On March 24, 2001, the burned body of Howard Rose was found in a pick up truck in Pennsylvania. Rose had been shot in the back of the head in Cleveland, OH the night before. Investigators centered on four suspects, including Arketa Willis and Marcus Blalock. As a result of a deal with the prosecution, Willis testified against Blalock, blaming him for the murder. No physical evidence defended this claim. Her testimony was the sole basis for his conviction of murder and sentence of twenty years to life. As she recounts her encounters with law enforcement and the families involved, she urges listeners to remain vigilant and aware of the dangers that persist in society.We don't know if convicted rapist Dee Blalock had anything to do with Mikelle Bigg's disappearance. He did have opportunity living in the same neighborhood as Mikelle. He had motive because in 1985 he sexually assaulted a child at knife point, so we know he's a pedophile. Many criminals commit violent crimes and decide not to leave a victim who can testify against them the next time. Often, assailants start with a vulnerable victim that they can easily overpower like a child or elderly victim. Once, they know how to successfully subdue a weaker victim they move on to more of a challenge. Months after Mikelle's disappearance, Susan Quinett was attacked by Dee Blalock, he tried to kill her, maybe he even thought he had because she lost consciousness. Blalock's crimes were escalating, perhaps rape was no longer enough to satisfy his deviant urges. We can only pray that Dee Blalock told another inmate in prison what he may have done or perhaps his family comes forward with what they might know. Either way, mortality will eventually equalize this injustice.

Blalock appeared in five games during the season producing an ERA of 4.98 with WHIP of 1.62. The righthander fans 13.9% with 8.9% walks. Ground balls sit at 35.1% with 0.83 home runs per nine innings. Charlie Morton to start for Atlanta. Morton has 25 starts on the campaign puts up an ERA of 4.26 with WHIP of 1.31. The veteran strikes out 24% with 8.9% walks. Ground balls sit at 46.4% with 1.38 home runs per nine innings.

Miami Marlins vs Colorado Rockies MLB Pick Prediction 8/29/2024 by Tony T. Marlins at Rockies—Valente Bellozo to start for Miami. Bellozo has seven starts on the campaign producing an ERA of 3.35 with WHIP of 1.25. The rookie righthander strikes out 17.6% with 8.2% walks. Ground balls served at 23.3% with 1.43 home runs per nine innings. A FIP of 4.94 does suggest a rise in ERA based on his numbers. Bradley Blalock to start for Colorado. Blalock appeared in four games with an ERA of 3.06 with WHIP of 1.42. The rookie righty fans 14.3% with 10.4% walks. Ground balls served at 27.6% with 0.51 home runs per nine innings. A FIP of 4.09 does suggest a rise in ERA based on form.

Colorado Rockies vs. NY Yankees MLB Pick Prediction 8/24/2024 by Tony T. Rockies at Yankees—Bradley Blalock will start for Colorado. Blalock appeared in three games in the year posting an ERA of 2.92 with WHIP of 1.30. The righthander strikes out 11.3% with 7.5% walks. Ground balls sit at 25.6% with no homers allowed. Will Warren to start for NY. Warren has three starts this season carrying an ERA of 8.59 with WHIP of 1.64. The righty is fanning 25.4% with 7.5% walks. Ground balls dealt at 36.4% with 1.84 home runs per nine innings.

This episode features one of the most decorated athletes in New Hampshire history, Jane Blalock. After winning a few NH am titles, she turned pro and won rookie of the year honors in 1969. Musgrove in 11 starts on the year carries an ERA of 5.20 with WHIP of 1.42. The veteran has seen his Ks drop to 19.5% with 6.9% walks. Grounders are 41.4% with 1.68 home runs per nine innings. Bradley Blalock will start for Colorado. Blalock has two appearances allowing three earned runs with four strikeouts in 6 2/3rd innings. The righthander is a 32 round draft pick in 2019 that allowed 42 earned runs with 76 strikeouts in 86 2/3rd innings in Double A this year.

Blalock in his MLB debut allowed no runs with a walk in one inning of relief at San Diego. A 32nd draft pick in 2019 out of high school who in two stops in the minors this year allowing 42 earned runs with 76 strikeouts in 86 2/3rd innings. Brandon Pfaadt to start for Arizona. Pfaadt has 23 starts with an ERA of 3.92 with WHIP of 1.11. The righthander fans 22.2% with 5.2% walks. Ground balls are 43.2% with 1.05 home runs per nine innings.

Today's Georgia's primary runoff date, with a smattering of races dotting metro Atlanta and the state; but one Congressional runoff caught my attention - the one to determine who'll take on Marjorie Taylor Greene in GA-14. Having already spoken with Shawn Harris months ago, I caught up just recently with his runoff opponent, Clarence Blalock. Blalock, to the surprise of many, finished 128 votes ahead of the vastly more well-funded Harris in the May 21st primary, but didn't cross the needed 50% threshold to win the nomination outright. Since that surprise result, however, the two campaigns have sharpened attacks toward each other.
