Het heerst. Alles en iedereen is ziek en dus is het chaos op de redactie. Maar, EvdWL (en daarna de Destiny stream) gaat gewoon door. JJ, Skate en Daan zitten voor je klaar om het laatste game nieuws te bespreken en de week samen te vatten. Begin je weekend dus goed met onder meer FromSoftware op Mobile? Microtransactions houden gamers niet tegen We zien het al jaren. FIFA 20 (en alle vorige FIFA’s) verkochten ook heel erg goed, ondanks dat er microtransactions aanwezig waren. De verkoopcijfers van NBA 2K20 maken ook weer indruk. En ook bij deze game gaat het tegenwoordig meer over de microtransactions dan over de game zelf. Toch lijken veel mensen dit allemaal naast zich neer te leggen en de game gewoon weer te kopen. Zo blijkt uit de verkoopcijfers van NBA 2k20, die opnieuw indruk maken. Mensen hebben er duidelijk geen problemen mee om veel geld in-game uit te geven of denken er simpelweg niet bij na. FromSoftware games naar mobile? Als het aan Skate ligt hoeft dat niet. Hij vermaakt zich prima met de console-versies van de games. Games als Dark Souls en Bloodborn lijken ook niet meteen geschikt te zijn voor Mobile. Maar, en zo geeft ook Skate aan, FromSoftware heeft al vaker verrast en het zou zo maar kunnen dat ze er alsnog mee gaan komen. Zeg nooit nooit. PlayStation, PlayStation en PlayStation Ze zijn lang stil geweest, maar zo langzamerhand is er elke dag wel wat te beleven rondom de nieuwe console van Sony en PlayStation. Zo was er deze week het nieuws dat de PlayStation 5 backwards compatibility zou hebben. En dat voor de PS1, PS2, PS3 en PS4-games. Daarnaast zou er ook een Tech-demo geweest zijn waar een paar mensen wel wat over te zeggen hadden. Al met al weten we na deze week weer wat meer over de console die eind 2020 uit zal komen.
