News: Disneyland's Autopia attraction is facing a strict state-mandated deadline to retire its gas-powered car fleet by February 1, 2027, or face being shut down. This comes after Honda discovered an administrative engine certification error in 2023, resulting in a 2024 environmental violation notice and a financial settlement for Disney. Kelsey sits down with Nina from New Jersey to discuss her family of 4's epic 12-day Disney adventure in August 2025.They started their trip at Walt Disney World, staying at the new Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Resort and visiting all four parks: EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom. The Walt Disney World website describes this attraction saying: Drop on in and come along for the ride with Princess Tiana on this exhilarating musical adventure. Guests must be 40" or taller to ride this attraction. Before we search the bayou for musicians, here are five fast facts about Tiana's Bayou Adventure. 1. Tiana's Bayou Adventure opened at Magic Kingdom on November 15, 2024. 2. The attraction is, of course, a complete overhaul and retheming of the Splash Mountain attraction we covered in Attraction Checklist episode #66.  Splash Mountain's last day of operation before closing for the retheming was January 23, 2023. 3. While developing the new attraction, Imagineer Tony Baxter, who worked on Splash Mountain, returned to work on Tiana's Bayou Adventure  as a creative advisor. 4. There are 48" audio-animatronics in the attraction. 5. The iconic drop of Tiana's Bayou Adventure is a whopping 53.5 feet or 16 meters.
