What's the newest format that's going viral? It's building, behind-the-scenes, and sharing what goes into making something. Think about some things brands are posting about their products: the wins, the fails, how it all came together. Audiences eat this up. Building in public like this generates engagement. Jay gives an example of how huge companies like Hubspot are doing it. Daniel mentions people flock to content like this because it makes them feel like an insider, and as we all know, content succeeds when people feel emotionally connected to it. And, what does a brand's founder have to do with all of this? They're a piece of the puzzle. This short ‘n sweet Bathroom Break is all about building hype and going behind the scenes.

This podcast episode explores the connection between personal presentation and the success of a business, drawing on relatable anecdotes and real-life examples. The discussion stems from an amusing incident involving a coffee lid, which serves as a metaphor for the inexplicable challenges we face when we are too close to a situation to see its obvious resolution. The underlying message here is clear: businesses often become fixated on intricate problems while ignoring straightforward solutions that may be staring them right in the face.Throughout the conversation, the hosts emphasize that just as two grown men struggled to put a lid on a coffee mug, professionals often fail to recognize simple issues that compromise their effectiveness and credibility. As we continue our exploration, it becomes apparent that examining one's professional image is crucial across various industries. Businesses from hospitality to healthcare must maintain a favorable impression. For instance, how can a plastic surgeon expect clients to trust them if they themselves do not embody the care and precision they promise? There is significant power in aligning personal and professional credibility. The episode also dives into the world of orthodontics, spotlighting the irony of orthodontists potentially having crooked teeth. This paradox highlights how perception can greatly influence decision-making and sales. If patients see that their provider has not addressed their own dental issues, they might question the quality of care they would receive, thereby impacting the provider's credibility and business success. The episode further discusses a major rebranding announcement, shifting from the New Patient Group to The Brian Wright Show. The rebranding aims to appeal to a broader audience, demonstrating the need for businesses to adapt and innovate continually. The hosts clarify that this transformation does not signify a departure from their core values but rather an expansion of their reach to serve various entrepreneurial sectors. This podcast episode serves as a powerful reminder to all business owners: Sometimes, the most straightforward solutions can have the most staggering impacts. The episode urges listeners to take a step back, assess their professional image, and reflect on how it influences customer perceptions and sales. The need for clarity in communication and self-presentation is paramount, as these elements can either hinder or enhance business growth. As we conclude our discussion, listeners are encouraged to embrace change and actively look for improvements, thereby ensuring they remain competitive in an ever-evolving market. Why Us? https://newpatientgroup.com/According to Dental Economics, conversion in Dentistry has dipped to 32%. That same study done in Orthodontics shows a dip into the high 40% for conversion. Conversion for all other specialties has crashed as well. Facts are the consumer has changed and is always changing. DOWNLOAD KEYNOTE SLIDES Summary: "The Ministry of Presence" (Summary by OpenAI) Summary: "The Ministry of Presence" (Summary by OpenAI) Pastor Bryan Hudson's message, "The Ministry of Presence" from part three of the series "The Power of Today," focuses on the importance of simply being present with others in their times of need. Drawing from scriptures like Colossians 3:15 and Proverbs 17:17, the sermon explores how the peace of God and the act of presence bring comfort, connection, and healing. Key takeaways include: Definition of the Ministry of Presence: It involves offering support through physical, emotional, and spiritual presence, rather than relying solely on words or actions. Attributes of Presence: Active listening, nonverbal support, empathy, availability, and avoiding cliches or platitudes are essential for effective presence. The Role of the Holy Spirit: The Holy Spirit is the "master of the ministry of presence," guiding believers in being present with others and sharing God's peace. Job's Friends as an Example: Initially practicing the ministry of presence by sitting silently with Job, his friends later faltered due to fragility and discomfort, showing the importance of being prepared to support others. Overcoming Comfort Zones: Leaving comfort zones enables growth, service, and alignment with God's purpose, exemplified by figures like Abraham and Jesus, who stepped out of comfort for a greater mission. Adversity and Presence: True friends provide presence and support during adversity, as illustrated by a story where a friend jumps into a hole to guide another out. The sermon concludes with an exhortation to embrace the ministry of presence, trust God's guidance, and develop the capacity to support others, reflecting Christ's love in action.
In this message, Maria Mason shares about the tool of worship to awaken us to the Spirit. She shares that our choice to worship is powerful, and when we do so, we are sounding an alarm to come alive in the things of the Spirit. We begin to partner with God to be revived, renewed and refreshed. Maria is followed by Liz Flipo, who shares the power of worship and warfare. This was so powerful, as there are many examples of the power of worship displacing the powers of darkness in the Old Testament. God anoints the songs of the saints to bring breakthroughs and the glory of God. Liz shared powerfully about how songs can set us up for breakthroughs, but more than that, our partnership with the Lord intensifies that breakthrough! After this, Toby, one of our worship leaders, also shared how worship is one of the critical ways the Holy Spirit awakens us to intimacy! God is at work to quicken revelation and power to us so that our hearts come fully alive when we behold Him. We are often overwhelmed with our own issues, but God invites us into the throne room to behold Him. When we behold Him, we are changed from glory to glory! What a great Sunday in the glory of God.

The idea of failure is often seen as something to be avoided at all costs. Many of us grow up believing that failing is a reflection of our worth or ability, and this belief can prevent us from trying new things, stepping outside our comfort zones, or pursuing our dreams. But what if failure wasn't something to be feared? What if, instead, it was embraced as a crucial component of growth and self-confidence? In this podcast episode, Brittni emphasizes that failure builds self-confidence by encouraging risk-taking and resilience, and it is a necessary stepping stone toward achieving success in both life and business. There are four possible outcomes in life—success, failure, giving up, and inaction—meaning that failure is the second-best outcome because it signifies effort and progress. Embracing failure, rather than avoiding it, leads to personal development, deeper insights, and ultimately, success. We're back with another episode of the “How She Built this” Series where I'm bringing on women who are also podcasters that I've personally helped support in building their business' to have a transparent convo pulling back the curtain on what their business looks like now (as in how they make $$) and WAY MORE importantly how they got STARTED, the road blocks they ran into, the beliefs that they have had to establish & the advice they would give to someone just starting out, feeling STUCK or really needing that FIRE to take things to the next level. Today we have on Shelby Clement who is the founder of SCM (a marketing agency) the host of “Damn Good Marketing” podcast and “Damn Good Marketing” – I wanted to have her on the show because she is a NINJA at marketing & building personal brands she also earned her first 100K with less than 400 FOLLOWERS which is a story you don't hear often and I think is super important to highlight. What I also love and think you will too is that Shelby just went through a massive transition that I think a LOT OF US can relate to– where she wanted to BURN HER WHOLE BUSINESS DOWN & just say “screw it” but instead she decided to repackage her business in a VERY aligned way by asking herself some questions and getting more comfortable in a required season of PAUSE. This episode is a super juicy one I think you're going to get a TON of value from! As mentioned in this episode: If you are a podcaster who wants to work with ME 1 on 1 to grow your show, community & business, shoot me a text to (512) 548-2728 or a DM on IG @kacia.ghetmiri so we can chat more about your vision & if this could be aligned for you! &&& to connect with our guest Shelby!
