From daring revelations to delightful debates, we leave no mouse ear unturned in our quest to uncover the essence of Jeni's Disney DNA. Discover the hidden truths behind the magic as we explore Jeni's most controversial opinions about beloved Disney World rides and attractions. From the evergreen debate of classic Disney snacks being overrated or underrated, to unearthing hidden gems within the park that truly deserve more attention, Jeni's candid thoughts will leave you pondering the park in a whole new light. EPCOT enthusiasts won't want to miss Jeni's take on whether the World Showcase pavilions enhance or detract from the park's allure. And speaking of enhancements, we dive into the ultimate showdown between FastPasses and the Genie+ system, exploring which truly reigns supreme in creating an unforgettable park experience. Character meet and greets, value vs. deluxe resorts, iconic treats battle royale - Jeni's lively perspective has it all. From the pulse of parades and fireworks to navigating Disney's intricate rules and policies, our conversation spans the spectrum of the Disney universe. Iconic mountain matchups and park spirit showdowns abound as we compare Space Mountain and Splash Mountain, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. And as we uncover Jeni's views on Disney's evolution, we muse over whether more thrills or family-friendly attractions should steer the park's future. Uncover the essence of the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and explore the value of park hopper tickets. Classic nostalgia clashes with modern sensibilities as we examine the Carousel of Progress and the Haunted Mansion. Finally, join us as we journey through time to resurrect a lost gem and reveal which Disney princess deserves a ride of her very own. Whether you're a "rope drop" devotee or a "stay till closing" strategist, whether you seek modern updates or hold fast to timeless classics, this episode promises to captivate Disney aficionados and casual fans alike. Tune in and let The DSNY DNA Podcast take you on a voyage through the wonders, whimsies, and cherished memories that make Disney World truly magical.

Aladdin is turning 30 this year - a fact that shocked all 3 of us, and prompted this throwback episode where we marvel over one of the classics of the Disney Renaissance. Featuring the inimitable Robin Williams voicing Genie, songs and characters that have become ingrained into the Disney DNA, and one of the best villains in the form of Jafar. Welcome to the Enchanted Ears Podcast, The Rock’s #1 choice for best Disney podcast done by a couple of high school sweethearts with a 10 inch height difference. We can’t wait for you to listen to this week’s episode, but first, some Disney News! Last week Living with the Land malfunctioned, causing the jets to shut off and the boats to drift backward. If you think that sounds like it would be a fun ride, we’re with you! Also, Disney comes to an agreement with the Equity Actors’ Union which will enable some of the character shows to restart at the parks. Yay!! This week we’re so excited to bring to you part 1 of our 2 part series, Ranking the Disney Renaissance Movies. The Disney Renaissance is a group of 10 animated movies released from 1989-1999, which really helped to bring Disney back to the forefront of entertainment by returning to Walt’s formula of telling well-known tales. In it, Disney found massive success and produced some of their most beloved movies. They also worked through an era of technical growth, with the use of the new CG animation. This week and next, we go through the movies ranking them 10-1. We discuss what makes these movies so lovable, and in some cases, what makes them not work as well as others. It was a tough job, but someone has to do it! Also, a big thank you to some of our favorite Disney podcasters (Curtis and Lindsay from Geekin' on WDW and Trent and Jeni from Disney DNA) and bloggers for picking some of their favorites and explaining why they love them so much!! This was a really fun episode to make and it wouldn’t be possible without you all and your amazing sound bites! Tune in next week for part 2! Have a magical week! Check us out on Facebook and Youtube or submit a question/topic for us to discuss on a future episode or support us on Patreon
