In this week's episode of the PMS Podcast Show with Pauly Shore at Jam in the Van, Pauly takes a risky comedic dive by guessing comedian Erik Griffin's race—but is it OK to guess someone's race? This episode explores the humor, awkwardness, and implications behind making assumptions about a person's background. Known for his stand-up comedy and role in Workaholics, Erik Griffin responds to Pauly's wild guesses with his signature quick wit and humor. But beyond the laughs, it sparks a broader conversation: Is it OK to guess what race someone is? This thought-provoking episode is packed with laughs and special guests! Charlotte McKinney, the actress and model, joins the show, adding her own perspective to the conversation. Meanwhile, Dawes brings the energy with an incredible live performance, delivering soulful indie-folk vibes from the Jam in the Van stage. And of course, the regulars are back in action: the unpredictable Nicole Tran, the ever-sarcastic Ryan Mirvis, producer Graig Agop, and the groovy beats of The Busters house band. Beyond the humor, this episode dives into deeper social questions around race and identity, making it not just entertaining but also thought-provoking. Pauly's comedic style pushes boundaries, but it raises the important question: Is it ever OK to guess someone's race, and how do we navigate such conversations with humor and respect? Whether you're tuning in for the comedy, the music, or the conversation, this episode has it all. Get ready for laughs, insight, and an unforgettable performance by Dawes! If you've scanned the cover of magazines GC, Galore, Jezebel, or took a scroll through Instagram, you would recognize Charlotte McKinney. Charlotte is a self-made success story, who joined me on this episode of Been Better… hbU? to truly unveil that she is more than what meets the eye. Before taking off in her modeling career, she was living in Miami, partying and “being stupid.” A leap to put herself on Instagram landed her in campaigns for Guess and Carls Jr's Super Bowl 2015 ad. When it came to the fork in the road to choose New York or California, she chose to trust herself and move to California. In California, she has continued her career in modeling, acting, and even dabbling in standup. She is the type of guest I love… someone who lives in the moment and for the joy of new experiences. Charlotte shares how she feels Hollywood has changed - how the introduction of intimacy coordinators on set gives her hope for the next generation of actresses. She also shares her battle with interstitial cystitis, a chronic bladder health condition, and how she deals with the pain. Charlotte unpacks how ketamine therapy helped her unlearn patterns, open her brain, and bring new ideas to the surface. “It helped me be able to leave my house… you feel lighter.”Charlotte champions the idea that we all have our issues - how no one lives the picture-perfect life you see online. Her mission is routed in inspiring her community, through her personal shares with IC and her work with the Best Buddies organization. Charlotte truly impressed me, you're going to love her. Please rate the show 5 stars, leave the show a review, and follow the show wherever you get your podcasts. I'll be back every other week with a brand new episode.
FilmRise, the New York-based film and television studio and streaming network, and Venture 10 Studio Group have partnered with Mars Wrigley to produce a new reality competition series, Follow Me, that shows fans what it takes to become massively famous in the social media age. Hosted and executive produced by Bethany Mota, and debuting on May 3, the series will exclusively debut this Spring on The FilmRise Streaming Network. In FOLLOW ME, aspiring stars - each with a unique talent, background, and strategy for success - will compete in business-themed challenges across the series. The program will showcase the intense competition as they are tasked with building their follower bases. Max Einhorn of FilmRise comments, "This is truly one of our most mainstream co-productions to date. Think 'Biggest Loser' meets 'Big Brother' meets 'The Circle'. The series' format combines two of the most popular mediums - social media and reality competition. It's a high-stakes rivalry that comes with a ton of drama and will have viewers on the edge of their seats to see who stays and who is eliminated." FOLLOW ME consists of eight 60-minute episodes. The first season features eight contestants, including a model, personal trainer, gamer, dancer, among others, that compete to win the grand prize of $50,000. Throughout the series, contestants will be tasked with creating engaging content inspired by Mars Wrigley's iconic portfolio of brands, like M&M'S®, SKITTLES®, SNICKERS® and ORBIT®. Show participants work in the "creator's studio" and compete in various social media-based challenges. Contestants will also have access to top influencers including Charlotte McKinney, Alan Bersten (DWTS), Courtney Revolution (The Circle), Emily Mei, and Taya Miller, among others, who will serve as mentors. At the end of each episode the contestant with the least number of followers is eliminated. The one contestant with the most followers at the end of the competition will be crowned the winner and receive the $50,000 prize from Mars Wrigley, the official sponsor of FOLLOW ME.

Episode 2036 - Model and actress Charlotte McKinney joins Vinnie on this Friday show and the two discuss Charlotte's career, her unhealthy attempt at veganism, eating disorders, modeling good health, focusing on ingredients, and more. Https://www.vinnietortorich.com/2022/02/modeling-good-health-charlotte-mckinney-episode-2036 PLEASE SUPPORT OUR SPONSORS CHARLOTTE MCKINNEY Charlotte is a fabulous model. She gained some notoriety from the Super Bowl commercial several years ago in which she ate a hamburger. Since, she has found wild success and was even on Dancing with the Stars. Now, Charlotte is 28. She stresses about a lot, including upkeep and eating and living healthily. After the Super Bowl ad, she signed with an agency and got more into the acting side. MODELING GOOD HEALTH Charlotte is very health-focused. For awhile, she got way too thin. She wasn't eating meat or dairy, but her doctor told her she needed to again. She got back on the meat train and has never turned around! This was hard as a woman in LA -- the culture is difference. Traditionally, she's been quiet about her health but as more women have opened up, so has she. Years ago, she had a terrible eating disorder. She derived her worth from her body and she has had to fight that. She looks at the ingredients in what she eats. If it has chemicals or it's processed, it's out. Recently, she reposted a video of Vinnie's where he recited the ingredients in a burger. Breaking the diet culture in the back of your head is something she still battles but works toward. She has had to teach herself not to overdo things -- exercise, cut out meat, etc. PURCHASE BEYOND IMPOSSIBLE The documentary launched this week, January 11! Order it TODAY! Jon Carlo - Actor and Co-Writer behind Harvey Keitel’s latest film: “FIRST WE TAKE BROOKLYN,” co-starring Anna Lynne McCord and Charlotte McKinney - sits down with me to talk career paths, the dream and full-circle moments involving being a waiter to an Oscar-nominated actor serving him breakfast one year, to acting as their co-star in a feature film 10 years later. Jon, who has also appeared on popular shows “PARKS AND RECREATION” and “TRANSPARENT”, tells a great story involving the classic definition of luck being preparation meets opportunity, as well as a refreshingly vulnerable recount of his journey that has seen him arrive in LA, take a 3-year hiatus, and come back again. Jon and I also talk about the genesis of his writing process, as well as how a predisposition towards problem solving informs his storytelling point of view. Listen in towards the end for his advice for actors, and through our chat appreciate the ways in which humans just need to sometimes ‘shut up and do.’ See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Charlotte McKinney is a sweet, kind, smart young woman who happens to occupy the sort of body that many men would sell their soul to get close to. To say that's been a mixed blessing for her is to put it mildly. She's been featured in Super Bowl commercials, on the cover of GQ, in a slew of ads for Guess, and everywhere else sexy women's images are used to sell stuff. In this conversation, we get behind the image and meet the woman who lives there.

The Total Tutor Neil Haley will interview Lifetime Star NIKKI LEIGH. NIKKI LEIGH is starring in LIFETIME'S “OPEN MARRIAGE” airing this Saturday, January 14th. Denise Richards , Nikki Leigh and Charlotte McKinney are set to topline “A Girl Is a Gun,” a grindhouse-style feminist series turning on three powerful women on a mission to fight misogyny at all costs. The series, whose tagline is “you were born a woman, not a slave,” follows three women (Santa Fe, Nenuphar, Vegas) living in Los Angeles who go missing, creating a wave of panic in the city. While the police suspect a serial killer is behind the disappearance, the three women have actually joined a secret guerrilla camp, “where they train to avenge the injustice of a misogynistic system that humiliates and exploits women,” explained Philippe Gompel, who is producing the short-format series via his Paris-based outfit Manny Films.
