, my worries, my dreams, my inspirations I will open up to you you will help me transcend my existential alone-ness… and Welcome to modern love. 02:32 We are also aware that communication is the key and foundation of relationship, yes, but more importantly, it's not just about communication, but its is about how we say it. Healthy communication is how you see your partner and how you connect with them. So when you communicate with your partner, always meet them where they are and to do that, you need to know your partner's love language to communicate effectively. If you need guidance in this department you can refer to the famous book…. The 5 love languages by Gary Chapman - The Secret to Love that Lasts! Highly recommend this read. 03:20 My Tips to communicating effectively to build intimacy are: Prioritize and schedule time with your significant other - Because your partner is significant Therefore the need for intimacy and date with your finances are equally important Write a love note Write a letter/or note and what you desire about them Complement them… us ladies, we love a compliment, and men do also, so compliment away, and be sure it is real and authentic… Say it, and mean it. Take time to celebrate each others wins… So important to be each other's cheerleadears Find ways to appreciate your partner Exploring your own life's pleasure and desires Then communicate your desire in your relationship Honoring yourself means knowing yourself, giving self-love, being unapologetic and standing in your power Being yourself without guilt or shame There is a saying that… Heal the girl, and the woman will show up. Honor yourself So if you have in the past made some bad financial decisions, heal from your past and become the woman you are meant to be. New beginnings, new rules, new authentic you. 04:42 If you have listened to last week's episode “who you marry will affect you financially”, you were introduced to the importance of having the financial discussion with your partner to allow for you to really get to know each other before you tie the knot. And if the knot has already been tied, this is a great opportunity to discover each other and really deepen your connection with your relationship with your money. Once you have implemented some tips from last week's episode, then you are ready to build on that and really use money in your relationship to enhance your intimacy. Building a successful and happy relationship is not just about sharing similiar values and commonalities. But it is also about structuring both of your lives so that you have the discussion around money and make it a part of your relationship. Take a business for instance, if you never question or verify the business financials, then you risk of loosing your business - A relationship is just the same, you have to ask proper question in regards to your financials and your spouse finances to ensure that you are aligning yourself with the right person. It is critical us women really start having the conversation with our partners, as 2 out of 4 married people do not even know how much their spouses make. So let's get physical and talk money. 06:16 You can use this excessive to enhance your intimacy with your partner or girl-gang. Take a large fishbowl and place it on your coffee table, surround it with candles, and dim the lights to make it a intimate atmosphere. Grab a few sheets of paper, cut them into 2inches by4 inches, then write down any questions you have surrounding money. Having the conversation around Money is important, and you have to talk about it in an empowered way. Here are some example questions to ask: If you were to get a million dollars, what would you do with it? Do you have consumer debt? Do you save? What are the things you save for? When people ask you for money, do you lend them money? What is a small amount of money, and what is a big amount of money. What are your financial goals and plans around money? 07:23 Bonus Step: You can even lean in deepen the relationship, by writing down 1 win and 1 loss during the week to share. If you are sharing your wins or loss, it is important that you write down “why was the win or loss” important to you? How did it make you feel? What have you learned from it? Would you handle the situation the same or do something slightly different? This bonus step, I love it when my girl-gang and I get together for the “lean in”'s as it really gives us all a perspective of who we really are at our core, and also we can learn from the mistakes made, so it basically saves us from making the same doo-doo twice and then we get to celebrate with each other our wins! We cannot succeed without failure, so they are equally impactful. Taking a moment to Shout out to…. my girl Sarah, who has built a budget and has been tracking it for the entire 30 days! Kuddos to you baby girl! So exciting and empowering! Cheers to another 30 days of budgeting! The goal is to take it day by day and believe in your success. The sooner you start having this conversation in your relationship the better it will be. Statistic has shown that if topics are discussed before they become an issue, the relationship is build on a more profound root system. 08:53 Another very important topic, which can also be turned into an intimate money game, is to ask the questions in regards to money rules: Money rules are the things that you both agree and will and will not do basically framing parameters around spending your money, rules on investing savings and use of debt. Discuss these rules together openly. These money rules are an open money management system that frame, how are you going to manage the accounts from day to day… how are you going to contribute and mange your funds and play fund (my favorite, what is your play fund, and what will you do with it) How is your investment going, and goals. What is it you want from money - and build and empower yourself around money. What did you learn about money? How does money make you feel? If you could do anything with money what would it be? What is your relationship with money in one Word? 10:05 Remember, do not wait until you have a stressful money conversation to have it, having a regular money date, or as I like to call it “Date with your Finances”, will allow you to get more and more comfortable with the topics at hand. What I love about the money rules, is that you can both plan a system of management for you both that fits both of your needs - Remember you both are a unit” Your needs are as important as your partners and vice versa. Think of the money rules this way…. If you had a beautiful plot of land somewhere on the beach, and you and your partner loved it, and agreed this is where you will build your dream home. Ok, fantastic, well, if only one person shows up to the job site, while the other one is caught up in other engagements, then now it building the beach dream house now becomes one person's burden, and the other one's expectations. You see the disconnect here? No wonder why the number one cause for divorce is finance, there are way too many people showing up build a solo beach dream house. 11:23 Always always always make it playful, I know you have that inner child in you. There is nothing sexier then having discussion around money and actually being able to find humor in our failures and successes. Because without failures there would be no success - Remember that when you get all bumzie in regards to your finances. Success is taking the first step, and making the decision to change your money relationship to enhance your intimacy with yourself first, and ignite the desire with your partner to want to get to know you financially. One question I was asked recently, was “what is your biggest fear around money” - I actually had to pause and reflect as I needed a moment to really dive deep into that feeling. In fact, I couldn't even answer this question on the spot as I had to journal about it for a couple days, to really get a solid and authentic answer. So you see, there are sometimes questions you may get asked or you ask, that could take some reflection, if that is the case, write down the question and drop it back into the fish-bowl for next week's exercise. 12:43 Creating an air of secrecy about money is not healthy, so practicing with your girl-gang is a great way to take down the communication barriers down and build a habit, that will lead you, on the path of success. The more you know, the better you will be financially savvy. Khalil Gibran, the book the Prophet, spells it out beautifully in his poem, just to quote a sentence… Let there be spaces in your togetherness, and let the winds of the heavens dance between you. 13:15 Outro https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZDddsAoKQQ https://www.5lovelanguages.com/book/the-5-love-languages/ https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/33460-let-there-be-spaces-in-your-togetherness-and-let-the

In honor of Mother's Day, I'm sharing a compilation of reflective blog posts I wrote after my first child was born. Some of my parenting philosophies have changed, but these personal essays reveal the emotional struggle of a new mom with a colicky baby. My son, who is my firstborn, was a challenging baby to say the least. We spent hours soothing him. And it was during this time that I began a little blog called Counting My LITTLE Blessings. It was a way for me to deal with the emotions I was experiencing being a new mom and navigating postpartum with a fussy baby and a husband who was away for work much of the time. Since writing these posts, I have grown so much and learned so much as a mother and person. I have no doubt changed over the past 6 years and continue to do so. And now a mama of 3 littles, life sure is different. We are still in the weeds, as all mamas and daddy’s are when you’re kids are young and so dependent on you, but the advice and perspectives I share in these posts are worth revisiting as we approach Mother’s Day.If you are a mom to someone, keep doing what you’re doing. You’re making a difference in a child’s life, no matter how hard it can be at times. Inspire those around you and they, too, will inspire others.Highlights:{3:20} 12 Weeks Counting My LITTLE Blessings blog post published March 23, 2014{17:07} 3 Realities Counting My LITTLE Blessings blog post published April 6, 2014{28:58} Dear Huck Counting My LITTLE Blessings blog post published May 11, 2014{30:39} Encouragement for MamasJoin our community here.Rate or review this podcast on Apple Podcasts here. It was during my time, studying with IIN, that I was introduced to the concept of intuitive eating – Was this even a thing?I had been studying the topic of intuition, with well-known spiritual teacher and eating intuitively was never mentioned in this medium. I had never even made the connection myself, that I could use my intuition, to help me decide what I needed to eat.Using your intuition to trust what foods may or may not feel right for you?Bizarre right? It took me a minute, for me, to fully understand what this meant.MY TIPS 4 YOU IN THIS EPISODE –“ When you head to a restaurant, before you open the menu, tune into what your body feels like eating. Then open up the menu, and see if you can find these options on the menu. ”For more regular INSPO, in between my weekly podcast episodes, come and join my beautiful Facebook community www.facebook.com/soul2soulwellness .You can read more about having more about “HOW TO EAT INTUITIVELY” right here –https://www.soul2soulwellness.com.au/post/2020/03/06/eat-intuitively-to-boost-your-energy-levelsThis episode is brought to you by our partner S2S Floors www.s2sfloors.com.au. Good day wonderful people! We are in the thick of week two of the quarantine and I'm not going to lie- I'm really beginning to miss social interaction. This week's episode is all about effective ways to practice social distancing while still being extroverted. I cannot emphasize how important it is to still practice social distancing even while being in public places! Stay safe and amazing! My Tips to Social Distancing While Still Being an Extrovert: Talk to People Virtually! I've had such a wonderful time catching up with old friends! The internet really has a wonderful way of connecting with people Do the Essential Shopping: I regularly go to the grocery store even if it is only to go through the aisles before purchasing a loaf of bread. It is the perfect way to still feel like I'm part of the public while still being out only when necessary. Get Outside: One of the essential ways to feel like you're part of the public is to get some fresh air! The BEST part of my day is running on the national mall. I have the fresh air I need and I'm around so many people (yet so far away). It's a wonderful experience to have people trying to keep some normalcy in their lives while still keeping their health and the health of others a priority. I'm in my little bubble doing my thang while being in the open. This will pass! Everyone is fabulous. Social distancing for extroverts is a thing! We can do it!

ELEVEN YEAR OLD GIRL KILLED BY HER FATHER - Today’s episode is sponsored by Intellectual Movers, $0 down financing, check them out by googling Intellectual Movers or going to Instagram @intellectualmovers The frantic search for an 11-year-old girl allegedly abducted by her father on her birthday Thursday ended in tragedy after the child was found dead inside a Brampton home. Roopesh Rajkumar, 41, was taken into custody near Orillia in connection with the death of his daughter Riya — whose abduction was the subject of a late-night Amber Alert. He has since been transferred to a Toronto trauma centre to be treated for self-inflicted wounds, according to a source. Peel Regional Police say he is to be charged with first-degree murder. Riya, whom police said did not reside with her father on a full-time basis, had been out celebrating her birthday with him beginning at 3 p.m. Thursday. Having just returned from a trip to Melbourne where I spent some time with my son, Christian, but also ran some workshops I was struck again with the fact that not everyone wants to change. I learnt many years ago to be totally ok with that and to not buy into other people's success. More to the point, not to tie my identity to their success. This week on the show I am sharing some tips for those of you that do want to create change. I have taken the liberty to assume this is you if you're listening to the show. My Tips: 1. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. 2. KNOW WHY YOU WANT IT. 3. KNOW WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO GET IT. 4. KNOW WHAT YOU’RE WILLING TO DO TO GET IT. 5. RIGHT IT DOWN. . 6. FIND AN ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDY. There's a nice little surprise piece towards the end of the show too so make sure you listen all the way through. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Note: this episode is available to listen to in the player above, on iTunes and Stitcher Affiliate Marketing Tips and What Links to Use in Your Emails Today I’m going to talk about affiliate marketing and where the links should point to when sending an email promoting a product to your list. This topic was inspired by a question from Scott. “I want to try my hand at some affiliate promotions and have selected an eBook to promote. I have heard to say that your affiliate promotions work best when you email your list but I am wondering if I should email that affiliate link or send them to my own blog where I review the product.” “I’d love your guidance - how do you promote an affiliate product?” Affiliate marketing is a great way to make money with a blog. If you are not familiar with the concept you can learn more from Podcast Episode 51: My Tips for Making Money As a Blogger Through Affiliate Marketing. In Today’s Episode Affiliate Marketing Tips and What Links to Use in Your Emails Linking directly to the sales page of the product you are promoting This eliminates steps and gets the buyer closer to the buy button If the sales page is good and likely to convert If we do the pre-selling in the email and don’t have to do much more to convert Sending the potential buyer to your own blog The product has a sales page, but a little more pre-selling is required which we will do on the blog If you think a review of the product will be useful to sales If you want to promote the product several times over a few weeks Email 1 - announces the product/deal with reasons to buy and features Email 2 - an email linking to a review of the product - talks about pros and cons and links to sales page Alternatively link to interview of ebook creator Alternatively get ebook author to write guest post Email 3 - Last chance reminder linking directly to the sales page How did you go with today’s episode? Ideally, you want as few clicks as possible, but there are times when some extra clicks and pre-selling will get your readers in the buying mood. I hope that answers the question. I would love to hear what you do with sending readers to landing pages or pre-selling on your blog. Got a Question You'd Like Me to Answer? I've heard you say that your affiliate promotions work best when you email your list, but I'm wondering if I should email that affiliate link or should I send them to my own blog where I review the ebook?” This is a great question from Scott and I want to tackle it today, giving you a few insights into when you should do each of the options that Scott mentions.

This is Darren from ProBlogger. Welcome to the ProBlogger Podcast episode 51. Today I want to talk to you about affiliate marketing and how to make money as a blogger using affiliate marketing. Today will be a bit of an introduction to how I do it. I want to talk a little bit about what affiliate marketing is, but then get into some tangible tips that you can take away, and put into practice for your first affiliate promotion or to improve the affiliate marketing that you're already doing. You can find today's show notes at problogger.com/podcast/51. Creating great content. Finding an audience. Engagement. Monetizing your blog. This is ProBlogger. Let's start with the question: what is affiliate marketing? I don't want to spend too long on this because I know many of you already do some affiliate promotions on your blog. In short, as a blogger, when you do an affiliate promotion, you promote a particular product. It might be an ebook, or it could be a physical product. Really, there's a whole heap of things that you can be promoting. When you promote it, you're promoting it to your readers with a special link which has a tracking code in it. Or, you might be using a coupon code, which also tracks the sales that you send. If the reader buys the product, they go to the business's website that has that product. They buy it as a result of clicking on your link which has that tracking code. The business knows that you referred that business, and then they pay you a commission for promoting that product. In my digital photography site, occasionally, we will mention a camera. It might be a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX50V camera. Bit of a mouthful there, but that's what a camera is called there. When we mention that camera, we link to Amazon. Amazon, the bookstore, but also has a whole heap of other products. When someone goes to Amazon and buys that camera—it might be a $300-camera—and someone buys that, we earn a 4% commission on that. We might make $15 or so dollars for that sale. It doesn't sound like a lot but when you refer a lot of business to Amazon, that adds up over time. Other affiliate programs might pay you a higher commission. For example, on an ebook that you might be promoting,

My name is Darren Rowse and today, I’d like to talk about podcasting. We usually talk about blogging here on the ProBlogger show but to celebrate my 50th episode, I thought I talk about what I've learned in those first 50 episodes. You can find today’s show notes at problogger.com/podcast/50. Well, we made it to episode 50. It was something I wasn’t sure whether I was going to make it to and I was halfway through the first 31 days because it was so much work in those early days. While I enjoyed it, it was tough going and we finally did make it to episode 50 which has been fantastic. As I've been wondering how to celebrate the milestone, a number of you suggested maybe I should talk about the journey so far. As I recalled this episode, it’s actually been three months to the day since I started, so 50 episodes in three months and it has been a wild ride. It’s become a bit of an obsession, something that I've really enjoyed, become a bit addicted to. Today, what I want to do is talk a little bit about some of the benefits of starting a podcast. I’ll talk a little bit about the content, what’s done well, what hasn’t done well, talk a little bit about some tips on how to deliver g...
