Rendez-vous incontournable des amoureux de la musique FUNK Il était une fois, mes premiers 45T, maxis, albums, mes premières cassettes audio, il me manquait quelque chose, une expérience radio, elle allait venir, il a fallu se présenter, ce fut chose faite et hop : L'aventure allait commencer en 1982, je m'en souviens très bien, les émissions Funk se succédaient le week end, c'était de la folie, premiers calages de disques vinyles et premières interventions au micro. La toute première radio s'appelait RDP Radio des Poumons 92 mhz, de bons souvenirs avant de connaître d'autres horizons. Nous sommes en 1983, je débarque sur une radio beaucoup plus importante à l'époque avec à l'intérieur une équipe d'animateurs qui pour la plupart officiaient aussi en discothèque, cette station de radio avait pour nom Contact Fm sur le 104 mhz. Il a fallu se faire une place et ce fut chose faite avec une émission Funk Night Club le vendredi, le samedi il existait une autre émission Funk appelée Dérapages Nocturnes animée par Pascal , belle rencontre, contraint d'abandonner pour raisons personnelles quelques temps après cette émission, je décide avec son accord de reprendre celle-ci, il était inconcevable à l'époque que cette émission DN puisse disparaître de la grille des programmes de la radio, les années passent, Contact FM devient Radio Mandarine 95.2 mhz. Au milieu des années 80 l'occasion se présente et j'organise des soirées Funk dans une discothèque Nantaise située à la Beaujoire : le New Cleef , de bons souvenirs mais aussi de belles rencontres. Fin Janvier 1988, Radio Mandarine cesse d'émettre, une page se tourne, l'émission DN reprendra sur quelques radios : Saga 98 Mhz, Radio Fréquence bleue 102.1 Mhz en Bretagne , Radio Alternantes 98.1 Mhz. Janvier 1996 l'émission DN arrive sur Turbulence Radio 93.4 mhz qui deviendra par la suite Radio NTI en Janvier 2001, l'émission cessera d'émettre sur NTI le samedi 24 Juillet 2004. 8 ans ½ là encore de bons souvenirs. Nouveau départ pour les DN en Septembre 2004 sur une Radio locale Nantaise SUN 93 FM où je retrouve la couleur musicale que j'avais connu une bonne vingtaine d'années auparavant sur Contact Fm puis Radio Mandarine. Vendredi 26 Septembre 2008 sur SUN le Son Unique à Nantes avec des passionnés de musique Funk, nous avons célébré comme il se doit le 25 eme Anniversaire de l'émission DN toutes radios confondues, un grand merci à Pascal, Denis Louis Marie, Dominique, Xavier et José. Vendredi 30 Septembre 2011, le 28 eme Anniversaire des DN a eu lieu, un grand merci pour leur présence à Kamel et Thierry, étaient également présents José , Dominique, Eric, Maxime, Denis, Louis Marie, Xavier, Guy Accardo du groupe Plaisir mais aussi Joce, Charles et les frangins Eric et Alex A. Petter Stordalen er tilbake i luftfarten. Denne gangen ikke som hotelleier eller samarbeidspartner, men som en av de største eierne i Norwegian.Tirsdag morgen ble det kjent at Norwegian kjøper Nordic Leisure Travel Group – konsernet bak Ving, Spies, Tjäreborg og flyselskapet Sunclass Airlines. Jacob och Erik diskuterar denna vecka två olika nyhetsartiklar, en i DN och en i SvD. Först ut är en artikel som Dagens Nyheter har återpublicerat från NY Times där man listar "Fem hälsorisker med för mycket protein". Punkterna berör dock nästan inte alls protein i sig utan istället listar man vissa livsmedel som innehåller protein som kan vara negativt i större mängder samtidigt som man lägger fram lite tveksamma jämförelser mellan olika kategorier av livsmedel. Efter det här diskuteras en artikel i SvD med titeln "Förbud och varningar bet på övervikt bland barn" som handlar om en nypublicerad artikel i The Lancet där man undersökt om små barns risk för övervikt förändrades när Chile införde en del regler kring skräpmat 2016. Studien finner en liten effekt på barnens risk men det är delar med studien som gör att resultaten är lite tveksamma. Bland annat tittade man bara på knappt 2 år efter förändringen och en tidigare studie har funnit att där var en dipp i barns vikt det första året efter förändringen men sen återgick trenden till den samma som tidigare. I dag kommer domen mot den norska så kallade bonusprinsen Marius Borg Høiby. Åklagaren yrkar på att bonusprinsen ska dömas till fängelse i sju år och sju månader. Rendez-vous incontournable des amoureux de la musique FUNK Il était une fois, mes premiers 45T, maxis, albums, mes premières cassettes audio, il me manquait quelque chose, une expérience radio, elle allait venir, il a fallu se présenter, ce fut chose faite et hop : L'aventure allait commencer en 1982, je m'en souviens très bien, les émissions Funk se succédaient le week end, c'était de la folie, premiers calages de disques vinyles et premières interventions au micro. La toute première radio s'appelait RDP Radio des Poumons 92 mhz, de bons souvenirs avant de connaître d'autres horizons. Nous sommes en 1983, je débarque sur une radio beaucoup plus importante à l'époque avec à l'intérieur une équipe d'animateurs qui pour la plupart officiaient aussi en discothèque, cette station de radio avait pour nom Contact Fm sur le 104 mhz. Il a fallu se faire une place et ce fut chose faite avec une émission Funk Night Club le vendredi, le samedi il existait une autre émission Funk appelée Dérapages Nocturnes animée par Pascal , belle rencontre, contraint d'abandonner pour raisons personnelles quelques temps après cette émission, je décide avec son accord de reprendre celle-ci, il était inconcevable à l'époque que cette émission DN puisse disparaître de la grille des programmes de la radio, les années passent, Contact FM devient Radio Mandarine 95.2 mhz. Au milieu des années 80 l'occasion se présente et j'organise des soirées Funk dans une discothèque Nantaise située à la Beaujoire : le New Cleef , de bons souvenirs mais aussi de belles rencontres. Fin Janvier 1988, Radio Mandarine cesse d'émettre, une page se tourne, l'émission DN reprendra sur quelques radios : Saga 98 Mhz, Radio Fréquence bleue 102.1 Mhz en Bretagne , Radio Alternantes 98.1 Mhz. Janvier 1996 l'émission DN arrive sur Turbulence Radio 93.4 mhz qui deviendra par la suite Radio NTI en Janvier 2001, l'émission cessera d'émettre sur NTI le samedi 24 Juillet 2004. 8 ans ½ là encore de bons souvenirs. Nouveau départ pour les DN en Septembre 2004 sur une Radio locale Nantaise SUN 93 FM où je retrouve la couleur musicale que j'avais connu une bonne vingtaine d'années auparavant sur Contact Fm puis Radio Mandarine. Vendredi 26 Septembre 2008 sur SUN le Son Unique à Nantes avec des passionnés de musique Funk, nous avons célébré comme il se doit le 25 eme Anniversaire de l'émission DN toutes radios confondues, un grand merci à Pascal, Denis Louis Marie, Dominique, Xavier et José. Vendredi 30 Septembre 2011, le 28 eme Anniversaire des DN a eu lieu, un grand merci pour leur présence à Kamel et Thierry, étaient également présents José , Dominique, Eric, Maxime, Denis, Louis Marie, Xavier, Guy Accardo du groupe Plaisir mais aussi Joce, Charles et les frangins Eric et Alex A. The Defense Department is requesting close to $30 billion in fiscal 2027 to purchase and enable next-generation AI supercomputers and modernize the military's computing infrastructure to power them. According to recently published budget documents, the Pentagon aims to build out its portfolio of highly secure data centers, and ultimately centralize and scale supercomputing assets across the joint force through its new “AI Arsenal initiative.” The fiscal 2027 proposal comes with a $29.5 billion spending plan. This proposed funding increase is up for consideration as DOD is hustling to integrate commercial AI models into battle management and warfare operations, threat detection and analyses, supply chain logistics and more. A Pentagon official told DefenseScoop: “The department's AI Arsenal initiative is an investment in foundational, government-owned AI infrastructure to maximize federal buying power and build the strategic advantage we need.” The House Small Business Committee continued its push last week to make the agency it oversees embrace artificial intelligence in its work, advancing a new AI-focused bill aimed at more transparency around those efforts. In a Wednesday markup, the committee unanimously approved the SBA Artificial Intelligence Utilization Act (H.R. 8881) from Reps. Brad Finstad, R-Minn., and George Latimer, D-N.Y. The legislation would require the Small Business Administration to provide a yearly report to Congress on its use of AI and machine learning, detailing the benefits, risks and related issues. Additional oversight on SBA's AI program from the committee comes in the wake of a Government Accountability Office report this month that called attention to years of SBA failures to comply with federal requirements on AI use case inventories. In March, the agency publicly posted its inventory — two months past the Office of Management and Budget deadline, but for the first time in SBA history nevertheless. Eight U.S. technology companies have signed formal agreements to deploy their frontier AI capabilities on the Defense Department's classified networks “for lawful operational use,” according to a Pentagon press release published Friday. DOD's new deals with SpaceX, OpenAI, Google, NVIDIA, Reflection, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, and Oracle follow a major contract dispute between the department and Anthropic that culminated earlier this year over potential ethical constraints that accompany the use of AI in warfare and for national surveillance. “Integrating secure frontier AI capabilities into the Department's Impact Level 6 (IL6) and Impact Level 7 (IL7) network environments will streamline data synthesis, elevate situational understanding, and augment warfighter decision-making in complex operational environments,” officials wrote in Friday's press release. A bipartisan congressional push to codify a National Science Foundation-based artificial intelligence research enabler continued this week with the reintroduction in the Senate of the CREATE AI Act. The bill from Sens. Martin Heinrich, D-N.M., Todd Young, R-Ind., Mike Rounds, R-S.D., and Cory Booker, D-N.J., would establish the National Artificial Intelligence Research Resource (NAIRR) that would give AI researchers, educators and students more access to tools, data and other information to help develop new systems. Heinrich, founder and co-chair of the Senate AI Caucus, said in a press release that the NAIRR would go a long way toward “democratizing access to AI,” ensuring that American workers are prepared for the future and primed to lead “rapid advancements” with the emerging technology that boost the U.S. economy. Sen. Bernie Sanders forced a vote on Wednesday to block the sales of bombs and bulldozers to Israel. The resolutions failed mostly along party lines with a handful of defections to the Republican side, but a record number of Democrats voted against sending weapons to Israel. “A supermajority of Democrats oppose this war, are generally against America's global military interventions,” former Sanders foreign policy adviser Matt Duss tells The Intercept Briefing. Yet Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., joined 11 Democrats in voting against the measure to block the sale of 1,000-pound bombs to Israel, and seven Democrats against the sale of bulldozers used in Israel's military occupations.“We do have a Democratic Party leadership that still is part of this very small — and thankfully dwindling, though not fast enough — hawkish faction that is wedded to this idea of American global military domination,” says Duss.This week on the podcast, Duss speaks to host Akela Lacy about how Democrats should use the overwhelming unpopularity of the war to push an anti-war agenda that brings about real change. “There's a real constituency here for this message,” says Duss, “We need a foreign policy for this era that is based around building peace rather than making war, that is focused on foreign policy that benefits American communities and American workers, but also does not export insecurity and poverty onto others in the world. And I think this is a really opportune moment.”The watershed moment in the Senate came against the backdrop of President Donald Trump's hyper-aggressive military adventurism.“My concern about blaming this all on Israel is that it lets Washington off the hook,” says Duss. “We have a foreign policy establishment that is addicted to militarism, that is addicted to war, who work at think tanks that are largely funded by the military–industrial complex. They are funded by weapons manufacturers. We have a political class that is really deeply committed to an almost religious degree to American primacy in the world, to American global hegemony.
