Základný cieľ sme postupom do play-off splnili, žiadnu ďalšiu nadstavbu sme už pridať nedokázali.Kým pred zápasom naši hráči hovorili o tom, že dôležité bude neinkasovať rýchly prvý gól, tak sme dostali rovno dva. A potom sa to už viezlo... Aj keď sme sa dokázali vrátiť do zápasu, na hráčov Kanady sme boli mäkkí a nechávali sme im dostatok priestoru na to, aby si mohli s nami robiť, čo len chceli.Kanadu síce nedokážeme pravidelne porážať, ale už neraz sme dokázali, že ju vieme poraziť. Ak chceme uspieť, tak všetko však musí do seba dokonale zapadnúť. Musíme využiť čokoľvek, čo nám ponúknu. Presne to vo štvrtok robili Kanaďania. Aj keď sme nerobili veľké chyby, i tie malé dokázali ihneď potrestať. Ich prečíslenia boli zničujúce.Juraj Slafkovský síce neodohral taký turnaj, ako v Pekingu na olympiáde, ale stále mal priemer bod na zápas, čo je na 20-ročného chlapca skvelý výkon. Po majstrovskej sezóne v českom Třinci sa vrátil do Nitry, kde potvrdzuje strelecké kvality. Samuel Buček je najproduktívnejší hráč slovenskej hokejovej extraligy a pred blížiacimi sa MS v hokeji v Česku si opäť otvoril dvere do reprezentácie.Tie sa mu zatvorili po krátkom angažmáne v ruskej KHL, polroka po vypuknutí vojenského konfliktu na Ukrajine. Za Nižnekamsk odohral iba 6 zápasov, no príležitosť obliecť si reprezentačný dres dostal opäť až po viac ako dvoch rokoch. Oscar: So, let's talk about digital identity. As usual, we want to hear more about our guests. Please tell us about yourself and your journey to this world of identity. Craig: Sure. So, I mean, thank you for the introduction. And I guess, in terms of my journey into identity, it was a little bit by fluke rather than by design. I studied Computer Science and when I graduated, I joined an operational IT graduate scheme. They had recently started a new IAM project, because I think back in 2008, identity and access management, identity governance wasn't as mature as it is now. It was still kind of seen as an operational IT project rather than an information security principle. So, the drivers there were more about the efficiency, automated provisioning and stuff. But yeah, they were looking for a graduate on that project. That was me. And apart from a few years where I decided to try what it was like being a policeman, I have worked in identity ever since either for, as you said, financial services organisations doing the work at the coalface or for vendors, either in project delivery or, and you know pre-sales in my solution architect role. Oscar: Excellent. So, let's go first with the basics. We have not talked about IGA yet in this podcast, have not focused on that. So, tell us, what is that? What is Identity Governance and Administration, IGA? What is important? Craig: Sure. So, I mean, identity governance, when you focus on it, at its core, it's a solution that will ensure the right individuals have the right access for the right reasons at the right time in your organisation. So, it's protecting the authorisations or the resource assignments within your organisation. And that's often policy-driven to ensure that all of, and I think the important distinction here when we talk...

Episode 29 of the Pro Hockey Alumni Podcast Features Don Luce, a Buffalo Sabres Hall of Famer, who was one of the NHL's premier two-way players in the 1970s. Luce teamed with wingers Craig Ramsay and Danny Gare to form one of hockey's most potent lines. In all, Luce played 894 career NHL games, scoring 225 goals and 329 assists for 554 points. His best statistical season was the 1974–75 season with the Buffalo Sabres, when he set career highs in goals (33), points (76), shorthanded goals (8), and plus minus with a +61 rating. Don won the Masterton Trophy in 1975 and was and NHL All Star the same year.  He is a member of the Buffalo Sabres Hall of Fame. Post-career Luce enjoyed great success in player development with the Sabres and Flyers. In this interview, Don tells hilarious stories about his days with the Rangers, Red Wings and Sabres and also discusses the heartbreaking trade from Buffalo to LA and the tough adjustment he had in the early days of retirement. Craig Ramsay is here to show us that we no longer have to stress out over an intense workout regimen, and that building our physical and emotional fitness can be a fun and enjoyable process. JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP | REVIEW THIS PODCAST It's no secret that exercise can be overwhelming when we go into it with the all-or-nothing mentality. This approach can lead to health activities that don't resonate with us emotionally and cause us to quit when we don't attain certain fitness goals. We can avoid this situation by finding fun and healthy ways to improve our fitness no matter where we are, and by building more excitement and laughter into the process. When we engage in workouts that really light us up inside and let go of the stress that comes with always having to be perfect, we are going to thrive emotionally, become healthier, and transform our physique. The Importance of Posture Most people are unaware of their poor posture and movement habits, and this can have a greater impact on our health than we realize. We don't have to seek out a yoga or pilates class to improve our posture and ability to stretch.  We can start to increase our awareness for how we move and better our bodies' alignment by using certain techniques right away. Craig recommends that we picture holding a washcloth in the back part of our armpit. Simply doing this is going to help us elevate the chest, push the shoulders back and down, and allow us to breathe better and fuel our bodies with more oxygen. This improvement in our posture will help us move throughout our day with intention, intensity, and purpose.   Stretch: A Reason To Wine When Craig trained the women from the hit TV show on Bravo, "The Real Housewives," they allowed him to change their workouts and also their eating plans, but had 1 very serious stipulation: He was not allowed to take away their wine! Since Craig was a trained contortionist, ballet dancer, and stretching expert, he had no problem coming up with a fun way to incorporate the ladies' love for wine and his love for stretching and moving the body. Craig knew about the scientific research showing that minimal amounts of wine can have benefits to our health and also chemically improve our ability to stretch.  That is when his new exercise class was born: Stretch - A Reason To Wine! His class includes a 5 wine tasting flight, which he pairs together with a stretch that matches the taste and experience of each wine.  He finds his participants feeling great, becoming more comfortable in a social fitness environment, and having a wonderful time in the process. Raised in the small Canadian town of Harrow, Ontario, Craig learned to ice skate almost as early as he learned to walk.  His competitive nature was stoked by participating in the country’s favorite sport- hockey.  Craig’s artistic spirit drew him to the intense physicality and discipline of ballet, and he joined the Royal Winnipeg Ballet as a student, and later danced with the company. ?The lure of the stage soon called and Craig answered appearing in numerous original theatrical hits on Broadway and pre-Broadway such as “Mamma Mia!”, "Fiddler On The Roof Revival" with Rosie O'Donnell and Lea Michele, Stephen Sondheim's "Bounce", "Matthew Passion", "A Kiss From Alexander" and "Chitty, Chitty Bang, Bang."  He also has appeared in television and films in such projects as “Once Upon a Mattress” with Carol Burnett and GLEE’s Matthew Morrison, "An Englishman in New York" with John Hurd and Cynthia Nixon, and the daytime soap opera “All My Children" with Susan Lucci.  Along the way, Craig trained fellow performers using his vast understanding of kinesiology, muscle building and weight loss techniques, and nutrition which lead to him being one of the most sought after celebrity trainers. Craig is very close to his family, this lead him to a greater knowledge of wellness and health because he was determined to take care of his mother Lenore, who was in constant pain. Craig's mom was finally diagnosed with "Fibromyalgia" in early 2000, which sparked Craig's focus to take care of not only his mothers’ health and wellness, but for all people.  Craig developed his unique understanding of the importance of the "Mind, Body and Spirit" connection and this message has helping his mother succeed in her health and countless others to date.

Craig is most excited for his new series of fun and informative videos for ulive.com titled, 5 Minute Workout Anywhere. Watch along as Craig shows you easy, non-gym exercises that you can do while you're doing other everyday things. From the shower to the garden to the pool to the baby nursery. There's just no reason not to be active and it's so easy, too! (Plus, they're funny as hell.) But as much as we love the videos, one project is never enough for Craig. This former Broadway and television star also has a great book out called Anatomy of Stretching; he does private fitness and nutritional consulting; is a frequent talk show guest; and, is the very first gay man to be featured on the annual Man and Machine calendar!
